Abstract

본 발명은 스테인리스 스틸 접합방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 용접 비드가 좁고 깊으며 열응력 피로강도의 저하가 없어 제품의 변형을 막을 수 있는 스테인리스 스틸 접합방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 스테인리스 스틸 접합방법은 두 개의 스테인리스 스틸의 접합면 사이에 얇은 용가재를 삽입하여 배치하는 제1 단계; 비접촉식 레이저 용접기가 상기 접합면에 레이저 빔을 조사하여 용접을 수행하는 제2 단계; 브레이징 로에서 용융된 용가재가 상기 접합면 사이를 충진하여 브레이징을 수행하는 제3 단계; 그리고 상기 접합면 사이에 충진된 용가재가 냉각되는 제4 단계;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 스테인리스 스틸 접합방법에 의하면 스테인리스 재질의 모재 사이에 얇은 용가재를 삽입하고 접합 부위에 비접촉식 레이저 용접을 함으로써 용접 비드가 좁고 깊게 형성되어 열응력 피로강도 저하가 없어 제품의 변형을 막을 수 있는 효과가 있다.
