实施本发明的方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供一种音视频呼叫的方法,该方法应用于视讯会议系统,所述视讯会议系统至少包括第一终端与第二终端,则该方法如图1所示,具体包括如下操作:
第二终端的电话在与第一终端的电话建立了电话会话后,执行S101、第二终端的视频通信单元通过所述电话会话获取所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息;
其中,视频通信单元的地址信息是指基于H.323/SIP视频会议标准的地址体系为视频通信单元分配的地址。且视频通信单元的地址信息可以通过DTMF(Dual Tone Multiple Frequency,双音多频)编码、特定频率的音频信息(例如,莫斯码)等能够在电话链路中传输的编码形式传输。
S102、所述视频通信单元的地址信息第二终端的视频通信单元根据所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息向所述第一终端的视频通信单元发起音视频呼叫。
本发明实施例提供的方法,由于通过现有的电话网络建立电话会话,在已经建立的电话会话中传递视频通信单元的地址信息,从而不需要用户获知被叫方视频地址,方便了用户使用视频通信系统。
在本发明实施例中,上述电话会话是在通信两端的电话之间建立的;其中,电话是指通过电话链路建立会话的通信终端,电话会话具体可以是PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network,公共电话交换网络)中的电话会话,也可以是GSM(Global System of Mobile communication,全球移动通信系统)网络中的电话会话,还可以是其他现有的电话通信网络中的电话会话。终端的电话与视频通信单元可以是该终端的两个功能模块,也可以是两个独立的装置。
如果终端的电话与视频通信单元是该终端的两个功能模块,则这两个功能模块之间通过终端内部的信令系统进行信息交互。其中,终端内部的信令系统可以在实际应用过程中,由技术人员通过编程实现。
如果终端的电话与视频通信单元是两个独立的装置。则视频通信单元可以通过分线盒接入电话会话;或者,视频通信单元通过有线或无线方式与电话连接,并通过电话在电话会话中传递信息。
第二终端的视频通信单元为了发起音视频呼叫,可以通过已经建立的电话会话向第一终端的视频通信单元发送地址请求信息,并通过所述电话会话获取第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息。相应的,所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息是第一终端的视频通信单元在接收到上述地址请求信息后发送的。
为了保证第二终端的视频通信单元在发起视频呼叫时能够获知第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息,另一种实现方式是:在第一终端的电话与第二终端的电话之间建立了电话会话后,第一终端的视频通信单元和第二终端的视频通信单元分别通过建立的电话会话将本地视频通信单元的地址信息发送给对端,且第一终端的视频通信单元和第二终端的视频通信单元分别保存对端视频通信单元的地址信息。其具体实现方式可以是,通信两端(指第一终端和第二终端)的视频通信单元在监测到电话会话建立后,即发送本地视频通信单元的地址信息;还可以是,一端的视频通信单元首先向对端的视频通信单元发送本地视频通信单元的地址信息,对端的视频通信单元在接收到该地址信息后,返回其地址信息。
另外,通过本发明实施例提供的方法,用户还可以利用电话控制视频通信单元。其具体实现方式是:用户通过终端的电话按键输入模块输入音视频通话控制命令,该电话将该音视频通话控制命令发送给该终端的视频通信单元,该视频通信单元接收并执行该音视频通话控制命令。作为举例,该音视频通话控制命令可以但不限于是否建立音视频会话的命令、是否关闭视频的命令、是否关闭声音的命令等等。作为举例而非限定,该音视频通话控制命令可以DTMF编码形式传输。
下面将对本发明实施例在实际应用过程中的具体实现方式进行详细的说明。
应用实施例一
在该应用实施例一中,视讯会议系统至少包括第一终端和第二终端,如图2所示,第一终端包括PSTN电话A和视频通信单元A,PSTN电话A和视频通信单元A分别是两个独立的装置,且视频通信单元A通过分线盒接入PSTN电话A所在的PSTN网络;第二终端包括PSTN电话B和视频通信单元B,PSTN电话B和视频通信单元B分别是两个独立的装置,且视频通信单元B通过分线盒接入PSTN电话B所在的PSTN网络。在该应用实施例一中,视频通信单元通过分线盒监听本地PSTN电话的线路状态,该线路状态包括摘机、拨号、振铃、接通、挂断等。当视频通信单元B需要向视频通信单元A发起音视频呼叫时,其处理过程如图3所示,包括如下操作:
S301、PSTN电话B向PSTN电话A发起PSTN呼叫;
S302、PSTN电话B与PSTN电话A之间建立PSTN会话;
