Abstract
本發明有關一種跑步機之緩衝板結構,包括複數個竹片併靠而形成竹片層,竹片層底面貼附薄膜層,使竹片併靠能緊密黏貼於薄膜層上;以及複數個竹片層之間,以各薄膜層上、下貼合面分別鋪設貼附;其中,各竹片層的複數竹片併靠方向皆相同,然以縱向併靠而成之竹片層緩衝效果較佳;利用二竹片層之間夾有一薄膜層疊置,使竹片層與薄膜層的相互黏貼接觸面較為平整,於貼合時之空隙填入黏著劑亦較平均,最後在最頂層的竹片層上貼附耐滑層,提供竹片層在踩踏陷入緩衝時較為平順及保持穩固併靠,避免竹片層的竹片間與薄膜層之間的緩衝崩裂現象。
Description
本發明係有關於一種跑步機的應用領域,特別是指一種跑步機之緩衝板結構。
一般跑步機以一緩衝板作為跑步帶下方的支撐,然在跑步時因跑步踏力對緩衝板施力極大,如沒有緩衝彈力對跑步者相當不適,因此,在緩衝板下方,除了緩衝墊外再加裝緩衝裝置,並且在所述緩衝板上黏附一層發泡層,且在所述發泡層上再黏附一層織布層,以提供跑步帶可順暢轉動,同時兼具緩衝的舒適性。
然前述跑步者容易在同一位置上重複踩踏,致使發泡層經年累月的踩踏而造成永遠的塌陷現象,以致無法回復而失去緩衝作用。
本發明進一步針對前與本案同一發明人所核准之中華民國發明專利第I406686號進行改良,其係揭露一種跑步機緩衝板,由適當厚度與寬度的竹片條,並將竹片條區分為經線竹片條與緯線竹片條,使至少一經線竹片條以上與至少一緯線竹片條以上相互交叉搭疊編織而成一編織竹膠板;所述竹膠板可相互堆疊至所需厚度,以構成一編織竹膠疊板,以提升強度及保有緩衝彈性;亦可將前述經線竹片條並靠後與並靠後的緯線竹片條直接搭疊,以構成一堆疊竹膠板。
上述所使用的結構均為竹片材質,在編織成竹膠疊板或搭疊
竹膠疊板或前述兩種竹膠疊板混搭後,因竹膠疊板與竹膠疊板之間的接觸面空隙不平均,以致黏著劑舖設在疊置的接觸面位置,其空隙的大小差異很大,以致須以黏著劑加以填補,致使黏著劑乾固後,該竹膠疊板與竹膠疊板的黏著位置的黏著劑乾固分量不同,以致造成該竹膠疊板較具剛性,踩踏緩衝不平均,應用在跑步機的緩衝板,將會降低緩衝效果。
上述所使用的竹膠疊板與竹膠疊板為上下疊置,由於該貼合係以黏膠固接,當踩踏之陷入產生緩衝效果時,因係黏著劑乾固而容易崩裂,同時在相互間直接碰觸的摩擦而產生噪音聲響。
上述之竹片編織或搭疊皆為耗費工時,其黏膠亦用量較大,因空隙大,需大量填補,方能完成竹膠疊板,實無法達成節省成本的效益。
本發明係提供一種跑步機之緩衝板結構,係利用相鄰之二竹片層之間夾有一薄膜層以及相鄰二竹片層的竹片併靠皆為同向疊置,藉以提高本創作緩衝板結構的緩衝效能,藉黏著劑將薄膜層與複數竹片併靠黏貼,以避免使用者在使用跑步機時導致竹片層之間直接接觸而摩擦所產生的噪音;同時藉由竹片層的柔軟度,以及應用薄膜層的的緊密貼合作用,在提升緩衝效果外,更可避免竹片間及竹片層與竹片層之間的崩裂。
因此,本發明的目的係在於解決上述問題而提供一種跑步機之緩衝板結構,係裝設於一跑步機的一跑步帶下方,踩踏該跑步帶時,該跑步帶並與該緩衝板結構接觸;其特徵係包括:複數個竹片層,各該竹片層的竹片皆為同一方向併靠上下疊置,且以該疊置的竹片併靠方向與跑步機行進方向相同為較佳;複數個薄膜層,各該薄膜層鋪設在相鄰的二竹片
層之間;一黏著劑,位於相鄰的各該薄膜層與各該竹片層之間,使相鄰的各該竹片層與各該薄膜層黏固結合為一體;以及一耐滑層,係貼附在最頂端之該竹片層上表面。
在某些實施例中,該竹片層由複數條竹片相互平行拼接形成。
在各實施例中,該薄膜層可為一整面木片薄板、複數片木片薄板拼裝、織布、不織布、整面塑膠薄板、複數片塑膠薄板拼裝。

