Description

使い捨て着用物品
　本発明は、吸収体を屈曲させる屈曲部が吸収体に形成された使い捨て着用物品に関する。
　パンツ型おむつなどの使い捨て着用物品では、着用者の装着感向上や排泄物の漏れ防止を図るため、様々な工夫がなされている。例えば、着用者の排泄物を吸収する吸収体に、吸収体の長さ方向に沿って３つの屈曲部が形成されたパンツ型おむつが知られている（例えば、特許文献１）。
　具体的には、このパンツ型おむつでは、吸収体に３本のスリットが形成され、着用時に各スリットの周辺部分がそれぞれ屈曲する。中央のスリット周辺部分は、着用者の排泄口に向けて凸状となる。また、側方のスリット周辺部分は、中央のスリット周辺部分と逆側に凸状となる。つまり、吸収体の幅方向に沿った吸収体の断面形状がＷ字状に変形する。
　このため、中央のスリット周辺部分によって形成された吸収体の凸状部分は、着用者の排泄口と密着し易い。また、外側の２本のスリット周辺部分によって形成された凹部には、排泄物が入り込み易く、着用者の肌と排泄物が直接接触することを抑制できる。
　また、このパンツ型おむつでは、Ｗ字状の断面形状が股下領域よりも前後に位置する胴回り領域に及ばないようにするため、股下領域と胴回り領域との境界付近に、吸収体の一部を切り欠くことによって吸収体の幅方向の中央に向かってくびれた一対のくびれ部が形成されている。

　しかしながら上述した従来のパンツ型おむつは、吸収体を切り欠いたくびれ部が形成されているため吸収体の容量が減少する。このため、軽度の失禁に対しては特に問題にならないが、吸収量を向上させようとした場合、このくびれ部周辺における吸収面積を増大することが難しく、吸収量を容易に向上できない。
　特に、着用者が寝た姿勢の場合、股下領域の後ろ側に位置する背中側の中間股下領域からの漏れが多くなる。つまり、寝た姿勢の状態が長い着用者に対しては、股下領域の後ろ側に位置する背中側の中間股下領域における吸収力を増大させることができれば、中度以上の失禁に対しても排泄物の漏れ防止に大きく貢献する。
　そこで、本発明は、吸収体を屈曲させて着用者の装着感向上や排泄物の漏れ防止を確実に図りつつ、さらに吸収力を向上させたパンツ型おむつなどの使い捨て着用物品の提供を目的とする。
　本発明は、前胴回り領域（前胴回り領域Ｓ２）と、後胴回り領域（後胴回り領域Ｓ３）と、前記前胴回り領域と前記後胴回り領域との間に位置し、着用者の股間部に当てられる股下領域（股下領域Ｓ１）と、前記股下領域と前記前胴回り領域との間及び前記股下領域と前記後胴回り領域との間に位置する一対の中間股下領域（前側中間股下領域Ｓ４，後側中間股下領域Ｓ５）とを有し、長さ方向（長さ方向Ｌ）と、前記長さ方向に直交する幅方向（幅方向Ｗ）と、着用者に向かう内方向（内方向ＩＮ）と、前記内方向と反対側に向かう外方向（外方向ＯＵＴ）とを有する吸収体（吸収体４０）と、前記股下領域における前記吸収体が前記内方向に凸に屈曲できるように、前記長さ方向に沿って前記吸収体に形成された中央屈曲部（中央スリット４５）と、前記中央屈曲部よりも前記幅方向の外側において、前記吸収体が前記外方向に凸に屈曲できるように、前記長さ方向に沿って前記吸収体に形成された一対のサイド屈曲部（サイドスリット４６Ｌ，４６Ｒ）とを備え、前記中央屈曲部によって前記内方向に凸となった吸収体の頂面（頂面４５ａ）が前記股間部に当接するように構成された使い捨て着用物品（例えば、使い捨ておむつ１）であって、前記一対の中間股下領域の少なくとも何れかにおいて、前記幅方向に沿って前記吸収体を横断するとともに、前記吸収体に固定される横断弾性材（横断弾性材７Ａ）を備え、前記吸収体は、前記横断弾性材によって、前記幅方向における前記吸収体の中央に向けて収縮させられていることを要旨とする。
　本発明の特徴によれば、吸収体を屈曲させて着用者の装着感向上や排泄物の漏れ防止を図る場合において、さらに吸収力を向上させたパンツ型おむつなどの使い捨て着用物品を提供することができる。

　［第１実施形態］
　本実施形態に係る使い捨て着用物品は、中間股下領域において、吸収体の幅方向に沿って吸収体を横断するとともに、吸収体に固定される横断弾性材を備える。吸収体は、横断弾性材によって幅方向における前記吸収体の中央に向けて収縮させられていることを特徴とする。
