Description

吸収性物品の個別包装品の包装体
　本発明は、生理用ナプキン等の吸収性物品の個別包装品の包装体に関する。
　従来、生理用ナプキン等の吸収性物品は、所定の形状に折り畳まれた状態でシート材により個別に包装された個別包装品として販売される。また、このような個別包装品は、柔軟性を有する袋体に複数個が収容された包装体の状態で販売されている。
　しかしながら、以上の包装体では、この包装体を保管しているときや、包装体を輸送するとき等に包装体に外力が加わると袋体が破損してしまう場合があった。また、袋体に加わる外力により袋体の内部に収容された個別包装品が変形してしまう場合もあった。
　そこで、本出願人は、先に、上面が開口可能でかつ底面から上面に向かって幅が徐々に広く構成された箱体に吸収性物品の個別包装品を複数収容した包装体を提案している（特許文献１参照）。
　この包装体によれば、箱体の内部に複数の個別包装品が収容されているので、包装体に外力が加わった場合でも、内部に収容された個別包装品の変形を防げる。また、箱体は、底面から上面に向かって幅が徐々に広くなるよう構成されているので、開口した上面から吸収性物品を取り出しやすい。

　ところで、特許文献１で提案された包装体では、箱体に収容された個別包装品を使用し、箱体に収容された個別包装品の数が少なくなった場合には、箱体の内部における個別包装品の移動の自由度が高くなる。そのため、箱体に収容された個別包装品の数が少なくなると、個別包装品を取り出すときに箱体の内部で個別包装品が移動してしまい、個別包装品を取り出しにくい場合があった。
　従って、本発明は、箱体の内部に収容された個別包装品をより取り出しやすい吸収性物品の個別包装品の包装体を提供することを目的とする。
　本発明は、吸収性物品がシート材により包装されて構成されると共に、該シート材により前記吸収性物品が覆われる本体部と、該本体部における前記吸収性物品の一対の側部を覆う位置から前記シート材が延出して形成される一対の延出部と、を有する個別包装品と、複数の前記個別包装品が収容される袋体と、複数の前記個別包装品が収容された前記袋体が収容される、上面が開放可能な箱体と、を備える吸収性物品の個別包装品の包装体であって、複数の前記個別包装品は、前記一対の延出部の位置が該個別包装品の厚さ方向に重なり合うように前記袋体に収容され、前記複数の個別包装品が収容された前記袋体は、前記一対の延出部が位置する一対の側面が前記箱体において向かい合う一対の箱体内側面と対面するように前記箱体に収容され、前記一対の延出部が延びた状態における前記個別包装品の該一対の延出部の端部間の長さは、前記箱体における前記一対の箱体内側面間の長さよりも長い吸収性物品の個別包装品の包装体に関する。
　また、前記吸収性物品は、縦長状の吸収性本体を有し、前記個別包装品は、前記吸収性本体の幅方向に沿う折線で長手方向に折り畳まれた状態で前記シート材に包装されて構成され、前記一対の延出部は、前記吸収性物品の長手方向に沿って延びる一対の側部側に設けられると共に、該一対の側部側から延出する前記シート材が接合されて構成されることが好ましい。
　また、前記袋体は、前記複数の個別包装品が前記箱体の高さ方向に積層された状態で前記箱体に収容されることが好ましい。
　また、前記複数の個別包装品は、前記一対の延出部が前記本体部から外側に向かって延びた第１状態で前記袋体に収容され、前記複数の個別包装品が収容された前記袋体は、前記一対の延出部が前記第１状態よりも内側に折れ曲がった第２状態で前記箱体に収容されることが好ましい。
　また、前記袋体は、前記箱体に収容された状態における上面に形成される第１ミシン目を備えることが好ましい。
　また、前記袋体は、該袋体の側面に形成されると共に前記第１ミシン目に連続する第２ミシン目を更に備えることが好ましい。
　また、前記第１ミシン目は、前記一対の延出部間をつなぐ方向に沿って延びることが好ましい。

　以下、本発明の吸収性物品の個別包装品の包装体（以下、単に包装体ともいう）の好ましい各実施形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。
