Abstract
本发明提供了一种跑步机缓冲板,由适当厚度与宽度的竹片条,并将竹片条区分为经线竹片条与纬线竹片条,使至少一经线竹片条以上与至少一纬线竹片条以上相互交叉搭叠编织而成一编织竹胶板;所述竹胶板可相互堆叠至所需厚度,以构成一编织竹胶叠板,以提升强度及保有缓冲弹性;亦可将前述经线竹片条并靠后与并靠后的纬线竹片条直接搭迭,以构成一堆叠竹胶板;前述最上层的编织竹胶板或堆叠竹胶板上可藉黏着剂贴附一层耐滑板,透过冲压,使该耐滑板表面依编织竹胶板或堆叠竹胶板上的纹路陷入其中,以产生一凹凸按摩纹;如此,以提供跑步循环带的缓冲板,藉编织竹胶板或堆迭竹胶板或两者相互堆迭所构成的缓冲板,以提升极佳的缓冲与脚底按摩效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种缓冲板,尤其涉及一种跑步机缓冲板,应用竹片条通过经纬线交叉搭叠编织而成的编织竹胶板;或应用并靠一起的经线竹片条堆叠并靠一起的纬线竹片条而成的堆迭竹胶板;或所述的编织竹胶板与堆迭竹胶板相互撘迭;所述的最上层黏附一层耐滑板,经冲压后,使该耐滑板表层依纹路,产生凹凸按摩纹,作为跑步机的缓冲板,达到提升缓冲及脚底按摩效果。
背景技术
一般跑步机以一缓冲板作为跑步带下方的支撑,然在跑步时因跑步踏力对缓冲板施力极大,如没有缓冲弹力对跑步者相当不适,因此而后在缓冲板下方,除了缓冲垫外再加装缓冲装置,并且在所述缓冲板上粘附一层发泡层,且在所述发泡层上再黏附一层织布层,以提供跑步循环带可顺畅转动,同时兼具缓冲的舒适性。
发明内容
一、解决的问题
1.现有跑步机其缓冲后的回复效果不佳,且硬度较大,其踩踏变形量小,在跑步时容易使足部关节受伤。
2.现有跑步机的缓冲板皆为坚硬材料,仅仰赖其上的弹性材料,以及四角落的缓冲垫亦稍嫌不足,因此大都以缓冲装置来辅助所述缓冲效果,其结构因此变得较为复杂,成本亦较高。
二、解决的手段
1.本发明应用至少一竹片条,分别在经线与纬线相互搭叠编织而成一编织竹胶板,其上再贴附一层耐滑板,以提供跑步机跑步带的缓冲板。
2.本发明应用至少一竹片条,分别在并靠一起的经线竹片条上堆叠并靠一起的纬线竹片条构成的堆迭竹胶板,其上再贴附一层耐滑板,以提供跑步机跑步带的缓冲板。
3.本发明竹胶板,所述的编织竹胶板与堆迭竹胶板相互搭叠,再贴附一层耐滑板,以提供跑步机跑步带的缓冲板。
4.本发明编织竹胶板,依据需要可搭叠两个以上编织竹胶板,构成编织竹胶叠板,以强化缓冲板的强度。
5.本发明堆迭竹胶板,依据需要可搭叠两个以上堆迭竹胶板,构成堆迭竹胶叠板,以强化缓冲板的强度。
本发明提供了一种跑步机缓冲板,装设于跑步机的跑步带下方,作为跑步带的缓冲板;应用竹片条区分为经线竹片条与纬线竹片条,通过所述经线竹片条与所述纬线竹片条相互交叉搭叠编织而构成一编织竹胶板,所述竹胶板上贴附一耐滑板,以形成一缓冲板。

本发明又提供了一种跑步机缓冲板,装设于跑步机的跑步带下方,作为跑步带的缓冲板;其中,一编织竹胶板,应用竹片条区分为经线竹片条与纬线竹片条,通过所述经线竹片条与所述纬线竹片条相互交叉搭叠编织而构成,以贴附于一堆迭竹胶板上;该堆迭竹胶板,应用竹片条区分为经线竹片条与纬线竹片条,通过所述经线竹片条并靠与所述并靠的纬线竹片条直接堆叠而构成,其上贴附一编织竹胶板;一耐滑板,贴附于所述的编织竹胶板上,以形成一缓冲板。
实施时,构成所述竹胶板所使用的经线竹片条与纬线竹片条的交叉搭叠编织数量,依据承载重量与面积而定。

请参阅图1A、图1B、图1C所示,应用竹片条10,透过至少一经线竹片条11与至少一纬线竹片条12,经相互交叉搭叠编织而可构成如图1A、图1B、图1C的一竹胶板1’、1”、1”’,所述竹胶板1’、1”、1”’其上贴附一耐滑板2,以形成一缓冲板4(如图3及图3A),通过所述竹胶板1’、1”、1”’本身具有弹性与极佳的快速回复特性,作为跑步机5的跑步带51的缓冲板4,以提升跑步的舒适性。
因此,请参阅图1A、图1B、图1C所示,所述经线竹片条11与纬线竹片条12所选定的编织数量依承载重量级所需缓冲效果而定;亦即,

Claims (10)
1.一种跑步机缓冲板,装设于跑步机的跑步带下方,作为跑步带的缓冲板;其特征在于:应用竹片条区分为经线竹片条与纬线竹片条,通过所述经线竹片条与所述纬线竹片条相互交叉搭叠编织而构成一编织竹胶板,所述编织竹胶板上贴附一耐滑板,以形成一缓冲板。
2.一种跑步机缓冲板,装设于跑步机的跑步带下方,作为跑步带的缓冲板;其特征在于:应用竹片条区分为经线竹片条与纬线竹片条,通过所述经线竹片条并靠与所述并靠的纬线竹片条直接相互堆叠而构成一堆迭竹胶板,所述堆迭竹胶板上贴附一耐滑板,以形成一缓冲板。
3.一种跑步机缓冲板,装设于跑步机的跑步带下方,作为跑步带的缓冲板;其特征在于:
一编织竹胶板,应用竹片条区分为经线竹片条与纬线竹片条,通过所述经线竹片条与所述纬线竹片条相互交叉搭叠编织而构成,以贴附于一堆迭竹胶板上;
该堆迭竹胶板,应用竹片条区分为经线竹片条与纬线竹片条,通过所述经线竹片条并靠与所述并靠的纬线竹片条直接堆叠而构成,其上贴附一编织竹胶板;
一耐滑板,贴附于所述的编织竹胶板上,以形成一缓冲板。
4.如权利要求1所述的跑步机缓冲板,其特征在于,构成所述竹胶板所使用的经线竹片条与纬线竹片条的交叉搭叠编织数量,依据承载重量与面积而定。

8.如权利要求1或3所述的跑步机缓冲板,其特征在于,所述编织竹胶板以三经线竹片条交叉搭叠三纬线竹片条编织而成。
9.如权利要求1所述的跑步机缓冲板,其特征在于,所述编织竹胶板,至少搭叠一层以上编织竹胶板,以构成一编织竹胶叠板。
10.如权利要求2或3所述的跑步机缓冲板,其特征在于,所述堆迭竹胶板,至少堆叠一层以上,以构成一堆迭竹胶叠板。
