第1のシートおよび第2のシートのゴムとアクリル樹脂との質量比率が同じであり、その値を表1に示すようにした以外は、前記実施例1と同様に絆創膏用包装材(第1のシートおよび第2のシート)および絆創膏包装体を作製した。
[2-1]絆創膏の取り出し容易性の評価
各実施例および各比較例の絆創膏包装体を、加速環境(40℃、75%RH)に6ヶ月間保管した。
B:やや密着しているが許容範囲である。
C:強く密着している。
D:一体化している(剥がせない)
上記各実施例および各比較例の絆創膏包装体を、はさみを用い半分に切り分け、内部の絆創膏を取り除き、袋状の試験片を得た。
これらの結果を表2に示す。

Claims (7)
- 表面基材と、該表面基材の一方の面に設けられた粘着層と、前記粘着層を覆うよう貼着された剥離シートとを有する絆創膏を収納するのに用いられる絆創膏用包装材であって、
前記絆創膏を前記絆創膏用包装材に収納した状態で、前記絆創膏の前記表面基材と対向するように設置され、第1のシート基材と、該第1のシート基材の前記絆創膏側に設けられた第1のコールドシール層とを有する第1のシートと、
前記絆創膏を前記絆創膏用包装材に収納した状態で、前記絆創膏の前記剥離シートと対向するように設置され、第2のシート基材と、該第2のシート基材の前記絆創膏側に設けられた第2のコールドシール層とを有する第2のシートとで構成され、
前記第1のコールドシール層および前記第2のコールドシール層は、それぞれ、ゴムとアクリル樹脂との混合物で構成され、前記第1のコールドシール層のゴムの含有率は、前記第2のコールドシール層のゴムの含有率よりも小さいことを特徴とする絆創膏用包装材。 - 前記第1のコールドシール層の前記ゴムの含有率をA[質量%]、前記第2のコールドシール層の前記ゴムの含有率をB[質量%]としたとき、1.05≦B/A≦2.40の関係を満足する請求項1に記載の絆創膏用包装材。
- 前記第1のコールドシール層において、前記ゴムと前記アクリル樹脂との質量比率は、0.3:1~2.2:1である請求項1に記載の絆創膏用包装材。
- 前記第2のコールドシール層において、前記ゴムと前記アクリル樹脂との質量比率は、2.3:1~4:1である請求項1に記載の絆創膏用包装材。
- 請求項1に記載の絆創膏用包装材と、
該絆創膏用包装材に収納され、表面基材と、該表面基材の一方の面に設けられた粘着層と、前記粘着層を覆うよう貼着された剥離シートとを有する絆創膏とを備えることを特徴とする絆創膏包装体。 - 前記絆創膏の前記表面基材は、ポリウレタンフィルムである請求項5に記載の絆創膏包装体。
- 前記絆創膏は、さらに、前記表面基材の前記粘着層と反対側の面に設けられた印刷層を有する請求項5に記載の絆創膏包装体。