　先ず、第１実施形態の包装体について、図１～図８を参照しながら説明する。
　第１実施形態の包装体１は、図１～図４に示すように、吸収性物品としての生理用ナプキン２の個別包装品３を収容する包装体である。この包装体１は、生理用ナプキン２の個別包装品３と、この個別包装品３を複数収容する袋体４と、この袋体４を収容する箱体５と、を備えて構成される。
　個別包装品３は、図４に示すように、生理用ナプキン２と、この生理用ナプキン２を包装するシート材６と、シート材６に取り付けられる止着テープ６１と、を含んで構成される。
　生理用ナプキン２は、図４に示すように、縦長状の吸収性本体２１と、この吸収性本体２１の両側部における長手方向の中央部から幅方向の外方に延出する一対のウイング部２２と、を備える。
　吸収性本体２１は、液透過性の表面シート２３と、液不透過性の裏面シート２４と、これら表面シート２３と裏面シート２４との間に配置される液吸収性を有する吸収体２５と、を備える。
　一対のウイング部２２は、表面シート２３及び裏面シート２４が吸収性本体２１から幅方向の外方に延出する共に、延出した表面シート２３と裏面シート２４とが接合されて形成される。
　シート材６は、矩形形状を有している。このシート材６の長さは、吸収性本体２１の長さよりも長く構成され、シート材６の幅は、吸収性本体２１の幅よりも広く構成される。このシート材６は、一対のウイング部２２が吸収性本体２１側における表面シート２３側に折り返された状態の生理用ナプキン２の裏面シート２４側を覆うように配置される。つまり、生理用ナプキン２は、一対のウイング部２２が表面シート２３側に折り返された状態でシート材６の上面に配置される。
　シート材６としては、ポリエチレン等の熱可塑性樹脂により構成されたフィルムや、ポリプロピレン等の熱可塑性を有する合成繊維により構成された不織布が用いられる。
　このシート材６には、包装する生理用ナプキン２の種類に応じて、所定の色で着色が施されている。
　個別包装品３は、図３及び図４に示すように、シート材６の上面に生理用ナプキン２を配置した状態で、これらシート材６及び生理用ナプキン２が吸収性本体２１の幅方向に沿って延びる折線Ｓで表面シート２３側に折り畳まれている。
　本実施形態では、折線Ｓは、吸収性本体２１を長手方向に略三等分する位置に２本設けられている。即ち、生理用ナプキン２は、三つ折りにされた状態でシート材６に包装されている。
　止着テープ６１は、シート材６の外面における長手方向の一端側に取り付けられる。この止着テープ６１は、先端側がシート材６の長手方向の一端側から突出して取り付けられている。個別包装品３は、シート材６の一端側が外側となるように三つ折りにされた状態で、止着テープ６１の先端側をシート材６の外面に止着することで折り畳まれた状態が維持されている。
　以上の個別包装品３は、図３に示すように、折り畳まれた状態の生理用ナプキン２がシート材６により覆われた本体部３１と、この本体部３１における生理用ナプキン２の一対の側部を覆う位置からシート材６が延出して形成される一対の延出部３２と、を有する。
　本体部３１は、三つ折りに折り畳まれた生理用ナプキン２の裏面シート２４側が一層のシート材６により覆われて構成されている。
　一対の延出部３２は、三つ折りに折り畳まれた状態の生理用ナプキン２（吸収性本体２１）における長手方向に沿って延びる一対の側部に対応する位置に設けられる。一対の延出部３２は、吸収性本体２１の一対の側部それぞれから延出するシート材６が複数層（本実施形態では、２層又は３層）積層されて構成されており、これらの積層されたシート材６がヒートシール加工や圧着加工により接合されて形成されている。
　一対の延出部３２それぞれの延出長さは、後述するように、個別包装品３を箱体５に収容した場合に、この個別包装品３を箱体５の内部に安定的に収容する観点から、好ましくは５～２０ｍｍ、より好ましくは１０～１５ｍｍである。
