Abstract

본 발명은 회전식 바베큐 장치에 관한 것으로서, 회전식 바베큐 장치에 있어서, 몸체를 이루며, 배가스를 포집하여 배가스 하우징 및 상기 배가스 하우징과 연결되어 배가스 배출구로 배가스를 배출하는 배가스 연통로를 가지는 케이싱; 상기 케이싱의 상부에 설치되어 내부를 향하여 적외선을 조사하는 세라믹 버너; 상기 케이싱의 내부에 기설정된 간격을 두고 각각 설치되며, 중심부 및 가장자리에 다수의 회전커플링이 상호 대응되도록 설치되는 2개의 회전원판; 상기 2개의 회전원판의 대응되는 회전커플링에 설치되는 회전체; 상기 회전원판 중 어느 하나에 연결되어 상기 중심부의 회전커플링 및 가장자리의 회전커플링 중 하나 이상을 회전시키는 구동수단; 및 상기 회전원판과 상기 연결되어 상기 회전원판을 이동시키는 이동수단을 포함하고, 상기 회전원판의 1회전당 가장자리의 회전커플링이 180도의 위상차를 가지며, 상기 회전커플링의 자전운동과 공전운동이 각각 독립적으로 수행되고, 상기 회전원판이 직선운동되는 것을 특징하여 종래의 회전구이 장치에서 조리가 완료된 회전그릴 교체 시 작업자가 고온의 조리실 내부로 팔을 넣어 회전그릴을 교체하기 때문에 손이나 팔에 화상을 입는 경우가 발생하였으나, 상기와 같이 회전판이 케이싱의 내부에서 외부로 자동으로 이동 하면 작업자가 조리실 내부에 손을 넣지 않고 케이싱 외부로 나온 회전그릴을 꺼내거나 교체할 수 있으므로 작업자의 부상을 방지할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
