Abstract
Description
実施の形態1.
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1によるエレベータを示す構成図である。図において、昇降路1の上部には、機械室2が設けられている。機械室2内には、駆動綱車3を有する巻上機(駆動装置)4と、駆動綱車3に対して間隔を置いて配置されたそらせ車5とが設けられている。
図5は、この発明の実施の形態2によるエレベータの張り車装置の制動力発生装置を示す縦断面図である。図において、一対の制動体41,42のうち、一方の制動体41は実施の形態1の制動体25と同様の構成とされている。他方の制動体42は、板状の制動シュー43と、制動シュー43に設けられ、張り車レール18に接触する摩擦材44とを有している。各制動体41,42のうち、一方の制動体41のみが連結棒29を介して張り車ガイド24に連結されている。制動力発生装置19は、各制動体41,42によって張り車レール18を把持することにより、張り車装置本体17に対する制動力を発生する。
なお、実施の形態2では、ガイド部材26がくわえ金28に固定され、各ばね27が他方の制動体42とくわえ金28との間で縮められているが、他方の制動体42をくわえ金28に固定し、ガイド部材26とくわえ金28との間に各ばね27を縮めて配置してもよい。
図7は、この発明の実施の形態4によるエレベータの張り車装置を示す正面図である。図において、各張り車レール18は、昇降路1の底部(ピット床面)35に固定されている。張り車レール18をピット床面35に固定する方法としては、例えばアンカボルトによる固定や、張り車レール18の下端部をピット床面35に埋めることによる固定等が挙げられる。他の構成は実施の形態1と同様である。
また、実施の形態1では、各制動体25が連結棒29を介して張り車ガイド24にそれぞれ連結され、各ガイド部材26、各ばね27及びくわえ金28が各制動体25に支持された構成とされているが、くわえ金28を張り車ガイド24に固定し、各制動体25をガイド部材26で支持する構成としてもよい。
図10は、この発明の実施の形態6によるエレベータの張り車装置の制動力発生装置を示す縦断面図である。図において、一対の制動体41,42のうち、一方の制動体41は実施の形態5の制動体25と同様の構成とされている。ガイド部材26も、実施の形態5のガイド部材26と同様の構成とされている。ガイド部材26は、くわえ金28に固定されている。くわえ金28は、張り車ガイド24に固定されている。他の構成は実施の形態2と同様である。
なお、実施の形態6では、ガイド部材26がくわえ金28に固定され、各ばね27が他方の制動体42とくわえ金28との間で縮められているが、他方の制動体42をくわえ金28に固定し、ガイド部材26とくわえ金28との間に各ばね27を縮めて配置してもよい。
Claims (7)
- 調速機ロープが巻き掛けられた張り車を有し、上記調速機ロープに吊り下げられ、上記調速機ロープに張力を与える張り車装置本体、
上記張り車装置本体の上下方向への変位を案内する張り車レール、及び
上記張り車レールの把持によって発生する制動力により上記張り車装置本体の上方への変位を抑制し、上記張り車装置本体に加わる上方への力の大きさが一定値以上になると上記張り車装置本体の上方への変位を許容する制動力発生装置
を備えていることを特徴とするエレベータの張り車装置。 - 上記制動力発生装置は、上記張り車装置本体の上方への変位に応じて上記張り車レールに対する把持力を増大させ、増大する上記把持力が所定の設定値に達すると上記把持力を上記設定値に維持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベータの張り車装置。
- 上記制動力発生装置によって発生する制動力は、上記張り車装置本体に加わる重力よりも小さくなっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベータの張り車装置。
- 上記張り車レールは、昇降路のピット床面に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベータの張り車装置。
- 上記制動力発生装置は、
上記張り車レールに接触しながら上記張り車レールを挟む一対の制動体と、
上記張り車レールとの間で上記制動体をそれぞれ挟み、上記張り車装置本体の上方への変位に応じて各上記制動体に案内されながら上記張り車レールから離れる方向へ変位される一対のガイド部材と、
各上記制動体が上記張り車レールを把持する方向へ各上記ガイド部材を付勢する付勢力を発生可能で、上記張り車レールから離れる方向への上記ガイド部材の変位に応じて上記付勢力を増大させる付勢体と
を有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエレベータの張り車装置。 - 上記制動力発生装置は、
上記張り車レールに接触しながら上記張り車レールを挟む一対の制動体と、
上記張り車レールとの間で一方の上記制動体を挟み、上記張り車装置本体の上方への変位に応じて上記一方の制動体に案内されながら上記張り車レールから離れる方向へ変位されるガイド部材と、
各上記制動体が上記張り車レールを把持する方向へ上記ガイド部材及び他方の上記制動体を付勢する付勢力を発生可能で、上記張り車レールから離れる方向への上記ガイド部材の変位に応じて上記付勢力を増大させる付勢体と
を有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエレベータの張り車装置。 - 上記ガイド部材には、上記張り車レールに対して傾斜するガイド部材傾斜面が設けられ、
上記ガイド部材を案内する上記制動体には、上記ガイド部材傾斜面に沿った制動体傾斜面が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載のエレベータの張り車装置。
