传统服饰的制作材料中, 存在一种拉毛布, 是将纱线制作成布, 并对 布进行拉毛形成, 但其没有弹性、 保暖性能差, 没有特殊毛绒团之风格和 柔软之手感。 发明内容 有鉴于此, 本发明提供一种弹力拉毛纱及其生产方法, 以解决传统的 拉毛布没有弹性、 保暖性较差, 布面没有特殊毛绒团之风格和柔软之手感 的问题。
为解决技术问题, 本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种弹力拉毛纱, 包括: 内线, 以及按预设捻向依次卷绕在所述内线 上的且进行拉毛后的拉毛线和绕线, 其中, 所述拉毛线卷绕所述内线过程 中, 按预设间距在所述内线上形成拉毛线毛绒团。
优选地, 所述内线为化纤长丝包覆氨纶长丝的弹力覆合丝。
优选地, 所述拉毛线通过纤维条子纺制而成。
优选地, 当内线为纱线或长丝时, 还包括卷绕在所述卷绕拉毛线和绕 线后的内线上的併合线, 且所述併合线为弹力覆合丝。
一种弹力拉毛纱的生产方法, 包括:
按预设捻向在内线上依次卷绕拉毛线和绕线形成弹力拉毛坯纱, 在卷 绕过程中, 所述拉毛线在所述内线上按预设间距形成拉毛线单圈;
对所述弹力拉毛坯纱进行拉毛, 同时拉割所述拉毛线单圈使之形成拉 毛线毛绒团。
优选地, 当内线为纱线或长丝时, 还包括: 按预设捻向卷绕併合线, 且所述併合线为弹力覆合丝。

图 5为本发明另一实施例提供的弹力拉毛纱生产方法流程图。 具体实施方式 下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进 行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没 有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的 范围。
本发明实施例公开了一种弹力拉毛纱, 它解决传统的拉毛布而没有弹 性和保暖性能差的问题, 同时具备特殊的毛绒团之风格和柔软之手感。
图 1为本发明实施例提供的弹力拉毛坯纱的结构示意图, 所述弹力拉 毛坯纱包括: 内线 1、 拉毛线 2、 绕线 3和拉毛线单圈 5; 其中, 拉毛线 2 和绕线 3按照预设捻向依次卷绕在内线 1上。
捻向指加捻的捻回方向, 也就是指加捻纱中纤维的倾斜方向或加捻股 线中单纱的倾斜方向。 一般情况下, 捻向分 Z捻和 S捻两种。 若单纱中的 纤维或股线中的单纱在加捻后,其倾斜方向自下而上,从右至左的叫 S捻, 也称为右手捻或右捻; 若倾斜方向自下而上, 从左至右的叫 Z捻, 也称作 左手捻或左捻。
本发明实施例提供的弹力拉毛坯纱中, 拉毛线 2和绕线 3按照预设捻 向依次卷绕在内线 1上。 为了使拉毛线 2和绕线 3能更牢固地卷绕在内线 1 , 拉毛线 2的捻向与绕线 3的捻向一般相反, 具体为: 当拉毛线 2采用 Z 捻捻向卷绕内线 1后, 绕线 3则采用 S捻捻向卷绕内线 1 ,反之, 拉毛线 2 采用 S捻捻向卷绕内线 1后, 绕线 3则采用 Z捻捻向卷绕内线 1。
其中, 拉毛线 2卷绕内线 1过程中, 按预设距离在内线四周形成拉毛 线单圈 5 , 且所述预设距离按实际生产需求设置。
具体的, 内线 1为化纤长丝包覆氨纶长丝的弹力覆合丝; 在内线 2上 进行捻合前, 先将纤维条子纺制进而形成拉毛线 2; 绕线 3为一般的纱线 或长丝。
图 2为本发明实施例提供的弹力拉毛纱结构示意图, 所述弹力拉毛纱 包括: 内线 1、 拉毛线 2、 绕线 3和拉毛线毛绒团 6; 其中, 将如图 1所示 的弹力拉毛坯纱进行拉毛就形成了弹力拉毛纱。 具体的, 将弹力拉毛纱, 经针筒围绕, 因针筒旋转的速度与弹力拉毛坯纱行走速度不同, 针筒的针 钩或针刺对弹力拉毛坯纱进行拉毛, 特别对拉毛线单圈 5拉割, 割断拉毛 形成拉毛线毛绒团 6, 形成弹力拉毛纱。

S12、对所述弹力拉毛坯纱进行拉毛, 同时拉割所述拉毛线单圈使之形 成拉毛线毛绒团, 形成弹力拉毛纱。 本发明另一实施例还公开了一种弹力拉毛纱, 其结构如图 4所示, 包 括: 内线 1、 拉毛线 2、 绕线 3、 拉毛线毛绒团 6和併合线 4; 其中, 内线 1为一般的纱线或长丝, 併合线为弹力覆合丝, 同样, 由拉毛线 2形成的 拉毛线单圈被拉毛成拉毛线毛绒团 6。
本实施例公开的所述弹力拉毛纱的过程为: 先将所述拉毛线按预设捻 向卷绕内线, 且在卷绕的过程中, 所述拉毛线按预设距离在所述内线周围 形成拉毛线单圈, 然后, 所述绕线沿与所述预设捻向相反的捻向卷绕在所 述内线上, 这样, 就形成了亚弹力拉毛坯纱, 将所述亚弹力拉毛坯纱进行 拉毛后形成亚弹力拉毛纱, 其具体的拉毛过程与上述实施例相同, 此处不 再赘述。
本实施例提供的弹力拉毛纱生产方法如图 5所示, 包括步骤:
S21、 按预设捻向在内线上依次卷绕拉毛线和绕线形成亚弹力拉毛坯 纱, 其中, 内线为一般的纱线或长丝, 并且, 在卷绕过程中, 所述拉毛线 在内线上按预设间距形成拉毛线单圈。
S22、对所述亚弹力拉毛坯纱进行拉毛, 同时拉割所述拉毛线单圈使之 形成拉毛线毛绒团, 形成亚弹力拉毛纱。
S23、将所述亚弹力拉毛纱与併合线捻合形成弹力拉毛纱, 其中, 併合 线为弹力覆合丝。
综上所述, 使用本发明两个实施例提供的弹力拉毛纱经特殊织造工艺 制作的各类服饰产品, 具有轻薄保暖、 弹力紧身、 亲肤舒适、 柔软贴身之 功能, 弹力拉伸率是原尺寸的 2 ~ 3倍, 保暖性能是常规产品的 1 ~ 1.5倍。

3、根据权利要求 1所述的弹力拉毛纱, 其特征在于, 所述拉毛线通过 纤维条子纺制而成。
4、根据权利要求 1或 3所述的弹力拉毛纱, 其特征在于, 当内线为纱 线或长丝时, 还包括卷绕在所述卷绕拉毛线和绕线后的内线上的併合线, 且所述併合线为弹力覆合丝。
5、 一种弹力拉毛纱的生产方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
