1.本发明应用至少一竹片条,分别在经线与纬线相互搭叠编织而成一 编织竹胶板, 其上再贴附一层耐滑板, 以提供跑步机跑步带的緩沖板。
2.本发明应用至少一竹片条,分别在并靠一起的经线竹片条上堆叠并 靠一起的纬线竹片条构成的堆叠竹胶板, 其上再贴附一层耐滑板, 以提
供跑步机跑步带的緩沖板。
3.本发明竹胶板, 所述的编织竹胶板与堆叠竹胶板相互搭叠,再贴附 一层耐滑板, 以提供跑步机跑步带的緩沖板。
4本发明编织竹胶板,依据需要可搭叠两个以上编织竹胶板, 构成编 织竹胶叠板, 以强化緩沖板的强度。
5本发明堆叠竹胶板,依据需要可搭叠两个以上堆叠竹胶板, 构成堆 叠竹胶叠板, 以强化緩沖板的强度。
本发明提供了一种跑步机緩沖板, 装设于跑步机的跑步带下方, 作 为跑步带的緩沖板; 应用区分为经线竹片条与纬线竹片条的竹片条, 通 过所述经线竹片条与所述纬线竹片条相互交叉搭叠编织而构成一编织竹 胶板, 在所述编织竹胶板上贴附一耐滑板, 以形成一緩沖板。
本发明还提供了一种跑步机緩沖板, 装设于跑步机的跑步带下方, 作为跑步带的緩沖板; 应用区分为经线竹片条与纬线竹片条的竹片条, 通过所述并靠一起的经线竹片条堆叠并靠一起的纬线竹片条, 构成一堆 叠竹胶板, 在所述堆叠竹胶板上贴附一耐滑板, 以形成一緩沖板。
本发明又提供了一种跑步机緩沖板, 装设于跑步机的跑步带下方, 作为跑步带的緩沖板; 其中, 包括一编织竹胶板, 该编织竹胶板是应用 区分为经线竹片条与纬线竹片条的竹片条, 通过所述经线竹片条与所述 纬线竹片条相互交叉搭叠编织而构成; 一堆叠竹胶板, 应用区分为经线 竹片条与纬线竹片条的竹片条, 通过所述经线竹片条并靠与所述并靠的 纬线竹片条直接堆叠而构成; 在该堆叠竹胶板上贴附一层编织竹胶板; 一耐滑板, 贴附于所述的编织竹胶板或堆叠竹胶板上, 以形成一緩沖板。
实施时, 构成所述竹胶板所使用的经线竹片条与纬线竹片条的交叉 搭叠编织数量, 依据承载重量与面积而定。
实施时, 所述编织竹胶板以至少一经线竹片条搭叠至少一纬线竹片
条, 同时与至少一纬线竹片条搭叠至少一经线竹片条编织而成。
实施时, 所述编织竹胶板以一经线竹片条交叉搭叠一纬线竹片条编 织而成。
实施时, 所述编织竹胶板以双经线竹片条交叉搭叠双纬线竹片条编 织而成。
实施时, 所述编织竹胶板以三经线竹片条交叉搭叠三纬线竹片条编 织而成。
实施时, 所述编织竹胶板, 至少搭叠一层以上编织竹胶板, 以构成 一编织竹胶叠板。
实施时, 所述堆叠竹胶板, 通过所述并靠一起的经线竹片条上堆叠 并靠一起的纬线竹片条, 构成一堆叠竹胶板。
实施时, 所述堆叠竹胶板, 至少搭叠一层以上堆叠竹胶板, 以构成 一堆叠竹胶叠板。
实施时, 所述的编织竹胶板与堆叠竹胶板相互搭叠, 再贴附一层耐 滑板。
实施时, 所述緩沖板可通过对所述耐滑板, 于沖压时, 使耐滑板表 层依编织竹胶板或堆叠竹胶板上的凹凸不平纹路, 产生凹凸按摩纹, 以 提供脚底按摩作用。
与现有技术相比, 本发明所述的跑步机緩沖板, 应用编织竹胶板或 堆叠竹胶板或两者相互堆叠, 再黏附一层耐滑板, 作为跑步机的緩沖板, 达到提高緩沖及脚底按摩效果。 附图说明

