Abstract

本发明公开了一种轻剥离封缄胶带,包括封缄胶带本体,所述封缄胶带本体由PE膜和PET膜贴合而成,所述PE膜背向PET膜的一面设置有硅油,且所述PE膜朝向PET膜的一面设置有轻剥离剂,所述PET膜朝向PE膜的一面设置有水胶,且所述PET膜另一面设置有油胶,本发明能够有效的减小工人撕开PE膜时受到的阻力,提高生产效率。

一种轻剥离封缄胶带及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及胶带技术领域,具体为一种轻剥离封缄胶带及其制备方法。
背景技术
胶带是由基材和粘接剂两部分组成,通过粘接使两个或多个不相连的物体连接在一起,其表面涂油一层粘着剂,最早的粘着剂来自于动植物,粘着剂可以粘住物体是由于其本身的分子和欲连接物体的分子间形成键结,这种键结可以把分子牢牢地黏合在一起。
而现有技术生产的封缄胶带都不是轻剥离的胶带,工人在使用时既费力还容易把PE膜撕破,包装效率低下。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种轻剥离封缄胶带及其制备方法,解决了目前生产的封缄胶带由于不是轻剥离的胶带导致工人在使用时费力以及容易将PE膜撕破的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种轻剥离封缄胶带,包括封缄胶带本体,所述封缄胶带本体由PE膜和PET膜贴合而成,所述PE膜背向PET膜的一面设置有硅油,且所述PE膜朝向PET膜的一面设置有轻剥离剂,所述PET膜朝向PE膜的一面设置有水胶,且所述PET膜另一面设置有油胶。
优选的,所述轻剥离剂为甲基硅油。
优选的,所述PE膜双面均经过表面打电处理后再分别涂布硅油和轻剥离剂。
一种轻剥离封缄胶带的制备方法,包括以下加工步骤:
步骤1:备料:将PET膜一个表面涂布水胶,另一表面涂布油胶,涂布完成后烘干备用;
步骤2:打电处理、涂布:对PE膜两个表面均进行打电处理后,一个表面涂布硅油,另一个表面涂布轻剥离剂,涂布完成后烘干备用;
步骤3:贴合、分切、卷盘:将上述烘干后的PE膜和PET膜放入机器中挤压贴合后按规格需求进行分切卷盘。
优选的,所述步骤3中,贴合时,将所述PE膜涂布有轻剥离剂的一面与所述PET膜涂布有水胶的一面进行挤压贴合。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种轻剥离封缄胶带及其制备方法。具备以下益效果:本发明通过对PE膜上进行打电处理后实行轻剥离剂重离涂布,打电处理能够增加PE膜表面的吸附力,而涂布轻剥离剂能够有效的减小工人在使用时撕扯PE膜的阻力,使得工人较为容易的将PE膜撕开,提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,本发明实施例提供一种技术方案:一种轻剥离封缄胶带,包括封缄胶带本体,所述封缄胶带本体由PE膜2和PET膜5贴合而成,所述PE膜2背向PET膜5的一面设置有硅油1,且所述PE膜2朝向PET膜5的一面设置有轻剥离剂3,所述PET膜5朝向PE膜2的一面设置有水胶4,且所述PET膜5另一面设置有油胶6。
所述轻剥离剂3为甲基硅油。
所述PE膜2双面均经过表面打电处理后再分别涂布硅油1和轻剥离剂3。
一种轻剥离封缄胶带的制备方法,包括以下加工步骤:
步骤1:备料:将PET膜5一个表面涂布水胶4,另一表面涂布油胶6,涂布完成后烘干备用;
步骤2:打电处理、涂布:对PE膜2两个表面均进行打电处理后,一个表面涂布硅油1,另一个表面涂布轻剥离剂3,涂布完成后烘干备用;
步骤3:贴合、分切、卷盘:将上述烘干后的PE膜2和PET膜5放入机器中挤压贴合后按规格需求进行分切卷盘。
所述步骤3中,贴合时,将所述PE膜2涂布有轻剥离剂3的一面与所述PET膜5涂布有水胶4的一面进行挤压贴合。
本发明通过先对PE膜2进行打电处理来增强其表面吸附力,再对处理后的PE膜2进行甲基硅油重离涂布,由于采用甲基硅油对PE膜2进行涂布后,且PE膜2涂布甲基硅油的一面与PET膜5涂布水胶4的一面进行贴合,因此能够有效的减少工人在使用时撕扯胶带受到的阻力(由于PE膜2与PET膜5挤压贴合在一起,因此PET膜5上涂布的水胶会黏合PE膜2,该黏合力即阻力),而甲基硅油与水胶的粘合力较小,因此工人能够很容易且完整的撕开PE膜2,提高其工作效率。

Claims (5)

1.一种轻剥离封缄胶带,其特征在于,包括封缄胶带本体,所述封缄胶带本体由PE膜和PET膜贴合而成,所述PE膜背向PET膜的一面设置有硅油,且所述PE膜朝向PET膜的一面设置有轻剥离剂,所述PET膜朝向PE膜的一面设置有水胶,且所述PET膜另一面设置有油胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻剥离封缄胶带,其特征在于,所述轻剥离剂为甲基硅油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种封缄胶带,其特征在于,所述PE膜双面均经过表面打电处理后再分别涂布硅油和轻剥离剂。
4.如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种轻剥离封缄胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下加工步骤:
步骤1:备料:将PET膜一个表面涂布水胶,另一表面涂布油胶,涂布完成后烘干备用;
步骤2:打电处理、涂布:对PE膜两个表面均进行打电处理后,一个表面涂布硅油,另一个表面涂布轻剥离剂,涂布完成后烘干备用;
步骤3:贴合、分切、卷盘:将上述烘干后的PE膜和PET膜放入机器中挤压贴合后按规格需求进行分切卷盘。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种轻剥离封缄胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3中,贴合时,将所述PE膜涂布有轻剥离剂的一面与所述PET膜涂布有水胶的一面进行挤压贴合。
