Definitions
- the present invention relates to a child seat, and more particularly to a child seat in which a shoulder harness for safely restraining an infant's body in a vehicle can be easily adjusted to a position suitable for the infant's physique.
- the child seat has a method for attaching to the seat according to the standard according to the weight of the target infant and the approximate age. In addition, even when attached in an appropriate manner, it is necessary to adjust the shoulder harness height to a position suitable for the infant's physique.
- FIG. 8A is a partial front view showing an example of an attachment state of the shoulder harness 53 of the conventional child seat 50.
- shoulder harness through holes 54 are formed at four heights at predetermined intervals in the height direction.
- the shoulder harness 53 is attached to the back portion 52 using the second shoulder harness through hole 54 from the top.
- FIG. 8A shows a shoulder harness through hole 54 formed in the seat cushion 51.
- a through hole 57 is formed at the same position as the shoulder harness through hole 54 of the body shell 55 of the child seat.
- the end portion of the shoulder harness 53 is inserted into the shoulder harness through hole 54 of the seat cushion and the through hole 57 of the main body shell 55 and extends to the lower end on the back side of the main body shell 55, and a fixed hanger provided at the lower end of the main body shell 55 (Not shown) is locked and fixed (Non-Patent Document 1).
- the shoulder harness 53 In order to properly use the child seat shoulder harness 53 having such a configuration, for example, when the child seat is attached to the seat backwards, the shoulder height of the infant in a posture slightly close to the sleeping position (hereinafter referred to as the shoulder harness).
- the end portion of the shoulder harness 53 is fixed on the back side of the main body shell 55 by using a shoulder harness through hole 54 that is the same as or lower than the shoulder.
- the shoulder harness through hole 54 in which the shoulder height of the infant is the same as the shoulder harness height or the shoulder harness height is slightly higher according to the physique of the infant to be seated. It is necessary to fix the end of the shoulder harness 53 on the back side of the main body shell 55 by using it.
- Patent Document 1 A child seat shoulder belt height adjustment mechanism has also been proposed that makes this work easy (Patent Document 1).
- Patent Document 1 the following reference numerals are described in the embodiment of Patent Document 1
- the shoulder belt is moved to a fixed slot having an appropriate height by using a movement passage 60 connecting the two. Since the back panel 24 between the fixed slots 56 and 58 becomes a cantilever portion 72, the fixed slots are reinforced by a reinforcing member in which predetermined reinforcing plates 74 and 76 are resin-molded.
- a large resin reinforcing member in which a reinforcing plate is insert-molded is used to reinforce a cantilever portion that receives a load from a shoulder belt, and the reinforcing member is attached to the front and rear surfaces of the back panel. It is attached. For this reason, the number of parts increased, leading to an increase in cost and weight.
- the above-described tab is provided between the fixed slot and the movement passage. However, since the fixed slot and the moving passage form a single slit shape, if a large lateral force is applied to the shoulder belt, the shoulder belt goes over the tab position and wraps around the moving passage so that the fixed position is reached. There is a risk that it will come off.
- the object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned problems of the conventional technology, and to adjust the height of the shoulder harness by providing a slit that allows a plurality of shoulder harness holding holes to be continuous in the body shell of the conventional child seat. It is an object of the present invention to provide a child seat that can be easily performed.
- the present invention provides a child seat capable of adjusting the height of the back side of a shoulder harness of a restraining means for restraining an infant seated on a seat cushion covering the body shell, wherein the body shell has a back portion thereof.
- a plurality of shoulder harness holding holes that are inserted into the surface and hold the height of the shoulder harness are arranged at a predetermined height, and a shoulder harness through hole in which a space between the shoulder harness holding holes is continuous; Stopper means for closing a slit formed continuously on the lower side of the plurality of shoulder harness holding holes is provided.
- the shoulder harness holding hole has a shape in which a part of the stopper means is accommodated and has a rotatable clearance.
- the stopper means is rotatably attached to the main body shell and has an engaging portion that covers a lower side of the shoulder harness holding hole at a portion that fits in the shoulder harness holding hole.
- a part of the seat cushion is cut out into a shape in which the shoulder harness through hole is exposed, and a back pad for covering the cut out part and securing a holding position of the shoulder harness is provided as a part of the seat cushion. It is preferable to attach it detachably.
- the simple structure of the shoulder harness through-hole and the stopper formed in the main body shell allows the child seat to be attached to the vehicle seat at the back position of the shoulder harness according to the physique of the infant restrained by the child seat. There is an effect that it can be easily adjusted without leaving it.

Abstract