　袋体４は、図２及び図６に示すように、複数の個別包装品３を収容する。より具体的には、複数の個別包装品３は、これら複数の個別包装品３それぞれの一対の延出部３２の位置が個別包装品３の厚さ方向に重なり合うように、袋体４に収容される。
　本実施形態では、複数の個別包装品３は、以下のようにして袋体４に収容される。
　まず、帯状のシート状部材の両側縁を接合して長手方向の両端が開口した筒状に構成する。次いで、この筒状に構成されたシート状部材の筒状部分に、複数の個別包装品３を、これら複数の個別包装品３の積層方向が筒状のシート状部材の高さ方向に一致するように収容する。次いで、筒状のシート状部材の一端側及び他端側をそれぞれ接合する。これにより、複数の個別包装品３が厚さ方向に積層されて収容された袋体４が製造される。
　以上の袋体４では、図２に示すように、筒状のシート状部材が接合される一端側及び他端側がそれぞれ底面４１及び上面４２を構成する。また、積層された複数の個別包装品３における一対の延出部３２が位置する部分が一対の第１側面４３，４３を構成し、複数の個別包装品３における折線Ｓが位置する部分が一対の第２側面４４，４４を構成する。
　尚、筒状に構成されたシート状部材における筒状部分の周方向における全周の長さは、一対の延出部３２を延ばした状態における個別包装品３の周縁の長さと略等しく構成される。これにより、複数の個別包装品３は、一対の延出部３２が本体部３１から外側に向かって延びた第１状態で袋体４に収容されることとなる（図２及び図６参照）。ここで、一対の延出部３２が外側に向かって延びた状態とは、一対の延出部３２の延びる方向と本体部３１の面方向とのなす角度が９０度よりも大きいことを示す。つまり、第１状態とは、一対の延出部３２が本体部３１の面方向に沿ってまっすぐ延びる状態のみならず、一対の延出部３２が本体部３１の面方向に対して所定角度傾斜して延びている状態も含む。
　図２及び図５に示すように、袋体４の上面４２には、筒状のシート状部材が接合されて形成された上面シール部４２１、第１ミシン目４２２、及び上面シール部４２１に付された案内表示部４２３が設けられる。
　上面シール部４２１は、上面４２の中央部に、個別包装品３の一対の延出部３２間をつなぐ方向Ｄ１に延びて形成される。
　第１ミシン目４２２は、上面４２の中央部に、個別包装品３の一対の延出部３２間をつなぐ方向Ｄ１に略直交する方向Ｄ２に延びて形成される。
　この第１ミシン目４２２は、袋体４を開いて収容された個別包装品３を取り出す場合における開け口となる。
　案内表示部４２３は、上面シール部４２１の中央部に付された第１矢印表示４２３ａ及び第２矢印表示４２３ｂにより構成される。第１矢印表示４２３ａは、基端側が上面シール部４２１の中央部に位置し先端側が一対の第１側面４３のうちの一方の第１側面４３側を向いている。第２矢印表示４２３ｂは、基端側が上面シール部４２１の中央部に位置し先端側が一対の第１側面４３のうちの他方の第１側面４３を向いている。
　これら第１矢印表示４２３ａ及び第２矢印表示４２３ｂは、第１ミシン目４２２及び後述する第２ミシン目４４１を破って袋体４を開く場合における案内表示として機能する。
　図２に示すように、一対の第２側面４４には、それぞれ、第２ミシン目４４１が設けられる。一対の第２ミシン目４４１は、それぞれ、第１ミシン目４２２に連続して形成され、第２側面４４の上端から下方に向けて延びる。即ち、一対の第２ミシン目４４１のうちの一方の第２ミシン目４４１は、第１ミシン目４２２の一端に連続する。また、一対の第２ミシン目４４１のうちの他方の第２ミシン目４４１は、第１ミシン目４２２の他端に連続する。
　一対の第２側面４４のうちの一方の第２側面４４には、個別包装品３に包装された生理用ナプキン２の種類等を示す内容表示４４２が付されている。
　以上の袋体４を構成するシート状部材は、乳白色で半透明の合成樹脂フィルムからなる。これにより、袋体４に収容された個別包装品３のシート材６の着色状態を袋体４の外部から視認可能となっている。
