图 2为根据本发明实施例的视频教练系统的具体实现结构示意图; 图 3为才艮据本发明实施例的第一种座席的结构示意图; 图 4为才艮据本发明实施例的另一种座席的结构示意图; 图 5为才艮据本发明实施例的对座席进行视频教练的方法的流程图; 图 6 为根据本发明实施例的对座席进行视频教练的方法的具体实现流 程图。 具体实施方式 针对现有技术中无法对客服代表进行直接地、 实时地的指导的问题, 本 发明实施例提供了一种对座席进行视频教练的方法。 在本发明实施例中, 第 二座席 (例如, 座席代表) 在需要进行视频教练时, 实时录制其屏幕操作, 并将录制的实时媒体流发送给第一座席(例如, 班长席;), 第一座席在接收到 实时媒体流后,进行播放, 并响应于第一座席的教练者基于播放窗口的操作, 生成并向第二座席发送操作消息, 以使第二座席执行相应的操作, 从而达到 对第二座席进行视频教练的目的。 在不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组 合。 以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明, 应当理解, 此处所描述 的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。 根据本发明实施例, 首先提供了一种视频教练系统。 图 1为根据本发明实施例的视频教练系统的结构示意图, 如图 1所示, 根据本发明实施例的视频教练系统主要包括: 第一座席 1和第二座席 2。 下 面结合附图对本发明实施例的视频教练系统的各个元素进行详细描述。 如图 1所示, 第一座席 1主要包括: 第一媒体流传送模块 11、 视频播 放模块 13、 第一模拟操作模块 15和第一消息模块 17。 其中, 第一媒体流传 送模块 11 , 用于接收来自第二座席 2的实时媒体流; 视频播放模块 13与媒 体流传送模块 11连接, 用于播放第一媒体流传送模块 11接收到的实时媒体 流; 第一模拟操作模块 15与视频播放模块 13连接, 用于响应第一座席 1的 教练者基于播放窗口的操作, 生成与该操作对应的消息; 第一消息模块 17 与第一模拟操作模块 15连接, 用于将第一模拟操作模块 15生成的消息传送 给第二座席 2。 第二座席 2包括: 录展模块 21、 第二媒体流传送模块 23、 第二消息模 块 25和第二模拟操作模块 27。 其中, 录展模块 21 , 用于录制第二座席 2的 屏幕操作; 第二媒体流传送模块 23与录屏模块 21连接, 用于将录屏模块 21 录制的实时媒体流传送给第一座席 1; 第二消息模块 25 , 用于接收第一座席 1发送的消息; 第二模拟操作模块 27与第二消息模块 25连接, 用于将第二 消息模块 25接收到消息转换为相应的操作, 并执行该操作。 在具体应用中, 第二模拟操作模块 27 可以将接收到的消息模拟为鼠标操作、 键盘输入等用 户输入操作。 相关技术中, 第一座席 1不能动态实时的监控第二座席 2的月艮务,也不 能对第二座席 2进行直接的、 实时的指导, 而本实施例中, 釆用了实时的媒 体流, 第一座席 1接收第二座席 2的实时媒体流, 并且第一座席 1对第二座 席 2发送实时的操作信息, 因此实现第一座席 1对第二座席 2的实时监控和 教练。 在具体实现过程中, 用户对程序的操作是通过消息来实现的, 比如, 在 Windows系统中, 鼠标的点击或键盘的输入操作都是通过消息来实现的, 因 此, 当第二座席 2的用户在播放窗口执行操作时, 可以生成与该操作对应的 消息, 将该消息打包, 发送到第一座席 1 , 第一座席 1解析出该消息, 可以 得到相应的操作, 通过第二模拟操作模块 27 将操作模拟显示, 从而可以达 到直观的指导效果。 在具体应用中, 如果第二座席 2同时还与第三方用户进行通话, 则录屏 模块 21在录制屏幕操作的同时还可以录制第二座席 2与第三方用户的通话, 并将录制的媒体流通过第二媒体流传送模块 23传送给第一座席 1。 在具体应用中, 第二座席 2在向第一座席 1传送媒体流之前, 首先得向 第一座席 1发送请求, 因此, 上述第二消息模块 2还用于向第一座席 1发送 请求视频教练消息, 相应的, 上述第一消息模块 17 还用于接收上述请求视 频教练消息。 