關於本發明藉以達到上述目的之技術手段,茲以下列實施型態配合圖示於下文作詳細說明,俾令 鈞上深入瞭解並認同之。

本發明的跑步機之緩衝板結構100係裝設於一跑步機200的一跑步帶201下方,踩踏跑步帶201時,同時對緩衝板結構100衝擊陷入緩衝後彈回;所述的跑步機之緩衝板結構100可包括複數個竹片層1,以及複數個薄膜層2。
各竹片層1為上下疊置而成,且相鄰的二竹片層1皆為軸向方向疊置。
再者,各竹片層1可由複數條竹片10相互平行拼接形成,在第1圖中上方之竹片層1的竹片1具有一軸向方向X,而在第1圖中中間之竹片層1的竹片10同樣具有所述的軸向方向X,且軸向方向X可與跑步機200的前後方向平行,藉以於使用時獲得最佳的柔軟性,以提供較佳的吸震能力,達到提升緩衝效果。
各薄膜層2可鋪設在上述相鄰的二竹片層1之間,其中,薄膜層2可為一整面木片層或複數木片拼裝而成,或織布、不織布材質、或者是一整面塑膠薄板、複數塑膠薄板拼裝,但並不以此為限。
黏著劑3可位於相鄰的各薄膜層2與各竹片層1之間,使相鄰的各竹片層1與各薄膜層2黏固結合為一體
另外,在最頂層的竹片層1的上方更鋪設有一耐滑層4,以
便使用者在使用跑步機200的跑步帶201上踩踏時,藉耐滑板4減少與跑步帶201接觸的阻力,同時防止該最頂層竹片層1的竹片崩裂。
藉由上述結構,利用二竹片層1之間夾有一薄膜層2疊置,使竹片層1與薄膜層2的相互黏貼接觸面較為平整,於貼合時之空隙填入黏著劑3亦較平均,最後在最頂層的竹片層1上貼附一耐滑層4,提供竹片層1在踩踏陷入緩衝時較為平順及保持穩固併靠,以提高本創作緩衝板結構的緩衝效能,更避免該竹片層1的竹片10間與薄膜層2之間的緩衝崩裂現象。
以上所述實施例型態之揭示係用以說明本創作,並非用以限制本創作,故舉凡數值之變更或等效元件之置換仍應隸屬本發明之範疇。

- 一種跑步機之緩衝板結構,係裝設於一跑步機的一跑步帶下方,踩踏該跑步帶時,並對緩衝板結構衝擊陷入而產生緩衝作用;其特徵係包括:複數個竹片層,各該竹片層上下疊置,各該竹片層由複數竹片的軸向方向相互平行併靠而成,上下相鄰之二竹片層的各該竹片的軸向相互平行;複數個薄膜層,各該薄膜層鋪設在相鄰的二竹片層之間;一黏著劑,位於相鄰的各該薄膜層與各該竹片層之間,使相鄰的各該竹片層與各該薄膜層黏固結合為一體;以及一耐滑層,係貼附在最頂端之該竹片層上表面。
- 如請求項1所述之跑步機之緩衝板結構,其中該薄膜層是由一整面木片薄板或複數塊木片薄板拼裝組成。
- 如請求項1所述之跑步機之緩衝板結構,其中該薄膜層是由一整面塑膠薄板或複數塊塑膠薄板拼裝組成。
