Abstract
Le procédé selon la présente invention consiste à intégrer une pièce de renfort dans le procédé de recouvrement de pièces d'intérieur de véhicules. Le procédé consiste à obtenir une nappe de fibres de bois et de résines naturelles d'épaisseur, de dimensions et de format appropriés pour la pièce qu'on souhaite obtenir, le patron étant positionné sur la cavité de moules de pressage correspondant à la pièce à fabriquer, une pression supérieure et inférieure étant ensuite appliquée sur les moules de pressage, avec ou sans addition de vapeur d'eau, de sorte que ladite pièce de renfort (3) constitue un guide pour l'ajustement parfait des pièces et un renfort interne pour leur fixation parfaite, garantissant ainsi un bon assemblage et une bonne fixation des pièces. Le procédé selon l'invention comprend en outre une phase d'application d'un enduit spécial pour le scellage des pores une fois obtenue la nappe ou la structure de fibres de bois.