请参阅图 1A、 图 1B、 图 1C所示, 应用竹片条 10, 透过至少一经线 竹片条 11 与至少一纬线竹片条 12, 经相互交叉搭叠编织而可构成如图 1A、 图 1B、 图 1C的一竹胶板 Γ、 1"、 Γ" , 所述竹胶板 Γ、 1"、 1",其上 贴附一耐滑板 2,以形成一緩沖板 4(如图 3及图 3Α),通过所述竹胶板 Γ、 1"、 1",本身具有弹性与极佳的快速回复特性, 作为跑步机 5的跑步带 51
的緩沖板 4, 以提升跑步的舒适性。
因此, 请参阅图 1A、 图 1B、 图 1C所示, 所述经线竹片条 11与纬 线竹片条 12所选定的编织数量依承载重量级所需緩沖效果而定; 亦即, 请参阅图 1A所示, 所述竹胶板 1,以一经线竹片条 11交叉搭叠一纬 线竹片条 12编织而成;
请参阅图 1B所示, 所述编织竹胶板 1"以双经线竹片条 11交叉搭叠 双纬线竹片条 12编织而成;
请参阅图 1C所示,所述编织竹胶板 1",以三经线竹片条 11交叉搭叠 三纬线竹片条 12编织而成;
请参阅图 1D所示,所述编织竹胶板 1""以一经线竹片条 11交叉搭叠 双纬线竹片条 12, 同时以一纬线竹片条 12搭叠双经线竹片条 11 , 通过 4目互编织而成;
依据前述的各种编织方式, 即能类推所述编织竹胶板 1""是由至少一 经线竹片条 11 交叉搭叠至少一纬线竹片条 12编织, 同时至少一纬线竹 片条 12交叉搭叠至少一经线竹片条 11 编织而成, 即能了解各种编织方 式皆在前述的解释范围内。
依序当可类推其经线竹片条 11 与纬线竹片条 12交叉搭叠的数量, 即可达到所需緩沖效果;前述无论何种型态构成的编织竹胶板 Γ、 1"、 Γ"、 1"", 统称之为编织竹胶板; 因此, 应用前述至少一经线竹片条 11与至少 一纬线竹片条 12的交叉编织, 可分散其踩踏沖击力, 达到均衡的緩沖效 果。
请参阅图 2、 图 3及图 3Α所示, 依据前述实施例, 所述编织竹胶板 Γ、 1"、 Γ", 可依据所需厚度与强度, 至少搭叠一层以上编织竹胶板 Γ、 1"、 Γ", 以构成一编织竹胶叠板 1(如图 2、 图 3), 再在其上贴合一耐滑 板 2, 以强化緩沖板 4、 4,, 且维持其弹性。
请参阅图 3及图 3A所示, 为第二较佳实施例中的緩沖板 4,, 可由一 编织竹胶板 Γ、 1"、 1 ",或编织竹胶叠板 1其上贴合一耐滑板 2。
请参阅图 4及图 4Α所示,应用竹片条 10区分为经线竹片条 11与纬 线竹片条 12 ,通过所述并靠一起的经线竹片条 11堆叠并靠一起的纬线竹 片条 12 , 构成一堆叠竹胶板 3 , 所述堆叠竹胶板上贴附一耐滑板 2 , 以形 成一緩沖板 4"。
请参阅图 4所示, 所述堆叠竹胶板 3 , 通过所述并靠一起的经线竹片 条 11堆叠并靠一起的纬线竹片条 12 , 构成一堆叠竹胶板 3。
请参阅图 4Α所示, 所述堆叠竹胶板 3 , 至少搭叠一层以上堆叠竹胶 板 3 , 以构成一堆叠竹胶叠板 31。
请参阅图 4Β及图 4C所示, 所述至少一层编织竹胶板 Γ、 1"、 1 ",与 至少一层堆叠竹胶板 3相互搭叠, 再贴附一层耐滑板 2 , 以形成一緩沖板 4,,,。