　（１）使い捨て着用物品の全体概略構成
　図１は、本実施形態において使い捨て着用物品を構成する使い捨ておむつ１の概略斜視図である。図１に示すように、使い捨ておむつ１は、胴回り開口部Ｈ１と一対の脚回り開口部Ｈ２とが形成されたパンツ型の使い捨ておむつである。
　使い捨ておむつ１は、使い捨ておむつ１の外装部分を構成する外装トップシート７０及び前側外装バックシート８０Ｆ，後側外装バックシート８０Ｒを備える。外装トップシート７０の内側（肌当接面側）には、綿状パルプと高分子吸水性ポリマーから構成される吸収体４０が設けられる。
　吸収体４０には、複数のスリットが形成される。具体的には、吸収体４０の幅方向における中央に中央スリット４５が形成される。また、中央スリット４５の両側方には、サイドスリット４６Ｌ及びサイドスリット４６Ｒが形成される。吸収体４０に形成されたこれらのスリットによって、使い捨ておむつ１が着用された際に吸収体４０が屈曲できるように構成されている。

　図２～図４に示すように、使い捨ておむつ１は、着用者の前胴回りに対応する前胴回り領域Ｓ２と、着用者の後胴回りに対応する後胴回り領域Ｓ３とを有する。また、使い捨ておむつ１は、股下領域Ｓ１、前側中間股下領域Ｓ４及び後側中間股下領域Ｓ５を有する。
　股下領域Ｓ１は、前胴回り領域Ｓ２と後胴回り領域Ｓ３との間に位置し、着用者が両脚を閉じたときに両脚間の幅が最も狭くなる着用者の股間部に当てられる領域である。前側中間股下領域Ｓ４は、吸収体４０の長さ方向Ｌにおいて股下領域Ｓ１と前胴回り領域Ｓ２との間に位置する。後側中間股下領域Ｓ５は、長さ方向Ｌにおいて股下領域Ｓ１と後胴回り領域Ｓ３との間に位置する。
　前胴回り側縁部４は、後胴回り縁部６と接合されるとともに、前胴回り縁部４’は、後胴回り縁部６’と接合されることによって、使い捨ておむつ１がパンツ型に形成される。
　前胴回り領域Ｓ２及び後胴回り領域Ｓ３には、ウエストギャザー３が設けられる。ウエストギャザー３は、吸収体４０の幅方向Ｗに沿って伸縮するように配設される合成ゴムなどの細長いウエスト弾性材３Ａを有する。ウエスト弾性材３Ａは、使い捨ておむつ１の幅方向Ｗに沿って伸張された状態で接着剤（例えば、ホットメルト接着剤）によって外装トップシート７０、前側外装バックシート８０Ｆ及び後側外装バックシート８０Ｒに接合されている。
　後側外装バックシート８０Ｒの中間股下縁部８には、レッグギャザー５と、吸収体横断ギャザー７とが形成される。レッグギャザー５は、着用者の脚部に沿うように形成される。吸収体横断ギャザー７は、幅方向Ｗに沿って吸収体４０を横断するように形成される。レッグギャザー５は複数（３本）のレッグ弾性材５Ａを有し、吸収体横断ギャザー７は、レッグ弾性材５Ａに連なる複数（３本）の横断弾性材７Ａを有する。横断弾性材７Ａは、レッグ弾性材５Ａと一体に連なっており、後胴回り領域Ｓ３まで延在する。
　横断弾性材７Ａは、後側中間股下領域Ｓ５において、幅方向Ｗに沿って吸収体４０を横断するとともに、吸収体４０（具体的には吸収体本体５０）に固定される。このため、吸収体４０は、横断弾性材７Ａによって、幅方向Ｗにおける吸収体４０の中央に向けて収縮する。なお、図２は、説明の便宜上、吸収体４０が収縮していない状態を示している。
　また、前側外装バックシート８０Ｆ及び後側外装バックシート８０Ｒには、幅方向Ｗに沿って延びるフィット弾性体９Ａが設けられる。
　使い捨ておむつ１は、表面シート１０、吸収体４０、サイドシート６０、外装トップシート７０、前側外装バックシート８０Ｆ及び後側外装バックシート８０Ｒを備える。表面シート１０、吸収体４０、サイドシート６０、外装トップシート７０及び前側外装バックシート８０Ｆ，８０Ｒは、接着剤や熱融着などによって各々が接合されている。
　表面シート１０は、着用者の肌に直接的に接し得る肌当接面を形成するシートである。表面シート１０は、親水性不織布や織物、開口プラスチックフィルム、開口疎水性不織布などの液透過性のシートによって形成されている。
　吸収体表面被覆シート２０は、厚さ方向Ｔにおいて、表面シート１０と吸収体４０との間に設けられている。吸収体表面被覆シート２０は、親水性不織布や織物、開口プラスチックフィルム、開口疎水性不織布、ティッシュなどの液透過性のシートによって形成されている。
