前記原本データから順次複製された電子データ本体に関し、管理ID毎に、当該電子データ本体及び原本データ並びに当該原本データの各々に対して利用者の複製可否を示すポリシ情報、原本データの管理ID及び複製元選択情報を関連付けて記憶する第2記憶手段(105c)と、
前記原本データから順次複製された電子データ本体に関し、前記第2記憶手段の管理IDに対し、当該電子データ本体及び実体IDを関連付けて記憶する第3記憶手段(105c)と、
前記情報媒体制御装置に対応する私書箱IDと、複製された電子データ本体を示す管理IDとを関連付けて記憶する私書箱ID記憶手段(105c)と、
複製対象の紙媒体から読み込んだイメージデータと、当該イメージデータから読み込んだ当該紙媒体を示す管理IDと、複製元として当該紙媒体又は原本データを選択した複製元選択情報と、利用者情報と、私書箱IDとを含む複製要求を前記スキャナ装置から受けると、当該複製要求内の管理IDに関連するポリシ情報を前記第2記憶手段から読み出す手段(104c)と、
前記読み出されたポリシ情報と、前記複製要求内の利用者情報とを照合し、前記複製元選択情報で選択された紙媒体又は原本データに対する複製可否を判定する手段(104c)と、
前記原本データに対する判定結果が複製可の場合、新たな管理IDに対し、当該原本データから複製した電子データ本体に対して利用者の複製可否を示すポリシ情報、原本データの管理ID及び複製元選択情報を関連付けて記憶するように前記第2記憶手段を更新する手段(104c)と、
前記紙媒体に対する判定結果が複製可の場合、新たな管理IDに対し、当該紙媒体から複製した電子データ本体としてのイメージデータに対して利用者の複製可否を示すポリシ情報、原本データの管理ID及び複製元選択情報を関連付けて記憶するように前記第2記憶手段を更新すると共に、前記第2記憶手段内の新たな管理IDに対し、当該イメージデータ及び実体IDを関連付けて記憶するように前記第3記憶手段を更新する手段(104c)と、
前記原本データ又は紙媒体に対する判定結果が複製可の場合、前記新たな管理IDを前記複製要求内の私書箱IDに関連付けて前記私書箱記憶手段に書き込む手段(104c)と、
私書箱IDを含む私書箱確認要求を前記情報媒体制御装置から受信すると、この私書箱IDに基づいて、前記私書箱記憶手段内の管理IDと、当該管理IDに対応する選択元複製情報及び実体IDに関連する電子データ本体とを前記情報媒体制御装置に送信する手段(104c)と、
を備え、
前記情報媒体制御装置は、
原本データから順次複製された電子データ本体に関し、管理ID及び当該電子データ本体を関連付けて記憶するための第4記憶手段(346c)と、
私書箱IDを含む私書箱確認要求を前記情報管理サーバ装置に送信する手段(345c)と、
前記私書箱確認要求に応じて前記情報管理サーバ装置から受信した管理ID及び電子データ本体を前記第4記憶手段に書き込む手段(345c)と、
を備えたことを特徴とする選択的複製システム。 - 互いに通信可能な紙媒体複製装置(310)及び情報管理サーバ装置(100)を備えた選択的複製システムであって、
前記情報管理サーバ装置は、
原本データに関し、管理ID、実体ID及び電子データ本体を関連付けて記憶する第1記憶手段(105d)と、
前記原本データから順次複製された紙媒体に関し、管理ID毎に、当該紙媒体及び原本データ並びに当該原本データの各々に対して利用者の複製可否を示すポリシ情報、及び原本データの管理IDを関連付けて記憶する第2記憶手段(105d)と、
複製対象の紙媒体を示す管理IDと、原本データと当該原本データから順次複製された電子データ本体との各々に関し、複製元として当該各々のうちのいずれかの電子データ本体又は原本データの管理IDが選択的に指定された複製元選択IDと、利用者情報とを含む複製要求を受けると、当該複製要求内の管理IDに関連するポリシ情報を前記第2記憶手段から読み出す手段(104d)と、
前記読み出されたポリシ情報と、前記複製要求内の利用者情報とを照合し、前記複製元選択IDで選択された紙媒体又は原本データに対する複製可否を判定する手段(104d)と、
前記原本データに対する判定結果が複製可の場合、前記第1及び第2記憶手段を参照して前記複製要求内の管理IDに関連する原本データの管理ID及び実体IDに関連する電子データ本体を読み出し、当該電子データ本体を複製してなる複製データに新たな管理IDを付与して原本複製データを生成する手段(104d)と、
前記生成した原本複製データを前記紙媒体複製装置に送信する手段(101a)と、
前記紙媒体に対する判定結果が複製可の場合、新たな管理IDを前記紙媒体複製装置に送信する手段(101a)と、