S303、视频通信单元B在监测到上述PSTN会话建立后,生成地址请求消息,并将该地址请求消息编码为DTMF消息(该DTMF消息中还携带地址请求标识),通过分线盒向上述PSTN会话链路上发送该DTMF消息;
S304、视频通信单元A通过监测上述PSTN会话获取该DTMF消息后,将视频通信单元A的地址信息编码为DTMF消息(该DTMF消息中还携带地址标识),并通过分线盒向上述PSTN会话链路上发送该DTMF消息;
其中,视频通信单元A通过接收到的DTMF消息中的地址请求标识识别该DTMF消息的目的在于请求本地地址信息;
S305、视频通信单元B通过监测上述PSTN会话获取上述携带视频通信单元A的地址信息的DTMF消息,并解码获取视频通信单元A的地址信息;
其中,视频通信单元B通过接收到的DTMF消息中的地址标识识别该DTMF消息中携带地址信息。
S306、视频通信单元B根据视频通信单元A的地址信息,向视频通信单元A发起音视频呼叫,并建立H.323/SIP会话。
其中,发起音视频呼叫,并建立H.323/SIP会话的过程可参照现有实现方案,这里不再赘述。
上述应用实施例一中,当第二终端的视频通信单元B需要发起音视频呼叫时,可先通过PSTN电话B与第一终端的PSTN电话A建立PSTN会话,进而通过PSTN网络获取第一终端的视频通信单元A的地址信息,从而建立音视频会话。这种基于传统的PSTN网络获取视频通信单元的地址,进而建立音视频呼叫的方法,能够自动获取音视频通信单元的地址信息并自动建立音视频呼叫,无需用户输入视频通信单元地址,也不需要用户对视频通信单元进行操作,方便了用户使用。
上述应用实施例一,以PSTN电话会话为例,对本发明实施例提供的方法进行了详细介绍。通过GSM等无线通信网络建立的电话会话来传递视频通信单元的地址的实现方式可参照上述处理过程,其区别在于建立电话会话的过程。
应用实施例二
在该应用实施例二中,视讯会议系统至少包括第一终端和第二终端,如图4所示,第一终端包括PSTN电话A和视频通信单元A,PSTN电话A和视频通信单元A分别是两个独立的装置,且视频通信单元A与PSTN电话A之间通过无线或者有线方式连接;第二终端包括PSTN电话B和视频通信单元B,PSTN电话B和视频通信单元B分别是两个独立的装置,且视频通信单元B与PSTN电话B通过有线或无线方式连接。当用户需要通过视频通信单元B向视频通信单元A发起音视频呼叫时,用户可以但不仅限于在视频通信单元B上输入PSTN电话A的号码触发呼叫流程。呼叫流程被触发后,其处理过程如图5所示,包括如下操作:
S501、视频通信单元B查看本地是否保存视频通信单元A的地址信息,如果保存,则调用视频通信单元A的地址发起音视频呼叫,如果未保存,执行S502;
其中,在视频通信单元本地保存有被叫终端的PSTN电话号码与视频通信单元地址的对应关系,呼叫流程被触发后,视频通信单元B在本地查找是否有PSTN电话A的号码对应的视频通信单元A的地址信息。
S502、视频通信单元B向PSTN电话B发出呼叫建立请求消息;
S503、PSTN电话B在收到上述建立呼叫请求消息后,向PSTN电话A发起PSTN呼叫;
S504、PSTN电话B与PSTN电话A之间建立PSTN会话;
S505、PSTN电话A向视频通信单元A请求获取地址信息;
S506、视频通信单元A将视频通信单元A的地址信息发送给PSTN电话A;
可选的,视频通信单元A可以将视频通信单元A的地址信息编码为DTMF消息后发送;
S507、PSTN电话A获取视频通信单元A的地址信息,如果该地址信息不是DTMF格式,还将视频通信单元A的地址信息编码为DTMF消息;
可选的,PSTN电话A保存视频通信单元A的地址信息,以便再次呼叫时,从本地获取该地址信息。
S508、PSTN电话A将上述DTMF消息发送给PSTN电话B;
S509、PSTN电话B将接收到的上述DTMF消息发送给视频通信单元B;
可选的,PSTN电话B可以将DTMF消息解码为视频通信单元A的地址信息后发送给视频通信单元B。
S510、视频通信单元B接收上述DTMF消息或视频通信单元A的地址信息,如果接收DTMF消息,还解码该DTMF消息获取视频通信单元A的地址信息;
S511、视频通信单元B根据视频通信单元A的地址信息,向视频通信单元A发起音视频呼叫,并建立H.323/SIP会话。
其中,发起音视频呼叫,并建立H.323/SIP会话的过程可参照现有实现方案,这里不再赘述。
上述应用实施例二中,用户通过拨打PSTN号码即可触发音视频呼叫流程,不需要额外获知视频通信单元的地址信息,方便了用户使用。另外,在第二终端的视频通信单元B本地保存有第一终端的视频通信单元A的地址信息,从而避免了频繁占用PSTN网络获取地址信息,提高了呼叫效率。
上述应用实施例二,以PSTN电话会话为例,对本发明实施例提供的方法进行了详细介绍。通过GSM等无线通信网络建立的电话会话来传递视频通信单元的地址的实现方式可参照上述处理过程,其区别在于建立电话会话的过程。
应用实施例三
在该应用实施例三中,视讯会议系统至少包括第一终端和第二终端,如图6所示,第一终端包括PSTN电话A和视频通信单元A(PSTN电话A和视频通信单元A为第一终端的两个功能模块);第二终端包括PSTN电话B和视频通信单元B(PSTN电话B和视频通信单元B为第二终端的两个功能模块)。如果视频通信单元A与视频通信单元B之间要进行音视频会话,则发起音视频会话的一方需要获知对方的地址信息,在本应用实施例三中,其实现方式如图7所示,包括如下操作:
