また、板形状の第1挿入部または第2挿入部を用いる場合、鼻孔の内側に面接触で板形状の第1挿入部または第2挿入部が当接するので、デバイスの位置がずれたりデバイスが脱離したりすることをより防止することができる。それに加えて、鼻孔内において鼻腔挿入デバイス用固定具との接触面積が増大するため、鼻柱の痛みを軽減することができる。
また、チューブ形状またはバネ形状の第1挿入部または第2挿入部を用いる場合、鼻孔に配置しても空気の流路を確保することができる。これにより、鼻孔に配置される第1挿入部または第2挿入部によって、呼吸が阻害されるのを防止することができる。それに加えて、鼻孔内において鼻腔挿入デバイス用固定具との接触面積が増大するため、鼻柱の痛みを軽減することができる。
また、バネ形状の第1挿入部を用いる場合、鼻腔長が短くても、バネが縮んで鼻腔内に挿入することができる。したがって、第1挿入部を鼻腔長に合わせて切断等する必要がない。
また、鼻腔挿入デバイス用固定具の取付位置が鼻(鼻柱)になるので、使用者は自ら鼻腔挿入用デバイス用固定具を取り付けることができる。

本発明の第1実施形態に係る鼻腔挿入チューブ用固定具(以下、適宜、固定具と略記する)100は、鼻腔挿入チューブ200(図2参照)を鼻柱NP(図3参照)に固定するための固定具であって、図1に示されるように、線材101から形成されている。
(1)第1線材部
第1線材部110は、図1に示されるように、主に、「く」の字形状部分111および逆S字形状部分112から構成されている。
第2線材部120は、図1に示されるように、第1線材部110と連続しており、第1線材部110と対向するように線材101が第1折返部FL1で折り返されて形成されている。また、この第2線材部120は、図1に示されるように、主に、S字形状部分121および直線形状部分122から構成されているとも言える。
第3線材部130は、図1に示されるように、第2線材部120と連続しており、第2線材部120の第1線材部形成側と反対側において、第2線材部120と対向するように第2線材部120とは逆方向に線材101が第2折返部FL2で折り返されて形成されている。また、この第3線材部130は、図1に示されるように、波型形状を呈している。そして、この第3線材部130は、本実施形態において第2線材部120の直線形状部分122と共に、鼻腔挿入チューブ200の側壁に対するクリップとして機能する(図3参照)。
先ず、図3に示されるように、第3線材部130の先端部を鼻腔挿入チューブ200の基端側Sbの側壁に突き刺し、その側壁を第3線材部130と第2線材部120の直線形状部分122とで挟み込む。次に、この状態で鼻腔挿入チューブ200を先端側Scから片方の鼻孔NHに挿入し、その鼻腔挿入チューブ200の先端部210(図2参照)を咽頭部まで挿入していく(図3参照)。そして、最後に、鼻腔挿入チューブ200の先端部210(図2参照)を咽頭部に挿入すると共に、鼻柱NPの下端部をくびれ部分CSで挟み込む(図3参照)。なお、このとき、第1線材部110の先端は鼻孔NH中に存在する。
固定具100を鼻柱NPから取り外す場合、単純に固定具100を手で掴んで固定具100を引き下げればよい。

本発明の実施形態に係る固定具100には、鼻柱NPに対するクリップとして機能するくびれ部分CSと、鼻腔挿入チューブ200の側壁に対するクリップとして機能する第3線材部130および第2線材部120の直線形状部分122とが形成されている。このため、この固定具100は、鼻腔挿入チューブ200を鼻柱NPにしっかりと固定することができる。したがって、この固定具100は、睡眠障害の患者の睡眠中に鼻腔挿入チューブ100の位置がずれたり鼻腔挿入チューブ100が脱離したりすることを防止することができる。
また、固定具100の使用者は、手の届く範囲である鼻に固定具100を装着するので、自ら固定具100および鼻腔挿入チューブ100を装着することができる。
本発明の実施形態に係る固定具100では、鼻柱NPに対するクリップとしてくびれ部分CSが採用されている。このため、この固定具100は、鼻柱NPの下端部に接触する面積を低減することができる。よって、この固定具100は、睡眠障害の患者の鼻柱に対する違和感を低減することができる。
本発明の実施形態に係る固定具100では、第3線材部130が波型に形成されている。このため、鼻腔挿入チューブ200の側壁を第3線材部130と第2線材部120の直線形状部分122とで挟み込むとき、鼻腔挿入チューブ200の側壁と第3線材部130との接触点が少なくなる。したがって、睡眠障害の患者は、鼻腔挿入チューブ200の側壁を第3線材部130と第2線材部120の一部とで挟み込む作業をより容易に行うことができる。

先の実施形態では図1に示されるような固定具100が一例として紹介されたが、本発明には、図4に示されるような固定具100Aも包含される。

先の実施形態では特に言及しなかったが、線材101は、丸線であってもよいし、平角線であってもよいし、薄肉平角線であってもよい。また、線材の形成材料としては、特に限定されないが、例えば、金属や樹脂等が挙げられる。ここで、線材が金属製の場合には、図11に示すように、金属製の線材101を被覆する樹脂製の被覆部材102E(例えば、シリコーンゴム)を設けても良い。これにより、金属の線材が原因となって金属アレルギーが発生するのを抑制することができる。

