直线式瓶装牛奶及奶饮料灌装设备为了提高生产效率,一般采用多排瓶直线 排布, 同时灌装、 同时加盖、 同时旋盖的结构。 这就要求经理盖出来的塑盖进行 再次分配, 均勾分配到各条相应的盖滑道上, 再经过杀菌处理后, 按照预定的要 求准确加盖到对应的瓶口位置, 以利于下道工序的拧盖操作。传统的瓶盖分道采 用按几何级数递增的通道式分道方法, 即一分二、 二分四、 四分八……。 加盖方 式则是采用无动力挂盖方式,即由预设滑道滑落的瓶盖呈倾斜状态由挂盖头前端 的两片弹簧钢片挡住,瓶盖的前沿低于瓶口水平高度, 而后沿则比瓶口水平位置 高, 当瓶子水平移动经过挂盖头位置时,瓶口则挂住瓶盖前沿将盖带出挂在瓶口 上, 弹簧片将后一个盖挡住。
上述方法的缺点在于: 1.分盖通道按照几何级数增加, 当瓶的排数较多, 会 使得分盖通道体积很庞大; 2.瓶盖在经过杀菌室没有阻挡,在盖滑道内排满瓶盖, 正常工作时杀菌没有问题, 可在开始工作时, 由于盖滑道内没有瓶盖排布, 盖经 过滑道的速度很快, 杀菌不彻底, 会影响到最终产品的卫生质量; 3.采用挂盖方 式加盖, 盖与瓶口吻合不好, 盖不易挂正, 影响拧盖效果。 同时, 挂盖头采用弹 簧片分离塑盖, 有时会不可靠, 有后一个瓶盖跟着带出现象存在。 发明内容 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种体积小、 分盖可靠的用于瓶子灌装 设备中的盖分配输送装置。 为此, 本发明采用以下技术方案: 它包括储盖室, 所 述储盖室的下部设有一排盖出口, 所述盖出口为每次只能供一个盖通过的盖出 口,储盖室外设有一排与所述盖出口一一对应的承接盖并供其下滑的滑道; 储盖 室内在盖出口之上设有抄盖装置。 由于采用本发明的技术方案, 能够避免采用多 级分盖通道分盖, 减小分盖装置的体积, 在生产过程中, 能够将不断被补充入储 盖室的盖直接分成与瓶子道数相等的道数输出, 提高分盖效率。 附图说明

参照附图。 本发明包括储盖室 1, 它处于一箱体 I内, 所述储盖室的下部设 有一排盖出口 101, 所述一排盖出口的盖出口数量与灌装设备的瓶子道数相等, 所述盖出口为每次只能供一个盖 94通过的盖出口, 储盖室外设有一排与所述盖 出口一一对应的承接盖并供其下滑的滑道 102; 储盖室内在盖出口之上设有抄盖 装置。 所述盖滑道 102处于杀菌室 II中, 盖 94在盖滑道 102上经杀菌后再依重 力而滑动至加盖装置, 被盖在灌装后的瓶子上。
所述抄盖装置通过拨动、 振动盖 94, 将对处于进入盖出口优先位的盖有不 利影响的其它盖及时拨离或震开, 避免多个盖相互影响堵塞盖出口 101, 使盖能 够一个一个地有序依重力滑动通过盖出口。
抄盖装置可以是起到拨动盖子功能或震动盖子作用的装置,本实施例中,所 述抄盖装置中起抄盖作用的部件为抄盖轮 74, 这样, 不仅使抄盖装置的结构简 单而且便于传动, 同时, 可根据需要方便地增减抄盖轮的数量, 以适应不同产能 的灌装设备的不同分盖要求。如图 3所示,抄盖轮 74处于盖出口的左侧和右侧, 每个盖出口配备有处于盖出口左侧的抄盖轮和处于盖出口右侧的抄盖轮。所述抄 盖轮的表面沿周向设有摩擦纹或凹槽 740, 从而能更好地起到振动或通过摩擦而 进行拨动的作用。
所述储盖室为偏形的储盖空间, 附图标号 103为在箱体 I内隔出储盖室的隔 板,储盖室的厚度与盖的高度相一致, 也即盖子是按照图 1所显示的那样进入储 盖室并从盖出口离开,所述厚度与盖的高度相同或略大,使得在厚度方向上同时 只能容纳一个盖子滑下,有助于抄盖装置的抄盖作用的发挥和减轻抄盖装置的工 作难度, 同时, 也有助于防止盖出口堵塞现象的发生。抄盖轮的旋转轴线垂直于 储盖室的长度方向和高度方向所决定的平面。所述厚度是指图 1中储盖空间的水 平宽度,所述长度方向是指图 3中储盖室的水平方向,所述高度为图 1中的上下 方向。
如图 4所示,处于盖出口左侧的抄盖轮和处于盖出口右侧的抄盖轮之间的间 距与盖的直径相同或略大于盖的直径, 保证每次只有一个盖子滑下能通过盖出

