I. Prior Art 3 Background of the Invention Heretofore, such a dishwasher has been housed in a kitchen system and disposed inside the casing 1 as shown in Fig. 6. In the cleaning tank 2, the bottom portion and the side surface portion are integrally formed, and the opening portion 3 is provided above the storage tank 2, and the dishware container 5 for accommodating the tableware 4 is disposed inside. A washing nozzle 6 that can be arbitrarily rotated is provided below the dish container 5, and the washing water accumulated in the washing tank 2 is pressurized and circulated by the washing pump 7, and is sprayed by the washing nozzle 6. Thereby washing the tableware. Further, a rail 8 is fixed below the washing tank 2, and it is possible to move the washing tank 2 in parallel in the front-rear direction. When the tableware 4 is removed and moved in, the washing tub 2 housed in the casing 1 is pulled forward, and the tableware 4 is accommodated by the opening portion 3. Then, when the cleaning tank 2 is returned to the casing 1 and stored, the lid portion 9 which is in the upper space in the casing 1 is closed, and the opening portion 3 of the washing tank 2 is closed. The lid body 9 is moved rearward by the link structure 10 or the like disposed on the side surface of the casing 1, and is lowered to close the opening 3 of the washing tank 2. The lid body 9 is provided with a first sealing member 11 including an elastic body for abutting and sealing the cleaning tank 2 in a state in which the opening portion 3 of the cleaning tank 2 is closed (for example, refer to the patent document) 1). 201143701 Another aspect is also proposed to have a dishwasher as shown in Figure 7. The washing tank 13 of the accommodating tableware 12 is constituted by a washing tank member 15 which is provided on the bottom constituting member 14 by the bottom constituting member (4). Further, the bottom side of the hidden member 41, the rail receiving portion 50 of the weight of the branch cleaning tank 29 is configured. The outer side of the side wall portion 49 is almost at a position immediately below the groove portion 43. At the outer end portion of the rail receiving portion 5G, the rib 5〇a is provided so as to extend downward and cover the movable rail of the track % from above and outside. The 3Gd is provided in a manner to enhance the mechanical strength of the road receiving portion 5, and prevent the washing water dripping from the lid body 37 to the outer wall of the washing tank member 4 into the rail 30. The cleaning tank is disposed in the washing tank. The outer side of the sealing rib 44 at the lower end of the front, rear, left and right outer peripheral portions of the member 4G is extended downward in a rib shape. The outer periphery of the groove portion 43 of the bottom member member 41 is provided with a plurality of convex portions 5ι, and is washed. The engaging portion 52 of the groove member 40 is formed with an engaging hole 仏 at the position corresponding to the convex portion 51. The upper portion of the bottom member (four) member W is cleaned by the groove member 40', whereby the engaging portion is elastically deformed and convex. The portion 51 will be engaged with the engaging hole 52a, and the cleaning groove member 40 and The portion constituting member 41 is joined. Next, in a state where the cleaning groove member 40 is joined to the bottom constituting member 41, the lower end portion of the engaging portion 52 of the left and right side faces abuts against the upper surface of the rail receiving portion 5''. The joint portion 201143701 of the cleaning tank member 40 and the bottom member member 41 is configured as described above, and the washing water that can be prevented from dripping from the lid body 37 to the outer wall of the washing tank member 4〇 can be prevented by a simple configuration. The portion of the second sealing member 42 is infiltrated to maintain the sealing property of the joint portion. Further, the shape as shown in Fig. 4 has a ridge portion 3 Ob on the outer side of the movable structure portion 30a, and the outer gamma j has a comparative The raised portion 30b is recessed in the groove portion 30c. The outer side of the lower end of the rib 50a provided at the outer end portion of the rail receiving portion 50 of the bottom constituting member 41 is positioned directly above the ridge portion 30b or outside. As a result, the washing water dripped from the cover body 37 through the outer wall of the washing tank member 40 and the outer side of the lower end of the rib 5〇a is guided to the groove portion 3〇c, thereby preventing the movement of the infiltrated road. Structure portion 30a. In addition, the county is shown in the figure, and is in the movable structure portion and the groove portion 30. The rear side is provided with a through hole, and the dripped and guided washing water is dropped to the inner bottom of the casing 27, and the shot is detected by the leak detecting sensor disposed therein. For the