Abstract
Description
着衣時に膨出した腹部の形状を整え、より美しく見せたいというニーズに応えるためには、それ相当に腹部を押圧する力(以下、押圧する力を押圧力と呼ぶ)を備える必要が生じる。時として、装着者の膨出した腹部の形状を整えるために必要な押圧力が腹部の筋肉や内臓を強く圧迫し、装着者に不快感や苦痛を与える。しかも、脱衣時には、元の体型に戻ってしまう。
ゆえに、装着者の腹部の形状を整えることができ、さらに装着者の腹部を強く圧迫、または、ウエストを過剰に締め付けることのないものという条件を満たすことは容易ではないというのが現状であった。
更に、布製股部12を備えるものであること、更に、布製殿部5を備えるものであること、更に、前記布製殿部5の人体の殿筋部に相当する部位に、前記布製殿部5の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離より同一幅で比較した場合に短くなる機能を備える殿筋作用部10を備えるものであること、そして更に、布製上半身の一部または全部を備えるものであること、が、それぞれ好ましい。
皮膚には、苦痛を伴わない程度の負荷となる持続的な伸張力(以下、持続的伸張負荷と呼ぶ)が加わると伸び、持続的伸張負荷が減少すると縮むという生理的性質がある。
この生理的性質を、出産前後の腹部の皮膚を例として説明する。
妊娠経過に従い、胎児の重さ(大きさ)は妊婦の体内で増加していく。この胎児の重さの増加は、妊婦の腹部の皮膚に対する体内からの持続的伸張負荷となる。すると、腹部の皮膚は、持続的伸張負荷が加わると伸びるという皮膚の生理的性質に従い伸び、腹部は膨出する。
出産に伴い、胎児の影響による腹部の膨出は消失するが、腹部の皮膚は伸びたままで、著しくたるんでいる。しかし、同時に出産に伴い胎児の影響による持続的伸張負荷が消失する。すると、腹部の皮膚は、持続的伸張負荷が減少すると縮むという皮膚の生理的性質に従い、時間の経過と共に縮み、腹部の形状は妊娠前の体型へと整っていく。
また、身体の形状を整える手段として歯列矯正があるが、この歯列矯正も物理的な強い押圧力によるものではなく、苦痛を伴わない程度の持続的な負荷によって生じる骨の生理的性質(破骨細胞と骨芽細胞の性質)を利用している。
ここで、腹部の皮膚を水平方向から弛ませ、腹部に軽くしわをよせ、腹部の皮膚への持続的伸張負荷を減少させることは有効な手段となる。この有効な手段を衣類に機能として取り入れることで、体型調整メカニズムが働き、老若男女を問わず、腹部の筋肉や内臓を強い押圧力で圧迫することなく、日常的な継続使用により腹部の形状を整えることが可能となる。この観点から見ると、従来の衣類においては、腹部の皮膚に対する持続的伸張負荷に対する考慮がなされていないことがわかる。
前述のとおり、本発明は、ウエスト部を有する衣類を構成する布製本体前面の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離が、布製本体背面の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離より長くなる機能を備えるもので構成されることを基本とする。
図1および図2に示す本発明の第1の実施の形態である腹巻では、布製ウエスト部前面1と布製腹部3とからなる布製本体前面、と、布製ウエスト部背面2と布製腰部4とからなる布製本体背面、とから構成される。該衣類において、布製本体前面の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離が、布製本体背面の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離より長くなる機能を備えるもので構成されるようにする。
また、布製ウエスト部背面2は、伸縮性のベア天竺(綿89%、ポリウレタン11%)生地からなり、水平方向の収縮距離と体軸方向の収縮距離に差異が生じ、水平方向の収縮距離が体軸方向の収縮距離より長くなる方向で使用し、布製腰部4は、布製腹部3で使用した生地を90度回転させ、体軸方向の収縮距離が、水平方向の収縮距離より長くなる方向で使用し、互いに縫着され、布製本体背面を構成している。
布製本体前面および布製本体背面は、装着者の前後のほぼ中間線で左右が縫着されている。
なお、本発明を腹巻に用いた第1の実施の形態においては、上記の素材を用いたが、構成する素材としては通気性、柔軟性、保温性、耐久性等に優れたものが好ましい。このような素材としては、例えばナイロン等の化学繊維および絹、麻等の天然繊維等が挙げられる。これらは例示であって制限的なものではない。さらに用途やデザイン等に応じ、プラスチックや金属等の素材を用いてもよい。