　箱体５は、図１、図７及び図８に示すように、複数の個別包装品３が収容された袋体４を収容する。この箱体５は、紙カートン（厚紙の箱）により構成される。より具体的には、箱体５は、一枚の型紙を所定の折線で折り曲げて組み立てることで構成される。
　また、この箱体５の外面には、箱体５に収容される個別包装品３のシート材６の色と同色の着色が施されている。
　箱体５は、図１に示すように、上面が開口した箱本体５１と、この箱本体５１の上面を覆う一対のサイドフラップ部５２及びフラップ部５３と、フラップ部５３の先端側に設けられた差込部５４と、を備える。
　箱本体５１は、略立方体形状を有している。この箱本体５１の外側面には、図１に示すように、箱体５に収容される生理用ナプキン２の種類等を示す内容表示５１１が付されている。
　一対のサイドフラップ部５２は、箱本体５１の上面の開口を形成する４つの辺縁のうちの対向する一対の辺縁に連続して設けられる。一対のサイドフラップ部５２は、それぞれ、箱本体５１の開口の略半分を覆う。
　フラップ部５３は、箱本体５１の上面の開口を形成する４つの辺縁のうちの一対のサイドフラップ部５２が設けられていない一の辺縁に連続して設けられる。このフラップ部５３は、箱本体５１の開口の全面を覆う。
　差込部５４は、フラップ部５３の先端においてこのフラップ部５３を構成する型紙が折り曲げられて形成される。
　以上の箱体５には、図１、図５及び図８等に示すように、袋体４における一対の第１側面４３が箱体５において向かい合う一対の箱体内側面５５と対面するように収容される。つまり、本実施形態では、複数の個別包装品３は、箱体５の高さ方向に積層された状態で箱体５に収容される。
　ここで、袋体４の第２側面４４には、個別包装品３に包装された生理用ナプキン２の種類等を示す内容表示４４２が付されており（図２参照）、かつ、箱体５の外側面には、この箱体５に収容すべき生理用ナプキン２の種類等を示す内容表示５１１が付されている（図１参照）。また、生理用ナプキン２の種類に応じてシート材６に施された着色は、この生理用ナプキン２を収容すべき箱体５に施された着色と同色となっていると共に、袋体４は、シート材６の着色が外部から視認可能な半透明の合成樹脂フィルムにより構成されている。
　これにより、例えば、複数の個別包装品３が収容された袋体４を、手作業により箱体５に収容する場合であっても、作業者は、袋体４の第２側面４４に付された内容表示４４２と箱体５の外側面に付された内容表示５１１とを見比べながら、箱体５への袋体４の収容作業を正確に行える。
　更に、作業者は、袋体４を透過して視認できるシート材６の色と同色に着色が施された箱体５に袋体４を収容することで、箱体５への袋体の収容作業をより正確に行える。
　次に、袋体４の大きさと箱体５の大きさとの関係について、図５～図８を参照しながら説明する。上述のように、袋体４には、複数の個別包装品３が第１状態（図６参照）で収容されている。図５に示すように、複数の個別包装品３が第１状態で収容されている状態における袋体４の一対の延出部３２の先端間の長さＬ１は、箱体５における一対の箱体内側面５５間の長さＬ２よりも長く構成される。また、この箱体５における一対の箱体内側面５５間の長さＬ２は、個別包装品３の本体部３１の一対の延出部３２間をつなぐ方向における長さＬ３よりも長く構成される。
　一方、以上の袋体４を箱体５に収容すると、箱体内側面間の長さＬ２よりも長い一対の延出部３２の先端間の長さＬ１を有する袋体４は、変形しながら箱体５に収容される。より具体的には、第１状態で袋体４に収容されていた複数の個別包装品３における一対の延出部３２は、図７及び図８に示すように、箱体５の一対の箱体内側面５５に押圧されて第１状態よりも内側に折れ曲がった第２状態となって箱体５に収容される。このように、袋体４を箱体５に収容した状態では、箱体内側面５５と袋体４の第１側面４３とは、複数の個別包装品３の一対の延出部３２に内側から押された状態で当接することとなる。
　以上の箱体５は、複数の個別包装品３を収容した袋体４を収容した状態で、一対のサイドフラップ部５２により箱本体５１の上面を覆った後、フラップ部５３で再度箱本体５１の上面を覆い、差込部５４を箱本体５１の内側面に沿って差し込むことで、袋体４を包装できる。