　吸収体裏面被覆シート３０は、吸収体４０を介して表面シート１０や吸収体表面被覆シート２０と逆側の面となる非肌当接面側に設けられている。吸収体裏面被覆シート３０は、液不透過性フィルムなど（例えば、ポリエチレン）の防漏性シートによって形成されている。なお、図３では、図示を省略しているが、吸収体表面被覆シート２０は、スリット（中央スリット４５及びサイドスリット４６Ｌ，４６Ｒ）が形成された部分において、吸収体裏面被覆シート３０と接合されている。なお、吸収体表面被覆シート２０がなく、表面シート１０がスリット（中央スリット４５及びサイドスリット４６Ｌ，４６Ｒ）が形成された部分において、吸収体裏面被覆シート３０と接合されている構成でもよい。
　吸収体４０は、表面シート１０と吸収体表面被覆シート２０と吸収体裏面被覆シート３０によって被覆されている。吸収体４０が表面シート１０と吸収体表面被覆シート２０と吸収体裏面被覆シート３０とによって被覆されることによって、吸収体本体５０が形成される。
　吸収体４０は、前胴回り領域Ｓ２から後胴回り領域Ｓ３に向かう長さ方向Ｌと、長さ方向Ｌに直交する幅方向Ｗとを有する。さらに、吸収体４０は、使い捨ておむつ１を着用する着用者に向かう内方向ＩＮと、内方向と反対側に向かう外方向ＯＵＴとを有する。
　上述したように、横断弾性材７Ａは、後側中間股下領域Ｓ５において、幅方向Ｗに沿って吸収体４０を横断するとともに、吸収体４０に固定される。横断弾性材７Ａは、吸収体４０の非肌当接面側、具体的には、外装トップシート７０と後側外装バックシート８０Ｒとの間に設けられる。つまり、本実施形態では、「横断弾性材７Ａが吸収体４０に固定される」とは、横断弾性材７Ａが吸収体裏面被覆シート３０及び外装トップシート７０を介して吸収体４０と接合されていることを意味する。
　横断弾性材７Ａには、例えば、スチレン－ブタジエン、ブタジエン、イソプレン、ネオプレン等の合成ゴム、天然ゴム、ＥＶＡ、伸縮性ポリオレフィン、スパンデックス、発泡ポリウレタンなどを用いることができる。本実施形態では、横断弾性材７Ａには、伸張倍率を平均２．０倍とした７８０ｄｔｅｘのスパンデックスが３本用いられる。
　吸収体４０は、２００ｇ／ｍ２の綿状パルプに、２００ｇ／ｍ２の吸水性ポリマーが配合されたものが用いられる。また、吸収体４０には、上述したように、中央スリット４５及びサイドスリット４６Ｌ，サイドスリット４６Ｒが形成される。
　中央スリット４５は、内方向ＩＮに凸、つまり、吸収体４０が着用者に向けて凸に屈曲できるように、長さ方向Ｌに沿って吸収体４０に形成されている。本実施形態において、中央スリット４５は、中央屈曲部を構成する。サイドスリット４６Ｌ，サイドスリット４６Ｒは、中央スリット４５よりも幅方向Ｗの外側において、外方向ＯＵＴに凸、つまり吸収体４０が中央スリット４５と逆側に凸に屈曲できるように、長さ方向Ｌに沿って吸収体４０に形成されている。本実施形態において、サイドスリット４６Ｌ，サイドスリット４６Ｒは、サイド屈曲部を構成する。
　中央スリット４５の幅は約１０ｍｍであり、長さは、約２００ｍｍである。サイドスリット４６Ｌ，サイドスリット４６Ｒの幅は約１０ｍｍであり、長さは約１２０ｍｍである。また、吸収体４０の厚さは、約２．０ｍｍである。なお、中央スリット４５及びサイドスリット４６Ｌ，４６Ｒの幅は、５ｍｍ～１２ｍｍであることが好ましい。
　吸収体４０の幅方向Ｗの外側において、表面シート１０と吸収体裏面被覆シート３０とが重なり合う側縁部５０Ａには、長さ方向Ｌに沿って伸張した状態でサイド弾性材９０が設けられている。サイド弾性材９０は、吸収体４０の側端４０ｅの外側において長さ方向Ｌに沿って設けられ、前側中間股下領域Ｓ４から股下領域Ｓ１を経て後側中間股下領域Ｓ５まで連続している。サイド弾性材９０は、吸収体裏面被覆シート３０とサイドシート６０との間に設けられる。サイド弾性材９０は、伸縮性を有する合成ゴムなどによって形成されている。
　サイドシート６０は、吸収体４０の幅方向Ｗの両側端において、表面シート１０、吸収体表面被覆シート２０及び吸収体裏面被覆シート３０を一体に包むように設けられる。サイドシート６０は、液不透過性の不織布などのシートによって形成されており、サイドシート６０とサイド弾性材９０とによって排泄物の横漏れを防止する防漏壁が構成される。
