  • the inventor has found that in a course of keen examination, sagging of a belly part closely relates to a physical force applied on the skin of the belly part.
  • the skin has a physiological nature that it stretches if a continuous stretching force which becomes a load not accompanying a pain (hereinafter referred to as a continuous stretching load) is applied and shrinks if a continuous stretching load decreases.
  • weight (size) of a fetus increases in the body of a pregnant woman.
  • This increase in weight of the fetus is a continuous stretching load from inside the body to the skin of the belly part of the pregnant woman. Then, the skin of the belly part stretches in accordance with the physiological nature of the skin that the skin stretches if the continuous stretching load is applied, and the belly part bulges.
  • the sagging of the belly part after childbirth is temporary and is shaped with elapse of time because the continuous stretching load to the skin of the belly part decreases, and this is the mechanism in which the shape of the belly part after childbirth is gradually adjusted.
  • a body shape adjusting mechanism similar to this mechanism bulging of the belly part other than during pregnancy or sagging of the belly part other than after birth can be similarly and fundamentally shaped.
  • decrease of the continuous stretching load to the skin of the belly part is an indispensable condition.
  • Means for adjusting the shape of a body includes orthodontics, and the orthodontics also uses the physiological nature of bones (the natures of osteoclast and steoblast) generated by a continuous load of such a degree that does not cause a pain not by a physical strong pressing force.
  • the body shape adjusting mechanism works, and the shape of the belly part can be adjusted by daily continuous use without pressing the muscles or inner organs of the belly part with a strong pressing force regardless of the sex or age. From this point of view, it becomes known that consideration is not given to the continuous stretching load applied to the skin of the belly part in prior-art clothing.
  • the inventor selected a fabric having stretching properties that can follow increase/decrease of the abdominal circumference caused by abdominal breathing and the like in order not to strongly press the belly part of the wearer or not to excessively tighten the waist and not to give discomfort or pain to the wearer.
  • the inventor conceived of constitution of the clothing by selecting and combining them. That is, a test piece is cut out of the fabric, a predetermined force is applied, and a stretched length is measured. Then, a length obtained by subtracting a numeral value in a state before being stretched from this measured numeral value in a stretched state (hereinafter referred to as a contraction distance) is acquired, and materials having different contraction distances are combined.
  • the abdominal circumference of a man who usually breathes with abdomen extremely increases/decreases as compared with a woman who usually breathes with the chest.
  • the abdominal breathing physiologically involves increase/decrease of the abdominal circumference, and it is not particularly difficult for a man having the abdominal circumference of 90 cm to temporarily decrease the abdominal circumference to 80 cm. As described above, it is easy for a man to temporarily increase/decrease the abdominal circumference.
  • the physiological increase/decrease of the abdominal circumference remains within a range from the (maximum) abdominal circumference in inhaling to the (minimum) abdominal circumference in exhaling, and since an extreme change in the abdominal circumference caused by the abdominal breathing accompanies a bulging change of the belly part, such a change is not generated in a hip part.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present invention relates to clothing having a waist portion and particularly to clothing incorporating conditions to exert a mechanism similar to a mechanism in which the shape of a belly part after childbirth is adjusted.
  • BACKGROUND ART
  • There have been strong needs that people want to have their body shapes mainly around the waist look beautiful. In order to respond to such needs, in clothing having a waist portion or particularly in clothing to be worn in close contact with the body, clothing having a function of suppressing bulge caused by sagging of a belly part or particularly bulge of a lower belly part so as to have a wearer look more beautiful has been widely used.
  • However, strong pressing of the belly part in order to suppress the bulge or excessive tightening of the waist gives discomfort or a pain to the wearer and is not favorable. Moreover, such clothing exerts its effect only when being worn. In the clothing having a waist portion or particularly in the clothing worn in close contact with the body, those which can shape the belly part of the wearer and moreover, does not strongly press the belly part of the wearer or excessively tighten the waist have been proposed (See Patent Document 1, for example).
  • Patent Document 1 proposes a girdle in which the lower belly part is raised diagonally upward during being worn by a diagonally upward contracting force of stretchable belly lining fabrics 21 and 22 sewn into a stretchable clothing main-body front fabric 20, this state is kept by stronger compression after the wearing is completed, and the belly part is shaped and maintained in a beautiful shape as illustrated in FIG. 11.
