- a resin abutting body that elastically contacts the second member and a torsion coil spring that urges the abutting body in the elastic contact direction have been developed and already filed (Japanese Patent Application No. 2009-064177). It is carried out.
- this urging body it becomes possible to achieve high durability while stably generating the urging force necessary for preventing rattling between two members, positioning, etc., and made of resin. There is an advantage that the member is not damaged. On the other hand, it is said that this urging body is somewhat complicated in assembling each component (base, abutment body, and torsion coil spring) and attaching the urging body after the assembly to the member (glove box, etc.). There was a problem.
- the present invention has been devised in view of the problems of the prior art as described above, and provides a biasing device that prevents a member to be attached from being damaged and is easy to attach to the attachment subject.
- the purpose is to do.

- the contact body 13 rotates in a state where the inner surface of the overhanging portion 32 a is in sliding contact with the outer peripheral edge 21 a in the upper portion of the bearing portions 21 and 21. In this way, the rotation of the contact body 13 around the rotation shafts 12 and 12 is guided.
- the contact body 13 is fixed to the support base 11 in the state shown in FIG. More specifically, the contact body 13 after completion of the mounting is further improved by the inner surface of the overhanging portion 31a coming into contact with the outer peripheral edge 21b (see FIG. 2B) in the front lower portion of the bearing portions 21 and 21. Forward rotation is restricted.
- the abutment body 13 has its locking claw 34 locked to the lower edge 51 a of the locking hole 51 formed in the front wall 23 b of the spring locking block 23. Rotation in the reverse direction (rear direction) is restricted.
- the torsion coil spring 14 has a lower part (base end) of the support base 11 and a front part (free end) of the contact body 13 around the rotating shafts 12 and 12. Are biased in the direction of separating them from each other.

Therefore, the instrument panel 3 is not damaged, and the operator can easily attach the instrument panel 3 to the installation target.
- the support base 11 is integrally formed with the glove box 2, there is an advantage that the number of parts can be reduced.
- an elastic member such as a leaf spring or a resin can be used.
- the torsion coil spring 14 the play between the glove box 2 and the instrument panel 3 is prevented. It is possible to achieve high durability while stably generating the urging force necessary for positioning and positioning.
- the elastic piece 46 is provided at the center portion of the support wall 33, and the concave portion 22 in which the shaft hole for supporting the rotating shafts 12, 12 of the contact body 13 opens inward. Therefore, the torsion coil spring 14 is attached to the spring support shafts 41 and 41 while being compressed in the axial direction (that is, the axial dimension of the coil portion 14a of the torsion coil spring 14 in the initial state is left and right). Is larger than the dimension between the support walls 33, 33), so that at least the left rotation shaft 12 is urged outward (pressed against the bottom of the recess 22) and attached to the support base 11. 13 rattles are prevented.
- the present invention has been described in detail based on specific embodiments, the above embodiments are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
- the urging device according to the present invention is not limited to the glove box 2 and the instrument panel 3 as described above, and can be interposed between any two members.
- a configuration in which an urging device is provided on the instrument panel 3 side and the contact body is in contact with the glove box 2 is also possible.
