Definitions
- the present invention relates to an open / close basket, and more particularly to an open / close basket attached to a front cover that covers the front of a vehicle body of a scooter type motorcycle.
- a basket for a scooter type motorcycle
- a mesh basket is attached to the front surface of a front cover that covers a front portion of a vehicle body.
- a basket is always exposed to the outside and has a problem of poor design.
- a storage box configured by forming a recess in a front cover and accommodating a trunk having a lid that can be opened and closed in the recess (for example, Patent Document 1).
- This storage box has a good design because the closed trunk forms the front outer surface of the motorcycle together with the front cover in a normal state. When the article needs to be taken in and out, the inside of the trunk (storage space) can be accessed by opening the lid.
- the storage box according to Patent Document 1 has a problem that the trunk cannot be kept open when the motorcycle is running. If the trunk cannot be used with the trunk open, the accommodation volume is limited by the volume when the trunk is closed, and a large accommodation volume cannot be realized. Usually, it is difficult to secure a large space in the front cover portion of the scooter type motorcycle. Therefore, when the storage capacity of the storage box according to Patent Document 1 is increased, the trunk projects forward of the vehicle body. . From the above viewpoint, it is preferable that the basket of the scooter type motorcycle has a structure capable of forming a large accommodation volume when in use, while reducing the volume when not in use.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above background, and can change the form between a storage state (non-use state) and a development state (use state), and has a large storage volume in the development state.
- An object of the present invention is to provide an openable basket that can realize the above.
- the openable basket (20) of the present invention has a case (21) in which an opening (36) is formed on one side and the other side is closed by an inner wall (34), A tray (22) provided with a lid (63) supported in the case so as to be able to move in and out between a predetermined protruding position and an immersion position, and closing the opening at the immersion position, and the tray at the proximal end.
- a locking member (23) rotatably supported on the inner wall, and a locking portion (50) provided on the inner wall and capable of locking the free end portion of the locking member.
- the center of rotation of the lock member When the tray is located at the immersion position, the center of rotation of the lock member is close to the locking portion, and the free end portion is prohibited from approaching the locking portion, while the tray is protruded.
- the center of rotation is separated from the locking portion when positioned. To enables access to the locking portion of the free end portion, and inhibits the movement to the retracted position of the tray by being locked to the locking portion.
- the open / close basket is compact because the entire volume is reduced to the volume of the case when stored (when not in use). Further, at the time of use, the tray can be maintained in a state of protruding from the case by the lock member, and an accommodation volume defined by the inside of the case and the tray can be formed.
- the lock member is disposed inside the case and does not impair the design.
- the lock member has a plate shape, and covers the bottom portion inside the case together with the tray in a state where the free end is locked to the locking portion. It is characterized by.
- the lock member forms the bottom surface of the storage space together with the tray, it is possible to prevent articles to be stored from entering and biting between the tray and the bottom of the case.
- the tray is rotated a predetermined angle with respect to the case in a direction in which the distance between the upper end of the lid and the peripheral edge of the opening is increased at the protruding position.
- the locking member is movably supported, and the locking member can be locked to the locking portion in a state where the tray is located at the protruding position and the tray is rotated by a predetermined angle with respect to the case.
- the tray is prevented from moving to the immersive position by being locked to the portion, and the tray is rotated in the direction in which the distance between the upper end of the lid portion and the peripheral edge portion of the opening portion is reduced. It is characterized by prohibiting movement.
- the accommodation space for the articles defined by the tray and the case can be further increased by rotating the tray with respect to the case.
- a latch device provided on the tray, which engages with the case when the tray is located at the immersive position and maintains the tray at the immersive position.
- An urging member (95) for urging and urging the lock member in a direction in which the lock member is separated from the inner wall when the tray is located at the retracted position is interposed between the lock member and the case.
- the tray is provided with a convex portion (82) that abuts on the lock member that is urged to rotate by the urging member and prevents the lock member from rotating. .
- the tray when the tray is located at the immersive position, the tray can be protruded from the case by operating the latch device, and the opening and closing basket can be easily deployed.
- the open / close basket can maintain the use state and can increase the accommodation volume in the use state.

For example, when the open / close basket 20 is changed to the stored state while the stored items are stored in the open / close basket 20, the tension plate 23 urged by the torsion coil spring 95 is automatically displaced to the standing state, The stored items can be moved into the tray 22.
- the tension plate 23 is used as a lock member for fixing the relative position of the tray 22 with respect to the case 21 in the unfolded state of the open / close basket 20, it is not necessary to provide a separate lock member and the number of parts can be reduced. it can. Moreover, since the tension plate 23 as a locking member is located in the back of the opening / closing basket 20, the designability of the opening / closing basket 20 is not impaired.
- the tray 22 is biased forward by the torsion coil spring 95 in the retracted state of the open / close basket 20, and the tray 22 is biased forward by the tension plate 23 in the deployed state of the open / close basket 20.
- the backlash against the case 21 is prevented, and the vibration of the tray 22 when the vehicle 10 is traveling is suppressed.
- the expansion plate 24 may be made of a flexible sheet material such as cloth.
- the second and third slots 52 and 71 may be omitted, and the left and right side wall portions 34 of the case 21 and the left and right side plate portions 62 of the tray 22 may be connected with a sheet material.
- the sheet material is folded when the open / close basket 20 is stored and is unfolded when the open / close basket 20 is unfolded.
- the tray 22 and the shaft 93 are configured as separate members, but a shaft body may protrude from the tray 22 and be integrated.
- the open / close basket of the present invention can be applied not only to motorcycles but also to various vehicles and furniture.
