本发明涉及汽车尾气净化装置及工业大型烟 , 尤其涉及一种尾粒气 滤净化器。 背景技术
随着全世界气温不断升高, 将会威胁社会发展、 人类生存, 这需要全 世界共同研究解决方案。 由来已久、 生存不息的汽车行业所带来的汽车排 放, 是气温升高的一部分原因, 并且可占大气污染物的 60 %。 要实现节省 能源, 环保达标, 控制气温升高, 这是一项 4艮艰巨的事业。 随着汽车行业 不断发展, 如果投有更好的技术来改进大型汽油、 柴油车辆, 排放所带来 的高温和污染 ^艮难得到控制。
现有技术中所推广使用的三元催化器, 解决不了大型车辆, 特别是柴 油车辆的排放问题。 柴油的废气主要是 NOX 与碳烟, 且排气中含有大量 微粒成份 (PM ) , 其中直径在 2mm 以下的碳粒占 80%-90%, 而正是这种 碳粒对人的呼吸极为有害, 因而三元催化净化器无法使用。 而推广使用电 池对大型车辆未能起任何作用, 且推广使用电池只减少少量污染, 并没有 节省经济。 电池使用寿命为两年, 可价格不低, 每年报废的电池堆积如 山, 如果处理不好, 污染远超于油料车辆尾气排放, 因此发展电池没有做 到实质性减少污染。 另一方面, 在大量推行清洁能源时不可忽视一个要 点, 凡是燃烧类的能源, 如果其燃烧不良同样会产生有毒气体; 现有的清 洁能源含有^艮多化学物, 在燃烧中同样会排放有害气体及高温气体。 问题 在于新车辆生产下线检测时一切指标合格, 而行驶两万公里左右尾气排放 便开始超标; 如果五吨车超载达十吨, 不但造成交通安全向题, 而且由于 油耗的比例差异很大, 使得燃烧不完全、 尾气严重超标, 这证明现有技术 设计存在艮大 J¾漏。
发动机工作时, 各运动零件均以一定的力作用在另一个零件上, 并且 发生高速的相对运动, 发动机进、 排气系统的性能对发动机的动力性、 经 济性、 排放性能也有直接影响, 与每个零件设计数据的关系非常重要。 因 此, 要解决排放高温和有害气体的环节, 必须要从设计零件结构着手, 使 其数据匹配、 分毫不差。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于, 提供一种尾粒气滤净化器, 其设计合理, 结构筒 单, 有效减少汽车排放热量、 尾气和微粒。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种尾粒气滤净化器, 包括: 一壳体、 设置于壳体内的第一笼体、 套设于第一笼体外的第二笼体、 及一连接第一 笼体的进气管, 所述壳体一端设置有一进气管口以供进气管穿过, 壳体另 一端设置有一出气管口。
所述壳体上侧设置有一上层入口, 该上层入口设置有一上盖, 下侧设 置有一下层出口, 该下层出口设置有一下盖。
所述第一、 第二笼体呈中空的圓柱体状, 其侧壁上设有数个穿孔, 且 第一、 第二笼体的侧壁布满穿孔。
所述第一笼体形成一内腔, 内腔的两端分别设有至少一第一隔板, 且 第一笼体靠近进气管的一端的一第一隔板上设有一第一固定环, 该第一固 定环形成一通孔。
所述第一隔板为布满穿孔的圓形板, 该第一隔板与第一笼体连接为一 体。
所述第一固定环的外径与进气管的内径相匹配。
所述第二笼体形成一内腔, 该内腔至少一端设有至少一第二隔板, 靠 近进气管的一第二隔板设有一第二固定环。
所述第二隔板为布满穿孔的圓形板, 该第二隔板与第二笼体连接为一 体。
第二固定环形成一通孔, 其内径与进气管的外径相匹配。
第一固定环的内径与进气管的外径相匹配。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明的尾粒气滤净化器, 其设计合理, 结构筒 单技术含量高, 能够使汽车尾气中有害物充分溶解, 有效减少排放热量、 尾气和微粒, 是一种新颖实用的数据匹配的设计, 从而使汽车排放环保。

为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果, 以下结合本发明 的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
