Abstract

本申请实施例关于一种雨刷，包括扣接座、弹臂、刮刀及端套，弹臂连接扣接座并具有端部，弹臂的一侧具有底面，且端部开设有扣孔，刮刀附设于弹臂的底面，端套套设在弹臂的端部而沿弹臂的纵向阻挡刮刀，端套形成有卡勾且卡勾卡扣该扣孔；借此，可使雨刷易于组装并有效地固定刮刀。

雨刷
技术领域
本申请有关于一种雨刷，尤指一种易于组装及固定刮刀的雨刷。
背景技术
一般的雨刷至少包含有弹性条、刮刀以及扣接座，刮刀附设在弹性条的一侧，扣接座则设置在弹性条的另一侧，扣接座用于扣接雨刷臂，当雨刷臂将雨刷压制于玻璃时，弹性条能够借由其自身弹性力将刮刀压制服贴于玻璃表面。
雨刷组装时一般是先将扣接座铆固于弹性条再将刮刀套接扣接座，因此刮刀套接时易干涉扣接座而不便于组装，且刮刀在长期使用下容易松动，故如何使雨刷易于组装并可有效地固定刮刀乃亟待改善的问题。
有鉴于此，本申请发明人遂针对上述现有技术的缺失，特潜心研究并配合学理的运用，尽力解决上述的问题点，即成为本申请发明人改良的目标。
实用新型内容
本申请实施例的主要目的，在于提供一种易于组装及固定刮刀的雨刷。
为了达成上述的目的，本申请实施例提供一种雨刷，包括扣接座、至少一个弹臂、刮刀及至少一个端套，弹臂连接扣接座并具有端部，弹臂的一侧具有底面，且端部开设有扣孔，刮刀附设于弹臂的底面，端套套设在弹臂的端部而沿弹臂的纵向阻挡刮刀，端套形成有卡勾且卡勾卡扣该扣孔。
本申请实施例还具有以下功效：通过扣孔与卡勾，可将端套固定在弹臂上。借由各框体上的夹爪，可将弹臂限制于槽道内而不会脱离连接条。通过罩盖在各弹臂上的导流罩，可避免雨水侵入连接条内的弹臂。

具体实施方式
有关本申请实施例详细说明及技术内容，将配合图说明如下，然而所附图仅作为说明用途，并非用于局限本申请实施例。
本申请实施例提供一种雨刷，用以刮除车窗上的雨水，请参照图1至图5所示，其包括一扣接座10、连接扣接座10的弹臂20、刮刀40、连接在弹臂20及刮刀40之间的连接条30及设置在弹臂20上的端套50。其中扣接座10连接弹臂20以供扣接雨刷臂(图未示出)。
本申请实施例不限定弹臂20上连接扣接座10的位置，于本申请实施例中，扣接座10较佳地连接在弹臂20的一端且扣接座10连接一对弹臂20。各弹臂20分别穿接相对应的连接条30，刮刀40穿接各连接条30而连接各弹臂20，各弹臂20的另一端上分别套设有端套50以止挡连接条30及刮刀40，如图1。
然而，本申请实施例不以此为限，例如扣接座10也可以连接在单一弹臂20的中央，该对连接条30分别自弹臂20的两端套接弹臂20而相对地位于接座10的两侧，且此弹臂20的两端分别设置端套50，如图2。
于本申请实施例中，两个弹臂20的结构特征皆完全相同，故仅就单一弹臂20来描述，另一弹臂20便不再赘述。弹臂20为长条金属片，并在一侧具有底面23，且弹臂20的其中一端连接扣接座10，而另一端具有端部21，在端部21上开设有扣孔22。进一步说明，各弹臂20呈弧形，且两个弹臂20相接续使雨刷整体也呈弧形，于本申请实施例中，各弹臂20与扣接座10铆接，但本申请实施例不以此为限，例如弹臂20也可以锁固连接、杆接或是扣接在扣接座10。
于本申请实施例中，两个连接条30的结构特征皆完全相同，故仅就单一连接条30来描述，另一连接条30便不再赘述。连接条30的一侧设有下导轨31，下导轨31沿连接条30的纵向延伸，且连接条30上与下导轨31相对的另一侧包覆相对应弹臂20的底面23。进一步说明，连接条30为弹性胶材所构成的弹性长条体，连接条30设有供相对应的弹臂20穿设的槽道32，各槽道32包括多节相连接的框体321，且弹臂20依序穿过各框体321；因此当弹臂20受力产生变形时，框体321之间的间隙可供槽道32随着弹臂20变形而不会干涉弹臂20作动，于本申请实施例中，各框体321较佳地包含一对夹爪3211，且该对夹爪3211分别夹固弹臂20的两侧缘，但本申请实施例不以此为限，例如框体321也可以为矩形环框以供弹臂20穿过。
刮刀40的一侧设有上导轨41，上导轨41沿刮刀40的纵向延伸且穿接各下导轨31；进一步说明，刮刀40呈长条状，且刮刀40在上导轨41的另一侧形成有刃部42，该刃部42用以刮除车窗上的雨水。
于本申请实施例中，两个端套50的结构特征皆完全相同，故仅就单一端套50来描述，另一端套50便不再赘述。于本申请实施例中，端套50以塑料射出一体成型所构成，端套50套设在弹臂20的端部21并包覆上导轨41及下导轨31的一端，进而沿弹臂20的纵向阻挡连接条30及刮刀40以避免连接条30及刮刀40滑脱，端套50形成有卡勾51且卡勾51卡扣该扣孔22以将端套50固定在弹臂20上。进一步说明，请参阅图3，端套50形成有上包覆槽52及下包覆槽53，卡勾51形成在上包覆槽52及下包覆槽53之间，并在端套50的底部开设有连通下包覆槽53的缺口54，其中上包覆槽52及下包覆槽53分别套接包覆弹臂20的端部21及下导轨31，且上导轨41容置在缺口54内，借此可横向限制弹臂20、连接条30及刮刀40。
其中，请参阅图1、图4及图5所示，本申请实施例的雨刷还包括有一对导流罩60，其为塑料制的长条罩体，且在外侧凸出有沿其纵向延伸的脊部61，各导流罩60分别罩盖各弹臂20以引导通过雨刷表面的气流，并同时覆盖端套50而进一步地避免端套50自弹臂20、连接条30及刮刀40上脱落。而且各导流罩60分别包覆相对应的连接条30的槽道32，以避免雨水侵入至槽道32内的弹臂20。
进一步说明，复参阅图1，本申请实施例的雨刷还包括有挡块70，挡块70连接在各连接条30之间，于本申请实施例中，挡块70的两个侧边缘延伸出两个或两个以上卡勾72以扣接于扣接座10，两个弹臂20连接在扣接座10的同一侧，且两个弹臂20与扣接座10相连接的端部相互分离而被夹持在挡块70与扣接座10之间，借此挡块能够避免雨水残留在两个连接条30之间或是两个弹臂20的端部之间。又，挡块70具有连接段71，连接段71与该对下导轨31的外形相接续而连接该对下导轨31，使上导轨41可穿套其中一个下导轨31并通过连接段71来进一步穿套另一个下导轨31。
其中，挡块70在扣接座10的下方与导流罩60的外形相接续，使挡块70在该对导流罩60之间接续导流罩60的开口。本申请实施例的雨刷还包括有护盖80，护盖80罩盖扣接座10以及各导流罩60邻接扣接座10的端部，借此可让两个导流罩60能够流线地相接续，且护盖80具有通口81可供所述雨刷臂穿入而扣接在扣接座10。
特别说明，本申请实施例的组装方式如下所述：先将扣接座10分别与两个弹臂20铆接固定；接着将各连接条30的槽道32套接于相对应的弹臂20上，并将挡块70扣设于扣接座10；再将刮刀40的上导轨41自其中一个连接条30的下导轨31穿入，并通过挡块70的连接段71后再穿套另一个下导轨31；接着将端套50套接弹臂20并使卡勾51与相对应弹臂20的扣孔22卡合固定，并套接包覆弹臂20的端部21、连接条30的下导轨31及刮刀40的上导轨41，以防止连接条30和刮刀40脱落；再将两个导流罩60分别套设至相对应的弹臂20及连接条30上；最后将护盖80罩盖扣接座10即完成本申请实施例雨刷的组装。
综上所述，本申请实施例提供的雨刷，确可达到预期的使用目的，从而解决现有技术问题。