S701、PSTN电话A与PSTN电话B之间建立PSTN会话;
S702、PSTN电话A通过第一终端内部的信令向视频通信单元A发送PSTN会话已建立信息;
S703、PSTN电话B通过第二终端内部的信令向视频通信单元B发送PSTN会话已建立信息;
其中,第一终端内部的信令和第二终端内部的信令可通过现有的编程语言实现,不需要本领域技术人员付出创造性劳动。
S702与S703之间不存在时序上的先后关系。
S704、视频通信单元A将视频通信单元A的地址信息编码为DTMF信息,并通过上述建立的PSTN会话向视频通信单元B发送该DTMF信息;
S705、视频通信单元B将视频通信单元B的地址信息编码为DTMF信息,并通过上述建立的PSTN会话向视频通信单元A发送该DTMF信息;
其中,S704与S705之间不存在时序上的先后关系。
S706、视频通信单元A获取视频通信单元B发来的DTMF信息,通过解码获取视频通信单元B的地址信息,并保存该视频通信单元B的地址信息;
S707、视频通信单元B获取视频通信单元A发来的DTMF信息,通过解码获取视频通信单元A的地址信息,并保存该视频通信单元A的地址信息。
其中,S706与S707之间不存在时序上的先后关系。
通过上述处理过程,视频通信单元A和视频通信单元B均获取了对端的地址信息。相应的,当视频通信单元B向视频通信单元A发起音视频会话时,其处理过程包括如下操作:
S708、视频通信单元B获取本地保存的视频通信单元A的地址信息;
S709、视频通信单元B根据该视频通信单元A的地址信息,向视频通信单元A发起音视频呼叫;
S710、在视频通信单元B与视频通信单元A之间建立音视频会话。
上述应用实施例三中,视频通信单元通过PSTN网络获取其他视频通信单元的地址信息,并保存该地址信息。当需要与其他视频电话建立音视频会话时,视频电话可以通过调用本地保存的地址信息建立音视频会话,不需要用户获知对端的视频通信单元的地址信息,方便了用户的操作。
上述应用实施例三,以PSTN电话会话为例,对本发明实施例提供的方法进行了详细介绍。通过GSM等无线通信网络建立的电话会话来传递视频通信单元的地址的实现方式可参照上述处理过程,其区别在于建立电话会话的过程。
实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
本发明实施例还提供一种音视频呼叫的第二终端,该第二终端应用于视讯会议系统,其结构如图8所示,具体实现结构如下:
第二终端的电话8001,用于与第一终端的电话建立电话会话;
第二终端的视频通信单元8002,用于通过所述电话会话获取所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息,并根据所述地址信息向所述第一终端的视频通信单元发起音视频呼叫。
本发明实施例提供的第二终端,由于通过现有的电话网络与第一终端建立电话会话,在已经建立的电话会话中获取第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息,从而不需要用户获知被叫方视频地址,方便了用户使用视频通信系统。
上述本发明实施例提供的第二终端中,如果第二终端的视频通信单元802通过分线盒接入上述电话会话,则第二终端的视频通信单元801具体用于:通过所述分线盒监听所述电话会话,并从所述电话会话上获取所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息。其中,第二终端的视频通信单元802监听的是电话会话的线路状态,该线路状态包括摘机、拨号、振铃、接通、挂断等,还监听电话会话中的第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息。
上述本发明实施例提供的第二终端中,如果第二终端的视频通信单元8002与第二终端的电话8001通过有线或者无线的方式连接;则第二终端的电话8001还用于,通过所述电话会话获取所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息;第二终端的视频通信单元8002具体用于,从所述第二终端的电话8001获取所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息。
另外,上述本发明实施例提供的第二终端,第二终端的电话8001与第二终端的视频通信单元8002还可以是第二终端的两个功能模块。
本发明实施例还提供了一种应用于视讯会议的音视频呼叫的系统,该音视频呼叫系统至少包括第一终端和第二终端,其结构如图8所示,具体实现结构包括:
第一终端:第一终端的电话8001、和第一终端的视频通信单元8002;
第二终端:第二终端的电话8003、和第二终端的视频通信单元8004;
电话8001与电话8003之间通过电话会话连接;
视频通信单元8004用于,通过所述电话会话获取视频通信单元8002发送的视频通单元8002的地址信息,并根据所述地址信息向视频通信单元8002发起音视频呼叫。
