- a through hole is provided in either rear part of the movable mechanism part 30a and the groove part 30c, and the wash water that has been dripped and guided falls to the inner bottom part of the casing 27, and in the vicinity thereof. It is made to detect by the arranged water leak detection sensor.
- the cleaning tank member 40 is inserted from above the bottom component member 41 on which the second seal member 42 is set, so that the engaging portion 52 is temporarily deformed by its own elasticity. Then, the engagement hole 52a engages with the convex portion 51 provided in the cleaning tank member 40, and the vertical movement of the cleaning tank member 40 and the bottom component member 41 is restricted. Thus, the cleaning tank member 40 and the bottom component member 41 are combined and integrated. At that time, the seal rib 44 of the cleaning tank member 40 presses the second seal member 42 from above to deform it to a specified tightening position, and the joint is sealed with water.
- the recovery space 46 is configured by the shielding rib 45 provided in the cleaning tank member 40 and the groove 43 of the bottom component member 41.
- the second seal member 42 is used as an elastic body, but a silicon adhesive or the like can be sealed with water.
- the shielding rib 45 provided on the inner side of the groove portion 43 is disposed so that the size of the inlet 46a of the recovery space 46 is smaller than the main space 46b of the upper recovery space 46. Infiltration can be reduced. Further, since the lower end of the shielding rib 45 is located above the prescribed washing water level 47, foreign matter or oil washed away from the tableware 28 does not accumulate in the collection space 46, and the washing water can be collected. There is no hindrance. Moreover, generation
- the shielding rib 45 since the lower end of the shielding rib 45 is positioned below the injection hole 48 of the cleaning nozzle 32, the cleaning water sprayed from the injection hole 48 is reliably blocked by the shielding rib 45. Therefore, only the cleaning water with low momentum that falls from above the cleaning tank 29 comes into contact with the inlet 46 a of the recovery space 46, and the water flow having pressure does not reach the groove 43.
- the cleaning water sprayed from the spray holes 48 hits the tableware 28 and falls as it is, or flows down along the side surface of the cleaning tank member 40 and flows to the lower end of the shielding rib 45.
- the tip of the shielding rib 45 is located on the inner side of the side wall portion 49 of the bottom component member 41 over the entire circumference of the cleaning tank 29, the cleaning water flowing down along the shielding rib 45 from above is the recovery space 46.

- the cleaning water sprayed from the cleaning nozzle 32 does not reach the groove 43, and even if the second seal member 42 is not provided, the sealing performance of the joint is maintained.
- the second seal member 42 is arranged on the outer upper side of the recovery space 46. Further, since the water does not go out even without the second seal member 42, the deterioration of the second seal member 42 due to long-term use, and vibration and force due to the pulling operation are repeatedly applied to the groove 43. Even if the sealing performance is lowered due to this, the sealing performance at the joint can be maintained.
- the recovery space 46 is configured to be communicated over the entire circumference of the cleaning tank 29, when the cleaning tank 29 is pulled out vigorously, the cleaning water reaches above the predetermined cleaning water level 47, and reaches the recovery space 46. Even if the cleaning water permeates, there is a space for the cleaning water to escape in the lateral direction due to the communicating recovery space 46, so that the cleaning water reaching the groove 43 can be greatly reduced. Of course, even when the cleaning water reaches the groove 43, it is sealed with the second seal member 42, so that the sealing performance at the joint can be maintained.
- the dishwasher according to the present embodiment includes the seal portion 54 for water-sealing the joint portion formed by the upper end portion of the bottom component member 41 and the lower end portion of the washing tank member 40, and the seal portion 54.
- the cleaning tank member 40 is provided with a shielding rib 45 on the inner side of the sealing portion 54, and a recovery space 46 is provided between the sealing portion 54 and the shielding rib 45. Accordingly, the cleaning water does not reach the seal portion 54 in normal use, and even when the seal performance of the second seal member 42 is deteriorated during the drawing operation or long-term use, the seal performance at the joint portion is reduced. Can be maintained. Further, if the recovery space 46 prevents the cleaning water from rising due to capillary action and reaching the seal portion 54, the sealing performance can be maintained for a longer time.
- the tableware basket support portion 53 includes a support portion lower portion 53a provided on the bottom component member 41, and a support portion upper portion 53b provided on the cleaning tank member 40 so as to face the upper portion of the support portion lower portion 53a.
- the height position of the divided surface is substantially the same as the lower end of the shielding rib 45 of the cleaning tank member 40, so that the support lower part 53a provided on the bottom component member 41 and the cleaning tank member 40 is formed in a substantially horizontal direction with the support portion upper portion 53b, so that it is difficult for the washing water sprayed into this gap to enter, and the entered washing water drops on the washing tank 29 side.
- the washing water can be prevented from flowing into the collection space 46 from the tableware basket support portion 53.
- the rail receiving portions 50 that support the weight of the cleaning tank 29 are configured on both side surfaces of the bottom component member 41 that is the lower member of the cleaning tank 29 that is configured to be vertically joined. The weight of the cleaning tank 29 and other parts is not applied in the direction in which the seal portion 54 is pulled away, and the sealing performance of the second seal member 42 can be maintained for a long time.
- the bottom part component member 41 mounted most electrical components and mechanism parts and unitized, the part above the seal part 54 of the washing tank member 40 can be enlarged and reduced in size. Even if a single bottom component 41 is used, since washing tanks having different capacities can be obtained, production of dishwashers having different washing tank capacities can be facilitated, and manufacturing efficiency can be improved. Can be improved.
- the dishwasher has been described in which only the rotatable washing nozzle 32 is provided on the inner bottom of the washing tank 29.
- another washing nozzle is provided on the inner side of the washing tank 29. Even if it exists, the effect by this invention can be acquired and it is not excluded from this invention.
- the dishwasher according to the present invention is a built-in type dishwasher, and maintains the sealing performance of the joint portion of the cleaning tank even when the sealing performance of the sealing member deteriorates during the drawer operation or due to long-term use. Therefore, it is useful as a dishwasher or the like for washing dishes by jetting washing water.
