- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 액세스 코드를 수령하기 위하여 제공되는 개인정보는 사용자의 이메일 및 휴대 단말 접속 번호 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 통신가능한 주소인 것을 특징으로 하는 판촉물 자동지급기.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 액세스 코드를 수령하기 위하여 제공되는 개인정보는 사용자의 이름, 집주소, 주민등록번호, 취미, 직업, 재산, 및 인간관계 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 추가정보를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판촉물 자동지급기.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 액세스 코드를 수령하기 위하여 제공되는 개인정보는 사용자의 홍채, 지문, 얼굴모양, 음성 중 적어도 하나로부터 유래하는 생체정보를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판촉물 자동지급기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 액세스 코드에는, 사용자가 제공한 개인정보의 종류에 따라 그 대가로서 지급받을 수 있는 판촉물의 종류, 수량, 지급가능 기간 및 지급가능 지역 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제한조건이 코드화되어 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판촉물 자동지급기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 각각 유무선 데이터 통신이 가능한 통신 인터페이스를 더 포함하며, 복수의 판촉물 자동지급기가 각각의 통신 인터페이스를 통하여 판촉물 제공자의 운영자 서버 시스템에 연결되어 판촉물 지급과 관련된 사용자 및 판촉물 관련 데이터를 상호 업데이트하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판촉물 자동지급기.
- 적어도 한가지 종류의 판촉물을 하나 이상 저장하고 있다가, 사용자의 요구에 따라 저장되어 있는 판촉물 중에서 사용자가 선택한 종류 및 수량의 것을 지급하는 판촉물 자동지급 방법에 있어서,판촉물 제공자가 그 대가로서 판촉물을 지급받을 수 있는 조건으로 자신의 개인정보를 적어도 하나 제공한 후 제공된 개인정보가 코드화되어 포함되어 있는 식별부호이며, 또한 제공된 개인정보의 종류 및 양에 따라 차등적으로 판촉물 획득 권한이 부여되어 있는 액세스 코드를 사용자에게 제공하는 단계와;사용자가 제공한, 판촉물의 획득 권한을 나타내는 식별부호인 액세스 코드를 인식하는 단계와;인식된 액세스 코드를 미리 기억하고 있는, 해당 인식된 액세스 코드가 사용자가 선택한 판촉물을 지급받을 자격이 있는지 없는지 여부를 판별할 수 있는 정보인 기준정보와 비교하는 단계와;비교결과 사용자가 선택한 판촉물의 지급 여부를 결정하는 단계; 및지급 불가로 결정되면 에러 메시지를 출력하고, 반면에 지급 허가로 결정되면 결정된 판촉물을 출력하는 단계를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판촉물 자동지급 방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 판촉물 제공자가 사용자에게 액세스 코드를 제공하는 단계는, 양방향 데이터 통신이 가능한 통신망을 통해 접속가능한 사용자 단말 및 판촉물 제공자의 운영자 서버 시스템 사이에서, 사용자 단말이 사용자의 개인정보를 제공하고 상기 운영자 서버 시스템이 상기 액세스 코드를 생성하여 상기 통신망을 통해 사용자 단말에 제공하는 단계로서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 판촉물 자동지급 방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 상기 액세스 코드는 사용자에게 지급되는 전자카드 상에 물리적 각인이나 자기적으로 판독가능한 정보 또는 근거리 무선통신 수단으로 판독가능한 정보 중 적어도 하나로서 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판촉물 자동지급 방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 상기 액세스 코드는 사용자의 휴대 단말에게 송신되는 부호의 형태로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판촉물 자동지급 방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 상기 액세스 코드를 수령하기 위하여 제공되는 개인정보는 사용자의 이메일 및 휴대 단말 접속 번호 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 통신가능한 주소인 것을 특징으로 하는 판촉물 자동지급 방법.
- 청구항 15에 있어서, 상기 액세스 코드를 수령하기 위하여 제공되는 개인정보는 사용자의 이름, 집주소, 주민등록번호, 취미, 직업, 재산, 및 인간관계 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 추가정보를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판촉물 자동지급 방법.

- 청구항 11에 있어서, 복수의 판촉물 자동지급기가 각각의 통신 인터페이스를 통하여 판촉물 제공자의 운영자 서버 시스템에 연결되어 판촉물 지급과 관련된 사용자 및 판촉물 관련 데이터를 상호 업데이트하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판촉물 자동지급 방법.
