轨道交通车辆的浮筑地板结构 技术领域
本发明总的涉及一种轨道交通车辆, 特别是涉及用于中、 高速轨道交通车辆 的浮筑地板结构。 背景技术
在例如磁悬浮列车、 轮轨列车之类的中、 高速轨道交通车辆中, 为减少来自 车厢底部的振动和噪声,在车厢内部的结构地板的上方装有浮筑地板结构。浮筑地 板结构一般包含阻尼地板、 减振弹性元件、 支撑型材和座椅滑轨。
在目前通用的浮筑地板结构的设计中, 在减振件上方和下方安装有支撑型材, 阻尼地板安装在减振件上方的支撑型材上,用于放置座椅的座椅滑轨安装在阻尼地 板上。这样, 在座椅滑轨与减振件的上方支撑型材之间隔有一层阻尼地板, 该阻尼 地板传递了来自座椅滑轨上安装的座椅的载荷, 对阻尼地板的要求较高。此外, 位 于减振件上方和下方的支撑型材没有相应的连接和限位功能, 因此,在特殊工况下 浮筑地板结构所产生的超出正常值的倾覆力不能得到有效的控制,这样就会出现超 出减振件连接力、 阻尼地板变形超出设计许可的状况。 总之, 上述这种现有的浮筑 地板结构的承载能力需要进一步加强。 发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题在于, 针对上述现有技术的缺陷, 提供一种轨道交通 车辆的浮筑地板结构, 其承载能力强, 而且结构简单可靠, 提高了中、 高速轨道交 通车辆的安全性。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供了一种轨道交通车辆的浮筑地板结构, 所述浮 筑地板结构安装在轨道交通车辆的结构地板的上方,所述浮筑地板结构包括:上支 撑型材和下支撑型材、安装在所述上支撑型材上的阻尼地板、 由上支撑型材和下支 撑型材支承的减振弹性元件、 以及座椅滑轨, 其中, 所述座椅滑轨与所述上支撑型 材直接相连。 本发明的浮筑地板结构, 具有以下有益效果:
1 ) 由于上支撑型材和座椅滑轨直接连接, 因此能直接不经过阻尼地板而将来 自座椅的载荷传递给结构地板,这样就对阻尼地板结构强度要求较小, 并使得浮筑 地板结构的承载力变大。
2 )在上支撑型材和下支撑型材之间设置了限位构件, 能有效地限制上支撑型 材和下支撑型材最大背离位置。 因此, 当上支撑型材出现较大的颠覆时, 能避免阻 尼地板发生超出设计许可的变形。
总之, 本发明的浮筑地板结构提高了现有的浮筑地板结构承载能力, 增加了 浮筑地板结构的使用寿命。而且, 这种浮筑地板结构非常便于制造, 可以广泛地应 用于轨道交通车辆, 特别是中、 高速的轨道交通车辆。 附图说明

下面将以中、 高速轨道交通车辆的浮筑地板结构为具体实施例来详细地描述 本发明。
如图 1〜图 3所示, 根据本发明较佳实施例的用于中、高速轨道交通车辆的浮 筑地板结构主要包括: 阻尼地板 1、减振弹性元件 2、上支撑型材 3、下支撑型材 4、 限位构件 5和座椅滑轨 6。该浮筑地板结构安装在轨道交通车辆的结构地板 7的上 方。
阻尼地板 1安装在上支撑型材 3上。 上支撑型材 3和下支撑型材 4共同形成 一个空腔, 减振弹性元件 2就嵌设在该空腔内。更具体地说, 上支撑型材 3的下端 嵌在减振弹性元件 2中, 减振弹性元件 2的下端嵌入下支撑型材 4。
座椅滑轨 6透过阻尼地板 1安装在上支撑型材 3上。 座椅滑轨 6和上支撑型 材 3采用例如铆接、螺栓连接或悍接等连接方式紧固在一起。借助座椅滑轨 6和上 支撑型材 3直接相连的安装结构,可以使安装在座椅滑轨 6上的座椅的载荷不经过 阻尼地板 1而直接传递到上支撑型材 3上, 再通过减振弹性元件 2和下支撑型材 4 传递到结构地板 7上。
另外, 上支撑型材 3和下支撑型材 4之间设置有限位构件 5, 该限位构件可以 是例如图中所示的限位挂钩。限位构件 5与下支撑型材 4采用例如铆接、螺栓或悍 接等连接方式紧固。限位构件 5与上支撑型材 3相互扣接。当减振弹性元件 2被压 缩时, 上支撑型材 3向下支撑型材 4靠近, 限位构件 5不起作用。 当减振弹性元件 2产生拉伸、 旋转、 扭曲时, 限位构件 5与上支撑型材 3之间的紧密扣合就能起到 限位作用。