  • As described above, in the prior-art clothing having the waist portion including the above, emphasis is placed on strong pressing on the belly part as means for adjusting the shape of the bulging belly part on appearance when the clothing is worn, and a function of efficiently pressing the entire belly part or a local spot is proposed.
  • In order to respond to the needs to shape the bulging belly part when being worn and to look beautiful, it is necessary to provide a corresponding force for pressing the belly part (hereinafter, the force for pressing is referred to as a pressing force). The pressing force required for adjusting the shape of the bulging belly part of the wearer strongly presses the muscles of the belly part and inner organs and gives discomfort and a pain to the wearer in some cases. Moreover, the body shape returns to the original when the clothing is taken off.
  • Moreover, the needs to have their body shapes look beautiful are not limited to women. However, most of men usually breathe with their abdomens requiring increase/decrease of the abdominal circumferences for contracting/relaxing their diaphragms located on the upper sides of the belly parts. Thus, unlike costal breathing employed by most of women in which costal bones are vertically moved and increase/decrease of the abdominal circumference is not needed so much, continuous strong pressing on the belly part or excessive tightening of the waist disturbs breathing and sometimes makes continuous wearing difficult, and the discomfort and pain are not comparable to those of women. From this point of view, in the prior-art clothing, consideration has not been given to the difference in breathing methods between men and women.
  • Thus, in the current situation, it is not easy to satisfy the condition that the clothing can shape the belly part of the wearer and moreover, does not strongly press the belly part of the wearer or excessively tighten the waist and moreover, the condition that men who usually breathe with the abdomens can continuously wear it.

  • SUMMARY OF INVENTION Technical Problem
  • The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances and has an object to provide clothing that can shape the body when being worn not depending on a strong pressing force on a belly part and moreover, can gradually modify the body shape itself regardless of the sex.
  • Solution to Problem
  • In order to solve the above-described problems, the clothing having a waist portion of the present invention is clothing having a waist portion constituted by a fabric main-body front surface formed of a fabric waist portion front surface and a fabric belly portion and a fabric main-body rear surface formed of a fabric waist portion rear surface and a fabric hip portion, characterized in that a function in which a contraction distance in a horizontal direction caused by the wearing of the fabric main-body front surface is longer than a contraction distance in the horizontal direction caused by the wearing of the fabric main-body rear surface is provided, a cloth having stretching properties and capable of following increase/decrease of an abdominal circumference caused by a physiological operation such as abdominal breathing, daily performances and the like is used for the fabric belly portion, and a shape of the fabric belly portion when not being worn becomes wider as it goes upward from a position corresponding to a line connecting right and left anterior superior iliac spines of a human body. It is preferable that the clothing having the waist portion is provided with a fabric buttock portion and/or a fabric crotch portion and that a length of the upper side of the fabric belly portion when not being worn is 0.1 to 0.45 times of the length obtained by adding the length of the lower side of the fabric waist-portion rear surface to the length of the lower side of the fabric waist-portion front surface, respectively.
  • Advantageous Effects of Invention
  • According to the clothing of the present invention, by employing a condition to exert a mechanism similar to the mechanism in which the shape of the belly part after childbirth is adjusted without depending on the strong pressing force on the belly part (hereinafter referred to as a body-shape adjusting mechanism) in clothing as a function, clothing provided with a function of relaxing the skin on the belly part when being worn, of making slight wrinkles on the belly part and also of fundamentally adjusting the shape of the belly part of the wearer by daily continuous use (function of modifying the body shape itself by using a physiological action of the body) can be provided. Moreover, continuous wearing is made possible not only for women but also men who usually breathe with abdomens.
  • In the present invention, an effect of adjusting apparent excess on the body skin called “blubber/sagging” not only in the belly part but in general can be expected.

  • DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
  • The inventor has found that in a course of keen examination, sagging of a belly part closely relates to a physical force applied on the skin of the belly part.
  • The skin has a physiological nature that it stretches if a continuous stretching force which becomes a load not accompanying a pain (hereinafter referred to as a continuous stretching load) is applied and shrinks if a continuous stretching load decreases.
  • This physiological nature will be described by using the skin of the belly part before and after childbirth as an example.
  • With progress of pregnancy, weight (size) of a fetus increases in the body of a pregnant woman. This increase in weight of the fetus is a continuous stretching load from inside the body to the skin of the belly part of the pregnant woman. Then, the skin of the belly part stretches in accordance with the physiological nature of the skin that the skin stretches if the continuous stretching load is applied, and the belly part bulges.
