- the absorber 40 contracts over the entire width.
- the side end 40e of the absorber 40 is recessed, and the recess 47 is formed. That is, the width of the absorber 40 in the rear intermediate crotch region S5 when the transverse elastic member 7A is contracted is narrower than the width of the absorber 40 in the rear intermediate crotch region S5 when the transverse elastic member 7A is expanded.
- the width of the absorber 40 in the rear intermediate crotch region S5 when the transverse elastic material 7A is contracted is smaller than the width W1 when the transverse elastic material 7A is expanded. It is configured to be narrowed by about 15 mm and a total of about 30 mm.
- the recessed part 47 is formed to the extended line of the side slit 46L (side slit 46R) in the planar view of the absorber 40.
- the width W3 is narrower than the width W1
- the transverse elastic member 7A and the unfixed side end 40e are easy to move freely, and the side edge portion 50A (leg standing gather) is likely to rise.
- the side end 40e that is not fixed to the transverse elastic member 7A is likely to rise upward together with the side edge portion 50A. For this reason, the side end 40e which the crossing elastic member 7A crosses rises, and the recessed part 47 is formed.
- the crossing elastic member 7A does not necessarily cross the entire width of the absorber 40, and the recess 47 may be formed.
- the central slit 45 is deformed so as to be convex toward the wearer (inward direction IN) to form a top surface 45a.
- the portion of the side slit 46L (side slit 46R) is deformed to be convex toward the non-skin contact surface side (outward direction OUT).
- the portion of the central slit 45 is sandwiched between both legs of the wearer and becomes convex toward the wearer, while the portion of the side slit 46L (side slit 46R) is worn by contraction of the side edge portion 50A. Get up to the person. For this reason, the cross section along the width direction W of the absorber 40 deform
- the absorbent body 40 is contracted by the transverse elastic member 7A, the spread of the W-shaped deformation in the crotch region S1 is prevented by the portion of the transverse elastic member 7A, and is more on the back side than the transverse elastic member 7A. It is possible to prevent the W-shaped deformation from reaching the rear portion 48 of the absorber 40 located at the position. That is, since the rear portion 48 is maintained in a flat shape without being W-shaped even when worn, the surface of the absorber 40 is in close contact with the wearer's skin outside the crotch region S1 in the length direction L. It is possible to effectively prevent excrement such as urine from leaking through the wearer's skin.
- a constricted constricted portion is formed by notching a part of the absorber 40 in the rear intermediate crotch region S 5.
- the absorber 40 is only contracted, and the substantial effective absorption area (capacity) of the absorber 40 is not reduced. For this reason, absorption power, such as urine, can be improved.
- the concave portion 47 formed by contracting the absorbent body 40 to the transverse elastic member 7 ⁇ / b> A does not reach the rear portion 48 in the same manner as the constricted portion in which a part of the absorbent body 40 is cut out. Can be.
- the concave portion 47 is formed up to the extension line of the side slit 46L (side slit 46R), it is possible to effectively suppress the ripple to the rear portion 48 of the W-shaped deformation.
- the absorbent body 40 can be bent to improve the wearing feeling of the wearer and prevent the excrement from leaking, while further improving the absorbency.
- the disposable diaper 1 is effective for moderate or higher incontinence.
- the crossing elastic member 7A is provided on the non-skin contact surface side of the absorber 40, specifically, between the exterior topsheet 70 and the rear exterior backsheet 80R. For this reason, even when the crossing elastic member 7A crosses the absorbent body 40 in the rear intermediate crotch region S5, it is difficult to give the wearer an uncomfortable feeling. Further, since the crossing elastic member 7A is provided on the non-skin contact surface side of the absorber 40, the portion on the outer side in the width direction W from the side slit 46L (side slit 46R) is more deformed even in a W shape. It tends to be in an open state toward the outside, and the portion of the central slit 45 tends to be more convex.
- the transverse elastic member 7A is provided in the rear intermediate crotch region S5. For this reason, the shape of the rear part 48 of the absorber 40 located on the back side from the crossing elastic member 7A can be made flat, and this is particularly effective for a wearer who has a long sleeping state.
- the transverse elastic member 7A intersects only the central slit 45 among the central slit 45 and the side slits 46L and 46R. For this reason, if the absorber 40 is contracted by the transverse elastic member 7A, the width of the absorber 40 corresponding to the width of the central slit 45 can be surely reduced.
- the absorber surface covering sheet 20 is joined to the absorber back surface covering sheet 30 at a portion where the slits (center slit 45 and side slits 46L and 46R) are formed. For this reason, it can suppress that the absorber 40 deform
- FIG. 9 is an exploded plan view of the disposable diaper 1X according to the second embodiment.
- the transverse elastic member 7A is provided only in the rear intermediate crotch region S5.
- the transverse elastic body having the same function as the transverse elastic material 7A is also provided in the front intermediate crotch region S4. 7B is provided.
