Abstract
Description
また、ターボ分子ポンプでは、回転翼やロータ本体のめっき剥離や劣化が生じるため、所定の頻度でロータの修復または交換をする必要がある。しかし、「焼きばめ」では、いったん締結したものを分解するには、嵌め合い部をプレスにより打ち抜かないと係合用穴から係合軸を抜くことが困難であり、修復・交換時の作業に多大な時間を要していた。
本発明の第2の態様によると、第1の態様による真空ポンプは、充填部材に、係合用穴の内周面と係合軸の外周面とを接着する接着剤を用いることが好ましい。
本発明の第3の態様によると、第2の態様による真空ポンプは、少なくとも係合用穴および係合軸の少なくとも一方に、係合用穴の内周面または係合軸の外周面から没入する接着剤滞留用の溝が形成されていることが好ましい。
本発明の第4の態様によると、第3の態様による真空ポンプは、ロータ軸に係合軸が設けられ、ロータに係合用穴が設けられ、接着剤滞留用の溝は、ロータ軸の係合軸に設けられていることが好ましい。
本発明の第5の態様によると、第3の態様による真空ポンプは、ロータ軸に係合用穴が設けられ、ロータに係合軸が設けられ、接着剤滞留用の溝は、ロータ軸の係合用穴に設けられていることが好ましい。
本発明の第6の態様によると、第3~第5のいずれかの態様による真空ポンプは、接着剤滞留用の溝は係合用穴の内周面または係合軸の外周面の周方向に沿って、環状に設けられていることが好ましい。
本発明の第7の態様によると、第3~第6のいずれかの態様による真空ポンプは、接着剤滞留用の溝は係合用穴の内周面または係合軸の外周面の周方向に沿って、環状に複数条設けられていることが好ましい。
本発明の第8の態様によると、第3~第7いずれかの態様による真空ポンプは、接着剤滞留用の溝は係合用穴の内周面および係合軸の外周面の両方に設けられていることが好ましい。
本発明の第9の態様によると、第2~第8いずれかの態様による真空ポンプは係合軸の根元に接着剤の逃げが設けられていることが好ましい。
本発明の第10の態様によると、第1の態様による真空ポンプは、充填部材に、リング状の樹脂部材を用いることが好ましい。
本発明の第11の態様によると、第1~第10の態様による真空ポンプは、充填部材の剪断強度がロータの剪断強度の1/5以下であることが好ましい。
以下、図を参照して本発明の実施するための第1の実施形態について説明する。図1は本発明に係る真空ポンプを説明する図であり、ターボ分子ポンプを構成するポンプ本体1の断面図である。ターボ分子ポンプは、図1に示すポンプ本体1と不図示のコントロールユニットとで構成される。
ロータ軸33の下面には、メカニカルベアリング29を介してロータディスク35が取り付けられている。また、ロータ軸33の上部側にはメカニカルベアリング26が設けられている。メカニカルベアリング26、29は非常用のメカニカルベアリングであり、磁気軸受が作動していない時にはメカニカルベアリング26、29によりロータ軸33が支持される。
係合軸300を係合用穴330に挿入した際に、余分な接着剤が隙間からはみ出て締結面に漏れ出ないように、接着剤を塗布する際、係合軸300の根元近傍には接着剤を塗布しないようにしておくと良い。他に、図2に示すように係合軸300の根元部分に逃げ301を形成して、はみ出した接着剤を逃げ301の部分に逃がすようにする方法もある。
係合軸300の根元部分に逃げ301を設け、且つ、係合軸300の根元近傍に接着剤の未塗布部を設けるようにすると一層効果的である。
図3は、ロータ軸33とロータ30とを分解する状態を示す断面図である。
同図に示すように、図1に図示されたターボ分子ポンプを上下反転し、プーリ抜き50を使用してロータ30からロータ軸33を抜く。ロータ30のネジロータ31の端面に支持部材53を架け渡し、プーリ抜き50の爪52をロータ軸33に取り付けられたロータディスク35の周縁部に引っかける。プーリ抜き50の爪52は、先端が支持部材53の中間部上面に当接するネジ部51に螺合する螺合部(図示せず)を有している。ネジ部51を回転させると、先端が支持部材53に当接しているネジ部51がプーリ抜き50の本体から図示下方に繰り出され、爪52は上方に移動する。その結果、隙間充填部材40として設けられた接着剤の部分が剪断破壊し、ロータ軸33が上方に引き抜かれる。