　次に、本実施形態の包装体１の使用方法について説明する。
　包装体１を使用する場合には、まず、フラップ部５３及び一対のサイドフラップ部５２を開いて、箱本体５１の上面を開口させる。ついで、上面シール部４２１を摘むと共に案内表示部４２３（第１矢印表示４２３ａ及び第２矢印表示４２３ｂ）に従って上面シール部４２１を引っ張る。すると、第１ミシン目４２２に沿って袋体４の上面４２が開口されると共に、一対の第２ミシン目４４１に沿って袋体４の一対の第２側面４４の一部が開口される。ついで、袋体４に形成された開口から指を入れ、積層された複数の個別包装品３のうちの最上層に積層された個別包装品３を取り出す。
　個別包装品３を箱体５から取り出す場合には、２本の指（例えば、親指と人差し指）を、それぞれ、一対の延出部３２側に挿し入れ、これら２本の指で一対の延出部３２を摘むようにして個別包装品３を取り出す。ここで、一対の延出部３２は、本体部３１に比して厚さが薄く柔軟性に富むため、箱体５の一対の箱体内側面５５と一対の延出部３２とが袋体４を介して当接していても、個別包装品３を容易に摘める。
　以上説明した第１実施形態の包装体１によれば、以下のような効果を奏する。
　（１）一対の延出部３２が延びた状態における個別包装品３の一対の延出部の端部間の長さＬ１を、箱体５における一対の箱体内側面５５間の長さＬ２よりも長く構成した。これにより、複数の個別包装品３を、それぞれ、箱体５の一対の箱体内側面５５に支持させられる。よって、個別包装品３を、箱体５の内部で一対の箱体内側面５５に好適に支持させられるので、箱体５に収容される個別包装品３の数が減った場合であっても個別包装品３が箱体５の内部で移動しにくい。その結果、箱体５の内部に収容された個別包装品３を取り出しやすい。
　また、個別包装品３を箱体５から取り出す場合には、２本の指（例えば、親指と人差し指）を、それぞれ、一対の延出部３２側に挿し入れ、これら２本の指で一対の延出部３２を摘むようにして個別包装品３を取り出す。ここで、一対の延出部３２は、本体部３１に比して厚さが薄く柔軟性に富む。よって、箱体５の一対の箱体内側面５５と一対の延出部３２とが袋体４を介して当接していても、個別包装品３を容易に摘める。
　（２）生理用ナプキン２の個別包装品３は、生理用ナプキン２を幅方向に沿う折線Ｓで折り畳んだ状態でシート材６により包装している。そのため、個別包装品３は、この折線Ｓ側から力を加えた場合における剛性が生理用ナプキン２の長手方向に沿う側部側から力を加えた場合における剛性よりも大きくなる。つまり、個別包装品３は、折線Ｓ側から力を加えた場合よりも生理用ナプキン２の長手方向に沿う側部側から力を加えた場合の方が容易に変形可能となっている。そこで、一対の延出部３２を、生理用ナプキン２の長手方向に沿って延びる一対の側部側に設けた。これにより、一対の延出部３２に指を挿し入れて個別包装品３を摘む場合に、この個別包装品３が容易に変形するので、個別包装品３をより容易に取り出せる。
　（３）一対の延出部３２を、複数層のシート材６を接合して構成した。これにより、一対の延出部３２に好適な剛性を保持させられる。よって、一対の延出部３２により個別包装品３を箱体５に好適に支持させられるので、箱体５の内部において複数の個別包装品３がより移動しにくい。
　（４）袋体４を、複数の個別包装品３を箱体５の高さ方向に積層した状態で箱体５に収容した。これにより、袋体４の上面４２側から個別包装品３を取り出す場合に、一対の延出部３２に容易に指を挿し入れられる。よって、個別包装品３の取り出しの容易性をより向上できる。
