Abstract
Description
タンクには、タンクから潤滑油ポンプに潤滑油を吸い出す吸出口が、ヒーターの側方に設けられている。当該潤滑油加熱機構においては、吸出口の近傍に位置する潤滑油が、潤滑油の液面のヒーターの上方の部分の近傍の潤滑油よりも早く加熱される。
Claims (6)
- 潤滑油を貯めるためのタンクと、
潤滑油ポンプと、
前記タンクの内部に設けられ、前記潤滑油を加熱するヒーターと、
前記ヒーターの上方を、少なくとも部分的に覆う整流板
とを備え、
前記タンクには、前記タンクから前記潤滑油ポンプに前記潤滑油を吸い出す吸出口が設けられ、
前記整流板は、加熱された前記潤滑油が前記吸出口に向けて対流するように設けられた
潤滑油加熱機構。 - 請求項1に記載の潤滑油加熱機構であって、
更に、歯車を備え、
前記整流板が、前記歯車の下方を覆うように設けられ、前記歯車の近傍に前記潤滑油を保持するオイルパンとして機能する
潤滑油加熱機構。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の潤滑油加熱機構であって、
前記吸出口は、前記タンクの側壁に設けられ、
前記整流板は、前記側壁から離間されて設けられている
潤滑油加熱機構。 - 潤滑油を貯めるためのタンクと、
潤滑油ポンプと、
前記タンクの内部に設けられ、前記潤滑油を加熱するヒーター
とを備え、
前記タンクには、前記タンクから前記潤滑油ポンプに前記潤滑油を吸い出す吸出口が、前記ヒーターの側方に設けられ、
前記吸出口の近傍に位置する潤滑油が、前記潤滑油の液面の前記ヒーターの上方の部分の近傍の潤滑油よりも早く加熱される
潤滑油加熱機構。 - 潤滑油を貯めるためのタンク部分と、
歯車と、
前記歯車の下方を覆うように設けられ、前記歯車の近傍に前記潤滑油を保持するオイルパンと、
前記タンク部分の内部に設けられ、前記潤滑油を加熱するヒーター
とを備え、
前記タンク部分には、前記タンク部分から潤滑油ポンプに前記潤滑油を吸い出す吸出口が設けられ、
前記オイルパンは、前記ヒーターの上方を少なくとも部分的に覆っており、加熱された前記潤滑油が前記吸出口に向けて対流する整流板として機能する
歯車機構。 - 風車ロータを支持する、回転可能に設けられた主軸と、
入力軸が前記主軸に結合された増速機と、
前記増速機の出力軸に結合される発電機
とを具備し、
前記増速機は、
潤滑油を貯めるタンク部分を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に設けられた歯車と、
前記歯車の下方を覆うように設けられ、前記歯車の近傍に前記潤滑油を保持するオイルパンと、
前記タンク部分に設けられたヒーター
とを備え、
前記ハウジングには、前記タンク部分から潤滑油ポンプに前記潤滑油を吸い出す吸出口が設けられ、
前記オイルパンは、前記ヒーターの上方を少なくとも部分的に覆い、
前記潤滑油が前記吸出口に向けて対流させる整流板として機能する