  • With childbirth, the bulging of the belly part due to an influence of the fetus is lost, but the skin of the belly part is left stretched and extremely sagged. However, at the same time, with the childbirth, the continuous stretching load due to the influence of the fetus is lost. Then, the skin of the belly part shrinks with elapse of time in compliance with the physiological nature of the skin that the skin shrinks if the continuous stretching load decreases, and the shape of the belly part is adjusted into the body shape before the pregnancy.
  • As described above, the sagging of the belly part after childbirth is temporary and is shaped with elapse of time because the continuous stretching load to the skin of the belly part decreases, and this is the mechanism in which the shape of the belly part after childbirth is gradually adjusted. By using a body shape adjusting mechanism similar to this mechanism, bulging of the belly part other than during pregnancy or sagging of the belly part other than after birth can be similarly and fundamentally shaped. In order to exert this body shape adjusting mechanism, decrease of the continuous stretching load to the skin of the belly part is an indispensable condition.
  • Means for adjusting the shape of a body includes orthodontics, and the orthodontics also uses the physiological nature of bones (the natures of osteoclast and steoblast) generated by a continuous load of such a degree that does not cause a pain not by a physical strong pressing force.
  • As described above, in order to adjust the shape of a body by using the physiological nature of the body, a continuous load of such a degree that does not cause a pain is essential.
  • Here, to relax the skin of the belly part from the horizontal direction and to generate slight wrinkles in the belly part so as to decrease the continuous stretching load to the skin of the belly part are effective means. By employing this effective means as a function in clothing, the body shape adjusting mechanism works, and the shape of the belly part can be adjusted by daily continuous use without pressing the muscles or inner organs of the belly part with a strong pressing force regardless of the sex or age. From this point of view, it becomes known that consideration is not given to the continuous stretching load applied to the skin of the belly part in prior-art clothing.
  • Thus, the inventor selected a fabric having stretching properties that can follow increase/decrease of the abdominal circumference caused by abdominal breathing and the like in order not to strongly press the belly part of the wearer or not to excessively tighten the waist and not to give discomfort or pain to the wearer. Moreover, the inventor conceived of constitution of the clothing by selecting and combining them. By considering this action generated by the difference in the contraction distances among portions in the clothing; generated by combination of the fabrics with different contraction distances (if being pushed open by a certain force when the clothing is worn, a portion with a long contraction distance stretches more than a portion with a short contraction distance. That is, the portion with the longest contraction distance in wearing shrinks the most) and friction between the clothing and the skin, means for exerting the body shape adjusting mechanism can be employed as a function in the clothing, and finding was obtained that the clothing provided with the function of relaxing the skin of the belly part, of generating slight wrinkles in the belly part, and of fundamentally adjusting the shape of the belly part of the wearer by daily continuous use can be provided.
  • Moreover, attention was paid to the condition which makes continuous wearing possible for men who usually breathe with abdomens. The abdominal circumference of a man who usually breathes with abdomen extremely increases/decreases as compared with a woman who usually breathes with the chest. The abdominal breathing physiologically involves increase/decrease of the abdominal circumference, and it is not particularly difficult for a man having the abdominal circumference of 90 cm to temporarily decrease the abdominal circumference to 80 cm. As described above, it is easy for a man to temporarily increase/decrease the abdominal circumference. However, the physiological increase/decrease of the abdominal circumference remains within a range from the (maximum) abdominal circumference in inhaling to the (minimum) abdominal circumference in exhaling, and since an extreme change in the abdominal circumference caused by the abdominal breathing accompanies a bulging change of the belly part, such a change is not generated in a hip part. Moreover, the increase/decrease in the abdominal circumference is not generated uniformly at all the positions of the belly part. Thus, particularly in the clothing for men, the means for exerting the body shape adjusting mechanism is not uniformly employed over the entire belly part but it is preferable the means is employed so as to handle the increase/decrease of the abdominal circumference at each position of the belly part.
  • Moreover, a main respiratory muscle in the abdominal breathing is a diaphragm, and the diaphragm is located at a boundary between the chest part and the belly part. Thus, to strongly and continuously press a portion close to the diaphragm or to excessively tighten the same for men who usually breathe with abdomens disturbs breathing, gives a remarkable pain and becomes the biggest factor which makes continuous wearing difficult. Moreover, in order to respond to the needs to adjust the shape of the bulging belly part when being worn and to look more beautiful, a pressing force needs to be provided at a corresponding portion, and the portion, in a distal portion of the diaphragm and at a position corresponding to a line connecting the right and left anterior superior iliac spines of a human body surrounded by the pelvis is appropriate (FIG. 10).
