本发明目的是提供一种消声效果好、能够有效的去除工业排放废气和汽车尾气中的有害杂质的消声净化巢,替换原来没有净化功效的旧款消声器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种消声净化巢,其包括进气管、消声净化巢本体和排气管;所述消声净化巢本体包括壳体和多层净化页板,所述进气管设于所述壳体的前端,所述排气管设于所述壳体的另前端,多层所述净化页板自所述进气管向所述排气管的方向依次设置,所述多层净化页板上设置有布满螺旋孔。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述消声净化巢本体还包括固定环,所述固定环设于所述壳体的内部,多层所述净化页板在所述固定环上。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述固定环靠近进气管的口端设有固定圆柱,所述固定圆柱的前端与所述固定环连接,所述固定圆柱的另一端与所述进气管螺纹连接。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例仅用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
结合图1至图3所示,本发明所提供的一种消声净化巢,其包括进气管3、消声净化巢本体2和排气管1,进气管3和排气管1分别设于消声净化巢本体2的前后两端,消声净化巢本体2与排气管1的前端和进气管3的后端可移动分离,所述消声净化巢本体2包括壳体和多层布满螺旋孔净化页板24,所述进气管3设于所述壳体的前端,所述排气管1设于所述壳体的后端,多层所述净化页板24自所述进气管3向所述排气管1的方向依次设置,所述净化页板24上设有布满螺旋孔25。
如图1至图4所示,壳体的底部为锥形,其包括可拆卸连接的上平面盖21和底盘22,底盘22为锥形,具体地,壳体的结构图形是:上平面盖21的上表面为圆边形,底盘22的上部为斜体圆边形,底盘22的中部为斜平角形,底盘22的尾部为斜体圆边形。底盘22中部斜平角处内至外壳设置有一排污口27。 排污口27外设置有盖件,由此保证了排放废气时,密度较大的杂质沉降溶解排出。

更佳的,排气管1包括出气段和集污段,集污段的前端与壳体的连接,集污段的后段与出气段连接,所述集污段的位置低于所述出气段,可以使废气中的密度大的杂质沉降,提高消声净化的净化效率。
更佳的,所述消声净化巢本体2的内部还设有用于溶解有害物质的净化功效,大型企业排放废气时,消声净化巢本体内部添加矿稀净化剂来降低排放废气中有害物质的含量。
综上所述,本发明的一种消声净化巢,其设计合理,结构灵活,可代替汽车消声器,有效收集所有细化粒子和碳灰。此外,本发明可加入净化剂(矿稀净化剂),气体和无论大小的粒子都能全部收结溶解,所有排放气体和粒子碳通过(矿稀净化剂)溶解净化,包括工业烟囱排放灰渣、残碳,PM2.5至PM10 细颗粒物,焚烧炉在垃圾燃烧过程产生的二恶英,电厂排放的有害物体、汽油、燃烧所排放的CO、HC,柴油的废气主要是NOx与炭烟。综上,本发明的消声净化巢,能够用于车辆和大小工业排放,无论在工业、车辆等尾气净化效果上都非常理想,可大大提高净化效率达90%。为世界大气污染突破性解决问题,为人类生存空间带来更加优美的自然环境。

  7. 如权利要求6所述的消声净化巢,其特征在于,所述壳体包括可拆卸连接的上平面圆边形盖和底盘,所述底盘为锥形。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的消声净化巢,其特征在于,所述上平面盖和底盘通过弹簧搭扣件连接。
  9. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的消声净化巢,其特征在于,所述进气管的两端分别设有外螺纹,所述进气管与所述壳体螺纹连接。
  10. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的消声净化巢,其特征在于,所述消声净化巢本体的内部还设有用于溶解有害物质的净化功效,所述净化巢内有净化剂。
