- the lever 195 rotates the fixing protrusion 194 to be removed from the fixing groove 193 or rotates the fixing protrusion 194 to be inserted into any one of the plurality of fixing grooves 193. Component.
- the fixing part 194 is provided at both sides of the first driving part 150, and the levers 195 provided at both sides of the fixing part 194 are connected to each other by the third link 196, so that the fixing part 194 is disposed at either side of the first driving part 150. Even when the lever 195 is rotated, the opposite lever 195 is also rotated so that the fixing protrusions 194 are removed from each of the fixing grooves 193 or inserted into the fixing grooves 193.
- the first base 151 may be slid along the underrail 192 in a state where the lever 195 is rotated upward to release the fixing protrusion 194 from the fixing groove 193. Therefore, after locking or releasing each of the restraints 140 such that the rotation axis of the first main plate 112 becomes one of the first variable hinge part 131 to the third variable hinge part 133, Adjusting the position of the position adjusting unit 190 and by rotating the lever 195 to the original position so that the fixing protrusion 194 is inserted into the fixing groove 193 to fix the position of the first base 151 It is to be able to adjust the position of the first driving unit 150 to be.
- a third roller 109 may be provided at an end portion of the frame 106 facing the foot of the human body to support the fourth main plate 118.
- the point to be rotated among the variable hinge parts 131, 132, 133, 134, and 135 of the plate part 102 is set to fit the user's body shape, and then the first The plate unit 102 may be inclined by driving the first driving unit 150 and the second driving unit 170.
- it can be used after laying a mattress (not shown) on the plate portion 102 according to the user's preference.
- the posture in which the plate portion 102 of FIG. 22 is flat is referred to as a first posture, and as shown in FIG. 23, the first main plate 112 stands up and the upper body of the patient is raised.
- a state in which the knees are upright will be referred to as a third posture, and as shown in FIG. 25, the first main plate 112, the third main plate 116, and the fourth main plate 118 are inclined to the user.
- the upper body is raised and the state of the user's knees is referred to as the fourth posture.
- the platform 100 is provided with a controller (not shown) for controlling the first driving unit 150 and the second driving unit 170.
- the controller may be manufactured and provided in a separate substrate form in the platform, or may be embedded in the input unit 103.
- control unit is provided with a database on the risk of bedsores at the specific location of the human body by the specific posture of the user lying on the plate (102).
- the database is a data obtained by evaluating the risk of pressure ulceration at a specific location of a human body by measuring various pressure ulcer factors. Can be.
- the development of pressure sores is caused by factors such as pressure, friction and shear forces applied to the human skin.
- the occurrence of the pressure ulcer may be related to the percutaneous gas partial pressure of the human skin.
- the percutaneous gas partial pressure may include, for example, a percutaneous oxygen gas partial pressure (tcpO2) or a percutaneous carbon dioxide gas partial pressure (tcpCO2) of human skin tissue.
- the pressure of the pressure ulcer is at least one or more of the pressure ulcer factors such as pressure, shear force, carbon dioxide gas partial pressure, oxygen gas partial pressure for each specific point of the human body, posture for each specific point of the human body in a specific posture
- the pressure ulcer factors such as pressure, shear force, carbon dioxide gas partial pressure, oxygen gas partial pressure for each specific point of the human body, posture for each specific point of the human body in a specific posture
- the data about the pressure sores on each point of the human body is input to the database. It may have been.
- the database may include the information on each human body point for each posture taken by the platform 100. Data on pressure sores may also be entered.
- the database is the data of the risk of bedsores for each point of the human body according to the posture holding time that the user maintains a specific posture by inputting the data on the factors.
- the characteristics of the constitution such as the skin vulnerable to pressure sores and the case of having a disease vulnerable to pressure sores, such as blood circulation disorders are also closely related to the risk of pressure sores, so that the input unit If input via the control unit may be calculated by applying a weight to the data of the database.
- control unit is configured to predict the risk of pressure sores on the user's specific point in the posture through a database that considers all of the above factors so that the control unit minimizes the risk of pressure sores from the first drive unit 150 and the second drive unit 170. ) Is controlled to alternately take one of the above-described first postures and fourth postures for a predetermined period of time at regular intervals.
- the patient slips on the first main plate 112 and the like to take a posture so that the shear force is not applied to the patient's skin and the first driving unit and
- the operation sequence of the second driving unit and the inclination and posture change time of each main plate may be adjusted, and the order and frequency of taking the respective postures may be variously combined.
- the platform 100 takes one of the first postures and the fourth postures as an example, but the present invention is not limited to the type of postures taken by the platform. It is possible.
