Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a surfactant mixture, formulations such surfactant containing mixtures, processes for the preparation of the surfactant mixtures and their use.
  • Surfactants are amphiphilic surface-active compounds which contain a hydrophobic and a hydrophilic part of the molecule and may also have charged or uncharged groups. Surfactants are adsorbed to interfacial surfaces and thereby reduce the interfacial tension so that they can form association colloids in solution above the critical micelle formation concentration so that water-insoluble substances are solubilized in aqueous solutions.
  • surfactants are used, for example, for wetting solids, such as fibers or hard surfaces.
  • surfactants are often used in combination with each other and with other excipients.
  • Typical fields of application include detergents and cleaners for textiles and leather, as a formulation of paints and coatings and, for example, in the extraction of crude oil.
  • Surfactants are, in particular, those which are alkoxylation products of alcohols. It has been shown that it is particularly favorable to provide such compounds in different mixtures. In particular mixtures of long and short-chain surfactants are suitable here.
  • surfactants in addition to their good surfactant properties, are also readily biodegradable.
  • Biodegradable surfactants or detergents are described, for example, in WO-A 98/23566.
  • these surfactants or detergents should also have good cleaning properties.

Abstract

Description

Solche Gemische sind beispielsweise in WO-A 2007/096292, US-A 2008/103083, DE- A 102 18 752, JP-A 2003/336092 sowie JP-A 2004/035755 beschrieben.
Bioabbaubare Tenside bzw. Detergenzien sind beispielsweise in WO-A 98/23566 be- schrieben.
C5HiiCH(C3H7)CH2O(A)n(B)mH (I) mit der Bedeutung
Komponenten (E) und (F) können bis 25%, vorzugsweise 3-15 % in dem Faser- und Textilbehandlungsmittel enthalten sein. Bleichmittel In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthält das erfindungsgemäße Faserund Textilbehandlungsmittel zusätzlich 0,5 bis 30 Gew.-%, insbesondere 5 bis 27 Gew.- %, vor allem 10 bis 23 Gew.-% Bleichmittel (G). Ein Beispiel einer verwendbaren organischen Persäure ist Peressigsäure, die vorzugsweise bei der gewerblichen Textilwäsche oder der gewerblichen Reinigung verwendet wird. Vorteilhaft verwendbare Faser- und Textilbehandlungsmittel enthalten Ci-12-Percarbon- säuren, C8-16-Dipercarbonsäuren, Imidopercapronsäuren, oder Aryldipercapronsäuren. Bevorzugte Beispiele verwendbarer Säuren sind Peressigsäure, lineare oder verzweigte Octan-, Nonan-, Decan- oder Dodecanmonopersäuren, Decan- und Dodecandipersäure, Mono- und Diperphthalsäuren, -isophthalsäuren und -terephthalsäuren, Phthalimidoper- capronsäure und Terephthaloyldipercapronsäure. Ebenfalls können polymere Persäuren verwendet werden, beispielsweise solche, die Acrylsäuregrundbausteine enthalten, in denen eine Peroxifunktion vorliegt. Die Percarbonsäuren können als freie Säuren oder als Salze der Säuren, vorzugsweise Alkali- oder Erdalkalimetallsalze, verwendet werden. Diese Bleichmittel (G) werden gegebenenfalls in Kombination mit 0 bis 15 Gew.-%, vor- zugsweise 0,1 bis 15 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,5 bis 8 Gew.-% Bleichaktivatoren (H) verwendet. Bei Color-Waschmitteln wird das Bleichmittel (G) (wenn vorhanden) in der Regel ohne Bleichaktivator (H) eingesetzt, ansonsten sind üblicherweise Bleichaktivatoren (H) mit vorhanden. Als Bleichaktivatoren (H) eignen sich: polyacylierte Zucker, z. B. Pentaacetylglucose;

Vorzugsweise in
Derartige Polyester sind bekannt, beispielsweise aus US-A 3,557,039, GB-A 1 154 730, EP-A 0 185 427, EP-A 0 241 984, EP-A 0 241 985, EP-A 0 272 033 und US-A 5,142,020.

(a) Alkoxylierung eines Alkanols oder eines Alkanolgemisches, wobei das Alkanol oder das Alkanolgemisch von 9 bis 1 1 , bevorzugt 10 Kohlenstoffatome aufweist, die mittlere Anzahl der Alkoxygruppen pro Alkanolgruppe im Alkoxylierungsprodukt einen Wert von 1 bis 20 annimmt, die Alkoxygruppen C2-4-Alkoxygruppen darstellen und das Alkanolgemisch einen mittleren Verzweigungsgrad von 0 bis 2,5 aufweist. Bevorzugt weist das Alkanolgemisch der kurzkettigen Komponente (A) einen mittleren Verzwei- gungsgrad im Bereich von 0,9 bis 1 ,5 besonders bevorzugt 1 auf;
(a) Alkoxylieren eines ersten Alkanolgemisches wobei die Anzahl der Alkoxygruppen pro Alkanolgruppe im Alkoxylierungsprodukt einen mittleren Wert von 0,1 bis 30 annimmt und die Alkoxygruppen C2-4-Alkoxygruppen darstellen;
P. H. Plesch, The Chemistry of Cationic PoIy- merization, Pergamon Press, New York (1963).
Als Katalysator geeignete DMC-Verbindungen sind u. a. in WO-A 03/091192 beschrieben.

Geräte: Messzylinder (1000 ml), Lochscheiben - Schaumstempel (Lochscheibendurchmesser: ca. 5,5 cm)
