Description
まず、第1実施形態の自動製パン器について説明する。図1は、第1実施形態の自動製パン器の垂直断面図である。図2は、図1に示す第1実施形態の自動製パン器を図1と直角の方向に切断した一部垂直断面図である。図3は、第1実施形態の自動製パン器が備える粉砕ブレード及び混練ブレードの構成を説明するための概略斜視図で、斜め下方から見た場合の図である。図4は、第1実施形態の自動製パン器が備える粉砕ブレード及び混練ブレードの構成を説明するための概略平面図で、下から見た図である。図5は、第1実施形態の自動製パン器における、混練ブレードが折り畳み姿勢にある場合のパン容器の上面図である。図6は、第1実施形態の自動製パン器における、混練ブレードが開き姿勢にある場合のパン容器の上面図である。以下、主に図1から図6を参照しながら、第1実施形態の自動製パン器1の構成について説明する。
次に、第2実施形態の自動製パン器について説明する。第2実施形態の自動製パン器の構成は、第1実施形態の自動製パン器1の構成とほぼ同様である。このため、第1実施形態の自動製パン器1と重複する部分については同一の符号を付し、特に必要のない場合には、その説明は省略する。以下、第1実施形態の自動製パン器1と異なる部分について説明する。

Claims (18)
- パン容器が収容される本体と、
前記本体内に収容された前記パン容器内で穀物粒を粉砕する粉砕機構と、
前記本体内に収容された前記パン容器内のパン原料を生地に練り上げる混練機構と、
前記粉砕機構による穀物粒の粉砕後に、前記パン容器に自動投入される粉体パン原料を収納するパン原料収納容器と、
を備える、自動製パン器。 - 穀物粒からパンを製造する際に行われるパンの製造工程には、穀物粒を液体と混合して前記粉砕機構で粉砕する粉砕工程と、前記混練機構を用いて前記粉砕工程によって得られた粉砕粉を含むパン原料を生地に練り上げる練り工程と、が含まれる、請求項1に記載の自動製パン器。
- 前記パン原料収納容器は、
開口部を有する容器本体と、
前記容器本体に対して回動可能に設けられて、前記開口部の開閉が可能な蓋体と、
前記蓋体によって前記開口部が閉じられた状態において前記容器本体と前記蓋体との間をシールするシール部材と、
前記蓋体を外面側から支持して前記開口部が閉じられた状態を維持するロック機構と、
を有する、請求項1に記載の自動製パン器。 - 前記シール部材は、前記開口部にはみ出さないように前記容器本体に固定されている、請求項3に記載の自動製パン器。
- 前記容器本体及び前記蓋体の内面は、凹凸部が形成されない滑らかな面となっている、請求項3に記載の自動製パン器。
- 前記容器本体及び前記蓋体は金属製である、請求項3に記載の自動製パン器。
- 前記容器本体及び前記蓋体の内面にはコーティング層が形成されている、請求項6に記載の自動製パン器。
- 前記パン原料収納容器は、前記シール部材を前記容器本体に固定するカバー部材を更に有し、
前記ロック機構は前記カバー部材に設けられ、
前記蓋体は前記カバー部材に回動可能に取り付けられている、請求項3に記載の自動製パン器。 - 前記カバー部材が前記容器本体を覆うように設けられている、請求項8に記載の自動製パン器。
- 前記カバー部材と前記容器本体との間に空気層が形成されている、請求項9に記載の自動製パン器。
- 前記ロック機構によるロック状態を解除するロック解除機構を更に備え、
前記パン原料収納容器は、前記開口部が前記パン容器の開口と向き合うように配置され、
前記ロック解除機構によるロック解除により、前記蓋体が回動して前記開口部が開かれて前記パン原料収納容器に収納されるパン原料が前記パン容器に投入される、請求項3から10のいずれかに記載の自動製パン器。 - 前記ロック機構には、前記蓋体を外面側から支持して前記開口部が閉じられた状態を維持するロック部材が含まれ、
前記ロック解除機構は、前記ロック部材を押圧して前記ロック状態を解除する、請求項11に記載の自動製パン器。 - 前記ロック解除機構は、前記ロック状態が解除された後に、前記ロック部材に衝撃を加えるべく断続的に駆動される、請求項12に記載の自動製パン器。
- 前記パン原料収納容器は、
パン原料を収納するとともにパン原料を前記パン容器に排出するための排出口が設けられる収納部と、
前記排出口を開閉する蓋部と、
前記蓋部によって前記排出口が閉じられた状態を維持するロック機構と、
前記ロック機構によるロック状態を解除するロック解除機構と、
前記ロック解除機構によってロック状態が解除されて前記排出口が開かれた場合に、前記収納部に衝突する衝突部と、
を有する、請求項1に記載の自動製パン器。 - 前記衝突部は、前記収納部を囲むように配置されて前記収納部に対して相対移動する枠体部であって、
前記ロック解除機構によってロック状態が解除されて前記排出口が開かれた場合に、前記相対移動により前記収納部と前記枠体部との間に衝突が起こる、請求項14に記載の自動製パン器。 - 前記パン原料収納容器から前記パン容器にパン原料が投入される状態において、前記枠体部はその開口面が前記パン容器の開口面と略平行となるように固定配置され、前記収納部は、前記排出口が前記パン容器の開口と対向するように配置されるとともに前記パン容器の開口面と略垂直な方向に可動するように設けられ、

前記第1の筒状部及び前記第2の筒状部の内部には、前記蓋部によって前記排出口が閉じられた状態において前記収納部を前記蓋部に向けて付勢する付勢部材が収容され、
前記ロック状態が解除されて前記蓋部が回転することにより、前記収納部が前記付勢部材の付勢方向に移動して、前記第1の腕部と前記第2の腕部とが衝突する、請求項15に記載の自動製パン器。 - 前記ロック状態が解除されて前記収納部が前記付勢方向に移動して、前記収納部の一部が前記枠体部から前記付勢方向に突出した状態となった場合において、前記蓋部を回転させることにより、前記収納部が前記蓋部に押されて前記付勢方向と逆方向に移動できるように、前記収納部には斜面部が形成されている、請求項16に記載の自動製パン器。
- 前記収納部には、パン原料を投入するための開閉可能な原料投入口が前記排出口とは別に設けられている、請求項14から17のいずれかに記載の自動製パン器。