此外, 第一座席 1还可以包括: 监控模块, 用于根据第一消息 模块 17接收到的上述请求视频教练消息, 确定是否对第二座席 2进行视频 教练, 并通过第一消息模块 17向第二座席 2返回响应消息。 在具体应用中, 监控模块还可以对进行视频教练的相关数据进行维护。 在具体实施过程中,上述视频教练系统中的第一座席 1可以为座席系统 中的座席代表, 第二座席 2可以为座席系统中的班长席, 图 2为才艮据本发明 实施例的视频教练系统的具体实现结构示意图, 如图 2所示, 在该系统中, 监控模块: 用于监控座席(即班长席)确定进行视频教练, 及维护相关数据; 消息模块: 用于座席之间发送和接收消息, 控制座席程序进行相应的操作; 录屏模块: 用于录制屏幕操作及通话内容; 媒体流传送模块: 用于将录屏形 成的媒体流进行编码并实时传送给其他座席; 视频播放模块: 用于播放媒体 流传送模块送来的实时媒体流, 并将监控座席在播放窗口的操作形成消息, 通过消息模块传递给被监控座席; 模拟操作模块: 用于被监控座席将接收到 的消息模拟为鼠标操作、 键盘输入等用户输入, 达到监控座席控制被监控座 席程序的目的。 对应于上述教练系统, 本发明实施例还提供了两种座席, 分别对应于上 述第一座席和第二座席。 图 3为才艮据本发明实施例的第一种座席的结构示意图, 如图 3所示, 才艮 据本发明实施例的第一种座席 A主要包括: 媒体流传送模块 31、视频播放模 块 33、 模拟操作模块 35和消息模块 37。 其中, 媒体流传送模块 31 , 用于接 收来自另一座席 B的实时媒体流, 其中, 实时媒体流包括: 座席 B录制屏幕 操作得到的实时媒体流, 并且, 还可以包括录制的该座席 B与第三方用户的 通话的实时媒体流; 视频播放模块 33与媒体流传送模块 31连接, 用于播放 媒体流传送模块 31接收到的实时媒体流; 模拟操作模块 35与视频播放模块 33连接, 用于响应于座席 A的教练者基于播放窗口的操作, 生成与该操作对 应的消息; 消息模块 37与模拟操作模块 35连接, 用于将模拟操作模块 35 生成的消息传送给上述座席 B。 图 4为才艮据本发明实施例的另一种座席的结构示意图, 如图 4所示, 才艮 据本发明实施例, 该座席 C主要包括: 录屏模块 41、 媒体流传送模块 43、 消息模块 45和模拟操作模块 47。 其中, 录展模块 41 , 用于录制该座席 C的 屏幕操作, 此外还可以录制该座席 C当前与第三方用户的通话; 媒体流传送 模块 43与录展模块 41连接, 用于将录屏模块 41录制的实时媒体流传送给 另一座席 D; 消息模块 45, 用于接收上述座席 D发送的消息, 其中, 该消息 与座席 C的教练者基于上述座席 D播放上述实时媒体流执行的操作相对应; 模拟操作模块 47与消息模块 45连接, 用于将消息模块 45接收到上述消息 转换为相应的操作, 并执行该操作。 通过本发明实施例提供的上述教练系统和座席,可以为座席代表提供实 时的视频教练, 并且, 可以直观的对客服代表进行监控。 根据本发明实施例, 还提供了一种对座席进行视频教练的方法。 图 5为根据本发明实施例的对座席进行视频教练的方法的流程图,如图
5 所示, 在本发明实施例中, 第一座席对第二座席进行指导主要包括以下步 l (步 4聚 501 -步 4聚 503 ): 步骤 501 : 第一座席接收第二座席发送的实时媒体流, 其中, 该实时媒 体流包括: 第二座席录制屏幕操作得到的实时媒体流; 步 4聚 503 : 第一座席播放上述实时媒体流, 响应第一座席的教练者基于 播放窗口的操作, 第一座席生成并向第二座席发送操作消息, 以使第二座席 执行相应的操作。 下面进一步描述上述各步 4聚的处理细节。
(一) 步骤 501 在具体实施过程中 ,第二座席与用户在通话时,如果第二座席需要指导, 则第二座席可以选择当前在线且空闲的班长席(即第一座席;), 向第一座席发 送请求视频教练消息, 第一座席接收到该消息后, 同意进行视频教练, 并向 第二座席返回确认消息, 第二座席开始录制屏幕操作, 形成媒体流, 并将媒 体流传送到第一座席。 需要说明的是, 虽然在上述描述中, 第二座席是在与用户进行通话的过 程中需要进行指导时, 才触发上述流程的, 但本发明实施例并不限于此, 在 具体实施过程中, 也可以由第一座席主动向第二座席发送请求, 请求第二座 席启动屏幕操作录制, 并向第一座席发送录制的媒体流。 另外, 如果第二座席在屏幕操作的录制过程中, 正在与第三方用户进行 通话, 则第二座席还可以同时录制与第三方用户的通话, 并将录制的媒体流 发送给第一座席。