dishwasher according to the above configuration, it is intended to function. In the washing tank 29, _ is deformed from the bottom sapphire and the side of the washing member member 41, and the elasticity of the two bodies is combined with the time: the washing tank member 4 is controlled. The convex portion of the bottom constituting member is moved; wherein the bottom constituting member is attached with a second sealing structure: the moving member is washed. And the bottom constituting member 2: at that time, the sealing rib 44 of the cleaning tank structure is pressed above the two 攸, so that it is deformed to the prescribed closing member due to the cleaning groove 29-妒彳μ and the water sealing joint portion The storage space 46 is formed by the shielding ribs 45 11 201143701 of the cleaning tank member 40 and the groove portion 43 of the bottom structural member 41. Here, the second sealing member 42 is used as an elastic body. It is also possible to seal the water with a material such as a stone organic binder. The shielding rib 45' disposed on the inner side of the groove portion 43 is configured such that the size of the inlet 46a of the recovery space 46 becomes smaller than the upper recovery space 46. The main space 46b' can reduce the infiltration of water into the recovery space 46. Also, since the lower end of the shielding rib 45 is above the prescribed washing water level 47, the foreign matter and oil washed out from the tableware 28 do not accumulate. In the recovery space 46', therefore, the recovery of the washing water is not hindered. In addition, the occurrence of the odor or the like can be suppressed. Further, the lower end of the shielding rib 45 is located below the injection hole of the cleaning nozzle 32. 48 was sprayed The washing water can be surely shielded by the shielding ribs 45. Therefore, the inlet 46a of the recovery space 46 becomes a washing water which is only in contact with the falling from the upper side of the washing tank 29, and is small in momentum. The flow of the pressurized water does not reach the groove portion 43. The washing water sprayed from the injection hole 48 falls like the tableware 28, or flows down the side of the washing tank member 40 toward the shielding rib. 45. The lower end flow. At this time, since the front end of the shielding rib 45 surrounds the entire circumference of the cleaning tank 29 and is located inside the side wall portion 49 of the bottom structural member 41, the washing water flowing down from the upper side along the shielding rib 45 is not It will penetrate into the recovery space 46' but flow to the bottom surface of the bottom constituting member 41. Further, the lower end of the shielding rib 45 is placed above the predetermined washing water level 47, and the foreign matter and oil washed out from the tableware 28 are not It will accumulate in the recovery space 46, and will not hinder the recovery of the washing water. Moreover, the occurrence of the odor, etc., 12 201143701 can be suppressed. Moreover, the shielding ribs 45 on both sides of the washing tank 29 are provided as the cleaning groove member. 40 inner wall 40a has no height difference, because no There is an unnecessary height difference, the recovery speed of the washing water is not lowered, and the intentionality can be improved. Further, while the bottom constituent member 41 is joined to the cleaning groove member 40, the seal of the joint portion is formed by the water seal. In the portion 54 and the recovery space 46, the joining operation, the formation of the sealing portion 54 and the recovery space 46 are facilitated, and the fitting workability is improved. Even in the case of the configuration, the gap of the recovery space 46 (main space 46b) is arranged. If it is narrow, the washing water that touches the inlet 46a of the recovery space 46 is sucked up by the capillary phenomenon, and may even reach the groove portion 43. In this case, the recovery between the shielding rib 45 and the groove portion 43 is according to the present invention. The space 46 is provided with a slit which does not cause the washing water to be sucked up by the capillary phenomenon, and even if the washing water comes into contact with the inlet 46a of the recovery space 46, the washing water is not sucked up by the groove portion 43. situation. As described above, according to the present invention, the washing water sprayed from the washing nozzle 32 does not reach the groove portion 43, and even if the second sealing member 42 is not formed, the sealing property of the joint portion can be maintained. However, when the washing water is heated, steam is generated and condensation is formed in the vicinity of the groove portion 43, and a small amount of water may be discharged outside the washing tank 29. Therefore, in the present invention, the second sealing member 42 is disposed above the outer side of the recovery space 46. In addition, since the second sealing member 42 is not provided with water, the