Claims (10)

1.一种雨刷，其特征在于，包括：
扣接座；
至少一个弹臂，连接所述扣接座，所述弹臂具有端部，所述弹臂的一侧具有底面，且所述端部开设有扣孔；
刮刀，附设于所述弹臂的所述底面；及
至少一个端套，套设在所述弹臂的所述端部而沿所述弹臂的纵向阻挡所述刮刀，所述端套形成有卡勾且所述卡勾卡扣所述扣孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的雨刷，其特征在于，还包括至少一个连接条，所述连接条套接所述弹臂，且所述连接条的一侧包覆于所述弹臂的所述底面。
3.如权利要求2所述的雨刷，其特征在于，其中所述连接条包覆于所述弹臂的另一侧设有下导轨，所述下导轨沿所述连接条的纵向延伸，所述刮刀的一侧设有上导轨，所述上导轨沿所述刮刀的纵向延伸且穿接所述下导轨，所述端套包覆所述上导轨及所述下导轨的一端而沿所述弹臂的纵向阻挡所述连接条。
4.如权利要求3所述的雨刷，其特征在于，其中所述端套形成有上包覆槽及下包覆槽，所述卡勾形成在所述上包覆槽及所述下包覆槽之间，所述上包覆槽套接包覆所述弹臂的所述端部，所述下包覆槽套接包覆所述下导轨。
5.如权利要求4所述的雨刷，其特征在于，其中所述端套的底部开设有连通所述下包覆槽的缺口，所述上导轨容置在所述缺口内。
6.如权利要求3所述的雨刷，其特征在于，其中所述弹臂为一对且所述连接条及所述端套相对应地皆为一对，各所述弹臂的一端分别连接所述扣接座并分别自所述扣接座相背延伸，各所述连接条则分别套接相对应的所述弹臂，且各所述连接条的一侧分别设有所述下导轨，所述上导轨穿套连接各所述下导轨。
7.如权利要求6所述的雨刷，其特征在于，其中两个所述连接条之间连接有挡块，且所述挡块扣接所述扣接座，所述上导轨穿套连接所述挡块。
8.如权利要求7所述的雨刷，其特征在于，其中所述挡块具有连接段，所述连接段与两个所述下导轨外形相接续而连接两个所述下导轨，所述上导轨与所述连接段相互穿套连接。
9.如权利要求6所述的雨刷，其特征在于，还包含一对导流罩，各所述导流罩分别罩盖各所述弹臂并分别包覆相对应的各所述端套。
10.如权利要求9所述的雨刷，其特征在于，还包含护盖，所述护盖罩盖所述扣接座以及各所述导流罩邻接所述扣接座的端部。