(二) 步骤 503 第一座席在接收到上述媒体流时, 在屏幕上播放该媒体流, 以此查看第 一座席的操作。 并且, 第一座席的教练者可以在播放窗口对第二座席进行一 定操作, 响应于第一座席的教练者基于播放窗口的操作, 第一座席生成与该 操作相应的操作消息, 并将该操作消息进行打包封装, 然后发送给第二座席。 例如,第一座席可以将与第一座席的教练者执行的操作对应的 Windows 消息进行打包封装, 并将打包后的 Windows消息发送到第二座席; 在具体应 用中, 如果座席系统是应用在其它操作系统中, 则第一座席可以获取与第一 座席的教练者执行的操作对应的当前操作系统的操作消息,并将其打包发送。 具体地, 第一座席和第二座席可以通过计算机网络进行通信。 第二座席 在网络链路上接收到上述消息后, 从中解析出相应的操作消息 (例如, Windows消息) 内容, 并执行与该操作消息对应的操作。 在具体实施过程中, 在第一座席与第二座席进行视频教练的过程中, 如 果第一座席与第二座席之间需要进行通话, 且当前第一座席与第三方用户正 在进行通话, 则将第一座席的语音通道从第三方用户切换到第一座席, 第一 座席与第二座席开始通话, 而第三方用户可以听自动语音或静音。 通过语音 通道切换, 可以实现第一座席对第二座席的实时语音指导。 在视频教练结束时, 第二座席可以发送停止消息到第一座席, 该停止消 息指示: 第二座席停止录屏, 第二座席停止播放; 第一座席接收到停止消息, 则发送确认停止消息到第二座席, 并关闭视频播放, 第二座席接收到确认停 止消息, 停止视频教练, 关闭录屏模块。 在具体实施过程中, 视频教练结束流程也可以由第一座席发起, 具体流 程与上述流程相似, 在此不在赘述。 为进一步理解本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,下面结合图 6对本发 明实施例的上述方法的具体实现流程进行描述。 图 6 为根据本发明实施例的对座席进行视频教练的方法的具体实现流 程图, 本实施例中, 座席代表 A表示座席代表, 座席代表 B表示班长席。 如 图 6所示, 根据本发明实施例的对座席进行视频教练的方法的具体实现主要 包括以下步 4聚: 步骤 601、 座席代表 A与用户通话, 需要指导; 步骤 602、座席代表 A通过消息模块发送视频教练请求消息给在线空闲 的监控座席 B (即班长席;); 步骤 603、 监控座席 B同意该请求, 回送同意消息, 并启动视频播放程 序; 步骤 604、 座席代表 A收到座席 B同意的消息后, 开始视频教练, 启 动视频播放程序; 步骤 605、 座席代表 A录制屏幕操作及通话内容; 步骤 606、座席代表 A通过媒体流传送模块, 实时传送媒体流到监控座 席 B; 步骤 607、监控座席 B通过视频播放模块播放媒体流传送模块接收到的 媒体流; 步骤 608、 监控座席 B在实时播放窗口做相关操作; 步骤 609、 监控座席 B将上述操作中的 Windows消息发送给消息模块; 步骤 610、 消息模块将这些消息进行打包封装, 发送到座席代表 A; 步骤 611、 座席代表 A收到消息, 解析出 Windows消息内容; 步骤 612、 座席代表 A通过模拟操作模块将 Windows消息模拟为相应 的操作; 步骤 613、 判断座席代表 A是否需要与监控座席 B通话? 步骤 614、座席代表 A如果需要与监控座席 B通话,则切换座席代表 A 的语音通道到监控座席 B , 座席代表 A与监控座席 B通话; 步骤 615、 座席代表 A如果不需要与监控座席 B通话, 则监控座席 B 监听座席代表 A与用户的通话, 语音交互不变; 步骤 616、 视频教练结束时, 监控座席 B关闭视频播放模块; 步骤 617、 座席代表 A结束录屏, 关闭录展模块。 如上所述, 借助本发明实施例提供的技术方案, 可以在现有的座席系统 中实现某一座席对另一座席进行实时的视频指导, 从而可以达到直接地、 实 时地且直观地对该座席进行教练; 并且, 在本发明实施例中, 监控座席还可 以直观、 实时地查看被监控座席的操作, 从而实现快捷、 直观、 高效的监控 和指导。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

