図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る検査予約管理システムの全体構成図である。本発明の一実施形態における予約管理システムは、検査装置情報が保存される検査装置データベース11と、検査室情報が保存される検査室データベース12と、医師または検査技師あるいは場合によっては看護師などの検査装置を操作する操作者の勤務情報が保存される勤怠管理データベース13と、患者の検査情報が保存される患者情報データベース14と、これらの情報から予約管理を行う予約管理サーバ15と、検査予約情報の表示や、予約登録入力等を行うための予約端末16から構成される。
図9は、新規予約や予約変更などの際に行われる検査予約登録の方法を示したフローチャートである。検査予約登録においては、図7の予約状況一覧表の登録メニュー74をクリックすることで登録が可能になる。
割込み対象時間枠の緊急区分より緊急でない患者の場合(ST913:No)、次の時間枠の提示を行い(ステップST914)、ステップST908以降のステップの繰り返しにより予約時間の登録を行う。
図10は、操作者不在83aの予約自動変更のフローチャートを示す図である。検査装置を操作する予定となっていた操作者が急用などによって不在となる場合に対応するフローチャートである。ステップST101では、患者が検査室の受付を済んだにもかかわらず、操作者が急に不在であるような場合(ステップST102)、予約端末16の操作部より、図7の自動変更メニュー75、さらには操作者不在83aのサブメニューを選択する。予定策定部153では、検査装置データベース11および勤怠管理データベース13を参照することにより、代替操作者がいるかどうか検索を行う。
次に、患者不在83bの場合の予約自動変更について説明する。図11は、患者が不在の場合の予約自動変更のフローチャートを示す図である。患者不在とは、例えば外来患者が急用により来院できない場合や、入院患者が不幸にして死亡したなどの場合である。予約端末16の操作部より、図7の自動変更メニュー75、さらには患者不在83bのサブメニューを選択する。
次の時間枠について同様に患者が来院(または入院)しているかどうかの判断を行う。
図12は、検査装置故障83cの場合の予約自動変更のフローチャートを示す図である。検査装置が急に故障した場合や、装置に使用する検査薬剤等の在庫がなくなり、検査できない場合に対応するフローチャートである。検査薬剤等の在庫がなくなる場合に対処する構成は、第2の実施形態で説明する。
検査遅れ調整84dが発生した場合の予約自動変更のフローチャートを図13に示す。
第2の実施形態は、第1の実施形態に加え、ネットワーク17上に薬剤情報データベース18を備えたものである。これにより、検査の実施または予約に同期して薬剤の使用量や在庫の管理が容易にできるようになる。

Claims (20)
- 検査の優先度を示す優先度情報を含む検査予約情報を取得する情報取得手段と、
前記検査予約情報に基づいて、検査予約が可能な時間枠と予約済みの時間枠とを区別して表示する予約状況提示手段と、
新規の検査予約を行うための予約入力手段と、
前記優先度情報を用いて前記新規の検査予約が予約可能か否かを判定する優先度情報判定手段と、
前記優先度情報判定手段による判定結果から検査予約を確定する予約策定手段と、
を有することを特徴とする検査予約管理システム。 - 前記検査優先度情報は、患者の緊急度を示す緊急区分、患者の入院外来を示す外来区分、および検査予約の変更の可否を示す変更区分の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の検査予約管理システム。
- 前記予約状況提示手段は、前記時間枠をタイムテーブルの形態で表示し、前記検査予約情報を区別して表示することを特徴とする請求項2記載の検査予約管理システム。
- 前記検査予約情報は検査対象の患者情報、検査装置の稼動情報を含む検査装置情報、検査室の稼働状況を含む検査室情報、および検査装置の操作者の勤怠情報の少なくとも1つをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の検査予約システム。
- 前記検査装置情報には、さらに装置の保守情報を示す保守区分を含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の検査予約管理システム。
- 前記操作者の勤怠情報は、本日の勤怠状況と本日以降の勤怠計画情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の検査予約管理システム。
- 前記患者、操作者、検査装置、および検査室の予約を、前記検査予約情報に基づいて自動的に変更する手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項6記載の検査予約管理システム。
- 前記情報取得手段は、さらに検査に使用する薬剤の種類、および使用量を示す薬剤情報を取得し、前記検査予約情報に同期して前記薬剤の在庫管理を行うことを特徴とする請求項7記載の検査予約管理システム。
- 前記患者の緊急度区分として患者の意識レベルを用いることを特徴とする請求項8記載の検査予約管理システム。
- 検査の優先度を示す優先度情報を含む検査予約情報を取得する情報取得手段と、
前記検査予約情報に基づいて、検査予約が可能な時間枠と予約済みの時間枠とを区別して表示する予約状況提示手段と、
前記予約済みの時間枠に対して検査予約の割り込みを行うための予約入力手段と、
前記予約済みの時間枠に対して前記検査予約情報を関連付ける手段と、
前記検査予約情報を用いて前記検査予約変更が可能か否かを判定する優先度情報判定手段と、
前記優先度情報判定手段による判定結果から検査予約を確定する予約策定手段と、
を有することを特徴とする検査予約管理システム。 - 前記検査優先度情報は、患者の緊急度を示す緊急区分、患者の入院外来を示す外来区分、および検査予約の変更の可否を示す変更区分の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載の検査予約管理システム。
- 前記予約状況提示手段は、前記時間枠をタイムテーブルの形態で表示し、前記検査予約情報を区別して表示することを特徴とする請求項11記載の検査予約管理システム。
- 前記検査予約情報に基づいて、予約変更可能な時間枠の候補を提示する予約変更候補提示手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項12記載の検査予約管理システム。
- 前記検査予約情報は検査対象の患者情報、検査装置の稼動情報を含む検査装置情報、検査室の稼働状況を含む検査室情報、および検査装置の操作者の勤怠情報の少なくとも1つをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13記載の検査予約システム。
- 前記検査装置情報には、さらに装置の保守情報を示す保守区分を含むことを特徴とする請求項14記載の検査予約管理システム。
- 前記操作者の勤怠情報は、本日の勤怠状況と本日以降の勤怠計画情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項15記載の検査予約管理システム。
- 前記患者、操作者、検査装置、および検査室の予約を、前記検査予約情報に基づいて自動的に変更する自動変更手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項16記載の検査予約管理システム。
- 前記情報取得手段は、さらに検査に使用する薬剤の種類、および使用量を示す薬剤情報を取得し、前記検査予約情報に同期して前記薬剤の在庫管理を行うことを特徴とする請求項17記載の検査予約管理システム。
- 前記患者の緊急度区分として患者の意識レベルを用いることを特徴とする請求項18記載の検査予約管理システム。
- 前記自動変更手段は、検査の進捗状況に基づいてリアルタイムに行われることを特徴とする請求項19記載の検査予約管理システム。