　（５）複数の個別包装品３を、一対の延出部３２が外側に向かって延びた第１状態で袋体４に収容すると共に、一対の延出部３２が第１状態よりも内側に折れ曲がった第２状態に変形した状態で箱体５に収容させた。これにより、袋体４が箱体５に収容された状態において、箱体内側面５５と袋体４の第１側面４３とを、複数の個別包装品３の一対の延出部３２に内側から押された状態で当接させられる。よって、箱体５に収容された袋体４が箱体５の内部で移動しにくい。また、袋体４に収容された複数の個別包装品３を、それぞれ、袋体４を介して箱体５の一対の箱体内側面５５に支持させられる。よって、個別包装品３を、箱体５の内部で一対の箱体内側面５５に好適に支持させられるので、袋体４に収容される個別包装品３の数が減った場合であっても箱体５の内部で移動しにくい。その結果、箱体５の内部に収容された個別包装品３を取り出しやすい。
　（６）袋体４の上面４２に第１ミシン目４２２を設けた。よって、箱体５に収容した袋体４を取り出すことなく袋体４に収容された複数の個別包装品３を取り出せる。
　（７）袋体４の一対の第２側面４４に、第１ミシン目４２２に連続する一対の第２ミシン目を設けた。よって、袋体４の上面及び一対の第２側面４４の一部を開口させられるので、袋体４に収容された個別包装品３をより容易に取り出せる。
　（８）第１ミシン目４２２を、一対の延出部３２間をつなぐ方向Ｄ１に略直交する方向Ｄ２に延びるように形成した。よって、袋体４の上面４２を、剛性の高い本体部３１の折線Ｓ，Ｓ間をつなぐ方向（長手方向）の略全長に亘って開口できるので一対の延出部３２を摘んだ場合に、個別包装品３を取り出しやすい。
　（９）箱体５を、上面が開口した箱本体５１と、この開口を覆うフラップ部５３とを含んで構成した。よって、箱体５に収容された袋体４の上面４２を開いて個別包装品３の一部を取り出した場合でも、個別包装品３を取り出した後にフラップ部５３により袋体４の上面４２を覆うことができるので、箱体５（袋体４）に収容された個別包装品３の衛生状態を保てる。
　次に、本発明の第２実施形態について図９を参照しながら説明する。図９は、第２実施形態における袋体４Ａを示す斜視図である。尚、第２実施形態以降の説明にあたって、同一構成要件については同一符号を付し、その説明を省略もしくは簡略化する。
　第２実施形態の包装体は、主として、個別包装品３Ａの形状及び第１ミシン目４２２Ａの構成において、第１実施形態と異なる。
　第２実施形態の個別包装品３Ａは、第１実施形態の生理用ナプキンよりも大きなサイズの生理用ナプキンが三つ折りにされた状態でシート材により包装されているため、平面視において長方形状に形成されている。この個別包装品３Ａでは、一対の延出部３２Ａは、個別包装品３Ａの長手方向に沿う側部から延出している。
　また、第２実施形態では、上面シール部４２１Ａは、一対の延出部３２Ａ間をつなぐ方向Ｄ１に延びて形成される。また、第１ミシン目４２２Ａは、上面シール部４２１Ａを挟むように、上面シール部４２１Ａの延びる方向（Ｄ１）に沿って２本延びると共に、上面４２Ａの中央部において、これら２本をつなぐように延びている。また、内容表示４４２Ａは、第１側面４３Ａに付されている。
　第２実施形態によれば、上述した（１）～（９）の効果を奏する他、以下のような効果を奏する。
　（１０）第１ミシン目４２２Ａを、上面シール部４２１Ａを挟むように設けた。これにより、上面シール部４２１Ａを摘んで案内表示部４２３に従ってこの上面シール部４２１を引っ張ることで、第１実施形態よりも幅の広い開口を形成できる。よって、袋体４Ａに収容された個別包装品３Ａをより取り出しやすい。
　（１１）第１ミシン目４２２Ａを、一対の延出部３２Ａ間をつなぐ方向Ｄ１に沿って延びるように形成した。よって、袋体４Ａの上面４２Ａを一対の延出部３２Ａが位置する部分まで容易に開けるので、一対の延出部３２Ａを指で摘みやすい。
　次に、本発明の第３実施形態について、図１０を参照しながら説明する。図１０は、第３実施形態における袋体４Ｂを示す斜視図である。
　第３実施形態の包装体は、主として、第１ミシン目４２２及び第２ミシン目４４１に代えて、第３ミシン目４４３Ｂを備える点で、第１実施形態と異なる。
　第３ミシン目４４３Ｂは、袋体４Ｂの一対の第１側面４３Ｂ及び一対の第２側面４４Ｂに形成される。この第３ミシン目４４３Ｂは、袋体４Ｂの高さ方向に略直交する方向に沿って延びている。つまり、第３ミシン目４４３Ｂは、袋体４Ｂの全周に亘って連続して形成されている。