  • Thus, by providing a difference in a width (shape) at each position of the fabric belly portion, the facts that a difference can be generated in stretching and shrinking caused by increase/decrease of the abdominal circumference due to a physiological operation such as abdominal breathing, daily performance and the like at each position in the fabric belly portion (hereinafter referred to as physiological stretching/shrinking) and the physiological stretching/shrinking is within a certain range and moreover, an action generated in relation with them were considered, and the present invention has been completed.
  • An embodiment of the present invention will be described below in detail by using the attached drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
  • As described above, the present invention uses a fabric provided with the function in which the contraction distance in the horizontal direction caused by the wearing of the fabric main-body front surface constituting the clothing having the waist portion is longer than the contraction distance in the horizontal direction caused by the wearing of the fabric main-body rear surface and having stretching properties that can follow increase/decrease of the abdominal circumference in the fabric belly portion caused by the physiological operation such as abdominal breathing, daily performances and the like and, is basically configured such that the shape of a fabric belly portion when not being worn becomes wider as it goes upward from a position corresponding to a line connecting the right and left anterior superior iliac spines of a human body.
  • A belly band which is a first embodiment of the present invention illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3 is composed of a fabric main-body front surface formed of a fabric waist portion front surface 1 and a fabric belly portion 3 and a fabric main-body rear surface formed of a fabric waist portion rear surface 2 and a fabric hip portion 4. The fabric hip portion 4 goes into the front surface side in the non-worn state as illustrated in FIG. 1. In the worn state, as illustrated in FIG. 3, a sewn portion between the fabric belly portion 3 and the fabric hip portion 4 (joint connection portion) substantially matches an intermediate line between the front and rear of a wearer.
  • In FIG. 1, reference numeral 8 denotes a position corresponding to an anterior superior iliac spine of a human body. In FIG. 3, in order to discriminate a “clothing” portion from a “human body” portion, the “human body” portion is indicated by a broken line.
  • In the clothing, the fabric provided with the function in which the contraction distance in the horizontal direction caused by the wearing of the fabric main-body front surface is longer than the contraction distance in the horizontal direction caused by the wearing of the fabric main-body rear surface and having stretching properties that can follow increase/decrease of the abdominal circumference in the fabric belly portion 3 caused by the physiological operation such as abdominal breathing, daily performances and the like is used, and the clothing is configured such that the shape of a fabric belly portion 3 when not being worn becomes wider as it goes upward from a position corresponding to a line connecting the right and left anterior superior iliac spines of a human body.
  • In this clothing, in order to provide an adequate size in which an abdominal circumference is shorter as appropriate than an actually measured abdominal circumference of a wearer, the wearer selects an adequate size, slightly swells the belly part and wears the clothing while stretching it. Thus, friction is generated by wearing between the clothing and the skin. Moreover, since a difference in the contraction distance is provided such that the contraction distance in the horizontal direction caused by the wearing of the fabric main-body front surface in close contact with the belly part is longer than the contraction distance in the horizontal direction caused by the wearing of the fabric main-body rear surface in close contact with the hip part on the rear side, a degree of the contraction distance caused by the wearing of the clothing becomes the largest on the fabric main-body front surface in close contact with the belly part, and a function to relax the skin of the belly part more in the horizontal direction than the skin of the hip part and to generate slight wrinkles on the belly part can be provided.
  • As a result, the skin of the belly part is relaxed in the horizontal direction due to the wearing of the clothing, and the continuous stretching load in the horizontal direction on the skin of the belly part can be reduced. Thus, the nature of the skin to shrink if the continuous stretching load decreases acts, the body shape adjusting mechanism works, the effect to shrink the skin of the belly part is generated, and the shape of the belly part can be adjusted fundamentally. Therefore, with the clothing having the waist portion of the present invention, the condition to exert the body shape adjusting mechanism can be employed as a function in the clothing without depending on the strong pressing force on the belly part, and the function of relaxing the skin of the belly part, of generating slight wrinkles on the belly part and of fundamentally adjusting the shape of the belly part of the wearer through daily continuous use can be provided.