　外装トップシート７０は、前胴回り領域Ｓ２から前側中間股下領域Ｓ４、股下領域Ｓ１、後側中間股下領域Ｓ５を経て後胴回り領域Ｓ３まで形成されている。外装トップシート７０は、前胴回り領域Ｓ２及び後胴回り領域Ｓ３において、幅方向Ｗの幅が他の領域よりも大きく形成されている。外装トップシート７０は、エアスルー不織布、スパンボンド不織布、ＳＭＳ不織布、防水フィルムなどによって形成できる。
　前側外装バックシート８０Ｆは、前胴回り領域Ｓ２において外装トップシート７０よりも非肌当接面側に設けられる。後側外装バックシート８０Ｒは、後胴回り領域Ｓ３において外装トップシート７０よりも非肌当接面側に設けられる。長さ方向Ｌにおける前側外装バックシート８０Ｆ（後側外装バックシート８０Ｒ）の一端は、肌当接面側に折り返され、外装トップシート７０の長さ方向Ｌにおける端部を包むように設けられる。前側外装バックシート８０Ｆは、エアスルー不織布、スパンボンド不織布、ＳＭＳ不織布、防水フィルムなどによって形成できる。
　なお、上述した使い捨ておむつ１を構成する各部材は、例えば、特開２００６－３４６４３９号公報に記載された材料を用いてもよい。
　（２）吸収体本体の接合部形状
　図５は、吸収体本体５０と外装トップシート７０との接合部を示す平面図である。図５に示すように、表面シート１０と吸収体表面被覆シート２０と吸収体裏面被覆シート３０とによって吸収体４０が被覆された吸収体本体５０は、分離独立した複数箇所において外装トップシート７０と接合されている。
　具体的には、吸収体本体５０は、接合部１１０、接合部１２０及び接合部１３０において、接着剤（例えばホットメルト接着剤）によって外装トップシート７０と接合されている。接合部１１０は前胴回り領域Ｓ２に形成され、接合部１３０は後胴回り領域Ｓ３に形成される（図２参照）。接合部１２０は、股下領域Ｓ１、前側中間股下領域Ｓ４及び後側中間股下領域Ｓ５に跨って形成される。接合部１２０は、幅広部１２１及び幅広部１２３と、幅広部１２１と幅広部１２３との間に形成される幅狭部１２２を有する。接合部１２０は、中央スリット４５よりも広い範囲に形成されている。
　後側中間股下領域Ｓ５における吸収体４０の幅Ｗ１は、股下領域Ｓ１の幅Ｗ２以上であることが好ましい。また、横断弾性材７Ａが吸収体４０（吸収体本体５０）に接合されることによって固定されている幅Ｗ３（幅広部１２３の幅）は、後側中間股下領域Ｓ５における吸収体４０の幅Ｗ１よりも狭いことが好ましい。この場合、吸収体４０の両側端には、横断弾性材７Ａと固定されていない部分が設けられる。なお、幅Ｗ３は、幅Ｗ１の約７０％とすることがより好ましい。
　また、本実施形態では、横断弾性材７Ａは、中央スリット４５及びサイドスリット４６Ｌ，サイドスリット４６Ｒのうち、中央スリット４５のみと交差している。
　（３）吸収体の形状変化
　図６は、使い捨ておむつ１の着用状態を模式的に示す断面図（図２のＡ－Ａ線基準）である。図６に示すように、使い捨ておむつ１が着用されると、中央スリット４５及びサイドスリット４６Ｌ，サイドスリット４６Ｒを基点として吸収体４０が屈曲し、使い捨ておむつ１の幅方向Ｗに沿った断面形状は、Ｗ字状に変形する。この結果、中央スリット４５によって内方向ＩＮに凸となった吸収体４０の頂面４５ａ（図６において不図示、図８参照）が着用者の股間部に当接する。
　図７は、横断弾性材７Ａによって吸収体４０が収縮した使い捨ておむつ１の一部展開平面図である。図８は、第１実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１の着用状態における一部拡大斜視図である。
　図７及び図８に示すように、吸収体４０は、横断弾性材７Ａによって、幅方向Ｗにおける吸収体４０の中央に向けて収縮させられる（図中の矢印参照）。具体的には、横断弾性材７Ａは、平均２．０倍の伸張倍率で吸収体４０を幅方向Ｗに沿って横断するように設けられ、かつ吸収体４０（吸収体本体５０）に固定されているため、幅方向Ｗの中央に向けて吸収体４０を収縮させる。
