Abstract

MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DE UMA CONEXãO SOLDADA E MéTODO PARA REPARAçãO DE UMA CONEXãO SOLDADA. A invenção refere-se a um método para produção de uma conexão soldada entre um primeiro e um segundo componentes (1, 2), cujos componentes (1, 2) têm em cada caso um lado interno (8, 9), um lado externo (6, 7) e um lado de extremidade (10, 12) que conectam os ditos lados internos e externos, em que o primeiro componente (1) é formado de um corpo de base ferrítica (13) que suporta uma galvanização (14) no interior e cujo lado de extremidade (15) é fornecido com uma camada de isolamento (16) feita de uma liga à base de níquel, e em que o segundo componente (2) é formado de um material austenítico. O dito método tem as seguintes etapas: a) os dois componentes (1, 2) são dispostos com relação um ao outro de modo que seus lados de extremidade (10, 12) entre eles envolvem uma ranhura de solda (18), b) uma base (25) que é feita de um material austenítico e conecta a galvanização (14) ao lado de extremidade (12) do segundo componente (2) é soldada na ranhura de solda (18), c) uma camada intermediária (28) feita de uma liga à base de níquel tendo pelo menos 90% de níquel é soldada na raiz (25), cuja camada intermediária (28) é conectada ao lado de extremidade (24) da galvanização (14) e o lado de extremidade (12) do segundo componente (2), d) uma costura de solda (19) é então produzida na ranhura de solda remanescente (18) usando um material de preenchimento de solda à base de níquel.
