Abstract
본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 과산화수소 이용 멸균장치는, 피멸균물이 수용되는 멸균 챔버를 갖는 하우징, 멸균 챔버에 피멸균물을 멸균하기 위한 과산화수소증기를 공급하기 위해 멸균 챔버와 연결되는 증발기, 증발기에 액상의 과산화수소를 공급하기 위해 증발기와 연결되는 과산화수소 공급장치, 증발기에 공급된 과산화수소로부터 수분을 증발시키고 증발된 수분을 흡입하여 과산화수소를 농축시킬 수 있도록 증발기와 연결되는 농축용 챔버, 농축용 챔버에 진공압을 제공하기 위해 농축용 챔버와 연결되는 진공 펌프, 멸균 챔버 내부의 공기를 강제 유동시키기 위해 멸균 챔버 내부에 배치되는 팬 및 팬을 회전시키기 위한 모터를 갖는 송풍기, 팬에 의해 유동하는 공기를 가열하기 위해 상기 멸균 챔버 내부에 배치되는 팬 히터를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의한 과산화수소 이용 멸균장치는 농축용 챔버를 이용하여 과산화수소를 농축할 수 있어 피멸균물에 대한 멸균력을 높일 수 있다.