　横断弾性材７Ａが吸収体４０に固定されている幅Ｗ３（図５参照）が、後側中間股下領域Ｓ５における吸収体４０の幅Ｗ１と同等の場合、吸収体４０が幅全体に亘って収縮され、特に、吸収体４０の側端４０ｅが凹み、凹部４７が形成される。つまり、横断弾性材７Ａが収縮した状態における後側中間股下領域Ｓ５における吸収体４０の幅は、横断弾性材７Ａが伸張した状態における後側中間股下領域Ｓ５における吸収体４０の幅よりも狭い。具体的には、本実施形態では、横断弾性材７Ａが収縮した状態における後側中間股下領域Ｓ５の吸収体４０の幅は、横断弾性材７Ａが伸張した状態の幅Ｗ１と比較して、片側約１５ｍｍ、合計約３０ｍｍ狭くなるように構成されている。なお、凹部４７は、吸収体４０の平面視において、サイドスリット４６Ｌ（サイドスリット４６Ｒ）の延長線上まで形成されていることが好ましい。
　一方、幅Ｗ３が幅Ｗ１よりも狭い場合、横断弾性材７Ａが吸収体４０と固定されている部分のみ、つまり、側端４０ｅを除く部分が収縮する。この場合、幅Ｗ３と幅Ｗ１と同等の場合と比較して、横断弾性材７Ａと固定されていない側端４０ｅが自由に動き易く、側縁部５０Ａ（レッグスタンディングギャザー）が起き上がり易い。また、横断弾性材７Ａと固定されていない側端４０ｅは、側縁部５０Ａとともに上方に起き上がり易い。このため、横断弾性材７Ａが横断している側端４０ｅが起き上がり、凹部４７が形成される。なお、横断弾性材７Ａは、必ずしも吸収体４０の幅すべてを横断していなくてもよく、凹部４７が形成されればよい。
　また、図８に示すように、使い捨ておむつ１が着用されると、中央スリット４５の部分は、着用者（内方向ＩＮ）に向けて凸となるように変形し頂面４５ａを形成する。一方、サイドスリット４６Ｌ（サイドスリット４６Ｒ）の部分は、非肌当接面側（外方向ＯＵＴ）に凸となるように変形する。具体的には、中央スリット４５の部分は、着用者の両脚に挟まれて着用者に向けて凸となる一方、サイドスリット４６Ｌ（サイドスリット４６Ｒ）の部分は、側縁部５０Ａの収縮によって着用者側に起き上がる。このため、吸収体４０の幅方向Ｗに沿った断面がＷ字状に変形し、頂面４５ａは、着用者の股間部から離れずに密着し得る。
　さらに、吸収体４０は、横断弾性材７Ａによって収縮させられているため、股下領域Ｓ１におけるＷ字状の変形の波及は、横断弾性材７Ａの部分で阻止され、横断弾性材７Ａよりも背中側に位置する吸収体４０の後部４８には、Ｗ字状の変形が及ばないようにすることができる。つまり、後部４８は、着用時でもＷ字状にならず平坦な形状に維持されるため、股下領域Ｓ１よりも長さ方向Ｌ外側では、着用者の肌に吸収体４０の表面が密着し、尿などの排泄物が着用者の肌を伝って漏れることを効果的に防止し得る。
　また、従来の使い捨ておむつでは、Ｗ字状の変形が後部４８に及ばないようにするため、後側中間股下領域Ｓ５に、吸収体４０の一部を切り欠くことによってくびれたくびれ部を形成していたが、使い捨ておむつ１では、吸収体４０は収縮させられているのみであり、吸収体４０の実質的な有効吸収面積（容量）は低下していない。このため、尿などの吸収力を向上できる。また、吸収体４０が横断弾性材７Ａに収縮させられることによって形成された凹部４７は、吸収体４０の一部を切り欠いたくびれ部と同様に、Ｗ字状の変形が後部４８に及ばないようすることができる。なお、上述したように、凹部４７がサイドスリット４６Ｌ（サイドスリット４６Ｒ）の延長線上まで形成されていると、Ｗ字状の変形の後部４８への波及を効果的に抑制できる。
　すなわち、使い捨ておむつ１によれば、吸収体４０を屈曲させて着用者の装着感向上や排泄物の漏れ防止を確実に図りつつ、さらに吸収力を向上し得る。特に、使い捨ておむつ１は、中度以上の失禁に対して効果的である。
　本実施形態では、横断弾性材７Ａは、吸収体４０の非肌当接面側、具体的には、外装トップシート７０と後側外装バックシート８０Ｒとの間に設けられる。このため、横断弾性材７Ａが後側中間股下領域Ｓ５において吸収体４０を横断する場合でも、着用者に違和感を与え難い。また、横断弾性材７Ａが吸収体４０の非肌当接面側に設けられるため、サイドスリット４６Ｌ（サイドスリット４６Ｒ）よりも幅方向Ｗ外側の部分は、Ｗ字状に変形した場合でも、より外側に向かって開いた状態となり易く、中央スリット４５の部分は、より凸状になり易い。