本发明实施例提供的系统中,视频通信单元可以通过分线盒接入同一终端的电话会话网络。另外,视频通信单元还可以通过有线或无线方式与同一终端的电话连接,并通过该电话发送或接收视频通信单元的地址信息。
另外,同一终端的电话和视频通信单元还可以设置在该终端内部,作为该终端的两个功能模块。
可选的,上述的第二终端的视频通信单元8004与所述第二终端的电话8003连接。则第二终端的视频通信单元8004具体用于,通过第二终端的电话8003接收第一终端的视频通信单元8002的地址信息;和/或,第一终端的视频通信单元8002与第一终端的电话8001连接,第一终端的视频通信单元8002具体用于,通过第一终端的电话8001发送所述第一终端的视频通信单元8002的地址信息。 
应当指出的是,在本发明中,“和/或”描述的连接关系包括:“A和B”,或者“A或B”。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种音视频呼叫的方法,应用于视讯会议系统,所述视讯会议系统至少包括第一终端与第二终端,所述第一终端与第二终端均分别包括电话和视频通信单元,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第二终端的电话在与第一终端的电话建立了电话会话后,第二终端的视频通信单元通过所述电话会话获取所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息;
    所述第二终端的视频通信单元根据所述地址信息向所述第一终端的视频通信单元发起音视频呼叫。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,如果所述第二终端的视频通信单元通过分线盒接入所述电话会话,则所述第二终端的视频通信单元通过所述电话会话获取所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息具体包括:
    所述第二终端的视频通信单元通过所述分线盒监听所述电话会话,并从所述电话会话上获取所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,如果所述第二终端的视频通信单元与所述第二终端的电话之间连接,则所述第二终端的视频通信单元通过所述电话会话获取所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息具体包括:
    所述第二终端的电话通过所述电话会话获取所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息;
    所述第二终端的视频通信单元从所述第二终端的电话获取所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息在所述电话会话中传输的编码方式为:双音多频DTMF编码、或者特定频率的音频信息编码。
  5. 根据权利要求1~3任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    所述第二终端的视频通信单元接收第二终端的电话发来的音视频通话控制命令,并执行所述音视频通话控制命令。
  6. 一种音视频呼叫的第二终端,应用于视讯会议系统,其特征在于,包括:
    第二终端的电话,用于与第一终端的电话建立电话会话;
    第二终端的视频通信单元,用于通过所述电话会话获取所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息,并根据所述地址信息向所述第一终端的视频通信单元发起音视频呼叫。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的第二终端,其特征在于,所述第二终端的视频通信单元通过分线盒接入所述电话会话,所述第二终端的视频通信单元具体用于,通过所述分线盒监听所述电话会话,并从所述电话会话上获取所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的第二终端,其特征在于,所述第二终端的视频通信单元与所述第二终端的电话连接;
    所述第二终端的电话还用于,通过所述电话会话获取所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息;
    所述第二终端的视频通信单元具体用于,从所述第二终端的电话获取所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的第二终端,其特征在于,所述第二终端的电话与所述第二终端的视频通信单元是所述第二终端的两个功能模块。
  10. 一种应用于视讯会议的音视频呼叫系统,所述音视频呼叫系统至少包括第一终端和第二终端,其特征在于:
    所述第一终端包括:所述第一终端的电话和所述第一终端的视频通信单元;所述第二终端包括:所述第二终端的电话和所述第二终端的视频通信单元;
    所述第二终端的电话与所述第一终端的电话之间通过电话会话连接;
    所述第二终端的视频通信单元用于,通过所述电话会话获取所述第一终端的视频通信单元的地址信息,并根据所述地址信息向所述第一终端的视频通信单元发起音视频呼叫。