また、先の実施形態およびその変形例では、1つの連続した線材を折り曲げることによって形成された固定具100,100A,100B,100Cが紹介されたが、本発明には、図12に示されるような、長さ調整機能を備えた固定具100Fも包含される。
これにより、患者の鼻孔から咽頭部までの長さに応じて、第2線材部120Fの長さを調整することによって、鼻腔挿入チューブ200の先端を咽頭部の所望の位置に配置することができる。
また、上記した長さ調整機能を備えた固定具100Fの他にも、本発明には、図13に示されるような、長さ調整機能を備えた固定具100Gも包含される。
これにより、患者の鼻孔から咽頭部までの長さに応じて、第2線材部120Gの長さを調整することによって、鼻腔挿入チューブ200の先端を咽頭部の所望の位置に配置することができる。
先の実施形態では図1に示されるような固定具100が一例として紹介されたが、本発明には、図15に示されるような固定具100Hも包含される。
先の変形例(H)では図15及び図16に示されるような固定具100Hが一例として紹介されたが、本発明には、図17に示されるような固定具100Iも包含される。
本発明の第2実施形態に係る固定具100Dは、第1実施形態に係る固定具100と同様に線材101から形成されている。また、この固定具100Dは、図9に示されるように、主に、第1線材部110、第2線材部120、第3線材部130d、第4線材部150、第2円形線材部140から形成されている。
第1線材部110および第2線材部120は第1実施形態に係る第1線材部110および第2線材部120と同一であり、第2円形線材部140は第1実施形態の変形例(C)に記載の第2円形線材部140と同一である。
第3線材部130dは、図9に示されるように、第2線材部120と連続しており、第2線材部120の第1線材部形成側と反対側において、第2線材部120と対向するように第2線材部120とは逆方向に線材101が第3折返部FL3で折り返されて形成されている。そして、この第3折返部FL3は、図10に示されるように、鼻腔挿入チューブ200を固定する役割を担う。
第4線材部150は、図9に示されるように、第3線材部130dと連続しており、第3線材部130dの第2線材部形成側と反対側において、第3線材部130dと対向するように第3線材部130dとは逆方向、すなわち、第2線材部120と同方向に線材101が第4折返部FL4で折り返されて形成されている。そして、この第4折返部FL4は、図10に示されるように、鼻翼NWを跨ぎ、鼻腔挿入チューブ200が必要以上に鼻孔NHや体内に挿入することを防止する役割を担う。
先ず、鼻腔挿入チューブ200の基端側Sbの部分を貫通するように第4線材部150の先端部を突き刺した後、その鼻腔挿入チューブ200を第3折返部FL3まで移動させる。次に、この状態で鼻腔挿入チューブ200を先端側Scから鼻孔NHに挿入し、その鼻腔挿入チューブ200の先端部210(図2参照)を咽頭部まで挿入していく。そして、最後に、鼻腔挿入チューブ200の先端部210(図2参照)を咽頭部に挿入すると共に、鼻柱NPの下端部をくびれ部分CSで挟み込む。そして、このとき、第4折返部FL4が片側の鼻翼NWを跨ぐ格好となる。
本発明の実施形態に係る固定具100Dは、鼻柱NPに対するクリップとして機能するくびれ部分CSと、鼻腔挿入チューブ200の側壁に対するクリップとして機能する第3線材部130および第2線材部120の直線形状部分122とが形成されているのみならず、鼻腔挿入チューブ200の埋没防止機能を発揮する第4折返部FL4が形成されている。このため、この固定具100は、鼻腔挿入チューブ200を鼻柱NPにしっかりと固定することができるだけでなく、睡眠障害の患者の睡眠中に、鼻腔挿入チューブ200が必要以上に鼻孔NHや体内に挿入することを防止することができる。したがって、この固定具100は、睡眠障害の患者の睡眠中に鼻腔挿入チューブ100の位置がずれたり鼻腔挿入チューブ100が脱離したりすることを防止することができる。
先の実施形態に係る固定具100Dには、第1実施形態の各種変形例が適用されてもかまわない。
本発明の第3実施形態に係る鼻腔挿入デバイスセット300Jは、図14(a)に示すように、固定具100Jと、鼻腔挿入チューブ200Jとを備えている。なお、固定具100Jは、上記した第1実施形態にかかる固定具100と同様であるので、その説明を割愛する。
鼻腔挿入チューブ200Jは、シリコーンゴム製のチューブであり、およそ鼻の穴の入口から咽頭部までの距離と同じ長さを有している。なお、この鼻腔挿入チューブ200Jの基端側には、固定具100Jが装着可能となっている。また、鼻腔挿入チューブ200Jの基端側部分には、当該鼻腔挿入チューブ200Jの側壁に所定の間隔を隔てて4つの薄肉部210Jが形成されている。なお、ここでは、薄肉部210Jを形成する例について説明したが、本発明はこれに限らず、当該薄肉部210Jが側壁を貫通する孔であっても良い。また、薄肉部210Jまたは孔の個数についても、4つに限定されない。
先ず、図14(b)に示すように、第3線材部130Jの先端部を鼻腔挿入チューブ200Jの基端側部分に設けられるいずれかの薄肉部210Jに突き刺す。いずれの薄肉部210Jに第3線材部130Jを突き刺すかは、患者の鼻孔から咽頭部までの長さに応じて、適宜選択する。そして、鼻腔挿入チューブ200Jの側壁を第3線材部130Jと第2線材部120Jの直線形状部分122とで挟み込む。この状態で、図14(c)に示すように、第2線材部120Jと鼻腔挿入チューブ200Jの外周面とを接着剤220J(例えば、シリコーンゴム)により接着する。次に、この状態で鼻腔挿入チューブ200Jを先端側Scから片方の鼻孔NHに挿入し、その鼻腔挿入チューブ200Jの先端部(図示せず)を咽頭部まで挿入していく。そして、最後に、鼻腔挿入チューブ200Jの先端部(図示せず)を咽頭部に挿入すると共に、鼻柱NPの下端部をくびれ部分CSで挟み込む(図3参照)。なお、このとき、第1線材部110Jの先端は鼻孔NH中に存在する。
固定具100Jを鼻柱NPから取り外す場合、単純に固定具100Jを手で掴んで固定具100Jを引き下げればよい。
本発明の実施形態に係る鼻腔挿入デバイスセット300Jでは、第1実施形態にかかる固定具100と同一の固定具100Jを利用していることから、第1実施形態の固定具100と同様の特徴(1)~(3)があり、同様の効果を奏する。