　本実施形態では、横断弾性材７Ａは、後側中間股下領域Ｓ５に設けられる。このため、横断弾性材７Ａよりも背中側に位置する吸収体４０の後部４８の形状を平坦にでき、特に、寝た姿勢の状態が長い着用者に対して効果的である。
　本実施形態では、横断弾性材７Ａは、中央スリット４５及びサイドスリット４６Ｌ，４６Ｒのうち、中央スリット４５のみと交差する。このため、吸収体４０を横断弾性材７Ａで収縮すれば、中央スリット４５の幅に相当する吸収体４０の幅を確実に狭くすることができる。
　本実施形態では、吸収体表面被覆シート２０は、スリット（中央スリット４５及びサイドスリット４６Ｌ，４６Ｒ）が形成された部分において、吸収体裏面被覆シート３０と接合されている。このため、吸収体４０が変形してスリット部分が閉じてしまったり、スリット部分から吸収体４０が捩れたりすることを抑制できる。また、吸収体４０が液体を吸収して膨らんだ場合でも、スリット部分が閉じてしまうことを防止できるため、スリット部分が屈曲部としての機能を確実に発揮し易い。
　［第２実施形態］
　次に、第２実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１Ｘの構成について、図面を参照しながら説明する。なお、上述した第１実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１と同一部分には同一の符号を付して、相違する部分を主として説明する。
　図９は、第２実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１Ｘの展開平面図である。上述した第１実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１には、横断弾性材７Ａが後側中間股下領域Ｓ５にのみ設けられていた。これに対して、使い捨ておむつ１Ｘには、後側中間股下領域Ｓ５に設けられている横断弾性材７Ａに加え、前側中間股下領域Ｓ４にも、横断弾性材７Ａと同様の機能を有する横断弾性体７Ｂが設けられている。
　横断弾性体７Ｂは、レッグ弾性体５Ｂと一体に連なっており、前側中間股下領域Ｓ４において吸収体４０を収縮させる。つまり、使い捨ておむつ１Ｘでは、吸収体４０は、前側中間股下領域Ｓ４及び後側中間股下領域Ｓ５の両方において収縮させられる。
　使い捨ておむつ１Ｘによれば、前側中間股下領域Ｓ４においても吸収体４０が収縮させられるため、着用時におけるＷ字状の変形が、前胴回り領域Ｓ２側にも及ばないようにすることができる。つまり、横断弾性材７Ａと横断弾性体７Ｂとに挟まれた領域より長さ方向Ｌ外側では、着用者の肌に吸収体４０の表面が密着し、尿などの排泄物が着用者の肌を伝って漏れることを効果的に防止し得る。
　［第３実施形態］
　次に、第３実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１Ｙの構成について、図面を参照しながら説明する。なお、上述した第１実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１と同一部分には同一の符号を付して、相違する部分を主として説明する。
　図１０は、第３実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつ１Ｙの展開平面図である。図１１は、使い捨ておむつ１Ｙの断面図（図１０のＡ－Ａ線を基準）である。図１２は、第３実施形態に係る吸収体４０Ｘの斜視図である。図１０～図１２に示すように、本実施形態に係る吸収体４０Ｘは、２層構造である。
　具体的には、吸収体４０Ｘは、第１層４１と、第１層４１と重ねられる第２層４２とを有する。第１層４１は、着用者との肌当接面側に位置し、第２層４２は、着用者の非肌当接面側に位置する。第１層４１には、長さ方向Ｌに沿って延びる中央スリット４１Ｃと、長さ方向Ｌに沿って延びるサイドスリット４１Ｌ，４１Ｒとが形成される。サイドスリット４１Ｌ，４１Ｒは、サイドスリット４６Ｌ，４６Ｒと同様に股下領域Ｓ１に形成される。
　第２層４２には、長さ方向Ｌに沿って延びる中央スリット４２Ｃが形成される。中央スリット４２Ｃは、中央スリット４５などと同様に股下領域Ｓ１に形成される。
