- a portion (measurement target portion) where the thread-like elastic member is disposed is cut out.
- the length of the measurement target portion in the direction in which the thread-like elastic member extends (hereinafter referred to as the extension direction) is 150 mm, and the width of the measurement target portion in the direction orthogonal to the extension direction is 25 mm.
- the predetermined marking interval (natural length) of a pair of markers is 100 mm.
- the measurement target part is left for 24 hours in a constant temperature (20 to 23 ° C.) and constant humidity (60 to 65% RH) environment.
- the reason why the measurement target part is left under a constant temperature and humidity environment is that it is necessary to leave under a certain condition until the stress return is stabilized. Also, the following tensile test is performed under the same constant temperature and humidity environment so as not to affect the elasticity.
- the tensile testing machine chucks both sides of the measurement target portion in alignment with a pair of markers in the extending direction. Subsequently, the tensile tester extends the measurement target portion until the marker interval reaches a predetermined marking interval (measurement).
- the predetermined marking interval (measurement) is narrower than the predetermined marking interval (natural length). For example, the predetermined marking interval (measurement) is 90% of the predetermined marking interval (natural length).
- the extension speed of the measurement target portion is 100 mm / min.
- the reason why the predetermined marking interval (measurement) is narrower than the predetermined marking interval (natural length) is to prevent the cloth such as the nonwoven fabric sandwiching the thread-like elastic member from being damaged.
- an autograph type tensile tester (model name: AG-I) manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation can be used.
- the unit of the extension stress is N, for example.
- the number of thread-like elastic members included in the measurement target portion may be different.
- a gather whose stress is to be measured is cut out at a gather width (for example, a gather constituted by four elastic members), and the overall stress is measured for the cut-out gather.
- the measured overall stress is converted into a stress per 10 mm (1 cm) according to the gathered width, and the converted value is used as the gather stress.
- the expansion / contraction stress thus converted is compared.
- the elastic member is in the form of a sheet instead of a thread, it can be obtained by obtaining the width of the elastic member included in the sampling width (Cmm) and dividing the measured value by that width.
- the measured value is A ′

- W1 is 90 mm and W2 is 170 mm (when the width of the absorber body 2 is 180 mm).
- the length in the width direction W of the joint region between the leg-hole gather elastic member 100 in the chassis 3 and the absorbent body 2 is narrowed. Wrinkles generated in the disposed absorbent body 2 can be reduced.
- the stretching stress in the front waistline region S10A is increased, and the stretching stress in the rear waistline region S10B is weakened, so that the rear waistline region S10B is compared with the front waistline region S10A.
- the width of the absorbent main body 2 in the rear waistline region S10B can be increased by increasing the length in the width direction of the joining region between the absorbent body 2 and the elastic member 91 for the back waistline gathers 91 in the chassis 3. It can be expanded. As a result, the absorption area can be increased, the absorption performance can be improved without the liquid flowing out from the groove of the ridge generated in the absorbent body 2, and the wearing feeling can be enhanced.
- the shrinkage in the width direction of the absorbent body 2 can be reduced despite the high expansion ratio of the elastic members 100 for the leg-hole gathers, and the absorption performance is not impaired.
- region S10A The distance L1 between the edge portion E4 of L is the longitudinal direction of the absorber body 2 (or the absorber core 20) in the edge portion E5 on the leg opening portion P side of the second region Y and the rear waistline region S10B.