- the transverse elastic body 7B is continuous with the leg elastic body 5B and contracts the absorber 40 in the front intermediate crotch region S4. That is, in the disposable diaper 1X, the absorber 40 is contracted in both the front intermediate crotch region S4 and the rear intermediate crotch region S5.
- the absorber 40 since the absorber 40 is contracted also in the front intermediate crotch region S4, it is possible to prevent the W-shaped deformation at the time of wearing from reaching the front waistline region S2 side. That is, on the outer side in the length direction L from the region sandwiched between the transverse elastic material 7A and the transverse elastic body 7B, the surface of the absorbent body 40 is in close contact with the wearer's skin, and excrement such as urine is applied to the wearer's skin. It can be effectively prevented from leaking.
- FIG. 10 is a developed plan view of the disposable diaper 1Y according to the third embodiment.
- FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view (based on the line AA in FIG. 10) of the disposable diaper 1Y.
- FIG. 12 is a perspective view of the absorber 40X according to the third embodiment. As shown in FIGS. 10 to 12, the absorber 40X according to the present embodiment has a two-layer structure.
- the absorber 40 ⁇ / b> X includes a first layer 41 and a second layer 42 that overlaps the first layer 41.
- the first layer 41 is located on the skin contact surface side with the wearer, and the second layer 42 is located on the non-skin contact surface side of the wearer.
- a central slit 41C extending along the length direction L and side slits 41L and 41R extending along the length direction L are formed.
- the side slits 41L and 41R are formed in the crotch region S1 similarly to the side slits 46L and 46R.
- a central slit 42C extending along the length direction L is formed.
- the central slit 42C is formed in the crotch region S1 similarly to the central slit 45 and the like.
- the second layer 42 has a pair of projecting portions 42P that overlap with the position of the constricted portion 41S and project toward the outside in the width direction W.
- the second layer 42 may be positioned on the skin contact surface side with the wearer, and the first layer 41 may be positioned on the non-skin contact surface side of the wearer.
- the crossing elastic member 7A crosses the absorber 40X at the pair of constricted portions 41S. For this reason, the projecting portion 42P is contracted toward the center of the absorber 40X in the width direction W by the crossing elastic member 7A. Since the portion of the overhanging portion 42P is formed only by the second layer 42, it easily contracts.
- the crossing elastic member 7A crosses the absorber 40X at a position where it does not intersect any of the central slit 41C (central bent portion) and the side slits 41L and 41R (side bent portions). Since no slit is formed in the rear intermediate crotch region S5 outside the transverse elastic member 7A, the absorber 40X is not easily bent and is likely to be flat.
- a fit elastic body 9A in at least the rear waistline region S3 (rear side intermediate crotch region S5) of the front waistline region S2 (front side intermediate crotch region S4) and the rear waistline region S3 (rear side intermediate crotch region S5) is provided.
- the portion intersects the absorber 40X without being fixed to the absorber 40X (specifically, the absorber body 50). That is, in the portion where the fit elastic body 9A is provided, the absorber back surface covering sheet 30 and the exterior top sheet 70 constituting the absorber body 50 are not joined, and the fit elastic body 9A It is joined to the side exterior backsheet 80R. That is, only the transverse elastic material 7A is fixed to the absorber 40X among the transverse elastic material 7A and the fit elastic body 9A crossing the absorber 40X.
- the absorbent body 40X At least in the rear waistline region S3 (rear side intermediate crotch region S5), only the transverse elastic material 7A among the transverse elastic material 7A and the fit elastic body 9A intersecting the absorbent body 40X is the absorbent body 40X. Since it is fixed, the absorber 40X contracted by the transverse elastic member 7A is not affected by the contraction of the fit elastic body 9A. That is, the absorber 40X can be reliably contracted by the transverse elastic member 7A without being affected by the fit elastic body 9A.
- the fit elastic body 9A is not necessarily separated from the absorber 40X in this way. For example, the fit elastic body 9A in the front waistline region S2 (front intermediate crotch region S4) may be fixed to the absorber 40X. I do not care.
- the overhanging portion 42P is formed in one layer at the constricted portion 41S and is thinner than the two-layered portion, in addition to supplementing the portion of the constricted portion 41S where the absorber 40X is small, the overhanging portion 42P
- the side edge portion 50A makes it easier to get up.
- the disposable diaper 1 has been described as a pants-type disposable diaper, but the present invention is not limited to this, and an open-type disposable diaper or urine is used. It may be applied to a take pad.
- the central bent portion is formed using a slit or an elastic material.
- the central bent portion is formed by reducing the thickness of the absorber or embossing the absorber. Also good.
- a complex planar absorbent body having a constricted portion is used, but a rectangular absorbent body may be used.
- a disposable wearing article such as a pants-type diaper having a further improved absorbability while ensuring the wearer's wearing feeling and preventing leakage of excrement by bending the absorber. Can be provided.