　第１層４１には、幅方向Ｗにおける吸収体４０Ｘの中央に向けてくびれた一対のくびれ部４１Ｓが形成されている。また、第２層４２は、くびれ部４１Ｓの位置と重なり、幅方向Ｗの外側に向けて張り出した一対の張り出し部４２Ｐを有する。
　なお、第２層４２が着用者との肌当接面側に位置し、第１層４１が着用者の非肌当接面側に位置するようにしてもよい。
　横断弾性材７Ａは、一対のくびれ部４１Ｓの部分において吸収体４０Ｘを横断する。このため、張り出し部４２Ｐは、横断弾性材７Ａによって、幅方向Ｗにおける吸収体４０Ｘの中央に向けて収縮させられている。張り出し部４２Ｐの部分は、第２層４２のみによって形成されているため、収縮し易い。
　また、本実施形態では、横断弾性材７Ａは、中央スリット４１Ｃ（中央屈曲部）及びサイドスリット４１Ｌ，４１Ｒ（サイド屈曲部）の何れとも交差しない位置において吸収体４０Ｘを横断する。横断弾性材７Ａの外側の後側中間股下領域Ｓ５には、スリットが形成されていないため、吸収体４０Ｘが折れ曲がり難く、平坦になり易い。
　また、前胴回り領域Ｓ２（前側中間股下領域Ｓ４）及び後胴回り領域Ｓ３（後側中間股下領域Ｓ５）のうち、少なくとも後胴回り領域Ｓ３（後側中間股下領域Ｓ５）のフィット弾性体９Ａが設けられる部分は、吸収体４０Ｘ（具体的には吸収体本体５０）と固定されることなく吸収体４０Ｘと交差する。つまり、フィット弾性体９Ａが設けられる部分において、吸収体本体５０を構成する吸収体裏面被覆シート３０と外装トップシート７０とは接合されておらず、フィット弾性体９Ａは、外装トップシート７０と後側外装バックシート８０Ｒとに接合されている。すなわち、吸収体４０Ｘを交差する横断弾性材７Ａ及びフィット弾性体９Ａのうち、横断弾性材７Ａのみが吸収体４０Ｘに固定される。
　使い捨ておむつ１Ｙによれば、少なくとも後胴回り領域Ｓ３（後側中間股下領域Ｓ５）では、吸収体４０Ｘを交差する横断弾性材７Ａ及びフィット弾性体９Ａのうち、横断弾性材７Ａのみが吸収体４０Ｘに固定されているため、横断弾性材７Ａによって収縮されている吸収体４０Ｘは、フィット弾性体９Ａの収縮による影響を受けない。つまり、吸収体４０Ｘは、フィット弾性体９Ａの影響を受けずに横断弾性材７Ａによって確実に収縮できる。なお、フィット弾性体９Ａは、必ずしもこのように吸収体４０Ｘから離れた状態にせず、例えば、前胴回り領域Ｓ２（前側中間股下領域Ｓ４）のフィット弾性体９Ａは、吸収体４０Ｘに固定しても構わない。
　また、くびれ部４１Ｓの部分に張り出し部４２Ｐが１層で形成され、２層の部分よりも薄くなっているため、くびれ部４１Ｓの吸収体４０Ｘが少ない部分を補うことに加え、張り出し部４２Ｐが側縁部５０Ａによって、さらに起き上がり易い。
　［その他の実施形態］
　上述したように、本発明の実施形態を通じて本発明の内容を開示したが、この開示の一部をなす論述及び図面は、本発明を限定するものであると理解すべきではない。この開示から当業者には様々な代替実施の形態、実施例及び運用技術が明らかとなろう。
　例えば、上述した第１実施形態及び第２実施形態では、使い捨ておむつ１は、パンツ型の使い捨ておむつとして説明したが、本発明は、これに限定されるものではなく、オープン型の使い捨ておむつや尿取りパッドなどに適用してもよい。
　上述した実施形態では、スリットまたは弾性材を用いて中央屈曲部を形成したが、中央屈曲部は、吸収体の厚さを薄くしたり、吸収体にエンボス加工を施したりすることによって形成してもよい。また、上述した実施形態では、くびれ部が形成された複雑な平面形状の吸収体が用いられていたが、長方形の吸収体を用いても構わない。
　このように、本発明は、ここでは記載していない様々な実施の形態などを含むことは勿論である。したがって、本発明の技術的範囲は、上述の説明から妥当な特許請求の範囲に係る発明特定事項によってのみ定められるものである。
　なお、日本国特許出願第２０１０－０４３５９５号（２０１０年２月２７日出願）の全内容が、参照により、本願明細書に組み込まれている。
　以上のように、本発明によれば、吸収体を屈曲させて着用者の装着感向上や排泄物の漏れ防止を確実に図りつつ、さらに吸収力を向上させたパンツ型おむつなどの使い捨て着用物品を提供することができる。

Claims (15)

