カバーゴム層間に、接着ゴム層で被覆された亜鉛めっきスチールコードが芯体として配設されたコンベアベルトにおいて、前記接着ゴム層が上記本発明のゴム組成物で形成されていることを特徴とするコンベアベルトを提供する。
(1)上記ネオデカン酸コバルト化合物として、ネオデカン酸コバルト及びネオデカン酸コバルトホウ素化物のいずれか一方又は両方を併用した上記本発明のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物及びコンベアベルト。
(2)ゴム成分100質量部中に、天然ゴムを20~70質量部、合成ゴムを80~30質量部含有する上記本発明のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物及びコンベアベルト。
(3)上記合成ゴムが、スチレン-ブタジエンゴム(SBR)、ブタジエンゴム(BR)、イソプレンゴム(IR)から選ばれる1種又は2種以上である上記(2)のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物及びコンベアベルト。
(4)フェノール樹脂を、ゴム成分100質量部に対して1~10質量部含有する上記本発明のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物及びコンベアベルト。
(5)フェノール樹脂が、ヘキサメチレンテトラミンが内部添加されたものである上記(4)のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物及びコンベアベルト。
(6)β-ナフトールを、ゴム成分100質量部に対して1~10質量部含有する上記本発明のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物及びコンベアベルト。
(7)硬化剤として、ヘキサメトキシメチル化メラミン及び/又はヘキサメチレンテトラミンを、ゴム成分100質量部に対して1~10質量部含有する上記本発明のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物及びコンベアベルト。
(8)カバーゴム層間に、接着ゴム層で被覆された亜鉛めっきスチールコードが芯体として配設されたコンベアベルトにおいて、前記接着ゴム層が上記本発明のゴム組成物で形成されていることを特徴とするコンベアベルト。

JIS K6300-2に規定の方法により、155℃、Tc(90)の値を測定した。測定には日合商事(株)製の「キャラストメーターW型」を用い、比較例4の測定値を100として、Tc(90)の値が小さいほど数値が大きくなるようにIndex表示した。
(株)小平製作所製「RII-2CC」を用い、未加硫ゴムを1.0kg、ゴム厚3mmとなるように調整し、3分間圧延作業を行い、ロール表面とゴムとの粘着度を評価した。評価は、良好◎、可○、不良×の三段階とした。
図1に示した未加硫ゴム積層体を試料として作製した。試料の作製は、まず下記組成のカバーゴム組成物をバンバリーミキサーで混練して調製し、このカバーゴム組成物で厚さ4mmのカバーゴム1,1を作製し、表1及び表2に示した各ゴム組成物で形成された厚さ2mmの接着ゴム層2,2間に直径4mmの亜鉛めっきスチールコード3を挟み、更にこれを一対の上記カバーゴム1,1で挟んで、ハンドローラーにより圧着させた。

ステアリン酸(花王(株)「LUNAC RA」)

ZnO 3質量部
ワックス(大内新興化学工業(株)「サンノックN」)

老化防止剤RD(川口化学工業(株)「アンテージRD」)
0.5質量部
老化防止剤6C(川口化学工業(株)「アンテージ6C」)
0.5質量部
アロマオイル(出光興産(株)「ダイアナプロセスオイル AH-85」)
5質量部
硫黄 2質量部
加硫促進剤(大内新興化学工業(株)「ノクセラー NS-F」)
0.7質量部
得られた各試料をカバーゴム/接着ゴム間で強制的に剥がし、良好○、可△、不良×として接着性を評価した。

Claims (9)
- ゴム成分100質量部に対して、ジメタクリル酸亜鉛を0.5~3質量部、ネオデカン酸コバルト化合物を1~10質量部、ステアリン酸コバルトを0.5~4質量部含有することを特徴とするコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物。
- 上記ネオデカン酸コバルト化合物として、ネオデカン酸コバルト及びネオデカン酸コバルトホウ素化物のいずれか一方又は両方を併用した請求項1記載のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物。
- ゴム成分100質量部中に、天然ゴムを20~70質量部、合成ゴムを80~30質量部含有する請求項1又は2記載のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物。
- 上記合成ゴムが、スチレン-ブタジエンゴム(SBR)、ブタジエンゴム(BR)、イソプレンゴム(IR)から選ばれる1種又は2種以上である請求項3記載のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物。
- フェノール樹脂を、ゴム成分100質量部に対して1~10質量部含有する請求項1~4のいずれか1項記載のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物。
- フェノール樹脂が、ヘキサメチレンテトラミンが内部添加されたものである請求項5記載のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物。
- β-ナフトールを、ゴム成分100質量部に対して1~10質量部含有する請求項1~6のいずれか1項記載のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物。
- 硬化剤として、ヘキサメトキシメチル化メラミン及び/又はヘキサメチレンテトラミンを、ゴム成分100質量部に対して1~10質量部含有する請求項1~7のいずれか1項記載のコンベアベルト用ゴム組成物。
- カバーゴム層間に、接着ゴム層で被覆された亜鉛めっきスチールコードが芯体として配設されたコンベアベルトにおいて、前記接着ゴム層が請求項1~8のいずれか1項記載のゴム組成物で形成されていることを特徴とするコンベアベルト。
