Claims (22)
- 벽면에 설치되는 브라켓;상기 브라켓에 이동 가능하게 결합되는 이동부;상기 이동부에 결합되는 권취부;상기 권취부에 권취되는 와이어; 및상기 이동부가 이동되도록 상기 와이어를 권취하는 구동부를 포함하는 리프트 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동부는 상기 브라켓에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프트 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 브라켓은 상기 이동부의 이동을 가이드 하도록 상하로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프트 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 권취부는 상기 이동부에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 이동풀리인 것을 특징으로 하는 리프트 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 이동풀리는 복수 개이며,상기 와이어가 권취되도록 상기 복수의 이동풀리 사이에 개재되며, 상기 브라켓의 일단에 결합되는 제1 고정풀리를 더 포함하는 리프트장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 이동부는 상기 브라켓에 의해 상기 이동부의 이동이 가이드 되도록 상하로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프트 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 브라켓에는 상기 브라켓이 연장되는 방향으로 주행홈이 형성되며,상기 이동부는상기 주행홈에 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입되는 가이드부재; 및내측이 상기 브라켓의 외측을 슬라이딩 가능하게 커버하는 지지커버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프트 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동부는 상기 이동부에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프트 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 브라켓은상기 와이어가 권취되도록 상기 브라켓의 일단에 결합되는 제2 고정풀리를 더 포함하는 리프트장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 브라켓은 상기 이동부의 이동을 가이드 하도록 상하로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프트 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 브라켓에는 상기 브라켓이 연장되는 방향으로 가이드홀이 형성되며,상기 권취부는 상기 가이드홀에 이동 가능하게 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프트장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 브라켓의 양측을 지지하도록 상기 이동부에 결합되는 이동가이드롤러를 더 포함하는 리프트장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동부는 상기 와이어의 양단을 각각 권취하는 제1 구동부 및 제2 구동부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프트장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동부는구동력을 발생시키는 구동모터;상기 구동력을 증가시키는 복수의 평기어를 포함하는 평기어부; 및상기 와이어를 권취하도록 상기 평기어부와 치합되는 권취풀리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프트 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 와이어의 권출을 방지하는 스톱퍼를 더 포함하는 리프트 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 스톱퍼는일단이 상기 와이어와 인접하여 회전 가능하게 결합되는 가압바와상기 가압바의 일단이 상기 와이어를 홀딩 하도록 상기 가압바의 타단에 압력을 제공하는 엑츄에이터부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프트장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동부에 권취되는 상기 와이어를 가이드하는 권취가이드풀리를 더 포함하는 리프트장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동부에 동작펄스신호를 인가하는 제어하는 제어부를 더 포함하는 리프트 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 제어부는상기 이동부가 상기 브라켓의 이동 범위의 상한점과 하한점 사이를 이동하는 동안, 상기 동작펄스신호를 카운트하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프트 장치.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 브라켓의 상측의 상기 상한점에 결합되는 리미트스위치를 더 포함하며,상기 제어부는 상기 리미트스위치의 상기 이동부의 위치신호에 의해 상기 상한점을 인식하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프트 장치.
- 제20항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 사용자의 입력에 의해 상기 하한점을 인식하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프트 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이동부의 상면에는 양측으로 연장되는 걸이홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프트 장치.
