Bite into the substrate 2. At this time, the sleeve 12 supporting the washer 4 slides downward while holding the washer 4 by applying a downward force to the hole edge 41 of the washer 4 through the base material 2.
- the lower surface of the hole edge portion 41 of the washer 4 (a part of the lower surface of the hole edge portion 41 located slightly outside the hole edge 41a in the radial direction) is connected to the upper surface of the hole edge portion support surface 16 of the shaft portion 11. Touch. Thereby, the deformation
- the upper mold 20 is further lowered to press the tip of the eyelet 3 against the working surface 15, and after cutting the substrate 2 on the working surface 15, the upper mold 20 is further lowered to bring the tip of the eyelet 3 into the working surface 15. Then, the eyelet 3 and the washer 4 are joined together by sliding along the concave portion 15a outward in the radial direction of the shaft portion 11 (direction D in FIG. 9). At this time, since the tip of the eyelet 3 is curved by the curved surface of the recess 15a, the bonding strength between the eyelet 3 and the washer 4 is increased, and burrs are hardly generated during the bonding.
- the concave portion 15a is not necessarily a curved surface shape, and may be a flat surface. That is, the concave portion 15a can achieve the purpose as long as the tip of the eyelet 3 can be bent, and the shape thereof is not limited to the example shown in FIG. As another shape example, a groove having a first surface continuous with the inclined surface of the working surface 15 and a second surface continuous with the first surface and having an inverted triangular cross section is related to the present embodiment. It can be included as a recess 15a. Further, the concave portion 15a may be a polyhedral concave groove.

Abstract