図3および図4において「衣類」部分と「人体」部分とを区別するために、「人体」部分を破線で記した。
図3および図4に示す本発明の他の実施の形態である生地の少ない股上の浅いショーツは、本発明の第1の実施の形態の腹巻の布製腰部4の装着に伴う体軸方向の収縮距離が、布製ウエスト部背面2の装着に伴う体軸方向の収縮距離より同一幅で比較した場合に長くなる機能を備え、股部分を縫い合わせることによって、布製股部12を備える構造とするものである。なお、布製腰部4は、人体の殿部を覆うものであることから、布製殿部5とも言うことがある。
布製本体前面は、布製ウエスト部前面1および布製腹部3からなり互いに縫着されている。布製本体背面は、布製ウエスト部背面2および布製腰部4(布製殿部5)からなり互いに縫着されている。さらに、布製ウエスト部前面1および布製ウエスト部背面2と、布製腹部3および布製殿部5は、装着者の前後のほぼ中間線で左右が互いに縫着され、布製股部12が縫着されている。また、布製ウエスト部前面1および布製ウエスト部背面2には、図示は省略するが、ゴムが通されている。
このように、用途やデザイン等に応じ、衣類の各部名称と身体の部位名称が一致しない場合であっても、布製本体前面の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離が、布製本体背面の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離より長くなる機能を備えていれば、体型調整メカニズムを働かせるための条件を衣類に機能として取り入れることができ、腹部の皮膚を弛ませ、腹部に軽くしわをよせ、日常的な継続使用により装着者の腹部の形状を根本から整える機能を備えることが可能となる。
図3および図4に示す本発明の他の実施の形態であるショーツでは、生地の少ない股上の浅いショーツの場合であったが、図5および図6に示す本発明の第3の実施の形態であるショーツは、生地の多い股上の深いショーツの場合である。

このように、用途やデザイン等に応じ、衣類各部を体軸方向および水平方向へ増減させる場合であっても、布製本体前面の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離が、布製本体背面の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離より長くなる機能を備えていれば、体型調整メカニズムを働かせるための条件を衣類に機能として取り入れることでき、腹部の皮膚を弛ませ、腹部に軽くしわをよせ、日常的な継続使用により装着者の腹部の形状を根本から整える機能を備えることが可能となる。
図7および図8に示す本発明の第4の実施の形態である殿筋作用部10を備えたショーツは、布製腰部4の装着に伴う体軸方向の収縮距離が、布製ウエスト部背面2の装着に伴う体軸方向の収縮距離より同一幅で比較した場合に長くなる機能を備え、布製殿部5の人体の殿筋部に相当する部位に、布製殿部5の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離より同一幅で比較した場合に短くなる機能を備える殿筋作用部10を備え、殿筋作用部10の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離が、装着に伴う体軸方向の収縮距離より同一幅で比較した場合に短くなる機能を備える構造とするものである。
布製本体前面は、布製ウエスト部前面1および布製腹部3からなり互いに縫着されている。布製本体背面は、布製ウエスト部背面2および布製腰部4からなり互いに縫着され、布製殿部5が縫着されている。さらに、布製ウエスト部前面1および布製ウエスト部背面2と、布製腹部3および布製殿部5は、装着者の前後のほぼ中間線で左右が互いに縫着され、布製股部12が縫着されている。さらに、布製殿部5には、人体の殿筋部に相当する部位に、布製殿部5の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離より同一幅で比較した場合に短くなる機能を備える殿筋作用部10が設けられている。また、布製ウエスト部前面1および布製ウエスト部背面2には、図示は省略するが、ゴムが通されている。
また、布製殿部5は、布製腰部4に使用した生地を用い、殿筋作用部10は、体軸方向には布製腰部4と同等の伸縮機能を有し、水平方向には伸縮機能を有さないレース生地を用い、尾骨近傍から布製殿部5の下辺に接し、布製腹部3の一部に連結する位置に備えた。布製股部12は通気性の良い綿素材で構成した。