  • Moreover, by using the fabric having stretching properties and capable of following increase/decrease of an abdominal circumference caused by a physiological operation such as abdominal breathing, daily performances and the like for the fabric belly portion 3, the function of having the clothing efficiently follow the increase/decrease of the abdominal circumference can be added, and the function of fundamentally adjusting the shape of the belly part of the wearer can be improved. Moreover, by constituting the shape of the fabric belly portion 3 when not being worn so as to become wider as it goes upward from the position corresponding to the line connecting the right and left anterior superior iliac spines 8 of a human body, the physiological stretching/shrinking at the position corresponding to the line connecting the right and left anterior superior iliac spines 8 of the human body can be increased, and the function of fundamentally adjusting the shape of the belly part at this position can be further improved.
  • Moreover, the length of the upper side of the fabric belly portion 3 becomes longer, and the physiological stretching/shrinking can be reduced, a function of preventing excessive follow-up of the clothing when the abdominal circumference decreases can be added, and the strong compression or excessive tightening by the upper side of the fabric belly portion 3 located at a portion close to the diaphragm when the abdominal circumference decreases can be avoided.
  • Specifically, in a first embodiment of the present invention, the fabric waist-portion front surface 1 and the fabric belly portion 3 are made of stretchable bare jersey (cotton 89%, polyurethane 11%) cloth, a difference is generated between the contraction distance in the horizontal direction and the contraction distance in a direction of a body axis, the clothing is used in a direction so that the contraction distance in the horizontal direction becomes longer than the contraction distance in the body axis direction, and the fabric belly portion 3 is configured to have a shape gradually becoming wider as it goes upward from the position corresponding to the line connecting right and left anterior superior iliac spines 8 of the human body, each being sewn to each other and constituting the fabric main-body front surface.
  • Moreover, regarding the fabric waist-portion rear surface 2 and the fabric hip portion 4, the fabric used for the fabric belly portion 3 is rotated by 90 degrees and used in a direction where the contraction distance in the horizontal direction becomes shorter than the contraction distance in the body axis direction. The fabric hip portion 4 is configured to have a cylindrical shape covering the abdominal circumference in combination with the fabric belly portion 3 so as to be sewn to the fabric belly portion 3 to constitute the fabric main-body rear surface. Moreover, regarding the fabric waist-portion front surface 1 and the fabric waist-portion rear surface 2, right and left parts are sewn to each other substantially at an intermediate line between the front and rear of the wearer, and the fabric belly portion 3 and the fabric hip portion 4 are sewn to each other on the front surface of the clothing so as to have a cylindrical shape covering the abdominal circumference of the wearer.
  • In the first embodiment of the present invention, the same fabric is used for the fabric waist-portion front surface 1, the fabric belly portion 3, the fabric waist-portion rear surface 2, and the fabric hip portion 4, the fabrics of the fabric waist-portion rear surface 2 and the fabric hip portion 4 are rotated by 90 degrees and used in the direction where the contraction distance in the horizontal direction becomes shorter than the contraction distance in the body axis direction, and the function in which the contraction distance in the horizontal direction caused by the wearing of the fabric main-body front surface is longer than the contraction distance in the horizontal direction caused by the wearing of the fabric main-body rear surface is provided, but a non-stretchable yarn may be partially sewn or woven or a non-stretchable fabric may be partially sewn or alternatively, fabrics with different contraction distances may be used, and it is only necessary that the function in which the contraction distance in the horizontal direction caused by the wearing of the fabric main-body front surface is longer than the contraction distance in the horizontal direction caused by the wearing of the fabric main-body rear surface as the result is provided.
  • Moreover, as long as the function in which the contraction distance in the horizontal direction caused by wearing of the fabric main-body front surface is longer than the contraction distance in the horizontal direction caused by the wearing of the fabric main-body rear surface is provided and the fabric belly portion 3 is formed to have the shape gradually becoming wider as it goes upward from the position corresponding to the line connecting the right and left anterior superior iliac spines 8 of the human body, it may be so configured that the fabric waist-portion front surface 1 is extended in the body axis direction so as to narrow the fabric belly portion 3 in the body axis direction or that the fabric waist-portion rear surface 2 is extended in the body axis direction so as to narrow the fabric hip portion 4 in the body axis direction in accordance with the application, design and the like. Moreover, the lengths of the fabric waist-portion front surface 1 and the fabric waist-portion rear surface 2 in the body axis direction do not have to be the same, the lengths of the fabric belly portion 3 and the fabric hip portion 4 in the body axis direction do not have to be the same and the lengths of the fabric main-body front surface and the fabric main-body rear surface in the body axis direction do not have to be the same.
  • Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the fabric waist-portion front surface 1, the fabric waist-portion rear surface 2, the fabric belly portion 3, and the fabric hip portion 4 are sewn to each other, but a manufacturing method in which there is no stitch or seam in a part of or the whole of the clothing may be employed.
  • Moreover, the shape is set to a cylinder but is not limited to a cylinder but can be adapted in accordance with the application or design as long as the function in which the contraction distance in the horizontal direction caused by the wearing of the fabric main-body front surface is longer than the contraction distance in the horizontal direction caused by the wearing of the fabric main-body rear surface is provided. Moreover, a button, a fastener, a hook-and-loop fastener and the like may be used in accordance with the application, design and the like.

As a result, the fabric waist-portion front surface 1 and the fabric belly portion 3 having the stretching/shrinking function are configured to be provided with a function in which the contraction distance in the horizontal direction caused by the wearing is longer than that of the fabric waist-portion rear surface 2 and the fabric hip portion 4 not having the stretching/shrinking function. Moreover, the fabric hip portion 4 is configured such that the lower side thereof has a shape avoiding bulge of the buttock part of the human body in order to avoid an influence of the contraction distance caused by the bulge of the buttock part of the human body.
  • Moreover, the length of the upper side of the fabric belly portion 3 when not being worn is set to 32 cm, which is 0.4 times of the length obtained by adding the length of the lower side of the fabric waist-portion rear surface 2 of 40 cm to the length of the lower side of the fabric waist-portion front surface 1 of 40 cm, and the length of the position corresponding to the line connecting the right and left anterior superior iliac spines 8 of the human body of the fabric belly portion 3 is set to 16 cm so that the fabric belly portion 3 when not being worn is configured to have a shape gradually becoming wider as it goes upward from the position corresponding to the line connecting the right and left anterior superior iliac spines 8 of the human body.
  • As a result, a function of preventing excessive following of the upper side of the fabric belly portion 3 when the abdominal circumference decreases due to the physiological stretching/shrinking of the upper side of the fabric belly portion 3 can be added, and the strong compression or excessive tightening by the upper side of the fabric belly portion 3 located at a portion close to the diaphragm can be avoided.
  • Moreover, the physiological stretching/shrinking at the position corresponding to the line connecting the right and left anterior superior iliac spines 8 of the human body which is a distal portion of the diaphragm can be increased, and particularly the function of fundamentally adjusting the shape of the belly part with respect to the lower belly part can be further improved.
  • The fabric buttock portion 5 provided for using the present invention for the girdle is composed of a warp-knitted fabric using polyurethane which fits the wearer without giving discomfort to the buttocks of the wearer, the fabric crotch portion 6 is composed of an air-permeable cotton material, and the fabric leg portion 7 is composed of a warp-knitted fabric using polyurethane which fits the wearer without giving discomfort to the thigh parts of the wearer.
  • In the third embodiment, the fabric waist-portion front surface 1, the fabric waist-portion rear surface 2, the fabric belly portion 3, the fabric hip portion 4, the fabric buttock portion 5, the fabric crotch portion 6, and the fabric leg portion 7 are sewn to each other, but a manufacturing method in which there is no stitch or seam in a part of or the whole of the clothing may be employed. Moreover, rubber is used for the fabric waist-portion front surface 1 and the fabric waist-portion rear surface 2, though not shown, but a belt, a strap or the like may be used or nothing has to be used only if nonconformity is caused in holding a worn position of the fabric main body. Moreover, a material such as lace or the like may be used in accordance with the application, design and the like.
  • Moreover, in the third embodiment of the present invention, the length of the upper side of the fabric belly portion 3 when not being worn is set to 32 cm, which is 0.4 times of the length obtained by adding the length of the lower side of the fabric waist-portion rear surface 2 of 40 cm to the length of the lower side of the fabric waist-portion front surface 1 of 40 cm, and the length of the position corresponding to the line connecting the right and left anterior superior iliac spines 8 of the human body of the fabric belly portion 3 is set to 16 cm so that the fabric belly portion 3 when not being worn is configured to have a shape gradually becoming wider as it goes upward from the position corresponding to the line connecting the right and left anterior superior iliac spines 8 of the human body, but it is only necessary that the length of the upper side of the fabric belly portion when not being worn is within a range of 0.1 to 0.45 times of the length obtained by adding the length of the lower side of a fabric waist-portion rear surface to the length of the lower side of the fabric waist-portion front surface as the result and that the fabric belly portion 3 when not being worn is configured to have a shape gradually becoming wider as it goes upward from the position corresponding to the line connecting the right and left anterior superior iliac spines 8 of the human body. These are only exemplification and not limiting.
