- 誘電体基体に第1の放射電極及び第2の放射電極が形成され各放射電極の一端側に給電部が接続されたアンテナ素子と、前記第1の放射電極及び前記第2の放射電極と前記給電部との間に設けられた、非線形特性を有する素子を含む共振周波数制御回路とを備え、
