- the program may also be supplied to the computer by various types of temporary computer-readable media. Examples of transitory computer readable media include electrical signals, optical signals, and electromagnetic waves.
- the temporary computer-readable medium can supply the program to the computer via a wired communication path such as an electric wire and an optical fiber, or a wireless communication path.

Abstract
Description
本発明の実施形態の説明に先立って、本発明の特徴についてその概要をまず説明する。本発明は、構内交換機(PBX:Private Branch Exchange)を含む電話システムにおける音声通話品質を、外部装置を使用することなく、PBX単独で、容易に調整することができる機能を有するPBXを提供することを主な特徴としている。
次に、本発明に係る構内電話機(PBX)の構成例について、図1を用いて説明する。図1は、本発明に係る構内電話機のブロック構成の一例を示す構成図である。図1では、回線交換機能とVoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol)機能との両方の機能を有するハイブリッドPBXに音声品質調整機能をさらに付与して構成している場合の構成例を示している。なお、図1には、本発明に係る構内電話機の動作を分かり易く説明するために、本構内電話機が関連する電話システム全体のシステム構成を合わせて示している。つまり、本構内電話機に接続する電話機、本構内電話機とIPネットワークを介してリモート制御する他の構内交換機や、回線網と接続するデジタル回線やアナログ回線等の各構成要素も含めて示している。
次に、図2,図3の動作説明図を参照して、図1に示した電話システムにおける構内交換機の動作の一例を詳細に説明する。

Claims (9)
- 通話用に接続する電話機種別、回線種別のグループごとの組み合わせに応じて最適な通話音質が得られるゲイン回路やエコーキャンセラ回路の音質調整値を記憶する音質特性構成データベースと、
通話用に接続する電話機、通信回線の組み合わせにより決まる接続経路に関する情報を記憶する接続経路データベースとを備え、
電話機または通信回線からの接続要求があった際に、前記接続経路データベースを参照して決定した接続経路上に存在する前記ゲイン回路や前記エコーキャンセラ回路に対して設定すべき音質調整値を、前記音質特性構成データベースを参照することにより取得して、当該ゲイン回路や当該エコーキャンセラ回路に対して設定することを特徴とする構内交換機。 - 通話中の状態にある電話機または通信回線から、通話中の電話機種別、回線種別の組み合わせに関して前記音質特性構成データベースに記憶されている音質調整値の変更を要求する音質調整要求ダイヤル番号を受け取った際に、該音質調整要求ダイヤル番号に該当する変更値によって、前記音質特性構成データベースの音質調整値を更新することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構内交換機。
- 通話中の状態にある電話機または通信回線からの前記音質調整要求ダイヤル番号を受け取って前記音質特性構成データベースの音質調整値を更新した際に、通話中の状態を維持したまま、当該通話に使用されている前記ゲイン回路や前記エコーキャンセラ回路に対して更新された音質調整値を再設定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の構内交換機。
- 構内電話機を保守するための保守端末から、前記音質特性構成データベースの電話機種別、回線種別のグループごとの組み合わせに応じて記憶されている音質調整値を、1ないし複数のグループを一括指定して更新させることができるインターフェースを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の構内交換機。
- 構内交換機に、通話用に接続する電話機種別、回線種別のグループごとの組み合わせに応じて最適な通話音質が得られるゲイン回路やエコーキャンセラ回路の音質調整値を記憶する音質特性構成データベースと、
通話用に接続する電話機、通信回線の組み合わせにより決まる接続経路に関する情報を記憶する接続経路データベースとを備え、
電話機または通信回線からの接続要求があった際に、前記接続経路データベースを参照して決定した接続経路上に存在する前記ゲイン回路や前記エコーキャンセラ回路に対して設定すべき音質調整値を、前記音質特性構成データベースを参照することにより取得して、当該ゲイン回路や当該エコーキャンセラ回路に対して設定することを特徴とする音声品質調整方法。 - 通話中の状態にある電話機または通信回線から、通話中の電話機種別、回線種別の組み合わせに関して前記音質特性構成データベースに記憶されている音質調整値の変更を要求する音質調整要求ダイヤル番号を受け取った際に、該音質調整要求ダイヤル番号に該当する変更値によって、前記音質特性構成データベースの音質調整値を更新することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の音声品質調整方法。
- 通話中の状態にある電話機または通信回線からの前記音質調整要求ダイヤル番号を受け取って前記音質特性構成データベースの音質調整値を更新した際に、通話中の状態を維持したまま、当該通話に使用されている前記ゲイン回路や前記エコーキャンセラ回路に対して更新された音質調整値を再設定することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の音声品質調整方法。
- 構内電話機を保守するための保守端末から、前記音質特性構成データベースの電話機種別、回線種別のグループごとの組み合わせに応じて記憶されている音質調整値を、1ないし複数のグループを一括指定して更新させることができるインターフェースを備えていることを特徴とする請求項5ないし7のいずれかに記載の音声品質調整方法。
- 請求項5ないし8のいずれかに記載の音声品質調整方法を、コンピュータによって実行可能なプログラムとして実施していることを特徴とする音声品質調整プログラムが格納された非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体。