  1. 　前胴回り領域と、後胴回り領域と、前記前胴回り領域と前記後胴回り領域との間に位置し、着用者の股間部に当てられる股下領域と、前記股下領域と前記前胴回り領域との間及び前記股下領域と前記後胴回り領域との間に位置する一対の中間股下領域とを有し、
    　長さ方向と、前記長さ方向に直交する幅方向と、前記着用者に向かう内方向と、前記内方向と反対側に向かう外方向とを有する吸収体と、
    　前記股下領域における前記吸収体が前記内方向に凸に屈曲できるように、前記長さ方向に沿って前記吸収体に形成された中央屈曲部と、
    　前記中央屈曲部よりも前記幅方向の外側において、前記吸収体が前記外方向に凸に屈曲できるように、前記長さ方向に沿って前記吸収体に形成された一対のサイド屈曲部と
    を備え、前記中央屈曲部によって前記内方向に凸となった吸収体の頂面が前記股間部に当接するように構成された使い捨て着用物品であって、
    　前記一対の中間股下領域の少なくとも何れかにおいて、前記幅方向に沿って前記吸収体を横断するとともに、前記吸収体に固定される横断弾性材を備え、
    　前記吸収体は、前記横断弾性材によって、前記幅方向における前記吸収体の中央に向けて収縮させられている使い捨て着用物品。
  2. 　前記吸収体には、前記横断弾性材によって、前記幅方向における前記吸収体の中央に向けて凹んだ凹部が形成される請求項１に記載の使い捨て着用物品。
  3. 　前記横断弾性材は、前記吸収体の非肌当接面側に設けられる請求項１または２に記載の使い捨て着用物品。
  4. 　前記横断弾性材が位置する部分における前記吸収体の幅は、前記股下領域の幅以上である請求項１乃至３の何れか一項に記載の使い捨て着用物品。
  5. 　前記横断弾性材は、前記股下領域と前記後胴回り領域との間に形成される前記中間股下領域に設けられる請求項１乃至４の何れか一項に記載の使い捨て着用物品。
  6. 　前記吸収体の両側端において前記長さ方向に沿って設けられるサイド弾性材を備え、
    　前記横断弾性材が前記吸収体に固定されている幅は、前記中間股下領域における前記吸収体の幅よりも狭く、
    　前記吸収体の両側端には、前記横断弾性材と固定されていない部分が形成される請求項１乃至５の何れか一項に記載の使い捨て着用物品。
  7. 　前記前胴回り領域と前記後胴回り領域の少なくとも何れかには、前記幅方向に沿って延び、前記吸収体と固定されることなく前記吸収体と交差する胴回り弾性材が設けられる請求項１乃至６の何れか一項に記載の使い捨て着用物品。
  8. 　前記使い捨て着用物品は、胴回り開口部と一対の脚回り開口部とが形成されたパンツ型であり、
    　前記吸収体を交差する前記横断弾性材及び前記胴回り弾性材のうち、前記横断弾性材のみが前記吸収体に固定される請求項７に記載の使い捨て着用物品。
  9. 　前記横断弾性材は、前記前胴回り領域または前記後胴回り領域まで延在する請求項１乃至８の何れか一項に記載の使い捨て着用物品。
  10. 　前記吸収体は、
    　第１層と、
    　前記第１層と重ねられた第２層と
    を有する請求項１乃至９の何れか一項に記載の使い捨て着用物品。
  11. 　前記第１層には、前記幅方向における前記吸収体の中央に向けてくびれた一対のくびれ部が形成され、
    　前記横断弾性材は、前記一対のくびれ部の部分において前記吸収体を横断する請求項１０に記載の使い捨て着用物品。
  12. 　前記第２層は、前記くびれ部の位置と重なり、前記幅方向の外側に向けて張り出した一対の張り出し部を有し、
    　前記張り出し部は、前記横断弾性材によって、前記幅方向における前記吸収体の中央に向けて収縮させられている請求項１１に記載の使い捨て着用物品。
  13. 　前記中央屈曲部は、前記長さ方向に沿って前記吸収体に形成された中央スリット、または前記長さ方向に沿って配置された中央弾性部材によって形成される請求項１乃至１２の何れか一項に記載の使い捨て着用物品。
  14. 　前記横断弾性材は、前記中央屈曲部及び前記一対のサイド屈曲部の何れとも交差しない位置において前記吸収体を横断する請求項１乃至１３の何れか一項に記載の使い捨て着用物品。
  15. 　前記横断弾性材は、前記中央屈曲部及び前記一対のサイド屈曲部のうち、前記中央屈曲部のみと交差する請求項１乃至１３の何れか一項に記載の使い捨て着用物品。
