Therefore, by closing the lid 12, the packaging material 14 is sandwiched between the front plate 11 ⁇ / b> F of the carton body 11 and the front plate 12 ⁇ / b> F of the lid 12, and then the cutting blade B with a thumb attached to the convex portion FP, for example.
- the cutting blade B with a thumb attached to the convex portion FP, for example.
- the distance La which is the shortest distance between the roll R and each of the guard flaps 15L and 15R, is the distance from the left end REL or right end RER of the paper tube 13 to the corresponding guard flaps 15L and 15R.
- the distance Lb which is the shortest distance between the roll R and each of the derived flaps 16L and 16R, is the distance from the packaging material 14 on the paper tube 13 to the corresponding derived flaps 16L and 16R.
- equation 1 is materialized between the distance La and the distance Lb.
- the left derived flap 16L and the right derived flap 16R have the same shape, but the left guard flap 15L and the right guard flap 15R have the same shape. Therefore, the relationship of the above formula 1 is not only established between the shortest distance La between the roll R and the left guard flap 15L and the shortest distance Lb between the roll R and the left derived flap 16L, but also between the roll R and This also holds between the shortest distance La between the right guard flap 15R and the shortest distance Lb between the roll R and the right derivation flap 16R.
- the carton C is held by the user's left hand LH, and the thumb of the left hand LH is attached to the convex portion FP of the lid 12.
- the right hand RH pulls the packaging material 14 from the opening of the carton body 11 by holding the cut end 14a of the packaging material 14 with, for example, a thumb and an index finger.
- the packaging material supply body 10 is placed at a predetermined angle with respect to the horizontal plane H such that the top side 11FT of the front plate 11F of the carton body 11 is lower than the top side of the back plate 11B of the carton body 11. Suppose it is tilted. In this case, the roll R in the carton body 11 moves in the direction of jumping out of the carton body 11 from the opening of the carton body 11.
- the roll R comes into contact with the front plate 11F of the carton body 11 instead of the bottom plate 11BT of the carton body 11.
- the regulation oblique side 15 LS of the left guard flap 15 L and the left end REL of the paper tube 13 come into contact at the contact point P.
- the right end portion RER of the paper tube 13 contacts the regulation oblique side 15RS of the right guard flap 15R.
- the left lead flap 16L contacts the packaging material 14 drawn from the roll R in the vicinity of the top side 11FT of the front plate 11F of the carton body 11, while the lead edge 16LE of the left lead flap 16L is on the paper tube 13 It does not come into contact with the packaging material 14.
- the right lead flap 16R contacts the packaging material 14 drawn from the roll R in the vicinity of the top side 11FT, while the lead-out edge 16RE of the right lead flap 16R contacts the packaging material 14 on the paper tube 13. do not do.
- FIGS. 8 (a) to 9 (c) the function of the lead-out flap 16 from the drawing of the packaging material 14 to the completion of cutting will be described.
- 8A to 8C the packaging material 14 is placed between the front plate 12F of the lid body 12 and the front plate 11F of the carton body 11 by closing the opening of the carton body 11 with the lid body 12.
- FIG. A procedure for cutting the packaging material 14 in a sandwiched state is shown.
- 9A to 9C show the packaging material 14 between the front plate 12F of the lid body 12 and the front plate 11F of the carton body 11 without closing the opening of the carton body 11 with the lid body 12.
- FIG. The procedure of cutting the packaging material 14 in a state in which no is sandwiched is shown.
- the packaging material supply body 10 so that the bottom plate 11BT of the carton body 11 is horizontal. It is assumed that the packaging material 14 is pulled out and cut in a state where it is gripped. 8 (a) to 9 (c), for the sake of convenience showing the state of the packaging material supply body 10 from before the packaging material 14 is cut to when the cutting is completed, as in FIGS. 4 (a) to 4 (d).
- the lead-out flap 16L and the adhesive portion 17 are drawn on the same cross section.
- the packaging material 14 is pulled out with the lid 12 open.
- the packaging material 14 is pulled out from the carton body 11 through the opening of the carton body 11 while being in contact with the left lead flap 16L and the right lead flap 16R.
- the roll R is pulled toward the front plate 11F of the carton main body 11, thereby contacting the front plate 11F (front inner plate 11ST) of the carton main body.