前記第2記憶手段内の管理IDに関連付けて、前記複製要求内の複製元選択IDを当該第2記憶手段に書き込む手段(104d)と、
前記複製要求に先行して系統情報要求を受けると、前記第2記憶手段内の管理ID及び複製元選択IDを含む複製系統情報を当該系統情報要求の送信元に返信する手段(104d)と、
を備え、
前記紙媒体複製装置は、
前記複製要求を前記情報管理サーバ装置に送信する手段(312a)と、
前記情報管理サーバ装置から受信した新たな管理IDを前記複製対象の紙媒体から読み込んだイメージデータに付与して紙媒体複製データを生成する手段(318a)と、
前記情報管理サーバ装置から受信した原本複製データ、又は前記生成した紙媒体複製データを印刷出力する手段(318a)と、
を備えたことを特徴とする選択的複製システム。 - 紙媒体複製装置(310)に通信可能な情報管理サーバ装置(100)であって、
原本データに関し、管理ID、実体ID及び電子データ本体を関連付けて記憶する第1記憶手段(105a)と、
前記原本データから順次複製された紙媒体に関し、管理ID毎に、当該紙媒体及び原本データ並びに当該原本データの各々に対して利用者の複製可否を示すポリシ情報、及び原本データの管理IDを関連付けて記憶する第2記憶手段(105a)と、
複製対象の紙媒体を示す管理IDと、複製元として当該紙媒体又は原本データを選択した複製元選択情報と、利用者情報とを含む複製要求を受けると、当該複製要求内の管理IDに関連するポリシ情報を前記第2記憶手段から読み出す手段(104a)と、
前記読み出されたポリシ情報と、前記複製要求内の利用者情報とを照合し、前記複製元選択情報で選択された紙媒体又は原本データに対する複製可否を判定する手段(104a)と、
前記原本データに対する判定結果が複製可の場合、前記第1及び第2記憶手段を参照して前記複製要求内の管理IDに関連する原本データの管理ID及び実体IDに関連する電子データ本体を読み出し、当該電子データ本体を複製してなる複製データに新たな管理IDを付与して原本複製データを生成する手段(104a)と、
前記生成した原本複製データを前記紙媒体複製装置に送信する手段(101a)と、
前記紙媒体に対する判定結果が複製可の場合、新たな管理IDを前記紙媒体複製装置に送信する手段(101a)と、
を備え、
前記紙媒体複製装置は、前記複製元選択情報が紙媒体を選択したとき、前記複製要求の送信に応じて受信した新たな管理IDを前記複製対象の紙媒体から読み込んだイメージデータに付与して生成した紙媒体複製データを印刷出力し、前記複製元選択情報が原本データを選択したとき、前記送信された原本複製データを印刷出力することを特徴とする情報管理サーバ装置。 - 印刷制御装置(320)に通信可能な情報管理サーバ装置(100)であって、
前記原本データと当該原本データから順次複製された電子データ本体との各々に関し、管理ID毎に、当該電子データ本体及び原本データ並びに当該原本データの各々に対して利用者の複製可否を示すポリシ情報、及び原本データの管理IDを関連付けて記憶する記憶手段(105b)と、
複製対象の電子データ本体を示す管理IDと、複製元として当該電子データ本体又は原本データを選択した複製元選択情報と、利用者情報とを含む複製要求を前記印刷制御装置から受けると、当該複製要求内の管理IDに関連するポリシ情報を前記記憶手段から読み出す手段(104b)と、
前記読み出されたポリシ情報と、前記複製要求内の利用者情報とを照合し、前記複製元選択情報で選択された電子データ本体又は原本データに対する複製可否を判定する手段(104b)と、
前記判定の結果が複製可の場合、新たな管理IDを前記印刷制御装置に送信する手段(104b)と、
を備えており、
前記印刷制御装置は、原本データと当該原本データから順次複製された電子データ本体との各々に関し、管理ID及び電子データ本体を関連付けてメモリ(326b)に記憶し、前記複製要求の送信に応じて受信した新たな管理IDを、前記複製要求内の管理IDに関連する前記メモリ内の電子データ本体に付与して複製データを生成し、前記生成した複製データを印刷装置(400)に出力することを特徴とする情報管理サーバ装置。 - スキャナ装置(330)及び情報媒体制御装置(340)に通信可能な情報管理サーバ装置(100)であって、
原本データに関し、管理ID、実体ID及び電子データ本体を関連付けて記憶する第1記憶手段(105c)と、
前記原本データから順次複製された電子データ本体に関し、管理ID毎に、当該電子データ本体及び原本データ並びに当該原本データの各々に対して利用者の複製可否を示すポリシ情報、原本データの管理ID及び複製元選択情報を関連付けて記憶する第2記憶手段(105c)と、