1. 一种对座席进行视频教练的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一座席接收第二座席录制屏幕操作得到的实时媒体流; 所述第一座席通过播放窗口播放所述实时媒体流;
所述第一座席响应于来自所述播放窗口的操作,生成并向所述第二 座席发送操作消息。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一座席生成并向所述 第二座席发送操作消息包括:
所述第一座席生成与所述操作对应的所述操作消息;
所述第一座席将所述操作消息进行打包封装, 发送给所述第二座 席。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
所述第二座席接收并解析所述操作消息;
所述第二座席执行与所述操作消息对应的操作。
4. 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述第一座 席接收第二座席录制屏幕操作得到的实时媒体流之前,所述方法还包括: 所述第二座席在与第三方用户进行通话的过程中,向所述第一座席 发送请求视频教练消息;
所述第二座席接收所述第一座席返回的确认消息,录制屏幕操作形 成所述实时媒体流, 并将所述实时媒体流发送给所述第一座席。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述实时媒体流还包括所述 第二座席录制的与所述第三方用户进行通话的实时媒体流, 所述第二座 席接收所述第一座席返回的确认消息, 录制屏幕操作形成所述实时媒体 流包括:
所述第二座席接收所述确认消息, 录制所述屏幕操作和与所述第三 方用户进行的通话, 形成所述实时媒体流。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
所述第二座席将其语音通道从所述第三方用户切换到所述第一座 席, 进行所述第二座席与所述第一座席之间通话。
7. —种视频教练系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 第一座席和第二座席, 其中, 所述第一座席, 包括:
第一媒体流传送模块,用于接收来自所述第二座席录制屏幕操作得 到的实时媒体流;
视频播放模块, 用于通过播放窗口播放所述实时媒体流; 第一模拟操作模块, 用于响应来自所述播放窗口的操作, 生成与所 述操作对应的消息;
第一消息模块,用于将所述第一模拟操作模块生成的所述消息传送 给所述第二座席;
所述第二座席包括:
录屏模块, 用于录制所述第二座席的屏幕操作;
第二媒体流传送模块,用于将所述录屏模块录制的实时媒体流传送 给所述第一座席;
第二消息模块, 用于接收所述第一座席发送的所述消息; 第二模拟操作模块,用于将所述第二消息模块接收到所述消息转换 为相应的操作, 并执行所述操作。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述录屏模块还用于录制所 述第二座席与第三方用户的通话。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述第二消息模块还用于向所述第一座席发送请求视频教练消息; 所述第一消息模块还用于接收所述请求视频教练消息; 则所述第一座席还包括:
监控模块 ,用于根据所述第一消息模块接收到的所述请求视频教练 消息, 确定是否对所述第二座席进行视频教练, 并通过所述第一消息模 块向所述第二座席返回响应消息。
10. —种座席, 其特征在于, 包括:
媒体流传送模块,用于接收来自另一座席录制屏幕操作得到的实时 媒体流; 视频播放模块 ,用于播放所述媒体流传送模块接收到的所述实时媒 体流;
模拟操作模块, 用于响应于所述座席的教练者基于播放窗口的操 作, 生成与所述操作对应的消息;
消息模块,用于将所述模拟操作模块生成的所述消息传送给所述另 一座席。
11. 一种座席, 其特征在于, 包括:
录屏模块, 用于录制所述座席的屏幕操作;
媒体流传送模块,用于将所述录屏模块录制的实时媒体流传送给另 一座席;
消息模块, 用于接收所述另一座席发送的消息, 其中, 所述消息与 所述另一座席的教练者基于播放所述实时媒体流执行的操作相对应; 模拟操作模块,用于将所述消息模块接收到所述消息转换为相应的 操作, 并执行所述操作。