また、布製本体前面の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離が、布製本体背面の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離より長くなる機能を備えていれば、殿筋作用部10の起始部や停止部は布製殿部5内に限定されなくてもよく、殿筋作用部10の下辺が布製殿部5の下辺に接さなくてもよい。また、殿筋作用部10は本発明の第4の実施の形態のように、左右対称の位置に一対備えることが望ましいが、二対以上でもよく、対をなさなくてもよい。さらに、布製殿部5の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離より同一幅で比較した場合に短くなる機能を備えていれば、用途やデザイン等に応じ、その形状および位置等は任意でもよい。
図9および図10に示す本発明の第5の実施の形態であるガードルは、布製本体前面を体軸方向の長さで分割し、布製前腹部下部6aと布製前腹部上部6bとし、布製前腹部下部6aの装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離が布製前腹部上部6bの装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離より短くなる機能を備え、布製本体背面の全部に水平方向の伸縮機能を備えず、布製本体前面の一部に水平方向の伸縮機能を備えない構造とするものである。図9に分割線を表示していないが、布製本体前面の体軸方向の長さでの分割は、適宜の位置でなされて差し支えない。
本発明の第5の実施の形態であるガードルを示す図9において、6は布製前腹部(布製ウエスト部前面1の大半と布製腹部3の大半)、6aは布製前腹部下部、6bは布製前腹部上部、7は布製側腹部(布製腹部3の一部)、11は布製脚部、12は布製股部である。図9に示したガードルの背面を示す図10において、5は布製殿部、8は布製背腰部(布製ウエスト部背面2の大半と布製腰部4の大半)、9は布製背腰外側部(布製ウエスト部背面2の一部と布製腰部4の一部)、11は布製脚部である。
このことで、伸縮機能を有する布製前腹部6が、伸縮機能を有さない布製背腰部8、布製殿部5、布製側腹部7および布製背腰外側部9より、装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離が長くなる機能を備える構成とした。
なお、本発明をガードルに用いた布製股部12は通気性の良い綿素材で構成し、布製脚部11は、装着者の大腿部に不快感を与えずにフィットするポリウレタンを使用した縦編の生地で構成した。
また、布製本体背面の全部に水平方向の伸縮機能を備えず、さらに、布製本体前面の一部に水平方向の伸縮機能を備えない構造とするために、布製本体背面と布製本体前面の一部に綿糸を使用した綾織り生地で構成し伸縮機能を備えない構造としたが、これらは例示であって制限的なものではなく、結果として布製本体背面の一部または全部に水平方向の伸縮機能を備えず、また、布製本体前面の一部に水平方向の伸縮機能を備えなければよい。
また、布製脚部11の長さは、膝上、膝下または足首あるいは爪先までといったように、用途やデザイン等に応じ、任意の長さでよい。また、第5の実施の形態においては、腹部に対して密着して装着する衣類であるが、腰部、殿部、股部および脚部に対しては、用途やデザインに応じ、必ずしも密着しなくてもよい。
図11および図12に示す本発明の第6の実施の形態であるガードルは、布製腰部4の装着に伴う体軸方向の収縮距離が、布製ウエスト部背面2の装着に伴う体軸方向の収縮距離より同一幅で比較した場合に長くなる機能を備え、布製本体前面の内面に装着に伴う体軸方向の滑り止め機能を備え、布製本体背面の一部に水平方向の伸縮機能を備えず、布製殿部5の人体の殿筋部に相当する部位に、布製殿部5の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離より同一幅で比較した場合に短くなる機能を備える殿筋作用部10を備え、殿筋作用部10の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離が、装着に伴う体軸方向の収縮距離より同一幅で比較した場合に短くなる機能を備える構造とするものである。
なお、本発明をガードルに用いた布製股部12は通気性の良い綿素材で構成し、布製脚部11は、装着者の大腿部に不快感を与えずにフィットするポリウレタンを使用した生地で構成した。
