- a drawback of the rear-view mirrors is that it receives the headlight light from another vehicle behind the vehicle and reflects it in the driver's eyes, causing glare that can lead to accidents.
- anti-glare devices are already known. Although these existing devices serve their function, studies have continued to improve them and enable them to work without interfering or even collaborating with other functions that have most recently been associated with rear-view mirrors.
- the object of the present patent is to provide an improved interior rear-view mirror that incorporates an automatic anti-glare system that is efficient for its intended purpose, does not interfere and even collaborates with other functions more recently incorporated into the interior rear-view mirrors such as projection TV, DVD, reverse sensor and more.
