针对上述双面胶带存在的使用缺点, 本人的在先专利申请, 中国发明专利申请号 200810200920. 2, 对现有产品进行了改进, 其结构是: 一种双面胶带, 包括由带基体层和其 上、 下两个表面涂覆连接的上防粘层和下防粘层组成的离型纸层, 在离型纸层的上表面涂覆 连接有粘胶层, 其特征在于: 所述的粘胶层由厚度相同, 等距分布排列的压敏胶点所组成。 该发明专利申请的双面胶带是将原涂布于离型纸上的粘胶层由连续相连的条状胶层结构改进 设计为等距分布排列的点状胶层结构, 点对点胶层之间保持有一定的间隙, 从而解决了现有 产品存在的拖胶拉丝现象。 但该专利申请技术的产品也存在一定的不足, 因粘胶层设计为点 状后, 由于点状粘胶层胶膜单元相互之间存在间隙较多, 在实际使用中涂覆到被粘纸张或物 体单位面积上的粘胶所占面积减少, 导致粘接物之间的粘接强度比使用现有产品双面胶带的 粘接强度有所降低, 无法适用对粘接强度要求较高的场合。
另中国实用新型专利 ZL200520113516. 3公开了一种双面胶带, 其结构包括: 一膜片, 呈 断续机构, 每隔一定长度设有一间距; 两胶质层, 分别设于该膜片的上、 下表面; 一离型纸, 与所述膜片上表面的该胶质层粘合, 该离型纸位于膜片上方, 且该离型纸为连续结构, 所述 离型纸的长度大于所述膜片的长度; 其中, 所属离型纸与膜片间距对应处设有分断线。 该双 面胶带使用中膜片间距所产生的无粘胶区域可方便离型纸从膜片上撕开, 且离型纸与膜片上 的分断线可使双面胶带可轻易裁断, 解决了公知双面胶带使用时, 需通过剪刀或刀片才可将 胶带裁切成适合的长度带来的不便。该专利技术的双面胶带, 目前也有被卷绕制成一定宽度、 大小的卷筒形带芯安装于涂覆器盒体中使用的产品推出在市场销售, 但该专利技术的产品同 上面所述技术的双面胶带相比, 其粘胶层由一膜片层 (市售为纸质) 和两胶质层三层组成, 安装在带盒中使用时虽解决了拖胶拉丝现象, 但其缺点是: 结构相对复杂, 致使生产工艺流 程繁复, 所耗工时、 能量、 材料多, 导致生产成本较高, 而且由于胶带层数多导致胶带厚度 较厚, 使用同样大小涂覆器盒体其可装胶带的长度比前述双面胶带要小很多, 从而也增加了 产品包装成本。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术存在的不足, 而提供一种结构简单, 生产成 本低, 可制成卷筒形带芯安装于涂覆器盒体中使用, 使用时在粘胶膜拉裁断过程中不产生拖 胶拉丝现象的双面胶带及生产该种双面胶带方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为: 一种双面胶带, 包括由带基体层和其上、 下两个表面涂覆连接的上防粘层和下防粘层组成的离型纸层, 在离型纸层的上表面涂覆连接 有粘胶层, 其特征在于: 所述的粘胶层由厚度相同, 连续均布排列的独立压敏胶膜单元所组 成。 所述的压敏胶膜单元的宽度为 0. 5〜8mm, 每一相邻单元边之间的间距为 0. 15〜3mm。
本发明双面胶带的生产方法: 将作为带基体层的塑料薄膜或纤维纸带装于涂布机上, 在 其上、 下表面经涂布机涂覆上有机硅防粘剂, 并使其上表面的涂布量小于下表面的涂布量, 形成同带基体层相连接的上、 下防粘层作为离型纸层使用; 然后, 在离型纸的上防粘层表面 经涂布机涂覆上厚度相同连续均布排列的独立热熔压敏胶单元,形成同离型纸连接的粘胶层, 经涂布机收料辊卷收制成双面胶带卷筒。 然后, 将双面胶带卷筒置于分切机上分切成要求宽 度的胶带, 再经分切机上的卷带装置卷绕成要求规格大小的卷筒形带芯成品。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点在于:
1、与双面胶带的粘胶层由连续均匀地涂布在离型纸层上的双面胶带相比, 由于本发明的 双面胶带粘胶层胶膜是以独立单元形式连续均布排列涂覆在胶带离型纸表面上的, 每个压敏 胶膜单元相邻边之间存在一定间距, 所以, 当胶带制成带芯安装到涂覆器盒体上, 使用过程 中当带盒头部上提离开纸张或物体表面时, 便可轻易地将粘胶层胶膜拉裁断, 克服了现有双 面胶带在使用拉裁断过程中易产生的拖胶拉丝现象, 保证了粘胶膜涂覆的工整和清洁。
2、与双面胶带的粘胶层为点状结构形式涂布在离型纸上的双面胶带相比, 本发明的双面 胶带克服了点状粘胶层胶膜单元相互之间存在间隙较多, 所导致的在实际使用中涂覆到被粘 纸张或物体单元面积上的粘胶面积减少, 而引起的粘接物之间粘接强度降低的毛病。
3、与双面胶带的粘胶层由一膜片层和两胶质层三层组成的双面胶带相比, 虽然使用中都 可克服拖胶拉丝现象, 但本发明胶带粘胶层由单层压敏胶膜组成, 具生产涂覆工艺简单, 所 耗工时、 能量、 材料少, 生产成本低, 使用效果好的特点。 附图说明

本发明双面胶带的生产方法: 将作为带基体层的塑料薄膜或纤维纸带装于涂布机上, 在 其上、 下表面经涂布机涂覆上有机硅防粘剂, 并使其上表面的涂布量小于下表面的涂布量, 形成同带基体层相连接的上、 下防粘层作为离型纸层使用; 然后, 在离型纸的上防粘层表面 经涂布机涂覆上厚度相同连续均布排列的独立热熔压敏胶单元,形成同离型纸连接的粘胶层, 经涂布机收料辊卷收制成双面胶带卷筒。 然后, 将双面胶带卷筒置于分切机上分切成要求宽 度的胶带, 再经分切机上的卷带装置卷绕成要求规格大小的卷筒形带芯成品, 见图 3所示, 图 3中标示 3为带芯体, 标示 4为带芯安装骨架。 将带芯成品安装到涂覆器盒体中即制成可 出售的盒装双面胶带,涂覆器带盒的整体结构同日常使用的文具修正带的带盒结构基本相同, 为现有技术。