  • In the third embodiment using the present invention for the girdle, the above-described material is used but a constituent material is preferably excellent in air permeability, flexibility, heat-retaining property, durability and the like. Such materials include chemical fibers such as nylon, natural fibers such as silk, linen and the like, for example. These are only exemplification and not limiting.
  • Moreover, in the third embodiment of the present invention, the fabric crotch portion 6 is not explicitly provided, but the explicit fabric crotch portion 6 may be provided if the clothing covers the crotch part of a human body in accordance with the application or design. Moreover, a button, a fastener, a hook-and-loop fastener and the like may be used in accordance with the application or design.
  • Those illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 9 are all provided with the basic structure of the present invention. As a result, by employing the condition to exert the body shape adjusting mechanism without depending on a strong pressing force on the belly part as a function of the clothing, the clothing having the waist portion of the present invention can be provided with the function of relaxing the skin on the belly part, of making slight wrinkles on the belly part and also of adjusting the shape of the belly part of the wearer by daily continuous use.
  • The clothing to be worn in close contact described in this description here is not limited to direct close contact with the surface of a body but includes close contact with the body through other types of underwear. Moreover, in this description, the vertical direction in a standing posture is referred to as the body axis direction. Moreover, the direction forming 90 degrees with respect to the body axis direction is referred to as the horizontal direction.
  • Furthermore, the fabric waist-portion front surface 1, the fabric waist-portion rear surface 2, the fabric belly portion 3, the fabric hip portion 4, the fabric buttock portion 5, and the fabric crotch portion 6 constituting the clothing are defined as follows. If the fabric main-body upper side of the clothing is located on the upper belly part of the wearer, in the fabric main-body front surface, the portion located on the upper belly part of the wearer is referred to as the fabric waist-portion front surface 1, and the portion located on the lower belly part is referred to as the fabric belly portion 3, but if the fabric main-body upper side is not located on the upper belly part of the wearer or the fabric waist-portion front surface 1 is not clear in the design of the clothing constitution and the like, a portion located on the upper part of the fabric main body and causing nonconformity in holding of the wearing position of the fabric main body if the portion is removed is referred to as the fabric waist-portion front surface 1, a portion after removing the fabric waist-portion front surface 1 from the fabric main-body front surface is referred to as the fabric belly portion 3, and their positions and widths in the body axis direction do not have to be constant depending on the design and the like.
  • A portion located on the fabric main-body rear surface and corresponding to the fabric waist-portion front surface 1 is referred to as the fabric waist-portion rear surface 2, and a portion located on the fabric main-body rear surface and corresponding to the fabric belly portion 3 is referred to as the fabric hip portion 4. Moreover, the fabric buttock portion 5 and the fabric crotch portion 6 refer to portions located on the buttock part and the crotch part of the wearer.
  • The present invention does not assume those other than the clothing but a name of each portion in the clothing might not match a name of each part in the body depending on the type of the clothing or the like and thus, in order to avoid confusion between the portion of the clothing and the part in a body in this description, the term “fabric” is added to a portion in the clothing. Materials such as plastic, metal and the like, different from fabric, may be used in accordance with the application, design and the like.
  • Examples of the shorts for women and the girdle for men have been described above, but they can be formed as shorts for men and a girdle for women or can be clothing for the entire body by further extending the length vertically.
  • INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
  • In the present invention, by considering the action generated by a difference in the contraction distance caused by the wearing of clothing not depending on the strong pressing force on the belly part and friction between the clothing and skin and by reducing the continuous stretching load on the skin, the physiological nature of the skin that the skin shrinks if the continuous stretching load decreases is exerted, and the condition to exert the body shape adjusting mechanism is employed in the clothing as a function so that the clothing provided with the function of relaxing the skin on the belly part, of generating slight wrinkles on the belly part, and of adjusting not only sagging of the belly part after childbirth or caused by rapid weight loss but the shape of the belly part of the wearer fundamentally through daily continuous use can be provided, continuous wearing is made possible not only for women but also for men who usually breathe with abdomens, and great contribution can be made to the clothing industry.
