La présente invention se rapporte à un balai d'essuie-glace, et plus particulièrement, à un balai d'essuie-glace comportant un essuie-glace formé d'une manière telle qu'un caoutchouc d'essuie-glace peut être facilement attaché/détaché, tout en présentant une structure simple, de sorte que, lorsque le caoutchouc d'essuie-glace est usé, seul le caoutchouc a besoin d'être remplacé. La présente invention concerne un guide de caoutchouc situé sur le ressort à lames ou le ressort à glissière du balai d'essuie-glace pour supporter le caoutchouc d'essuie-glace, de sorte que le caoutchouc d'essuie-glace puisse être facilement attaché/détaché lors de son remplacement, ce qui permet de réduire efficacement la charge économique sur les consommateurs et le gaspillage inutile issu des véhicules.