このように、本発明の第1の実施形態のターボ分子ポンプでは、ロータ30とロータ軸33の嵌め合いが容易となり、真空ポンプの組付けを効率的に行うことが可能となる。また、回転翼32が形成されたロータ30が高速回転する真空ポンプにおいて、高速回転による係合軸300と係合用330穴との係合緩みを防止しつつ、ロータとロータ軸との分解作業性の向上を図ることができる、という効果を奏する。
図4は、本発明の実施形態2を示し、図2と同様、ロータ30とロータ軸33の嵌め合い構造を示す拡大図である。
図4に示す実施形態2においては、ロータ30の上部側に、上側部30aを貫通する係合用穴302が形成され、ロータ軸33側にロータ30の係合用穴302に挿入される係合軸331が形成されている。係合軸331は、ロータ30の係合用穴302を貫通して、上側部30aの上端面の上方に延出されている。
そして、隙間充填部材40は、係合軸331の軸芯と係合用穴302との軸芯が同軸になるように、係合軸の331の外周面全体に亘り均一な厚さに形成されている。
図5は、隙間充填部材40として、合成樹脂、ゴム、軟かい金属等のリング状薄板を用いた場合の組み立て方法を説明する図である。
隙間充填部材としてリング状薄板41を用いる場合には、図5に示すような方法でロータ軸33を組み付ける。リング状薄板41を用いる場合、接着剤を用いる場合のように係合用穴302と係合軸331との隙間を数μm~数十μmとするのは難しいので、リング状薄板41が形成できる程度の隙間寸法とする。例えば2mm程度とする。また、リング状薄板41が装着される係合用穴302には、リング状薄板41の端面が当接する鍔部303が形成されている。
実施形態2におけるターボ分子ポンプにおいても、実施形態1と同様な効果を奏することができる。
実施形態1および2においては、係合軸300、331の外周面および係合用穴330、302の内周面は、軸方向において平坦状に形成されている。しかし、接着面には、接着剤滞留用の溝を形成するようにしてもよい。
図6に本発明の実施形態3として示すロータ30とロータ軸33との嵌め合い構造は、このような構造の一例を示す。
図6に実施形態3として示されたロータ30とロータ軸33の嵌め合い構造が、図2に実施形態1として示された構造と相違する点は、ロータ30の係合軸300に、接着剤滞留用の溝311が形成されている点である。
実施形態3に示すロータ30とロータ軸33とを組付ける場合、先ず、ロータ30の係合軸300の外周面に接着剤を塗布する。このとき、図2に示す実施形態1の場合、接着剤が係合軸300の外周面において、上部から下部に流れ落ちたり、均一な厚さに塗布されないようになったりする恐れがある。特に、作業を急いで、接着剤の流動が落ち着いていない状態で作業を進める場合に、そのような可能性が高くなる。
従って、本発明の実施形態3によれば、実施形態1と同様の効果が得られると共に、接着剤が軸から流れ落ちることが抑制され、、接着剤の処理が容易となるので、一層、作業性が向上する。
隙間充填部材40としての接着剤により係合軸300の軸芯と係合用穴330との軸芯が同軸になるように、環状の溝311は、係合軸300の全周に亘り、同じ深さ、同じ形状とすることが望ましい。
なお、図6におけるその他の構成は実施形態1の場合と同様であり、対応する部材に同一の参照番号を付し、説明を省略する。
図7は、本発明の実施形態4を示す。
図7に示されたロータ30とロータ軸33との嵌め合い構造は、図6に実施形態3として示された構造に対して、接着剤滞留用の溝312の形状が相違する。
図6に示された実施形態3においては、接着剤滞留用の溝311は、断面が矩形形状であった。図7では、接着剤滞留用の溝312の断面は、V字形状をしている。環状の溝312も、環状の溝31と同様、係合軸300の全周に亘り、同じ深さ、同じ形状とすることが望ましい。