在上述的实施例中, 阻尼地板 1可以安装在在座椅滑轨 6的一侧或两侧。 在 图 1中, 在标号 A的位置, 阻尼地板 1安装在座椅滑轨 6的两侧, 而在标号 B的位 置, 阻尼地板 1仅安装在座椅滑轨 6的一侧,座椅滑轨 6的另一侧为轨道交通车辆 的内壁。
应予理解的是, 限位构件 5也可以设计为上支撑型材 3或下支撑型材 4本身 的突起物, 即与上支撑型材 3或下支撑型材 4一体地形成。限位构件 5可以如图所 示的那样设置在下支撑型材 4的两侧,也可以设置在下支撑型材的仅一侧上。另外, 还可以将限位构件 5设置在上支撑型材 3的一侧或两侧, 这与设置在下支撑型材 4 的一侧或两侧相比, 限位效果是一样的。
在本发明的轨道交通车辆的浮筑地板结构中,由于座椅滑轨 6和上支撑型材 3 型材直接连接, 并在上支撑型材 3和 /或下支撑型材 4上设置了限位构件 5, 因而 增加了整个浮筑地板结构的承载能力,尤其是为中、高速轨道交通车辆的浮筑地板 结构的轻量化提供了先决条件。 因此, 本发明的这种结构可广泛应用中、 高速轨道 交通车辆中。
应予理解的是, 虽然以上结合一个较佳实施例对本发明的轨道车辆的浮筑 地板结构进行了详细的描述, 但熟悉本领域的普通技术人员应该可以在以上揭 示内容的基础上作出各种等同的改动或变型。 例如, 本发明的浮筑地板结构也 可以用于除中、 高速轨道交通车辆的之外的其它轨道交通车辆, 甚至应用于健 身房之类的室内场所;限位构件 5是本发明具体实施方式中的一种较佳的选择, 但在轨道车辆行驶条件较好因而颠簸较少的情况下, 也可以不设置限位构件; 减振弹性元件 2与上下支撑型材 3和 4之间的嵌装结构可根据需要改变, 甚至 可以取消。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应由所附权利要求书来限定, 而不局限于 以上描述的具体实施方式。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1.一种轨道交通车辆的浮筑地板结构, 所述浮筑地板结构安装在轨道交通 车辆的结构地板(7)的上方, 所述浮筑地板结构包括: 上支撑型材(3)和下支撑 型材(4)、 安装在所述上支撑型材上的阻尼地板 (1) 、 由上支撑型材(3)和下 支撑型材(4)支承的减振弹性元件 (2) 、 以及座椅滑轨 (6) , 其特征在于, 所述座椅滑轨(6)与所述上支撑型材(3)直接相连。
2.如权利要求 1所述的浮筑地板结构,其特征在于,在所述上支撑型材(3) 和所述下支撑型材 (4) 之间设置有限位构件 (5) 。
3.如权利要求 2 所述的浮筑地板结构, 其特征在于, 所述限位构件 (5) 是限位挂钩。
4.如权利要求 2 所述的浮筑地板结构, 其特征在于, 所述限位构件 (5) 连接于所述上支撑型材 (3) 或所述下支撑型材 (4) 。
5.如权利要求 4 所述的浮筑地板结构, 其特征在于, 所述限位构件 (5) 设置在所述上支撑型材 (3) 或所述下支撑型材 (4) 的一侧或两侧。
6.如权利要求 2 所述的浮筑地板结构, 其特征在于, 所述限位构件 (5) 上支撑型材 (3) 或下支撑型材 (4) 本身的突起物。
7.如权利要求 1 所述的浮筑地板结构, 其特征在于, 所述阻尼地板(1)安 装在所述座椅滑轨 (6) 的一侧或两侧。
8.如权利要求 1所述的浮筑地板结构, 其特征在于, 所述上支撑型材 (3) 和下支撑型材 (4) 共同形成一个空腔, 所述减振弹性元件 (2) 嵌设在该空腔 内。
9.如权利要求 1一 8 中任一项所述的浮筑地板结构, 其特征在于, 所述轨 道交通车辆是中、 高速轨道交通车辆。