　第３実施形態によれば、上述した（１）～（５）、及び（９）の効果を奏する他、以下のような効果を奏する。
　（１２）袋体４Ｂの第１側面４３Ｂ及び第２側面４４Ｂに、袋体４Ｂの高さ方向に略直交する方向に延びる第３ミシン目４４３Ｂを設けた。これにより、第３ミシン目４４３Ｂにより袋体４Ｂの上面４２Ｂを切り離せる。よって、袋体４Ｂの上面４２Ｂを開放できるので、個別包装品３をより容易に取り出せる。
　次に、本発明の第４実施形態について、図１１及び図１２を参照しながら説明する。図１１は、第４実施形態における袋体４Ｃを示す斜視図である。図１２は、図１１に示す袋体４Ｃを箱体５Ｃに収容した状態を示す平面図である。
　第４実施形態の包装体１Ｃは、主として、袋体４Ｃの内部に収容される複数の個別包装品３Ｃの配置及び第１ミシン目４２２Ｃの配置において、第１実施形態と異なる。
　第４実施形態では、複数の個別包装品３Ｃは、図１１及び図１２に示すように、これら個別包装品３Ｃに包装される生理用ナプキンの長手方向が箱体５Ｃの高さ方向に沿うように袋体４Ｃに収容されている。
　また、第１ミシン目４２２Ｃは、一対の延出部３２Ｃ間をつなぐ方向Ｄ１に沿って延びている。
　第４実施形態によれば、上述した（１）～（３）、（５）～（７）、（９）、及び（１１）の効果を奏する。
　次に、本発明の第５実施形態について、図１３及び図１４を参照しながら説明する。図１３は、第５実施形態における箱体５Ｄの底面図である。図１４は、第５実施形態の包装体１Ｄの使用状態を示す図である。
　第５実施形態の包装体１Ｄは、箱体５Ｃの構成において第１実施形態と異なる。
　第５実施形態では、図１３及び図１４に示すように、箱体５Ｄの底面５６Ｄには、押上部５６１Ｄが設けられている。この押上部５６１Ｄは、箱体５Ｄの底面５６Ｄを構成する型紙に、略Ｓ字状に延びるミシン目を設けることで形成される。
　第５実施形態では、箱体５Ｄに収容された個別包装品３Ｄの数が少なくなった場合に、図１５に示すように、箱体５Ｄの底面５６Ｄに設けられたミシン目を切断して押上部５６１Ｄを箱体５Ｄの内面側に押し上げることで、袋体４Ｄを上方に持ち上げられる。
　第５実施形態によれば、上述した（１）～（９）の効果を奏する他、以下のような効果を奏する。
　（１３）箱体５Ｄの底面５６Ｄに押上部５６１Ｄを設けた。よって、箱体５Ｄに収容された個別包装品３Ｄが少なくなった場合には、押上部５６１Ｄにより袋体４Ｄの底面を押し上げることで、箱体５Ｄに収容された個別包装品３Ｄを箱体５Ｄの上面側から最後まで容易に取り出せる。
　以上、本発明の包装体の好ましい各実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述した実施形態に制限されることなく、種々の形態で実施することができる。
　例えば、第１実施形態では、袋体４に収容された状態の個別包装品３における一対の延出部３２の先端間の長さＬ１を、箱体内側面５５間の長さＬ２よりも長く構成したが、これに限らない。即ち、袋体に収容された状態の個別包装品における一対の延出部間の長さを、箱体内側面間の長さと略等しく構成してもよい。
　また、第１実施形態～第５実施形態では、本発明を、吸収性物品としての生理用ナプキンに適用したが、これに限らない。即ち、本発明を、吸収性物品としての陰唇間パッドや尿パッドに適用してもよい。
　また、第１実施形態～第５実施形態では、袋体として乳白色の合成樹脂フィルムを用いたが、これに限らない。即ち、袋体として、個別包装品のシート材と同色の合成樹脂フィルムを用いてもよい。これにより、袋体の色と同色の箱体にこの袋体を収容することで、箱体への袋体の収容を正確に行える。また、袋体と箱体のデザインを統一できるので、本発明の包装体により、インテリア用品のような洗練された清潔感及びお洒落感を使用者に提供できる。