如图 1-4 所示, 本发明的尾粒气滤净化器, 包括: 一壳体 1、 设置于 壳体 1 内的第一笼体 2、 套设于第一笼体 2外的第二笼体 3、 及一连接第 一笼体的进气管 4。 所述壳体 1 呈中空圓柱状, 其一端设置有一进气管口 11以供进气管 4穿过, 且将壳体 1与进气管 4固定连接。 壳体 1另一端设 置有一出气管口 12, 出气管口 12连接一出气管 13。
所述第一、 第二笼体 2、 3 呈中空的圓柱体状, 其侧壁上设有数个穿 孔, 在本实施例中, 第一、 第二笼体 2、 3 的侧壁布满穿孔。 第一、 第二 笼体 2、 3置于 壳体 1所形成的内腔中。 第一笼体 2形成一内腔, 其两端 分别设有至少一第一隔板 21 , 且第一笼体 2靠近进气管 4一端的一第一隔 板 21上设有一第一固定环 22, 该第一固定环形成一通孔。 该第一隔板 21 为布满穿孔的圓形板, 与第一笼体 2连接为一体, 形成一镂空状结构的中 空圓柱体, 第一固定环 22的外径和进气管 4内径相匹配, 安装在进气管 4 内, 从而将第一笼体 2固定在进气管 4上。
第二笼体 3套设于第一笼体 2外, 该第二笼体 3可为多个相互套装而 设于第一笼体 2外, 每一第二笼体 3形成一内腔, 其至少一端设有至少一 第二隔板 31 , 第二笼体 3靠近进气管 4一端的第二隔板 31设有一第二固 定环 32, 该第二固定环 32 形成一通孔, 其内径和进气管 4 的外径相匹 配, 从而将第二笼体 3 固定在进气管 4上。 该第二隔板 31 为布满穿孔的 圓形板, 与第二笼体 3连接为一体, 形成一镂空状结构的中空圓柱体。 第 一与第二笼体 2、 3 的镂空状结构具有緩沖、 沉降尾气的效果, 从而可以 降低噪声、 净化尾气。
所述进气管 4一端连接第一笼体 2, 另一端与汽车排气管相连接, 汽 车尾气通过进气管 4进入第一笼体 2, 通过壳体 1 内第一、 第二笼体 2、 3 将尾气进行过滤净化作用, 而后将净化后的尾气从壳体 1 的出气管 13排 出。 所述壳体 1进一步设有一上层入口 14及一下层出口 15 , 分别设于壳 体 1的上侧及下侧, 该上层入口 14设置有一上盖 141 , 下层出口 15设置 有一下盖 151 , 净化剂 (如净化油, 液体净化剂等)可由上层入口 14装入 壳体 1 中, 进行尾气的二次净化作用, 使用一段时间后可由下层出口 15 将废物排出。
如图 5-6 所示, 为本发明另一实施例的尾粒气滤净化器, 其不同于上 述实施例的是: 第一固定环 22,的内径和进气管 4 外径相匹配, 从而将第 一固定环 22,安装于进气管 4外。
综上所述, 本发明的尾粒气滤净化器, 其设计合理, 结构筒单技术含 量高, 能够使汽车尾气中有害物充分溶解, 有效减少排放热量、 尾气和微 粒, 是一种新颖实用的数据匹配的设计, 从而使汽车节能, 排放环保。

2、 如权利要求 1 所述的尾粒气滤净化器, 其特征在于, 所述壳体上 侧设置有一上层入口, 该上层入口设置有一上盖, 下侧设置有一下层出 口, 该下层出口设置有一下盖。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的尾粒气滤净化器, 其特征在于, 所述第一、 第二笼体呈中空的圓柱体状, 其侧壁上设有数个穿孔, 且第一、 第二笼体 的侧壁布满穿孔。
4、 如权利要求 1 所述的尾粒气滤净化器, 其特征在于, 所述第一笼 体形成一内腔, 内腔的两端分别设有至少一第一隔板, 且第一笼体靠近进 气管一端的一第一隔板上设有一第一固定环, 该第一固定环形成一通孔。
5、 如权利要求 4 所述的尾粒气滤净化器, 其特征在于, 所述第一隔 板为布满穿孔的圓形板, 该第一隔板与第一笼体连接为一体。
6、 如权利要求 4 所述的尾粒气滤净化器, 其特征在于, 所述第一固 定环的外径与进气管的内径相匹配。
7、 如权利要求 1 所述的尾粒气滤净化器, 其特征在于, 所述第二笼 体形成一内腔, 该内腔至少一端设有至少一层第二隔板, 靠近进气管的一 第二隔板设有一第二固定环。
8、 如权利要求 7 所述的尾粒气滤净化器, 其特征在于, 所述第二隔 板为布满孔洞的圓形板, 该第二隔板与第二笼体连接为一体。