図7におけるその他の構成は実施形態3の場合と同様であり、対応する部材に同一の参照番号を付し、説明を省略する。
図8は、本発明の実施形態5を示す。
図8に示されたロータ30とロータ軸33との嵌め合い構造は、図6に実施形態3として示された構造に対して、接着剤滞留用の溝311が複数条形成されている点で相違する。
図6に示された実施形態3においては、接着剤滞留用の溝311は、ロータ30の係合軸300の外周に1条だけ形成されていた。図8では、接着剤滞留用の溝311は、ロータ300の係合軸300の外周に環状に2条形成されている。環状の溝311は、3上以上の多数条に形成するようにしてもよい。また、その断面形状は、図7の如く、V字形状としてもよい。また、断面形状をU字形状としてもよい。
図8におけるその他の構成は実施形態3の場合と同様であり、対応する部材に同一の参照番号を付し、説明を省略する。
図9に本発明の実施形態6として示されたロータ30とロータ軸33の嵌め合い構造は、図4に実施形態2として示された構造に対してロータ30の係合用穴302の外周面に、接着剤滞留用の溝341が形成されている。つまり、実施形態6においては、ロータ軸33の係合軸331に、接着剤滞留用の溝341が形成されている点で相違する。
図9におけるその他の構成は実施形態4の場合と同様であり、対応する部材に同一の参照番号を付し、説明を省略する。
図6~図9に示された本発明の実施形態3~6においては、接着剤滞留用の溝311、312、341がロータ30側に形成されている。
しかし、接着剤滞留用の溝は、ロータ軸33側に形成することもできる。
図10に実施形態6として示されたロータ30とロータ軸33の嵌め合い構造では、ロータ軸33の係合用穴330に接着剤滞留用の溝342が形成されている。つまり、実施形態7においては、図2に示された実施形態2に対して、ロータ軸33の係合用穴330に、接着剤滞留用の溝342が形成されている点で相違する。
接着剤滞留用の溝342は、断面V字形状を有し、ロータ軸33の係合用穴330の厚さ方向の中間部に、係合用穴342の内周面の円周方向に沿って環状に設けられている。
図10におけるその他の構成は実施形態2の場合と同様であり、対応する部材に同一の参照番号を付し、説明を省略する。
図11に示された実施形態7は、図4に示された実施形態2に対して、ロータ軸33の係合軸331に接着剤滞留用の溝343が形成されている点で相違する。
接着剤滞留用の溝343は、ロータ軸33の係合軸331の外周面に環状に2条形成されている。環状の溝343は、1条としたり、3条以上の多数条に形成するようにしてもよい。また、その断面形状は、図7に図示される如く、V字形状としてもよい。
図11におけるその他の構成は実施形態2の場合と同様であり、対応する部材に同一の参照番号を付し、説明を省略する。
図6~図11に示された実施形態3~8の場合は、接着剤滞留用の溝は、ロータ30またはロータ軸33のいずれか一方にのみ形成されている。
しかし、接着剤滞留用の溝は、ロータ30およびロータ軸33の両方に形成することができる。
図12に図示された実施形態9においては、ロータ30の係合軸300の外周面に、2条の接着剤滞留用の溝344が形成されている。また、ロータ軸33の係合用穴330の内周面に、1条の接着剤滞留用の溝342が形成されている。
溝342、344の断面形状は、矩形形状とすることもできる。また、溝342と溝344の断面形状を異なる形状とすることもできる。また、溝342、344の条数は、どちらも1条としてもよいし、複数条形成するようにしてもよい。
図12に示された実施形態9は、図10に示された実施形態8に対して、ロータ30の係合軸300に接着剤滞留用の溝344を設けた点で相違する。図12におけるその他の構成は、図10に示された実施形態7の場合と同様であり、対応する部材に同一の参照番号を付し、説明を省略する。
図13に示された実施形態10においては、ローラ軸33の係合軸331の外周面に、1条の接着剤滞留用の溝343が形成されている。また、ローラ30の係合用穴302の内周面に、2条の接着剤滞留用の溝341が形成されている。
