Description
本发明涉及一种制作方法,特别是一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法。
中国专利申请(专利申请号201010125727.4)中公开了名称为“一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法”
,它利用具有形状记忆效应的高分子聚合物对其赋形的记忆这一特性,可实现在酒瓶盖等物件上的防伪。其工艺步骤是:先将具备形状记忆功能的高分子材料制成表面具有凹凸有致图案的板材,再将上述板材进行辐照交联。工艺比较复杂。
本发明的目的在于提供一种把具备形状记忆功能的高分子材料制成片材及交联的两个工艺过程合二为一,简化了制造工艺,节省了成本的形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法,其特征在于:将具备形状记忆功能的高分子材料采用过氧化物交联工艺或一步法硅烷交联工艺,在挤出机或注塑机的料筒中进行交联,挤出或注塑成型的产品直接就具有了记忆性,挤出的片材可以是平面片材,也可以是表面形成凹凸图案或文字的片材,再把上述交联的片材加热至其形变温度以上,并在平面片材上压制出图案或文字,或把已形成凹凸图案或文字的片材压成平面或其它图案、文字,再把片材裁成小片,每一小片都隐含了一个图案或一组文字即可。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下措施来达到:所述的挤出或注塑成型过程中,可利用片材挤出机组的压花辊在挤出的片材表面形成凹凸图案或文字,或利用模具直接在注塑产品的表面形成凹凸图案或文字,再把上述交联的片材加热至其形变温度以上,然后用两辊或三辊压延机把加热的片材上的凹凸图案或文字压制成其它的图案或文字,或压成平面,再把片材裁成小片,每一小片都隐含了一个图案或一组文字即可。所述的挤出或注塑成型过程中,将具备形状记忆功能的高分子材料挤成平面片材,将片材按热压模具的大小裁成所需的规格,然后将片材放入热压模具中,在片材的表面热压出凹凸图案或文字。所述的挤出机可采用单螺杆片材挤出机组,单螺杆片材挤出机组的辊筒表面设定了多个相同的图案或多组相同的文字,这些相同的图案或文字彼此有一定的距离,这些相同的图案或文字是凸出或凹进的。把上述已交联的表面具有凹凸图案或文字的片材在常温的情况下,用冲床和模具把片材的凹凸图案或文字冲压成其它的图案或文字。所述平面片材的厚度为0.1—2.0mm。所述具有凹凸有致图案的板材的厚度为0.1—2.0mm。
本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:把片材成型(或注塑成型)与化学交联同时进行,简化了制造工艺,节省了成本。
本发明下面将结合实施例作进一步详述:
实施例一
利用单螺杆片材挤出机组,该片材挤出机组的辊筒表面设定了多个相同的图案或多组相同的文字,这些相同的图案或文字彼此有一定的距离,这些相同的图案或文字是凸出或凹进的。用这样的片材挤出机组将具备形状记忆性能的高分子材料,如降冰片烯、反式聚异戊二烯、聚氨酯、苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、聚乙烯等采用过氧化物交联工艺或一步法硅烷交联工艺、在挤出机的料筒中进行交联,并挤成表面具有与辊筒对应的凹凸图案或文字的片材,片材厚度为0.1—2mm,以0.3-0.5mm为好。再把上述交联的片材加热,然后用二辊或三辊压延机把加热的片材上的凹凸图案或文字压平,将片材印刷,再把片材裁成小片,每一小片都隐含了一个图案或一组文字。把这些小片贴在商品上,当需要检验商品的真伪时,把小片放进开水中或用其它方式加热,则这些小片就会显现出辊筒上的图案或文字,起到防伪的作用。
实施例二
将具备形状记忆功能的高分子材料如降冰片烯、反式聚异戊二烯、聚氨酯、苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物、聚乙烯等,采用过氧化物交联工艺或一步法硅烷交联工艺、在注塑机的料筒中使这些材料交联,再利用模具直接在注塑产品的表面形成凹凸图案(文字)。当把注塑产品加热至其形变温度以上,将其表面已经形成的图案(文字),压制成其它的图案(文字)、或者压成平面,再把这些产品再加热至其形变温度以上时,注塑形成的凹凸图案(文字)就会重新显现出来。
实施例三
采用过氧化物交联工艺或一步法硅烷交联工艺、将交联后具备形状记忆功能的高分子材料如降冰片烯、反式聚异戊二烯、聚氨酯、苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物、聚乙烯等具备形状记忆功能的高分子材料挤成平面片材,将片材按热压模具的大小裁成所需的规格,然后将片材放入热压模具中,在片材的表面热压出凹凸图案(文字)。所述具有凹凸图案(文字)的片材的厚度为0.1—2.0mm。所述平面片材的厚度为0.1—2.0mm。当需要检验商品的真伪时,把小片放进开水中或用其它方式加热,则这些小片就会恢复成平面片材,起到防伪的作用。
实施例四
把上述实施例一及实施例二已交联的表面具有凹凸图案(文字)的片材在常温的情况下,用冲床和模具把板材或薄膜上的凹凸图案(文字)冲压成其它的图案(文字)。再把片材裁成小片,每一小片都隐含了一个图案或一组文字。把这些小片贴在商品上,当需要检验商品的真伪时,把小片放进开水中或用其它方式加热,则这些小片就会显现出辊筒上的图案或文字,起到防伪的作用。

- 一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法,其特征在于:将具备形状记忆功能的高分子材料采用过氧化物交联工艺或一步法硅烷交联工艺,在挤出机或注塑机的料筒中进行交联,挤出或注塑成型的产品直接就具有了记忆性,挤出的片材可以是平面片材,也可以是表面形成凹凸图案或文字的片材,再把上述交联的片材加热至其形变温度以上,并在平面片材上压制出图案或文字,或把已形成凹凸图案或文字的片材压成平面或其它图案、文字,再把片材裁成小片,每一小片都隐含了一个图案或一组文字即可。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的挤出或注塑成型过程中,可利用挤出机组压花辊在挤出的片材表面形成凹凸图案或文字,或利用模具直接在注塑产品的表面形成凹凸图案或文字,再把上述交联的片材加热至其形变温度以上,然后用两辊或三辊压延机把加热的片材上的凹凸图案或文字压制成其它的图案或文字,或压成平面,再把片材裁成小片,每一小片都隐含了一个图案或一组文字即可。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的挤出或注塑成型过程中,将具备形状记忆功能的高分子材料挤成平面片材,将片材按热压模具的大小裁成所需的规格,然后将片材放入热压模具中,在片材的表面热压出凹凸图案或文字。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的挤出机可采用单螺杆片材挤出机组,单螺杆片材挤出机组的辊筒表面设定了多个相同的图案或多组相同的文字,这些相同的图案或文字彼此有一定的距离,这些相同的图案或文字是凸出或凹进的。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法,其特征在于:把上述已交联的表面具有凹凸图案或文字的片材在常温的情况下,用冲床和模具把片材的凹凸图案或文字冲压成其它的图案或文字。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法,其特征在于:所述平面片材的厚度为0.1—2.0mm。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法,其特征在于:所述具有凹凸有致图案的板材的厚度为0.1—2.0mm。