second sealing member 42 is not deteriorated, and the vibration and the force are repeatedly applied to the second sealing member 42 due to the pulling operation. The sealing portion 13 caused by the groove portion 43 is low in performance, and the sealing property with respect to the joint portion can be maintained. In addition, the recovery space 46 is configured such that the ring cleaning tank 29 is connected all the way, and the cleaning tank 29 is strongly pulled out by the momentum, and the washing water is heated above the predetermined washing water level 47 and washed. The purified water is infiltrated into the recovery space 46, and by the communication space 46 that is connected, there is a space in which the washing water escapes in the lateral direction, and it is possible to greatly reduce the amount of the washing water reaching the groove portion 43, even if it is washed. When the water reaches the groove portion 43, the second sealing member 42 is also water-sealed, and the sealing property of the joint portion can be maintained. As described above, the dishwasher of the present embodiment includes the second sealing member 42 having the sealing portion 54 and the water seal sealing portion 54 for sealing the upper end portion of the bottom member member 41 with the water seal. The groove member 4 is configured to be a lower portion of the joint portion; and the cleaning groove member 4q slantes the shielding rib 45 on the inner side of the sealing portion 54 by the use of the sealing portion 54 and the shielding rib 45 for normal use. Under, the washing water will not reach ~ ten. In the case of the 卩54', the sealing property of the joint portion can be maintained even when the sealing property of the second dense member 42 is lowered due to the use during the pulling operation and the long period of use. In addition, it is necessary to make the washing space 4 6 to prevent the washing water from rising due to the capillary phenomenon, and it is possible to maintain the sealing property for a longer period of time. ϋ ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” ” The gap between the ribs 45 and the rinsing water that has been sprayed through the crevices is easily removed from this state, and the tableware is allowed to permeate into the recovery space 46. However, in the present embodiment, the system is divided into the lower portion 53a of the support portion. And the support portion lower portion 53b is provided in the bottom portion constituting member 41, and the support portion upper portion 53b is provided on the cleaning groove member 40 so as to face the upper portion 53a of the support portion, thereby The height position of the divided surface is substantially the same height as the lower end of the shielding rib 45 of the cleaning groove member 40, because both the support portion lower portion 53a of the bottom structural member 41 and the support portion upper portion 53b of the cleaning groove member 40 are provided. The gap between the gaps is formed substantially in the horizontal direction, and it is difficult for the washing water sprayed into the slit to penetrate, and it is expected that the infiltrated washing water drops and returns to the side of the washing tank 29, and the washing water can be prevented from the dish container support portion 53. to The recovery space 46 flows in. The bucket ν1, the dough cake/兀Τ苜zy < the two sides of the bottom structure (four) member 41 of the side member, by the rail receiving portion 5 constituting the heavy tampering groove 29 The weight of the cleaning groove 29 and other members is not applied to the direction in which the sealing portion 54 is pulled away, and the sealing property of the second sealing member 42 can be maintained for a long period of time. In the present embodiment, the bottom portion is configured. In the member 41, most of the electrical component and the structural component are loaded and unitized, and the portion that is higher than the sealing portion 54 of the cleaning groove member is enlarged and miniaturized. In the bottom constituting member 41, it is also possible to obtain a different capacity change, and it is possible to produce a dishwasher having a different washing tank capacity in the valley, and the monthly b is sufficient to improve the manufacturing efficiency. ^ Under the present embodiment (4), although Wei Ming is washed The bottom of the tank is only: there is a meal that can be freely __washing nozzle 32 (four) washing machine, even if there is another washing nozzle in the inner part of the washing tank 29, the one according to the hair can be obtained. Except for the exclusion of the present invention. 15 201143701 The possibility of industrial use is as above In the dishwasher of the present invention, the sealing member of the built-in type is maintained at the joint portion of the washing tank even when the sealing property of the sealing member is lowered during the pulling operation or the long period of use.