溝341、343の断面形状は、V字形状とすることもできる。溝341と溝343の断面形状を異なる形状とすることもできる。また、溝341、343の条数は、どちらも1条としてもよいし、複数条形成してもよい。
図13に示された実施形態10は、図9に示された実施形態6に対して、ロータ軸33の係合軸331に接着剤滞留用の溝343を設けた点で相違する。図13におけるその他の構成は、図9に示された実施形態6の場合と同様であり、対応する部材に同一の参照番号を付し、説明を省略する。
接着剤滞留用の溝の形状は、断面が矩形形状またはV字形状を例として説明をしたが、これに限らず、種々の形状とすることができる。
図14(a)~(d)は、接着剤滞留用の溝の断面形状の変形例を示す。
図14(a)では、溝Sの断面が半円弧状または楕円形形状を有する。図14(b)では、溝Sの断面が多角錐台形状を有する。図14(c)では、溝Sの断面が、下部が平坦で、上部から下部に向かって、傾斜した形状を有する。図14(d)では、溝Sの断面が螺旋形状を有する。
しかも、この場合、従来の「焼きばめ」とは異なり、分解の際、ロータ30やロータ軸33を損傷することがないので、分解後の組み付けも格段に容易となる。

Claims (11)
- 軸受により回転自在に支持され、モータにより高速回転されるロータ軸と、
前記ロータ軸の軸方向一端に締結され、真空排気機能部が形成されたロータと、
前記ロータ軸と前記ロータとの締結部に設けられ、前記ロータ軸および前記ロータの一方に形成された係合用穴と他方に形成されて前記係合用穴に挿入される係合軸とから成る係合部と、
前記ロータおよび前記ロータ軸よりも剪断強度が小さく、前記係合用穴と前記係合軸との隙間に設けられた充填部材と、を備えた真空ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の真空ポンプにおいて、
前記充填部材に、前記係合用穴の内周面と前記係合軸の外周面とを接着する接着剤を用いた真空ポンプ。 - 請求項2に記載の真空ポンプにおいて、少なくとも前記係合用穴および係合軸の少なくとも一方に、前記係合用穴の内周面または前記係合軸の外周面から没入する接着剤滞留用の溝が形成されている真空ポンプ。
- 請求項3に記載の真空ポンプにおいて、前記ロータ軸に前記係合軸が設けられ、前記ロータに前記係合用穴が設けられ、前記接着剤滞留用の溝は、前記ロータ軸の係合軸に設けられている真空ポンプ。
- 請求項3に記載の真空ポンプにおいて、前記ロータ軸に前記係合用穴が設けられ、前記ロータに前記係合軸が設けられ、前記接着剤滞留用の溝は、前記ロータ軸の係合用穴に設けられている真空ポンプ。
- 請求項3乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプにおいて、前記接着剤滞留用の溝は前記係合用穴の内周面または前記係合軸の外周面の周方向に沿って、環状に設けられている真空ポンプ。
- 請求項3乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプにおいて、前記接着剤滞留用の溝は前記係合用穴の内周面または前記係合軸の外周面の周方向に沿って、環状に複数条設けられている真空ポンプ。
- 請求項3乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプにおいて、前記接着剤滞留用の溝は前記係合用穴の内周面および前記係合軸の外周面の両方に設けられている真空ポンプ。
- 請求項2乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプにおいて、前記係合軸の根元に前記接着剤の逃げが設けられている真空ポンプ。
- 請求項1に記載の真空ポンプにおいて、前記充填部材に、リング状薄板を用いた真空ポンプ。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプにおいて、前記充填部材の剪断強度がロータの剪断強度の1/5以下である真空ポンプ。