　また、第１実施形態～第５実施形態では、一つの箱体５に一つの袋体４を収容したが、これに限らない。即ち、一つの箱体に二つ以上の複数の袋体を収容してもよい。この場合、複数の袋体に同一の個別包装品を収容してもよく、また、複数の袋体にそれぞれ異なる製品（例えば、生理用ナプキンの個別包装品を収容した袋体と、ウェットティッシュを収容した袋体）を収容してもよい。そして、複数の袋体のうちの少なくとも一つの袋体について、本発明の構成を具備していればよい。
　また、箱体５と袋体４の隙間に、個別包装品の使用説明書や新製品の発売情報等の所定の文書を印刷したシート材を組み入れてもよい。この場合、文書が印刷されたシート材が直接個別包装品に接触しないので、個別包装品の衛生状態を保ちつつ、個別包装品の使用者に対して情報の提供を行える。
　また、箱体の外面及び／又は袋体の上面に個別包装品の内容表示等を表す点字を施してもよい。これにより、目が不自由な使用者に対して、個別包装品に関する情報を適切に提供できる。

Claims (11)

  1. 　吸収性物品がシート材により包装されて構成されると共に、該シート材により前記吸収性物品が覆われる本体部と、該本体部における前記吸収性物品の一対の側部を覆う位置から前記シート材が延出して形成される一対の延出部と、を有する個別包装品と、
    　複数の前記個別包装品が収容される袋体と、
    　複数の前記個別包装品が収容された前記袋体が収容される、上面が開放可能な箱体と、を備える吸収性物品の個別包装品の包装体であって、
    　複数の前記個別包装品は、前記一対の延出部の位置が該個別包装品の厚さ方向に重なり合うように前記袋体に収容され、
    　前記複数の個別包装品が収容された前記袋体は、前記一対の延出部が位置する一対の側面が前記箱体において向かい合う一対の箱体内側面と対面するように前記箱体に収容され、
    　前記一対の延出部が延びた状態における前記個別包装品の該一対の延出部の端部間の長さは、前記箱体における前記一対の箱体内側面間の長さよりも長い吸収性物品の個別包装品の包装体。
  2. 　前記吸収性物品は、縦長状の吸収性本体を有し、
    　前記個別包装品は、前記吸収性本体の幅方向に沿う折線で長手方向に折り畳まれた状態で前記シート材に包装されて構成され、
    　前記一対の延出部は、前記吸収性物品の長手方向に沿って延びる一対の側部側に設けられると共に、該一対の側部側から延出する前記シート材が接合されて構成される請求項１に記載の吸収性物品の個別包装品の包装体。
  3. 　前記袋体は、前記複数の個別包装品が前記箱体の高さ方向に積層された状態で前記箱体に収容される請求項１又は２に記載の吸収性物品の個別包装品の包装体。
  4. 　前記複数の個別包装品は、前記一対の延出部が前記本体部から外側に向かって延びた第１状態で前記袋体に収容され、
    　前記複数の個別包装品が収容された前記袋体は、前記一対の延出部が前記第１状態よりも内側に折れ曲がった第２状態で前記箱体に収容される請求項１～３のいずれかに記載の吸収性物品の個別包装品の包装体。
  5. 　前記袋体は、前記箱体に収容された状態における上面に形成される第１ミシン目を備える請求項１～４のいずれかに記載の吸収性物品の個別包装品の包装体。
  6. 　前記袋体は、該袋体の側面に形成されると共に前記第１ミシン目に連続する第２ミシン目を更に備える請求項５に記載の吸収性物品の個別包装品の包装体。
  7. 　前記第１ミシン目は、前記一対の延出部間をつなぐ方向に略直交する方向に延びる請求項５又は６に記載の吸収性物品の個別包装品の包装体。
  8. 　前記第１ミシン目は、前記一対の延出部間をつなぐ方向に沿って延びる請求項５又は６に記載の吸収性物品の個別包装品の包装体。
  9. 　前記袋体は、該袋体の側面に形成され該袋体の高さ方向に略直交する方向に沿って延びる第３ミシン目を備える請求項１～８のいずれかに記載の吸収性物品の個別包装品の包装体。
  10. 　前記袋体は、白色のシート状部材により構成される請求項１～９のいずれかに記載の吸収性物品の個別包装品の包装体。
  11. 　前記箱体は、該箱体の底面に形成され前記袋体を上方に押し上げ可能な押上部を備える請求項１～１０のいずれかに記載の吸収性物品の個別包装品の包装体。