- the lid 12 After pulling out the packaging material 14 by a desired length, the lid 12 is closed as shown in FIG. Thereby, a part of the packaging material 14 pulled out from the roll R is sandwiched between the front plate 11F of the carton body 11 and the front plate 12F of the lid 12 while adhering to the adhesive portion 17. At this time, from the position PP where the packaging material 14 peels on the outer peripheral surface of the roll R (that is, the base end of the packaging material 14 pulled out from the roll R) to the portion of the packaging material 14 that touches the cutting edge of the cutting blade B.
- the length of the packaging material 14 is the length la from the peeling position PP to the left corner LA and the length from the left corner LA to the cutting edge of the cutting blade B, that is, the front plate 11F and the lid 12 of the carton body 11. Is equal to the sum of the length lb of the packaging material 14 sandwiched between the front plate 12F.
- the packaging material 14 is pulled out with the lid 12 open as shown in FIG. 9A.
- the cutting edge of the cutting blade B is brought into contact with the pulled packaging material 14 while the lid 12 is opened as shown in FIG. 9B.
- the packaging material 14 is cut
- the portion of the packaging material 14 drawn out from the roll R after completion of the cutting is equal to the length lc from the peeling position PP to the cutting edge of the cutting blade B.
- the same part of the packaging material 14 covers the upper part of the front plate 11F of the carton body 11 as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 9B, but does not reach the adhesive part 17 and adheres to the adhesive part 17 Not.
- the relationship of the following formula 2 holds between the lengths la and lb shown in FIG. 8B and the length lc shown in FIG. 9B.
- the cut end 14a of the packaging material 14 drawn into the carton body 11 is held in contact with the lead flap 16 including the left lead flap 16L and the right lead flap 16R. Therefore, it is suppressed that the cut end 14a of the packaging material 14 re-adheres to the roll R.
- the packaging material 14 drawn out from the roll R did not re-adhere to the roll R.
- the lead-out edges 16LE and 16RE of the lead-out flap 16 did not contact the packaging material 14 on the paper tube 13.
- the distance between the top side 11FT and the bottom side of the front plate 11F of the carton body 11, the distance between the top side 11FT of the front plate 11F of the carton body 11 and the top side of the back plate 11B of the carton body 11, and the paper tube When the outer diameter of 13 is set to the above dimensions, the maximum length of the lead-out flap 16 in the direction perpendicular to the top side 11FT of the front plate 11F of the carton body 11 can be set to 12 mm.
- the lead-out flap 16 can be prevented from contacting the packaging material 14 on the paper tube 13. However, if the maximum length is less than 2 mm, it is sufficient that the cut end 14a of the packaging material 14 is re-adhered to the roll R when the packaging material 14 is cut by the cutting blade B with the lid 12 open. It is difficult to prevent. Therefore, in order to sufficiently suppress damage to the packaging material 14 by the lead-out flap 16 and re-adhesion of the cut end 14a of the packaging material 14 to the roll R, the maximum length of the lead-out flap 16 is 2 mm or more and 12 mm or less. It is preferable that
- a left guard flap 15L is provided at the left corner LA formed between the front plate 11F and the left side plate 11SL of the carton body 11, and is formed between the front plate 11F and the right side plate 11SR of the carton body 11.
- a right guard flap 15R is provided at the right corner RA.
- the guard flaps 15 ⁇ / b> L and 15 ⁇ / b> R are configured to restrict movement of the roll R within the carton body 11 by contacting at least one of both ends REL and RER of the paper tube 13 exposed without being covered by the packaging material 14. It has become. Therefore, even if the roll R in the carton body 11 is pulled when the packaging material 14 is pulled out, the roll R can be prevented from jumping out of the carton body 11 by contacting the guard flaps 15L and 15R. . Moreover, since the guard flaps 15L and 15R do not come into contact with the packaging material 14 on the paper tube 13, the packaging material 14 is not damaged by the guard flaps 15L and 15R.
- a lead-out flap 16 that protrudes toward the inside of the carton body 11 is provided at a portion of the top side of the front plate 11F of the carton body 11 sandwiched between the guard flaps 15L and 15R.