また、前述した変形例(C)では、鼻腔挿入チューブ200Kの基端部分220Kをテーパ形状にしたが、本発明には、図19に示される鼻腔挿入デバイスセット300K´のように、鼻腔挿入チューブ200K´のテーパ形状の基端部分220K´に複数の貫通穴を221K´を形成しても良い。なお、鼻腔挿入チューブ200K´の基端部分220K´に貫通穴を221K´形成したこと以外は、前述した変形例(C)と同様であるので、当該変形例(C)と同様の部分については、同一符号を付し、その説明を割愛する。

上記した実施形態および変形例では、固定具の色について言及しなかったが、固定具が装着時に目立たなくなるように、図29(a)に示すように、固定具100Pの色が透明色であっても良いし、図29(b)に示すように、固定具100Qの色が肌色であっても良いし、図29(c)に示すように、固定具100Rの色がピンク色であっても良いし、図29(d)に示すように、固定具100Sの色が黒色であっても良い。固定具100P,100Q、100R,100Sの構成は、上記した種々の実施形態および変形例が適用可能である。
上記した第1実施形態の変形例(F)および(G)では、長さ調整機能を備えた固定具100Fおよび100Gを例示したが、本発明はこれに限らず、図30(a)および(b)に示した固定具100Tが包含される。
上記実施形態では、固定具と鼻腔挿入チューブとの固定方法について、固定具を鼻腔挿入チューブに突き刺す方法を例示したが、本発明はこれに限らず、以下の方法で固定具100と鼻腔挿入チューブ200とを固定しても良い。なお、固定具100および鼻腔挿入チューブ200は、上記した各種の実施形態および変形例が適用可能である。

前記第2対向部と連続し、前記第2距離よりも長い第3距離離間する第3対向部と、
から構成される、請求項9~12のいずれか1項に記載の鼻腔挿入デバイス用固定具。 - 前記第1線材部と前記第2線材部との折返部分は、直線形状を呈する、請求項9~13のいずれか1項に記載の鼻腔挿入デバイス用固定具。
- 前記第1線材部の第2線材部形成側と反対側において前記第1線材部の軸と略直交する仮想平面上に形成される円形線材部をさらに備える、請求項9~14のいずれか1項に記載の鼻腔挿入デバイス用固定具。
- 前記第2線材部には、当該第2線材部の長さを調整する長さ調整部が設けられる、請求項9~15のいずれか1項に記載の鼻腔挿入デバイス用固定具。
- 前記線材を被覆する樹脂性の被覆部材をさらに備える、請求項9~16のいずれか1項に記載の鼻腔挿入デバイス用固定具。
- 請求項1~17のいずれか1項に記載の鼻腔挿入デバイス用固定具と、
鼻腔に挿入されるデバイスと、を備えることを特徴とする、鼻腔挿入デバイスセット。 - 前記デバイスには、前記鼻腔挿入デバイス用固定具の取付位置となる孔又は薄肉部が所定の間隔を隔てて複数設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の鼻腔挿入デバイスセット。
- 前記デバイスの基端部分には、フランジが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項18または19に記載の鼻腔挿入デバイスセット。
- 前記デバイスの基端部分は、端部に向かって拡径するテーパ形状となっていることを特徴とする、請求項18または19に記載の鼻腔挿入デバイスセット。
- 前記テーパ形状の基端部分に1又は複数の貫通穴が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の鼻腔挿入デバイスセット。