前記原本データから順次複製された電子データ本体に関し、前記第2記憶手段の管理IDに対し、当該電子データ本体及び実体IDを関連付けて記憶する第3記憶手段(105c)と、
前記情報媒体制御装置に対応する私書箱IDと、複製された電子データ本体を示す管理IDとを関連付けて記憶する私書箱ID記憶手段(105c)と、
複製対象の紙媒体から読み込んだイメージデータと、当該イメージデータから読み込んだ当該紙媒体を示す管理IDと、複製元として当該紙媒体又は原本データを選択した複製元選択情報と、利用者情報と、私書箱IDとを含む複製要求を前記スキャナ装置から受けると、当該複製要求内の管理IDに関連するポリシ情報を前記第2記憶手段から読み出す手段(104c)と、
前記読み出されたポリシ情報と、前記複製要求内の利用者情報とを照合し、前記複製元選択情報で選択された紙媒体又は原本データに対する複製可否を判定する手段(104c)と、
前記原本データに対する判定結果が複製可の場合、新たな管理IDに対し、当該原本データから複製した電子データ本体に対して利用者の複製可否を示すポリシ情報、原本データの管理ID及び複製元選択情報を関連付けて記憶するように前記第2記憶手段を更新する手段(104c)と、
前記紙媒体に対する判定結果が複製可の場合、新たな管理IDに対し、当該紙媒体から複製した電子データ本体としてのイメージデータに対して利用者の複製可否を示すポリシ情報、原本データの管理ID及び複製元選択情報を関連付けて記憶するように前記第2記憶手段を更新すると共に、前記第2記憶手段内の新たな管理IDに対し、当該イメージデータ及び実体IDを関連付けて記憶するように前記第3記憶手段を更新する手段(104c)と、
前記原本データ又は紙媒体に対する判定結果が複製可の場合、前記新たな管理IDを前記複製要求内の私書箱IDに関連付けて前記私書箱記憶手段に書き込む手段(104c)と、
私書箱IDを含む私書箱確認要求を前記情報媒体制御装置から受信すると、この私書箱IDに基づいて、前記私書箱記憶手段内の管理IDと、当該管理IDに対応する選択元複製情報及び実体IDに関連する電子データ本体とを前記情報媒体制御装置に送信する手段(104c)と、
を備えたことを特徴とする情報管理サーバ装置。 - 紙媒体複製装置(310)に通信可能な情報管理サーバ装置(100)であって、
原本データに関し、管理ID、実体ID及び電子データ本体を関連付けて記憶する第1記憶手段(105d)と、
前記原本データから順次複製された紙媒体に関し、管理ID毎に、当該紙媒体及び原本データ並びに当該原本データの各々に対して利用者の複製可否を示すポリシ情報、及び原本データの管理IDを関連付けて記憶する第2記憶手段(105d)と、
複製対象の紙媒体を示す管理IDと、原本データと当該原本データから順次複製された電子データ本体との各々に関し、複製元として当該各々のうちのいずれかの電子データ本体又は原本データの管理IDが選択的に指定された複製元選択IDと、利用者情報とを含む複製要求を受けると、当該複製要求内の管理IDに関連するポリシ情報を前記第2記憶手段から読み出す手段(104d)と、
前記読み出されたポリシ情報と、前記複製要求内の利用者情報とを照合し、前記複製元選択IDで選択された紙媒体又は原本データに対する複製可否を判定する手段(104d)と、
前記原本データに対する判定結果が複製可の場合、前記第1及び第2記憶手段を参照して前記複製要求内の管理IDに関連する原本データの管理ID及び実体IDに関連する電子データ本体を読み出し、当該電子データ本体を複製してなる複製データに新たな管理IDを付与して原本複製データを生成する手段(104d)と、
前記生成した原本複製データを前記紙媒体複製装置に送信する手段(101a)と、
前記紙媒体に対する判定結果が複製可の場合、新たな管理IDを前記紙媒体複製装置に送信する手段(101a)と、
前記第2記憶手段内の管理IDに関連付けて、前記複製要求内の複製元選択IDを当該第2記憶手段に書き込む手段(104d)と、
前記複製要求に先行して系統情報要求を受けると、前記第2記憶手段内の管理ID及び複製元選択IDを含む複製系統情報を当該系統情報要求の送信元に返信する手段(104d)と、
を備え、
前記紙媒体複製装置は、前記複製元選択IDが紙媒体を選択したとき、前記複製要求の送信に応じて受信した新たな管理IDを前記複製対象の紙媒体から読み込んだイメージデータに付与して生成した紙媒体複製データを印刷出力し、前記複製元選択IDが原本データを選択したとき、前記送信された原本複製データを印刷出力することを特徴とする情報管理サーバ装置。
