- 실린더의 실린더 로드 동작에 의헤 작동되는 한 쌍의 캘리퍼 레버를 포함하여 구성되는 철도 차량용 디스크 브레이크 장치에 있어서,실린더의 실린더 로드와 한 쌍의 캘리퍼 레버 사이에 연결 결합되는 레버기구를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 철도 차량용 디스크 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 레버기구는,일측이 실린더 로드에 체결 고정되고, 타측은 한 쌍의 캘리퍼 레버 중 어느 하나의 캘리퍼 레버에 고정되는 레버와,상기 레버가 고정된 반대 방향의 캘리퍼 레버에 일측부가 고정되는 편심바와,상기 레버에 일측이 고정되고, 반대 방향은 편심바의 타측부와 일체로 연결 설치되는 연결바를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도 차량용 디스크 브레이크 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 레버는 제1고정핀에 의해 캘리퍼 레버에 고정되고, 상기 레버의 중앙부 소정의 위치에는 장홀이 형성되며, 이 장홀에 제2고정핀이 끼워져 연결바가 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도 차량용 디스크 브레이크 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 편심바의 일측부는 고정바에 의해 캘리퍼 레버에 고정 설치되고, 상기 편심바의 타측부는 회전축에 의해 연결바에 일체로 연결 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 디스크 브레이크 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 고정축과 편심바를 한 쌍으로 보았을 때, 상기 고정축과 편심바는 켈리퍼 레버의 사이 상, 하부에 위치되게 두 쌍이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도 차량용 디스크 브레이크 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 편심바와 연결바는 회전축이 구비된 방향이 브레이크 헤드 방향을 향사도록 경사각이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도 차량용 디스크 브레이크 장치.