また、これらを設ける部位は、布製腹部3の内面に限らない。布製ウエスト部前面1の内面に設けてもよく、布製本体前面の外面や多層構造の場合はその内部に設けてもよく、結果として、布製本体前面の一部または全部に装着に伴う体軸方向の滑り止め機能を備えればよい。
また、本発明の第6の実施の形態においては、明確な布製股部12を設けているが、用途やデザインに応じ、該衣類が人体の股部を覆っていれば明確な布製股部12を設けなくてもよい。さらに、用途やデザインに応じ、ボタン、ファスナーおよびマジックテープ等を用いてもよい。
また、本明細書では、立位での上下方向を体軸方向と呼ぶ。また、立位での足から頭の方向を上方向と呼ぶ。さらに、体軸方向に対して90度をなす方向を水平方向と呼ぶ。また、非装着時の布製本体を腹部側と腰部側に等分し、腹部側を布製本体前面と呼び、腰部側を布製本体背面と呼ぶ。
さらに、該衣類を構成する布製ウエスト部前面1、布製ウエスト部背面2、布製腹部3、布製腰部4、布製殿部5および布製股部12は次のように定める。該衣類の布製本体上辺が装着者の上腹部に位置する場合、布製本体前面において、装着者の上腹部に位置する部位を布製ウエスト部前面1と呼び、下腹部に位置する部位を布製腹部3と呼ぶが、該衣類構成のデザイン等において、布製本体上辺が装着者の上腹部に位置しない場合や布製ウエスト部前面1が不明瞭な場合等においては、布製本体の上部に位置し、その部位を取り除いた場合に布製本体の装着位置の保持に不都合を生じる部位を布製ウエスト部前面1と呼び、布製本体前面から布製ウエスト部前面1を取り除いた部位を布製腹部3と呼び、デザイン等によりそれらの体軸方向の位置や幅は一定ではない。
なお、本件発明は衣類以外を想定しているものではないが、衣類の種類等によっては、衣類の各部名称と身体の部位名称が一致しない場合があるため、本明細書において衣類と身体の部位の混同を避けるため、衣類には「布製」の語を付加したが、用途やデザインに応じ、布製とは異なるプラスチックや金属等の素材を用いる場合もある。
なお、このモニター試験ではサンプルショーツの装着感について調査することを目的としているため、サンプルショーツの機能の詳細についてはモニターに告げず、モニター試験を行った。
サンプルショーツの装着感に関し、各モニターからは、「腹部への圧迫は感じない」(14名中14名)、「ウエスト部への圧迫は感じない」(14名中14名)、「腰部への圧迫は感じない」(14名中14名)、という回答が得られた。また、壁に接する殿部の位置の変化を確認させた結果、「壁に接する殿部の位置が高くなった」(14名中12名)、「わからない」(14名中2名)、という回答が得られた。さらに、モニター試験を終え、サンプルショーツ非装着となった時、もう一度、壁に接する殿部の位置を確認させたところ、「壁に接する殿部の位置が低くなった」(14名中14名)、という回答が得られた。
このモニター試験の結果、サンプルショーツの装着感に関し、各モニターからは、「腹部への圧迫は感じない」(4名中4名)、「ウエスト部への圧迫は感じない」(4名中4名)、「腰部への圧迫は感じない」(4名中4名)、という回答が得られた。継続使用による体型の変化に関し、「腹部の形状の変化を自覚できる」(4名中3名)、「腰部の形状の変化を自覚できる」(4名中4名)、「殿部の形状の変化を自覚できる」(4名中3名)、「体型の変化を周囲から指摘される」(4名中4名)、という回答が得られた。

21、22:伸縮性腹部裏打ち布
Claims (5)
- 布製ウエスト部前面と布製腹部との各一重で一片からなる布製本体前面と、布製ウエスト部背面と布製腰部との各一重で一片からなる布製本体背面とから構成されるウエスト部を有する衣類であって、前記布製本体前面の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離が、前記布製本体背面の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離より長くなる機能を備えるものであることを特徴とするウエスト部を有する衣類。
- 更に、布製股部を備える請求項1に記載のウエスト部を有する衣類。
- 更に、布製殿部を備える請求項2に記載のウエスト部を有する衣類。
- 更に、前記布製殿部の人体の殿筋部に相当する部位に、前記布製殿部の装着に伴う水平方向の収縮距離より同一幅で比較した場合に短くなる機能を備える殿筋作用部を備える請求項3に記載のウエスト部を有する衣類。
- 更に、布製上半身の一部または全部を備える請求項4に記載のウエスト部を有する衣類。
