Abstract

본 발명은 우수한 인쇄성을 갖는 인쇄패턴이 얻어지도록 지건성 및 팽윤성이 최적으로 조절된 인쇄 페이스트용 용매를 포함하는 인쇄 페이스트 조성물 및 이로 형성된 전극에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 구현에 의하면, 금속 입자 50-90중량부, 바인더 수지 2-20중량부, 끓는점이 250℃이상이고 팽윤성(SP)이 5이하인 용매 2-50 중량부 및 글래스 프릿 0.1-10중량부를 포함하는 인쇄 페이스트 조성물; 및 상기 인쇄용 페이스트 조성물로 형성된 디스플레이 패널 전극이 제공된다. 본 발명의 조성물에 사용된 용매는 높은 끓는점과 낮은 팽윤성으로 인하여 오프셋 인쇄시, 클리셰에서 용매의 공기건조 및 용매에 의한 블랭킷의 팽윤이 억제된다. 따라서, 상기 용매를 포함하는 인쇄 페이스트 조성물을 이용한 다수의 반복인쇄시에도 우수한 인쇄성을 나타낸다. 즉, 인쇄패턴의 직진성 및 선명성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 선고가 감소되지 않고 선폭편차가 적고 면저항이 일정한 인쇄패턴이 얻어진다. 본 발명의 인쇄 페이스트 조성물은 디스플레이 패널의 전극 인쇄에 사용될 수 있다.
