201143701 六、發明說明: 【發明戶斤屬之技術領域3 發明領域 本發明關於内建型的餐具清洗機,其藉由洗淨水的喷 射來進行餐具等的洗淨。 I:先前技術3 發明背景 迄今,此種餐具清洗機,如第6圖所示,被容納在廚 房系統並被設置於機殼1内部。洗淨槽2係將底部與側面 部以一體而形成,且於其上方設置開口部3,而於内部配置 有收納餐具類4的餐具容器5。而在餐具容器5的下方,設 置有可任意地旋轉之洗淨喷嘴6,藉由洗淨泵7使聚積於洗 淨槽2内的洗淨水加壓循環,藉由洗淨喷嘴6喷射,從而 洗淨餐具類。 又,於洗淨槽2的下方固定有軌道8,其使洗淨槽2 向前後方向平行移動為可能。進行餐具類4之移出移入之 時,將收藏於機殼1内的洗淨槽2向前方拉出,而藉由開 口部3將餐具類4容納。接著,將洗淨槽2返回機殼1内 並收納的話,於機殼1内的上部空間待機著的蓋體9,將會 閉塞洗淨槽2的開口部3。蓋體9係藉由配置在機殼1内之 側面的鏈杆結構10等,一邊向後方移動,一邊下降而閉塞 洗淨槽2的開口部3。蓋體9於其將洗淨槽2的開口部3 閉塞之狀態下,具備以有用來靠接並密.封洗淨槽2的彈性 體所構成之第1密封構件11(例如,參考專利文件1)。 201143701 另方面亦提案有如第7圖所示的餐具清洗機。容 納餐具類12的洗淨槽13,是以底部構成構件㈣設置在 圖,第2圖為自同一餐具清洗機之洗淨槽的前方所見的斜 6 ⑤ 201143701 視圖’第3圖為從同一餐具清洗機之洗淨槽的前方所見之 主要部分剖面斜視圖,第4圖為沿第3圖4-4線之剖面圖, 第 ®為沿第3圖5-5線之别面圖。 如第1圖所示,容納於廚房系統的機殼27,將容納並 洗淨餐具類28的洗淨槽29設置於内部。洗淨槽29被設置 為可利用其之下部’沿著一組軌道30,向前後方向自由地 拉出’該軌道大致水平方向地被架設在機殼27兩側面之内 側。而在洗淨槽29的内部,配置有容納餐具類28的餐具 容器31。在餐具容器31的下方,於洗淨槽29的底部,設 置有可自由地旋轉的洗淨噴嘴。而於洗淨槽29的内部,則 設置有將蓄留的洗淨水加熱的發熱器等的加熱器33以及在 洗淨槽29的底部設置有排水口 34。 而於洗淨槽29的底部外側,配置有洗淨泵35。積聚在 排水口 34的洗淨水,藉由洗淨泵35被加壓並循環,從洗 淨喷嘴32的喷射孔48向洗淨槽29内被喷射而洗淨餐具類 28。 ' 被積聚在洗淨槽29内的洗淨水,通過給水軟管及給水 闊(任者都沒有顯示於圖中)從水道管線而被供給。連通於 洗淨槽29的水位檢測器(未示於圖中),一旦檢測出洗淨水 被供給到預定的洗淨水位47,控制器將給水閥關閉並停止 向洗淨槽29供給洗淨水。 在此,參照第2圖〜第5圖,針對洗淨槽29的構成進 行説明。洗淨槽29,於上方具有開口部36,該洗淨槽以構 成側面之樹脂製的洗淨槽構件4 0與構成底部之樹脂製的底 部構成構件41所構成。 底部構成構件41被構成有底托盤狀,而於該底部構成 構件之外周上端部,配置有由橡膠等的彈性體而成之第2 密封構件42。而於底部構成構件41,為保持第2密封構件 42,於上方被開口的溝部43被構成為環狀。 又,在底部構成構件41,裝載有軌道30之可動執道部 30d、洗淨喷嘴32、加熱器33、洗淨泵35、栗馬達(七一夕)、 水位檢測器、溫度感測器等,對於餐具清洗機之動作控制 所必要之大半的電裝部件及結構部件,而被單元化。 而於洗淨槽構件40前後左右的外周下端部,設置有密 封肋44。密封肋44係與底部構成構件41的溝部43卡合。 密封肋44,係將第2密封構件42從上方壓制而與溝部43 共同作用而發揮水密性。於其等之内方側使遮蔽肋45下垂 而設置。洗淨槽29之兩側面部的遮蔽肋45,被設置為與洗 淨槽構件40的側面内壁40a沒有高低平面差。 底部構成構件41的外周上端部與洗淨槽構件40的外 周下端部係以上下方向被接合在一起。而於此接合部設置 ⑤ 201143701 有达封部54,而被水密地密封;該密封部由溝部43、密封 立^及第2密封構件42所構成。其次,在遮蔽肋45與 45而被確實地遮蔽。因此,而在回收空間46的入口 46a, 成為只會接觸到從洗淨槽2 9的上方落下而來勢頭小的洗淨 水,而帶著壓力的水流變得不會到達溝部43。 從喷射孔48被喷射出的洗淨水,是撞上餐具類28就 那樣落下’或是沿著洗淨槽構件40的側面流下往遮蔽肋45 下端流。此時,因為是遮蔽肋45前端係環繞洗淨槽29全 周並位於較底部構成構件41之側壁部49還内側的構成, 從上方沿著遮蔽肋45流下的洗淨水不會滲入回收空間 46 ’而是往底部構成構件41的底面流。 又,遮蔽肋45的下端,因為位在較預定之洗淨水位47 更上方,從餐具類28沖洗下來的異物及油等不會堆積在回 收空間46,而不會妨礙洗淨水的回收。又,可抑制異臭等 12 201143701 的發生。 又,洗淨槽29兩側面的遮蔽肋45,由於被設置為與洗 淨槽構件40之内壁40a沒有高低差,因沒有不必要的高低 差,洗淨水的回收速度不會下降,亦可提升意匠性。 又,底部構成構件41與洗淨槽構件40接合在一起的同 時,因為形成水封該接合部之密封部54以及回收空間46, 接合作業以及密封部54以及回收空間46之形成變得簡 易,而提升配裝作業性。 即使是這樣構成的狀況,若將回收空間46(主空間46b) 的縫隙配置得窄的話,觸及回收空間46之入口 46a的洗淨 水,會因毛細管現象而被吸上來,甚至也有到達溝部43的 狀況。於此情況依據本發明,在遮蔽肋45與溝部43間的 回收空間46,因為設置有不會使得洗淨水因為毛細管現象 而被吸上來程度的縫隙,即使洗淨水接觸到回收空間46之 入口 46a,也不會有洗淨水被往溝部43吸上來的狀況。 如以上,依據本發明,從洗淨喷嘴32喷被射出的洗淨 水不會到達溝部43,假使是作成沒有第2密封構件42之構 成的情況下,也能維持接合部的密封性。但是,洗淨水被 加熱的話,因為會產生蒸氣,於溝部43附近結露,會有少 量的水會出到洗淨槽29之外的狀況。為此,於本發明,第 2密封構件42被配置在回收空間46之外側上方。又,因為 作成即使沒有第2密封構件42水也不會出到外邊的構成, 即使由於長期間使用而造成之第2密封構件42的劣化及發 生因拉出操作而反覆將振動及力施加於溝部43所造成密封 13 201143701 性的低下,亦可維持關於接合部的密封性。