所述盖出口延伸为自处于盖出口左侧的抄盖轮和处于盖出口右侧的抄盖轮 之间的入口而向下的出盖通道, 这样, 既便于对盖出口进行热风屏障又对盖 94 起到导向作用, 使得盖 94能够以稳定的状态进入盖滑道 102。 附图标号 78为抄 盖轮下的挡板, 它界定了出盖通道的边界。 附图标号 84为储盖室两侧的导向边 板。
本发明还设有风屏障管 93, 所述风屏障管与无菌空气管道相连接, 风屏障 管 93上有许多组细小出风孔, 每组细小出风孔分别从侧面对准出盖通道, 细小 出风孔喷出无菌空气形成一个无菌风屏障, 阻止盖滑道 102所处的杀菌室 II内 雾化的杀菌剂外泄同时阻止外界未经杀菌处理的空气进入该杀菌室。
在所述出盖通道的侧面设有检修活门 97, 一旦出盖口被堵塞时可打开检修 门进行清理。
如图 1、 3所示, 风屏障管处于储盖室一侧之外, 检修活门处于凤屏障管所 处的这一侧,而驱使抄盖轮旋转的传动装置设于箱体 I内的储盖室的另一侧之外, 该传动装置为带传动装置或链传动装置, 传动装置或链传动装置设有多个带轮、 链轮 75, 抄盖轮的轴 67与链轮或带轮同轴。
工作时, 由理盖机输送来的塑盖进入储盖室 1中, 由电机 89带动传动装置 时抄盖轮 74沿同方向旋转(假定抄盖轮均按顺时针的方向旋转),使塑盖无规则 振动。 如图 4所述, 当盖 94a和 94b均达到盖出口的位置时, 盖 94a处于左侧, 由于抄盖轮按顺时针方向旋转, 左侧的盖 94a处于优先位置, 被左侧的抄盖轮带 入出盖通道,右侧的盖 94b被拨离出盖口,从而避免两者互相影响堵塞出盖通道。

3. 如权利要求 2所述的用于瓶子灌装设备中的盖分配输送装置, 其特征在 于所述储盖室为偏形的储盖空间,储盖室的厚度与盖的高度相一致,抄盖轮的旋 转轴线垂直于储盖室的长度方向和高度方向所决定的平面。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的用于瓶子灌装设备中的盖分配输送装置, 其特征在 于所述储盖室为偏形的储盖空间, 储盖室的厚度与盖的高度相一致。
5. 如权利要求 2所述的用于瓶子灌装设备中的盖分配输送装置, 其特征在 于所述处于盖出口左侧的抄盖轮和处于盖出口右侧的抄盖轮之间的间距与盖的 直径相同或略大于盖的直径。
6. 如权利要求 2所述的用于瓶子灌装设备中的盖分配输送装置, 其特征在 于所述盖出口延伸为自处于盖出口左侧的抄盖轮和处于盖出口右侧的抄盖轮之 间的入口而向下的出盖通道。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的用于瓶子灌装设备中的盖分配输送装置, 其特征在 于它还设有风屏障管,所述风屏障管与无菌空气管道相连接,其出风口从出盖通 道的侧面对准所述出盖通道。