请参阅图 4Α、 图 4Β、 图 4C所示, 所述緩沖板 4、 4,、 4"、 4",, 可 通过对所述耐滑板 2沖压 Ρ , 使耐滑板 2表层依编织竹胶板 Γ、 1"、 Γ" 或堆叠竹胶板 3的纹路, 因陷入而产生凹凸按摩纹。
请参阅图 5及图 5Α所示, 所述緩沖板 4、 4,、 4"、 4",设于一跑步机 5的跑步带 51下方, 应用其编织竹胶板 Γ、 1"、 Γ"或竹胶叠板 1或堆叠 竹胶板 3或堆叠竹胶板 31 , 跨置于周边设置的数个緩沖垫 41上, 而产生 极佳弹性与具有緩沖效果, 使踩踏所述跑步带 51时对使用者提供其舒适 性, 更应用凹凸按摩纹, 提供脚底的按摩作用。
Claims
1.一种跑步机緩沖板, 装设于跑步机的跑步带下方,作为跑步带的緩 沖板; 其特征在于: 应用区分为经线竹片条与纬线竹片条的竹片体, 通 过所述经线竹片条与所述纬线竹片条相互交叉搭叠编织而构成一个编织 竹胶板, 所述编织竹胶板上贴附一个耐滑板, 以形成一个緩沖板。
2.—种跑步机緩沖板, 装设于跑步机的跑步带下方,作为跑步带的緩 沖板; 其特征在于: 应用区分为经线竹片条与纬线竹片条的竹片条, 通 过所述经线竹片条并靠与所述并靠的纬线竹片条直接相互堆叠而构成一 个堆叠竹胶板, 所述堆叠竹胶板上贴附一个耐滑板, 以形成一个緩沖板。
3.—种跑步机緩沖板, 装设于跑步机的跑步带下方,作为跑步带的緩 沖板; 其特征在于包括:
至少一个编织竹胶板, 应用区分为经线竹片条与纬线竹片条的竹片 条, 通过所述经线竹片条与所述纬线竹片条相互交叉搭叠编织而构成; 至少一个堆叠竹胶板, 应用区分为经线竹片条与纬线竹片条的竹片 条, 通过所述经线竹片条并靠与所述并靠的纬线竹片条直接堆叠而构成; 在所述堆叠竹胶板上贴附一层所述编织竹胶板;
一个耐滑板, 贴附于所述的编织竹胶板或堆叠竹胶板上, 以形成一 个緩沖板。
4.如权利要求 1或 3所述的跑步机緩沖板, 其特征在于: 所述编织竹 胶板以至少一个经线竹片条交叉搭叠至少一个纬线竹片条编织, 同时至 少一个纬线竹片条交叉搭叠至少一个经线竹片条编织而成。
5.如权利要求 4所述的跑步机緩沖板, 其特征在于: 所述编织竹胶板 以一个经线竹片条交叉搭叠一个纬线竹片条编织而成。
6.如权利要求 4所述的跑步机緩沖板, 其特征在于: 所述编织竹胶板 以双经线竹片条交叉搭叠双纬线竹片条编织而成。
7.如权利要求 4所述的跑步机緩沖板, 其特征在于: 所述编织竹胶板 以三经线竹片条交叉搭叠三纬线竹片条编织而成。
8.如权利要求 1所述的跑步机緩沖板,其特征在于:所述编织竹胶板, 至少搭叠一层所述编织竹胶板, 以构成一个编织竹胶叠板。
9.如权利要求 2或 3所述的跑步机緩沖板, 其特征在于: 所述堆叠竹 胶板, 至少堆叠一层以上, 以构成一个堆叠竹胶叠板。
10.如权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的跑步机緩沖板, 其特征在于: 所述 緩沖板最上方的耐滑板, 依编织竹胶板或堆叠竹胶板凹凸不平的纹路, 经沖压而陷入产生可提供脚底按摩作用的凹凸按摩纹。