- the lead-out flap 16 guides the packaging material 14 to the outside of the carton body 11 by coming into contact with the packaging material 14 drawn from the roll R. Therefore, the drawn packaging material 14 is held in contact with the lead-out flap 16 before being wound back to the roll R.
- each guard flap 15L, 15R and the roll R is shorter than the shortest distance between the derived flap 16 and the roll R. Therefore, the lead-out flap 16 does not contact the roll R, that is, the packaging material 14 on the paper tube 13.
- the left derivation flap 16L and the right derivation flap 16R protrude toward the inside of the carton body 11 from the left end and the right end of the top side 11FT of the front plate 11F of the carton body 11. Therefore, both end portions of the cut end 14a of the packaging material 14 that are easy to re-adhere to the roll R are held by the left lead flap 16L and the right lead flap 16R, respectively. Therefore, the left lead flap 16L and the right lead flap 16R suitably suppress the packaging material 14 from re-adhering to the roll R.
- the center portion of the front plate 11F of the carton body 11 in the longitudinal direction of the carton body 11 is far away from the left corner portion LA and the right corner portion RA, so that the mechanical strength is not high, and the front inner plate 11ST Reinforcement is particularly needed. Since the left lead flap 16L and the right lead flap 16R are not provided in the central portion of the front plate 11F, the central portion of the front plate 11F can be sufficiently reinforced by the front inner plate 11ST.
- the packaging material 14 is not limited to a food wrap film, and may be, for example, an aluminum foil or a cooking sheet.
- the cutting blade B is not limited to the V shape, and may be a linear shape extending in a direction parallel to the central axis O of the roll R. In this case, it is preferable that the bottom side of the front plate of the carton body to which the cutting blade is attached also has a linear shape extending in a direction parallel to the central axis O.
- the left derivation flap 16L and the right derivation flap 16R are not limited to congruent shapes, but may be noncongruent shapes.
- the derivation flap 16 is not limited to the left derivation flap 16L and the right derivation flap 16R.
- a lead-out flap 26 may be provided on substantially the entire top side 11FT between the left guard flap 15L and the right guard flap 15R.
- the protruding amount of the outlet flap 26 protruding from the top side 11FT into the carton main body 11 is the same as the entire length of the outlet flap 26 in the direction parallel to the central axis O of the roll R.
- the protrusion amount is the largest at the portion extending from the middle point of the top side 11FT and the protrusion amount gradually decreases toward both ends of the top side 11FT.
- the protrusion amount is the smallest at the portion extending from the midpoint of the top side 11FT and the protrusion amount gradually increases toward both ends of the top side 11FT.
- a central lead flap 36M is provided between a left lead flap 36L provided near the left guard flap 15L and a right lead flap 36R provided near the right guard flap 15R. May be.
- the amount of protrusion of the center lead flap 36M that protrudes from the top side 11FT into the carton body 11 is smaller than that of the left lead flap 36L and the right lead flap 36R. In this case, when the length from the roll R to the base end of the packaging material 14 drawn out from the roll R is shorter than the central portion of the cutting end 14a of the packaging material 14, the roll R over the entire cutting end 14a. Re-adhesion to can be suppressed.
- the protruding amount of the center lead flap 36M may be changed to be larger than that of the left lead flap 36L and the right lead flap 36R than the left lead flap 36L and the right lead flap 36R.
- Either one of the left guard flap 15L and the right guard flap 15R may be omitted.
- a central guard flap 15M may be provided in addition to the guard flaps 15L and 15R provided at the left corner portion LA and the right corner portion RA, respectively.
- the central guard flap 15M protrudes from the top side 11FT of the front plate 11F of the carton body 11 into the carton body 11.
- the central guard flap 15M regulates the movement of the roll R by urging the roll R toward the back plate 11B of the carton body 11.
- the central guard flap 15 ⁇ / b> M comes into surface contact with the roll R on the surface opposite to the surface facing the front plate 11 ⁇ / b> F of the carton body 11.
- the contact area between the guard flap and the roll R is small. May be damaged by contact with guard flap.
- the central guard flap 15M in FIGS. 12 and 13 since the surface contact is made with the roll R, the packaging material 14 on the paper tube 13 is brought into contact with the central guard flap 15M when the packaging material 14 is pulled out. The damage can be suppressed.

Abstract
